        초등학교 ‘꿈나무체조챌린지대회’의 운영 성과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze an operational outcomes of the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition on the level of elementary school. Method: The subject of study was in-depth verification of the performance of the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition for 535 students using the wireless sampling method of the probabilistic sampling method among 1,238 students, teachers, and parents. The survey tool collected and analyzed data using open questionnaire and in-depth interview data. The research procedure was conducted by the researcher five times at the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition, after the purpose and purpose of the study were explained to the subjects, consent was obtained, and the direct entry method was used for about 10 minutes. In the interview, 3 students, 2 teachers, and 2 parents were interviewed individually for about 15 minutes about the feeling of participating in the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition. Results: The results of an operational outcomes of the dream-tree gymnastics challenge competition are as follows. The most interesting factor of mechanical gymnastics was 28.8%(342), continuous participation 19%(225), exercise effect 14.8%(176), holistic growth 13.7% (162), importance of the process 12.7%(151) and 11%(130) of understanding of gymnastics, which showed that through the experience of the Dream Gymnastics Challenge competition, it had a positive effect on the healthy growth development of elementary school students. Conclusion: Therefore, it is expected that it will be meaningful to develop various physical activity programs considering the developmental stages of elementary school students. 본 연구는 5년간의 ‘꿈나무체조챌린지대회’의 운영 성과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 학생, 교사・학부모 1238명 중 확률적 표집방법의 무선표집 방법을 활용하여 535명을 대상으로 꿈나무체조챌린지대회운영 성과를 심층적으로 검증하였다. 조사도구는 개방형질문지와 심층면담자료를 활용하여 자료를 수집하고분석하였다. 연구절차는 본 연구자가 직접 꿈나무체조챌린지대회에 5회 참가하여 연구대상자들에게 연구의 목적과 취지를 설명한 후 동의를 구하였으며, 직접기입방법으로 약 10분 정도 소용되었다. 면담은 학생 3명, 교사・학부모 2명 총 7명에게 꿈나무체조챌린지대회에 참여한 느낌에 대해 개별적으로 15분 정도 면담하였다. 꿈나무체조챌린지대회 운영 성과는 다음과 같다. 기계체조의 재미 요인이 28.8%(342명)로 제일 높게 나타났으며, 지속적 참여 19%(225명), 운동 효과 14.8%(176명), 전인적 성장 13.7%(162명), 과정의 중요성 12.7%(151 명) 그리고 기계체조의 이해 11%(130명)순으로 나타나, 꿈나무체조챌린지대회를 경험을 통해 초등학생들의건강한 성장발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 초등학생들의 발달단계를 고려한 다양한신체활동 프로그램 개발은 의미가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        효모제제의 처리가 저온기 고추묘의 생육에 미치는 영향

        The one of problems of plug seedlings production in winter season was a poor growth. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of treatments with yeast fertilizers on the growth of pepper seedlings in winter seasons. The plant height, internode length, and shoot and dry weight of pepper seedlings increased significantly by yeast fertilizers. The results showed that yeast fertilizer treatment could be more effective in soaking than foliar spray and that of dilution could be effective in 1,000 ×. 저온기 육묘에 있어 초래되는 문제는 저온에 의한 생육부진으로, 본 시험에서는 식물의 생육을 촉진 시킬 수 있다고 알려진 미생물중 효모를 이용하여 그 처리방법과 시용농도가 저온기 고추플러그묘의 생육에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 효모제제 시용에 의한 고추묘의 초장, 절간장, 생체중과 건물중 등의 생육이 유의성 있게 촉진되었다. 효모제제의 시용방법은 침지처리가 엽면시비보다 효과가 더 있었으며 처리농도는 1,000배 희석이 효과적일 것으로 판단되었다.

        무기복 복강경 보조 경제대 충수절제술

        Purpose: This study evaluated the safety and feasibility of gasless laparoscopic assisted transumbilical appendectomy (GLATUA). Methods: Data for 62 GLATUA and 84 laparoscopic appendectomies (LA) for uncomplicated appendicitis, which had been performed over a 12 month period in a single institution, were compared retrospectively. The GLATUAs were carried out through an umbilical incision. The abdominal wall was retracted upward using an “L”-shaped retractor and the inflamed appendix was found by gasless laparoscopic vision. A transumbilical extracorporeal appendectomy was then performed. The LAs were performed using a three-port system. Results: The GLATUA group had a shorter mean operative time (44.1±22.1 vs. 51.5±24.7 min, p=0.06), mean time for resuming a soft diet (29.0±9.2 vs. 41.3±20.7 hrs, p<0.01) and hospital stay (3.0±0.9 vs. 3.6±1.7, p<0.01) than the LA group. There was no significant difference in complication rates (6.5% vs. 3.6%, p=0.44). The mean medical costs of the GLATUA group were 66.7% of the LA group. Conclusion: GLATUA is a safe, feasible and more cost- effective alternative technique for surgery in uncomplicated acute appendicitis than LA.

        Post-annealing of CdS/ZnS-assembled TiO2 Films for Photoelectrochemical Solar Cells

        CdS/ZnS-assembled TiO2 films are annealed at 350 C in an inert Ar ambient before and afterdeposition of the ZnS overlayer and are denoted as the types I and II, respectively. As-grownand the annealed CdS-quantum-dot (QD)-assembled TiO2 samples without a ZnS overlayer werealso prepared for comparison. Annealing of CdS-QD-assembled TiO2 without ZnS significantlyreduced the electron lifetime due to the coalescence of CdS QDs on the TiO2 surface. The electronlifetime of the annealed CdS-QD-assembled TiO2 was recovered because of ZnS overlayer due to itsbeing an intermediate layer and to the energy barrier effects at the TiO2/electrolyte and the CdSQD/electrolyte interfaces. The resultant photoelectrochemical solar cell (PEC) with the type I filmexhibited better energy conversion efficiency than the PECs without the ZnS. The cell performanceof the PEC with the type II film was further improved, as compared to that with the type Ifilm. This can be attributed to the additional effect (improved interfacial contact at the CdS/ZnSinterface) of the postannealing after the formation of the ZnS overlayer.

        Changes in Growth and Antioxidant Contents of Romaine Lettuce by Different UV Spectra

        The current study was conducted to determine the influence of irradiations of different UV spectra on plant growth and antioxidant compounds of two romaine lettuce cultivars(‘Caesar green’ and ‘Caesar red’). The UV treatments were consisted of three UV spectra; UV-A (314-400nm), FUV-B (290-400nm) and UV-B (274-400nm), using fluorescent lamps and irradiated for 2 hours at nighttime for 11 days under greenhouse. As the results, there were no differences in growth parameters and antioxidant compounds between UV-A treatments and control in two cultivars. On the other hand, FUV-B treatment increased significantly the contents of UV absorbing compounds, β -carotene, lutein, total phenolic compounds and anthocyanin in caesar green cultivar. It also increased UV absorbing compounds, total phenolic compounds and anthocyanin contents in caesar red cultivar without any growth reduction. UV-B treatment, however, decreased lutein, chlorophyll contents and caused growth reduction and physiological damage such as leaf chlorosis and wrinkle in both cultivars. Overall, the results indicate that supplemental FUV-B treatment, at least in part, may increase antioxidant compounds without any inhibitory effect on shoot growth in romaine lettuce. The results of the current study present a useful practical technique for increasing antioxidant compounds of romaine lettuce production in greenhouse horticulture.

        스마트 기기를 이용한 경량 항공기 내비게이션 시스템 설계 및 구현

        최근 소득수준이 올라감으로서 레저용 경량 항공기를 통한 여가활용 인구가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 레저용 경량 항공기는 민항기나 군용 항공기에 비해 비교적 저가이기 때문에 탑재하고 있는 항공기기도 다른 항공기에 비해 잘 갖추고 있지 않는 경향이 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 대중화되고 있는 스마트폰(iPhone, 안드로이드 폰, 윈도우 모바일 폰, 바다 폰 등) 및 스마트 패드(iPad, 갤럭시 Tab 등)를 활용하여 레저용 경량 항공기의 운항에 보조적인 기능을 제공할 수 있는 경량 항공기용 내비게이션을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. Recently personal income level is rising. So, many people use the leisure lightweight aircraft and the population which enjoys a leisure is increasing. But as the leisure lightweight aircraft compares in the civil aircraft and the military aircraft, and it has a low price. So the equipment which it is loaded in the lightweight aircraft is not equipped. In this paper, we develop the air navigation for lightweight aircraft using the smart phone(iPhone, Android phone, Window mobile, BADA phone etc.) and the smart pad(iPad, Galaxy Tab etc.).
