곰보배추 추출물이 항산화 및 피부미백효과에 미치는 영향

Whitening and anti-oxidant effects were observed in order to investigate the biological activations of Salvia plebeia herb ethanol extracts. No toxicity was found in both B16F10 melanoma cells and Raw 264.7 cells exposed to Salvia plebeia herb ethanol extracts for 48 hour. The extracts showed significant antioxidant activity in cell-free and cell-cultured system. In the DPPH radical assay, it removed dose-dependently DPPH radicals and showed 77.6% at 100 ㎍/mL. In the cells, it also significantly removed silica-induced ROS generation and LPS-induced NO production in a dose dependent manner. Using L-DOPA and L-tyrosine as a substrate, tyrosinase activity was inhibited using Salvia plebeia herb ethanol extracts in a dose-dependent manner. The supression occurred to be in the B16F10 melanoma cells, where dose-dependently inhibited Salvia plebeia herb ethanol extracts of 1 μM α-melanocyte stimulated hormone-induced melanin production and the inhibitory effect was 30.7% at a concentration of 100 ㎍/mL. This suggests that the Salvia plebeia herb ethanol extracts are usable for cosmetic product developments for anti-oxidant and whitening effects. 본 논문은 재배가 용이하고 민간요법에서 다양하게 이용되고 있는 곰보배추의 에탄올 추출물이 화장품 소재로서 가능성이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 항산화, 미백효능에 대하여 관찰하였다. B16F10 세포에서 곰보배추 에탄올 추출물 25, 50, 100 ㎍/mL 농도에서 독성이 나타나지 않았다. DPPH radical 소거능을 관찰한 결과 모든 농도에서 소거능을 보여주었고, 50 ㎍/mL의 농도에서 65.2%, 100 ㎍/mL에서 77.6%의 강한 항산화 효능을 나타냈다. Raw 264.7 세포 내에서 ROS 생성 저해능을 관찰한 결과 농도 의존적으로 유의하게 나타냈고, 100 ㎍/mL 농도에서는 39.1% 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. NO생성 억제를 관찰하기 위해 Raw 264.7 세포에 곰보배추 에탄올 추출물을 25, 50, 100 ㎍/mL 농도별로 첨가하여 관찰한 결과 농도 의존적으로 NO생성을 억제하였다. 시험관 내에서 L-DOPA와 L-tyrosine을 이용하여 곰보배추 에탄올 추출물이 tyrosinase activity를 농도 의존적으로 억제하는 것을 나타냈다. 세포 내에서 MSH를 가한 B16F10 세포에 곰보배추 에탄올 추출물을 25, 50, 100 ㎍/mL의 melanin 함량을 관찰한 결과 농도 의존적으로 억제하는 것을 보여주며 100 ㎍/mL에서 30.7%로 억제하였다. 따라서 곰보배추 에탄올 추출물이 항산화 기능이 있는 미백 기능성 화장품의 소재로서 개발 가능성이 충분히 있는 것으로 사료된다.

MMORPG의 게임 아이템 현금거래 유형과 한계점 연구

본고에서는 MMORPG의 게임 재화 현금거래의 유형과 한계점 연구를 위해 먼저 완전경쟁시장 체제인 MMORPG의 레벨링시스템과 게임경제의 폐쇄구조가 어떻게 현금 거래를 발생시키는가를 살펴보았다. 완전 경쟁시장체제인 MMORPG의 레벨링시스템으로 인한 과잉 생산은 게임의 폐쇄적 경제구조로 인해 통화량의 증가로 이어지고 게임 내에서 머드플레이션이 발생하며 현금거래를 유발한다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방법은 세 가지로 분류할 수 있다. 첫째는 유저에 의한 자생적인 질서를 통해 게임 경제를 안정시켜 개선하는 방법이 있으며 인위적이 질서에 비해 국지적이고 오랜 시간이 소요되며 MMORPG의 경쟁이란 속성에 위배된다는 한계를 지닌다. 둘째는 정부의 법제도에 의한 규제를 통한 개선이 있으며 서비스나 정보의 생산을 비물질노동으로 인정하지 않음으로서 새로운 유형의 게임이 계속 나타나는 게임 산업의 발전 속도를 맞추지 못하고 있다는 한계를 지닌다. 마지막으로 게임 디자이너에 의한 개선은 아이템의 세부적인 조정과 귀속시스템, 아이템 공급량 조절등의 게임디자인을 통해 이루어지며 게임 디자이너에게 강제할 수 없으며 현금거래가 발생하는 원인인 통화량의 증가를 조절할 수 없다는 한계점을 지니고 있다. In this paper we tried to figure out the types of real money trade of game items, and in order to study it we examined the Leveling System of MMORPG which is a perfect competitive market and how the closed structure of the game economy emits real money trade. The over production of the MMORPG's leveling system which is a perfect competitive market increases the amount of currency in circulation and then induces arbitrage due to mudfalation inside the game. In order to improve this problem, there are three methods of resolutions. The first is stabling the game economy by spontaneous order among the game users, but this is much local than the artificial order which takes a long time and evokes discrepance in MMORPG competitive characteristic. Secondly, legislational regulations from the government could improve the problem, but this method doesn't grant information or services as non-material labor in which it couldn't follow up the developing speed of the game market. Finally, delicate modulation among game items by the designer isn't possible to constrain them, and there is a limited reason that it couldn't control the increase of currency which is the main factor of arbitrage.

The topic of this study is the duration of court auctions. A risk manager of residential mortgage lending institution should measure both the market risk and credit risk of their own mortgage portfolio. This study is a prerequisite for the expected loss research. We estimate the duration which is very important part of the calculation of loss given default. This study fits the duration model by using the whole court auction data from January 2011 to December 2016 and then compare the prediction powers of competing models. The findings of this study based on GLS method are as follows. Except for the appraisal value per square meter of multiplex house, all the variables are statistically significant at 10% level. They are the number of claims, leasehold dummy, the number of claims*leasehold dummy, APT dummy, APT*appraisal value per square meter, single family house(SFH) dummy, SFH*appraisal value per square meter, price factor, the volatility of housing price index, total liability/appraisal value. households. Last, we also compare and contrast the prediction power between GLS and Cox proportional hazard model and the difference is marginal. 본 연구는 주택의 법원 경매 낙찰기간에 관한 연구이다. 주택담보대출의 대출기관 의 위험 관리자는 보유 주담대 포트폴리오의 시장위험과 채무불이행 위험을 추정해야만 한다. 본 연구는 주택담보대출 기대손실 계산을 위한 사전 연구이다. 채무불이행으로 인한 손실률 계산에 있어 중요한 요소인 회수시점을 추정하고자 하였다. 2011년 1월부터 2016년 12월 사이에 전국 법원에서 낙찰된 주택 경매 데이터를 활용하여 모형을 추정하고, 모형의 예측력을 비교ㆍ분석하였다. GLS모형의 추정결과, ㎡당 감정가격을 제외한 권리수, 임차인 존재, 권리수×임차인 존재, 아파트, 아파트×㎡당 감정가격, 단독ㆍ다가구, 단독ㆍ다가구×㎡당 감정가격, 가격요인, 주택가격지수 변동성, 총채권금액/감정가격 변수가 통계적 유의수준 10%하에서 유의하게 나타났다. 끝으로 GLS와 Cox proportional hazard model을 사용하여 추정된 모형의 예측력을 비교하였는데, 모형간 예측력 차이는 미미하였다.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPβCD), widely usedas a solubility enhancer, on liposomal formulations. To this end, HPβCD was added to fabricate liposomesduring the hydration process, and their physicochemical properties were evaluated. The Fouriertransform infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra revealed that HPβCD could interact with themodel drug, ceftazidime (CAZ), and with phosphatidylcholine, a main component of liposomes. Thisleads to a rapid release of CAZ depending on the concentration of HPβCD. Nanosized HPβCD-incorporatedliposomes complied with Korsmeyer–Peppas kinetics, and the release of drug increased withoutsignificant changes in the release pattern. Our approach, which relied on supramolecule-relatedinteractions, could provide new insights into other lipid-based formulations for accelerating drug-releaseproperties.
