        분극방향에 따른 PZT 세라믹스의 압전특성 및 압축파괴강도의 변화

        Variations of piezoelectric properties and compressive strength of Sr-doped PZT ceramics were investigated with poling direction. The electro-mechanical coupling constants (k31 and k33) were increased linearly with increasing poling strength. The volume fraction of intergranular fracture also increased with incresing poling strength due to weakening of grain boundaries by domain rearrangement during poling process. The internal stresses induced from the poling at 2.5 kV/mm parallel and perpendicular to the poling direction poled were 405 MPa and 89 MPa, respectively. The compressive strength of the specimen poled parallel to the poling direction was higher than that perpendicular to the poling direction.

        PZT 세라믹스이 압전 및 기계적 특성에 미치는 어닐링 분위기의 영향

        The effects of annealing atmosphere and temperature on piezoelectricity (k33) and the mechanical strength of machined PZT was studied. Morphotropic Nb-doped PZT was sintered, machined to a rod and then annealed between 80$0^{\circ}C$ and 100$0^{\circ}C$ in air, PbZrO3, and CuO atmospheres respectively. In air or PbZrO3 atmosphere, the compressive strength of Nb-doped PZT increased by 12% with little change in k33 irrespective of annealing temperature. In CuO atmosphere, on the other hand, the compressive strength increased by 20% with little change in k33 at 80$0^{\circ}C$ but both turned to significant decrease above 90$0^{\circ}C$. The examination of the phase distribution and microstructure beneath the surface of CuO-treated PZT revealed that the changes in compressive strength and k33 are closely related to the reaction between PZT and vaporized CuO:liquid PbO precipitated in shallow surface region by the substitution of Cu to Pb sites enhances the decrease in microcracks and the surface roughness at 80$0^{\circ}C$ ; rapid evaporation of precipitated PbO expands a porous region of changed composition into the bulk above 90$0^{\circ}C$.

        감로음(甘露飮)의 항염증 효과에 대한 실험적 연구

        Objectives : The present study was conducted to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of the Gamroeum water extracts (GRE) in vivo and in vitro. Methods : The effects of GRE on anti-inflammation were measured by production of NO, $PGE_2$ (Prostaglandin $E_2$), iNOS (inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase), COX-2, $NF{\kappa}B$ (Nuclear Factor kappa B), TNF-$\alpha$ (Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha) and IL-$1{\beta}$ (Interleukin-$1{\beta}$), IL-6 in Raw 264.7 macrophage cells stimulated with LPS. Results : 1. In machrophage cells, LPS displayed significant stimulatory effects on the production of NO and $PGE_2$. However, GRE showed significant inhibitory effects on NO and $PGE_2$ release. The level of NO and $PGE_2$ was decreased by GRE in a concentration dependent manner as compared with LPS only group. 2. Immunoblot analysis verified that LPS stimulation significantly increased the iNOS and COX-2 protein level, but GRE suppressed the induction of iNOS and COX-2 protein at a concentration dependent manner. 3. GRE reduced the elevated production of TNF-$\alpha$, IL-$1{\beta}$ and IL-6 by LPS. Moreover, the inhibitory effects of GRE was occurred in a dose-dependent manner. 4. GRE significantly reduced the expression of NF-${\kappa}B$ protein in nuclear fraction. 5. GRE effectively inhibited the increases of hind paw skin thicknesses and inflammatory cell infiltrations induced by carrageenan treatment. It, therefore, considered that GRE will be favorably inhibited the acute edematous inflammations. Conclusions : These results indicated that GRE could have anti-inflammatory capacity by inhibiting the production of NO, $PGE_2$ and cytokines in vitro and by reducing the formation of carrageenan-induced paw edema in vivo. Moreover, inhibitory effects of GRE on the macrophage activation were attributable to the reduction of some of inflammatory factors by inhibiting iNOS and COX-2 through the suppression of NF-${\kappa}B$.

        蘇軾의 小品文 創作과 문학적 접근 -비판적 현실인식을 중심으로-

        蘇軾具有多方面的文藝才能, 他以豊富的廣範的創作實踐完成了北宋的詩文革新運動, 幷把這種革新精神擴展到小品文的領域. 苏轼在小品创作上, 受莊子和柳宗元的影響較深, 也受到了佛經小品文的啓發. 因此蘇軾小品和前代小品文風格上的不同之處在于它的詼諧幽黙. 他一生在政治上屡遭挫折. 這種種挫折與顚沛流離的生活, 形成了他曠達的遊戱人生的態度, 助長了他詼諧幽黙的性格, 增添了蘇軾文章中嬉笑怒骂ㆍ冷嘲熱諷的成分, 小品文也是一樣. 尤其是他的寓言小品文, 在內容上揭示了北宋中後記廣範的政治․經濟․軍事․外交․社會的複雜現像, 表現爲時代的生活的歷史, 也堪稱是蘇軾一生政治鬪爭和社會實踐的寫照和總結. 由于這些小品文表現出的社會生活深刻認識力和高超的藝術才能, 而使它們達道了那個時代的較高藝術水平. 他的寓言小品文, 遠承先秦, 上接柳宗元, 下啓元明淸, 在小品文發展史上具有突出的承先啓候繼往開來的歷史地位. 他的創作實踐, 乃是有宋一代小品文的高峰.

        수직배양된 고집적 CdTe-Si 나노구조체의 제조방법

        Cadmium compounds with one dimension (1D) nanostructures have attracted attention for their excellent electrical and optical properties. In this study, vertically aligned CdTe-Si nanostructures with high density were synthesized by several simple chemical reactions. First, l D Te nanostructures were synthesized by silver assisted chemical Si wafer etching followed by a galvanic displacement reaction of the etched Si nanowires. Nanowire length was controlled from 1 to $25{\mu}m$ by adjusting etching time. The Si nanowire galvanic displacement reaction in $HTeO_2{^+}$ electrolyte created hybrid 1D Te-branched Si nanostructures. The sequential topochemical reaction resulted in $Ag_2Te-Si$ nanostructures, and the cation exchange reaction with the hybrid 1D Te-branched Si nanostructures resulted in CdTe-Si nanostructures. Wet chemical processes including metal assisted etching, galvanic displacement, topochemical and cation exchange reactions are proposed as simple routes to fabricate large scale, vertically aligned CdTe-Si hybrid nanostructures with high density.

        공공건축물 실적자료 분석에 따른 중위수를 활용한 총공사비의 적정보정율 추정방법

        There is growing difference between a planned value and an actual cost for increasing as an risk of constructioncost. A construction cost index is an alternative to redeem a problem, but it is still very difficult to reduce an actualdifferential as a price fluctuation. Furthermore an existing theory of a construction cost index is overly complex, andis unsuitable for using in working-level. This study suggests an optimum correction rate in respect of a totalconstruction cost. It is analyzing the actual cost of 53 public buildings that the Public Procurement Service ordered. The objects are main processes that include architectural works, mechanical works, electrical works,telecommunication works, and service facilities. It is compared a total construction cost based on absolute error rateusing the median from frequentist principle. For this, it is selected the suitable regression model and set a correctionrate. 본 연구는 공공건축물의 실적공사비 분석을 통해 총공사비에 대한 적정보정율을 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다. 이에대해 조달청에서 발주한 2009~2011년에 준공된 53개 프로젝트를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 공사비 분석은 주요 공정인 건축, 기계, 전기, 통신, 부대시설에 대하여 빈도론적 관393점에서 중위수를 활용한 절대오차율을 기반으로 총공사비에 대해 비교·분석하였다. 이를 통해 적합회귀모형을 선정하고 보정율을 책정하였다.

      • 紛靑技法을 응용한 陶磁作品 硏究

        It is to review the production process of Buncheong(grayish blue powdered) porcelain in the Joseon Dynasty and to present the production process of newly developed pieces of Buncheong porcelain. Pottery in our country has been continuously developed since the era of Three Kingdoms. Buncheong porcelain in the Joseon era was produced under the influence of the Goryeo celadon(Cheongja). In the early part of the Joseon era when Buncheong porcelain was made, all aspects of politics, society, culture, and religion from the Goryeo Dynasty were newly organized and re-framed for the new aspects of the Joseon Dynasty. Under these background, activities in arts were flamed with new spirits and had constructive characteristics. In particular, various kinds of Buncheon porcelain was actively made among the pottery in this era. This study was aimed to study various techniques in this era. For the methodology in the study of pieces using Buncheong technique, detailed production techniques and the formative consciousness of pressed patterns were studied through photographic data. Also, the production with another technique was described on the basis of this study 朝鮮時代 粉靑沙器 制作技法을 살피고 발표자가 새로이 연구계발 한 粉靑陶磁 作品의 制作過程을 설명한다. 우리나라 陶磁器는 일찍이 三國時代 이후 면면히 발전하여 왔다. 朝鮮朝의 粉靑沙器는 高麗靑瓷의 影響아래 制作되기 始作 하였다. 粉靑沙器가 製作된 朝鮮朝의 前半期는 高麗朝에서 내려오던 政治, 社會, 文化, 宗敎의 모든 面이 새로이 정비되어 朝鮮王朝의 새면모를 갖추는 時期였고, 이러한 背景아래 藝術의 活動은 新興의 意氣에 불타고 建設的인 特色을 갖게 되었다. 이 시기의 陶磁器 中에는 特 히 여러種類의 粉靑沙器가 활발히 製作 되었다. 이 논문은 이 시기의 다양한 技法을 硏究함을 目的으로 한다. 粉靑技法을 이용한 作品硏究를 위한 方法으로는 사진자료 등을 통해 세부적인 製作技法과 施紋에 따른 造形意識을 연구하였다. 이를 바탕으로 또다른 技法의 作品制作에 대하여 설명 하고자 한다.
