      • ERP 시스템 도입성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 : BSC 관점에서

        Since the middle 1990's, many organizations have recognized the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system as a key enabler of business strategy implementation through improved productivity and efficiency by integrating and managing enterprise resources. Given the importance of ERP Systems, many studies have examined the relationship between the antecedent factors and implementation performance of ERP systems at the firm level. The prior studies have performed the assessment with limited viewpoint of ERP performance, mainly focusing on information systems success model and financial performance. Contrary to prior studies, this study explores the ERP implementation performances from the BSC perspective. That is, this study introduces four perspectives of learn and growth performance, internal process performance, customer performance, and financial performance as ERP implementation performances. The major purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the implementation performance of ERP systems from an integrated viewpoint. In addition, this research examines the moderating effects of organization and environment characteristics as contextual variables on the relationship between change management characteristics and implementation performance. Also this research investigates whether antecedent factors on the implementation performance of the ERP systems have significant differences according to operating period. For this purpose, a research model is developed based on the literature reviews of ERP systems, contingency theory, change management theory, and Balanced Score Card(BSC) model. The research model proposed fifteen variables as the factors influencing the performance in the ERP system implementation. Especially it intends to strengthen the objectivity of assessment by combining variables for the management performance with components of the BSC model. The data have been collected from the 164 enterprises which have implemented ERP systems at least one year ago. The respondents were person in charge of ERP system of each corporation. In order to verify the hypotheses, reliability and validity of the survey was examined through factor analysis, Cronbach's α, and correlation analysis. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis, and additional tests were examined by moderated regression analysis and Fisher's Z analysis. The hypotheses test results of this study through regression analysis are summarized as follows. Firstly, industrial competition, top management concern and support, communication, ease of use, usefulness, and customizing minimization have positive influence upon learn and growth performance. Secondly, top management concern and support, ease of use, and usefulness have positive influence upon internal process performance. Thirdly, standardization of work, top management concern and support, real user participation, ease of use, usefulness, compatibility, and customizing minimization have positive influence upon customer performance. Fourthly, market uncertainty, industrial competition, project support goodness, and customizing minimization have positive influence upon customer performance. In additional analysis, the results through moderated regression analysis and Fisher's Z analysis are summarized as follows. Firstly, organization and environment characteristics including standardization of work, centralization of decision making, market uncertainty, and industrial competition have partial moderating effect on the relationship between change management characteristics and implementation performance of ERP systems. Secondly, antecedent factors on the implementation performance of the ERP systems have been found to have some differences according to operating periods. From the analyses, this research have identified important characteristics for the successful implementation of ERP systems and change management activities according to the organization structural and environmental contexts. Consequently, this research ends with theoretical and managerial implications of the study results, as well as limitations and future research directions.

      • 고속도로 사고등급별 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형 개발에 관한 연구

        In this study, the prediction model development for incident reaction time was carried out so that we can cope with the increasing demand for information related to the reaction time of emergencies due to the traffic accidents while non-repeatable congestion is happening in expressways. First of all, the history data for incidents that occurred in Gyeongbu Expressway was collected and then the distribution for the reaction time when incidents were dealt with according to the grade for traffic accidents was reviewed. As a result, as the materials that took more than 100 minutes are not considered as the incidents, they were removed for the accuracy of the model and the data was rearranged. Before the prediction model for incident reaction time was developed, the time for dealing with accidents, the dependent variable, was classified into incident grade, A, B, and C. Then, as a dependent variable, 16 ones in total including traffic volume, the number of vehicles that accidents occurred to, and the accidents time zone were applied and thereby the model was developed. To verify the model, MPB, MAD, Theil's Inequility Coefficient were utilized. As a result of inducing the model, traffic volume, as the main variables that affect incident reaction time, traffic volume, an accident grade, possibility of including heavy vehicles, and an accident time zone were induced. The results of verifying the model showed that the model has some degree of explanatory power. In addition, the Answer Tree was constructed based on the variables induced as the influencing variable in prediction model for incident reaction time, when the CHAID Technique was applied. As a result of this, accidents were classified into grade A, grade B, and grade C first. In the secondary classification, they were divided into traffic volume. Accordingly, this study is expected to make a contribution to providing expressway users with quicker and more effective traffic information when incidents happen on expressway afterwards through the prediction model for incident reaction time and the Answer Tree. 본 연구는 고속도로에서 발생하는 비반복적 정체 중 교통사고로 인하여 발생하는 돌발상황에 대한 운영관리 부족 및 처리시간에 대한 정보제공 요구증가에 따라 이에 대응할 수 있는 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형개발을 개발하였다. 우선 경부고속도로에서 발생한 돌발상황 이력데이터를 수집하여 교통사고등급에 따른 돌발상황 처리시간에 대한 분포를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 돌발상황 처리시간이 100분 이상인 자료는 현실적으로 흔히 발생하는 돌발상황이 아니므로 모형의 정확성을 위하여 제거한 후 데이터를 재정리하였다. 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형을 개발하기에 앞서 종속변수인 사고처리시간을 사고등급 A, B, C등급으로 구분하였으며, 독립변수로는 교통량, 사고차량수, 사고시간대 등 총 16개 변수를 적용하여 모형을 개발하였으며, 모형의 검증은 MPB, MAD, Theil-부등계수를 이용하였다. 모형도출결과 돌발상황 처리시간에 영향을 미치는 주요변수로는 교통량, 사고등급, 중차량포함여부, 사고시간대가 도출되었으며, 모형검증결과 모형의 설명력이 있는 것으로 도출되었다. 또한 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형에서 영향 변수로 도출된 변수들을 토대로 의사결정나무를 구축하였으며, 이때 CHAID기법을 적용하였다. 그 결과 1차적으로 사고등급 A, B등급과 C등급으로 구분되었으며, 2차적으로는 도로의 교통량으로 분리되었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형과 의사결정나무를 통하여 향후 고속도로 돌발상황 발생시 도로이용자들에게 보다 신속하고 실효성있는 교통정보를 제공하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

      • 축구선수들의 불안과 자기조절능력과의 관계

        This study aims to analyze factors of anxiety and self-control ability of football players, adjust their mental factors and offer the basic data to make them exert their best abilities and be applied to the field. To accomplish these goals, it selected 136 football players who were registered to the Korea Football Association in 2004 and 150 students. First, as a result of analyzing the difference in anxiety and self-control abilities of football players and general students, there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety. As a result of analyzing the difference in self-control abilities, there was a significant difference in attention and concentration and these were higher in football players than in general students. Second, as a result of analyzing general characteristics, cognitive and physical anxiety by sex was higher in women than in men and self-confidence was higher in men. Calmness in self-control abilities was higher in women and personal relationship was higher in men. As a result of analyzing the anxiety by position and difference in self-control abilities, three factors of competition state anxiety showed no significant difference and calmness in self-control abilities was highest in GK and FW, followed by DF and MF. Physical anxiety according to career of awards was higher in group without career of awards and self-control abilities showed significant difference only in concentration and it was higher in the group with the career of awards than in the group without it. Third, as a result of analyzing the correlations between anxiety and self-control abilities of football players, physical and cognitive anxiety had no correlations with self-control abilities and self-confidence factor had significant correlations in three of five factors such as attention, concentration and personal relationship. In particular, correlations between self-confidence and concentration were higher.

      • 중학교 문법교육에 대한 분석적 연구

        The purpose of this research is to implement the analytic study on the middle school grammar education. The development of internet causes students to use slang which only they can understand and makes it possible to realize the importance of language education in the front line of school society. To use several kinds of students’languages such as a secret language, slang and an abbreviation are popular in students’society and students cannot make a sentence and continue their dialogue without using such languages in communicating one another. The grammar exists in the base of several language activities like pronouncing a word correctly, making a correct sentence and expressing a clear self-mind. This grammar knowledge in general language activities is essential and necessary. Although anybody know how much important the grammar is, both a teacher and a student ignore it in the real language life. The reasons are the lack of recognition for importance of grammar education, which makes it difficult to carry out a progressive grammar education and the thought that grammar class is boring and tiring. There is no imagining language education without containing grammar education. So this study tries to find an efficient and practical way of grammar education. At first, this study summarizes the history and basic direction of the education curriculums from the 1945 Liberation of Korea to 2011 revision and analyses and compares the education curriculums one another. Through this process, we can understand the principle of education curriculum and relation between history situation and education curriculum flow. At second, this study shows the problems and current actual situation of middle school grammar education by questionnaires performed by several scholars. There are three problems found through these surveys such as teaching·learning method, assessing way and separating from language life in the middle school. At third, this study suggests the practical grammar education enhancement method and teaching-learning guidance plan. The grammar education improvement methods follow below, 1. The improvement of teaching-learning by Constructivism. 2. The enhancement of assessing methods by Constructivism. 3. The enhancement through integration of grammar education and writing education. The teaching-learning guidance plan based on the above improvements can provide the chance to think what we have to do in the future. This study shows the lack of studying and finding the method of grammar education and I hope that this study contributes to improving and enhancing the current grammar education and the better and deeper studies of grammar education will be implemented one after another.

      • ASP 서비스 성공요인에 관한 연구

        Recently, the business environment is rapidly changing and requiring new ways of doing business. Especially Information Technology is rapidly changing and becoming to have high quality. To require competition advantage, many corporations have to do well in this environment. ASP(Application Service Provider) service which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is business model for package application hosting service according to central management server, basically on contract and networking access fee. ASP service, which was introduced in the late 1990’s, has been equipped technological stability and service quality. However, empirical study related to ASP service is considered to be insufficient. As such, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors contributing to the success of ASP service by conducting an empirical research to enterprises using ASP service. For this purpose, first conducted extensive literature reviews on ASP service, IT outsourcing and relational characteristics, and carried out questionnaire survey after developed a research model. Developed questionnaire paper to carry out empirical study and distributed the paper 450 copies in total. 79 copies among 450 copies were returned and 75 copies were used in analysis. The unit of analysis was relationship and respondents were person in charge of ASP service of each corporation. Before testing hypothesis, collected samples were analyzed reliability and validity test. After normality test, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to test hypothesis. As a result of analysis, under the significance level of 0.05, (1) vender performance quality, service customization, partnership, IS maturity and monitoring of the vendor had an positive influence upon non-economic benefits, (2) vendor performance quality, information sharing, IS maturity and monitoring of the vendor had an positive influence upon economic benefits, and (3) vendor performance quality, service customization, partnership and monitoring of the vendor had positive influence upon satisfaction about outcomes of relationships. Finally, this paper conclude with the discussion of these results, the managerial implications for ASP service vendors, the evaluation standard of vendor’s service performance for enterprises using ASP service, and the directions of the further studies.

      • 動的安定性을 고려한 아치橋梁의 라이즈 比에 관한 연구

        근래들어 교량은 기능으로서의 문제뿐만 아니라 미관으로서의 역할도 중요시 되어왔다. 하지만, 미관을 고려한 설계에서 필수적으로 고려되어야 하는 문제가 안정성과 경제성이며, 안정성 측면에서 볼 때 아치교량은 가장 안정한 구조 형식중의 하나이다. 이러한 아치교량의 미관과 경제성을 고려할 때 가장 중요한 요소가 라이즈 비 이며, 이러한 라이즈 비를 결정하는데 있어 현재는 자중에 의한 영향만을 고려하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 아치교량의 라이즈 비 검토시 현재 고려하고 있는 자중에 의한 영향뿐만 아니라 근래 들어 중요시 되고있는 내진?내풍 동적안정성에 관한 문제를 최적의 라이즈 비 결정인자로 추가하여 자중에 의한 라이즈 비 결정이 가지고 있는 문제점에 대하여 검토하였다. 앞의 해석 결과들을 종합해 볼 때, 기본 설계 단계에서 검토하는 라이즈 비의 선정에 있어서 지진 하중 및 동적 풍하중은 각각의 라이즈 비에 미치는 영향이 아주 미소하여 동적안정성 평가를 별도로 고려해주지 않아도 될 것으로 판단되나, 자중에 의한 라이즈 비 선정 후 정적 풍하중에 대한 단면력의 변화에 대해서는 검토가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Recently, bridges have been momentous as not only regarding function but also concerning aesthetics. However, when beauty is considered in the design, it is also essential that stability and economics be considered. Moreover, when considering stability, an arch bridge is one of the most stable structures. The most important element is a rise ratio when regarding beauty and economics of arch bridges. Only the effect of dead load has been considered to decide the rise ratio. Therefore, in this study, when going over the rise ratio of arch bridges, I examined the problems, that the determination of the rise ratio by the dead load has, by adding the factor of a determination of optimum rise ratio, which is not only the effect of the dead load that has been currently considered but also the problem with respect to earthquake-proof and wind-resistant dynamic stability that is now taken seriously. Synthetically, when deciding rise ratio that is investigated in a basic step of design, in my estimation, it is not necessary to consider the evaluation of dynamic stability. This is because the influence of the earthquake load and dynamic wind load that is respectively affected on rise ratio is very infinitesimal. However, after the determination of rise ratio by the dead load, dynamic stability needs to take into account changes in section force with respect to static wind load.
