        두개강 내로 파급된 여자에서 발생한 비인강 혈관 섬유종 1예 보고

        Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is a histologically benign, but clinically troublesome neoplasm occuring in adolescent makes. This neoplasm is a basically otolaryngeal disease, but at times makes problem in neurosurgical department because of intracranial extension. This neoplasm is diagnosed by history, clinical feature, cerebral angiography, and C.T. scan. But at present time there remains controversy in adjunctive surgical therapy and the role of radiotherapy in the treatment of this tumor. In spite of controversy in treatment, in the case of intracranial extension, many authors agree that the treatment of choice is radiation therapy. We experienced a case of nasopharyngeal angiofiboma with intracranial extension which occured in female patient treated with radiation therapy.

      • 소리 특징 추출을 위한 효율적인 청각 정보의 표현 방법과 차원 축소에 관한 연구

        Non-negative Matrix Factorization(NMF)과 Principal Component Analysis(PCA)를 이용한 음성 정보 표현과 특칭 추출 그리고 차원 축소에 관한 방법을 제시한다. 실험을 통하여 non-negativity 조건이 ICA와 같은 non-gaussianity 기반의 방법들에 비해 더 효율적인 음성 표현 방법임을 확인하였다. 그리고 시간-주파수 영역에 표현된 음성 신호를 PCA와 Back-Propagation Neural network(BPN)를 이용하여 특징을 추출한 후 조음 위치 분류 실험을 통하여 두 특징 추출방법을 비교 분석하였다. We suggest feature extraction and data dimension reduction for speech signal using Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). We confirmed through experiments that non-negativity constraint is more efficient for voice coding than non-gaussianity, which is used in ICA. And We extracted features from voice signal represented in time-frequency domain using PCA and Back-Propagation Neural Network(BPN) and compared two methods through articulation point classification experiments.

        외상성 뇌실질내 출혈에 대한 임상적 고찰

        This retrospective analysis shows 87 patients who were admitted to our department of neurosurgery due to traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage(TICH) from June, 1990 to May, 1992. Our analyses were performed according ta the patients' age, sex, operation, initial GCS, serum glucose level. platelet counts, mean arterial blood pressure, arterial C02 and 0 2 level. Follow-up CT scans were performed post-operatively lday, and 2weeks after the operation and in the cases that newly neurologic deficit were developed or patients were not improved neurologically. The TICHs were located mainly on the frontal and/or temporal lobe(74%)), and increased after craniotomy(68.6% ). Other risk factors increasing the hematoma volume were poor neurologic status(GCS, (7) at admission, low PaCO₂(8OmmHg) and high PaC0₂(&45mrnHg) level. The remaining factors, such as serum glucose level, number of platelets and mean arterial blood pressure did not influence the change of intracerebral hemorrhage.

        평균 지연 시간의 제약조건을 갖는 로컬 액세스 컴퓨터 네트워크에서의 링 토폴로지 설계

        This study deals with the DMCLP(Delay constrained Minimum Cost Loop Problem)-one of problems arising in the design of local access computer networks. The problem consists of finding a set of rings to satisfy the traffic requirements of end user terminals. In the problem, the objective is to minimize the total link cost. This paper presents heuristic algorithm which consists of two phases for this problem, under the constraints that the number of nodes served by a single ring is limited and network mean delay is dropped within the desired time. The algorithm is derived using the clusters obtained by the existing MCLP(Minimum Cost Loop Problem) algorithm and a trade-off criterion explained in the paper. Actually, simulation results in that the proposed algorithm in this paper produces better solution than the existing MCLP algorithm modified. In addition, the algorithm has the relatively short running time. 본 논문은 로컬 엑세스 컴퓨터 네트워크를 설계할 때 발생되는 문제의 하나로 네트워크의 평균 지연 시간을 고려한 최소 비용 루프 설계 문제(DMCLP-Delay constrained Minimum Cost Loop Problem)를 다룬다. 이 문지는 종단 사용자의 트래픽 요구량을 만족시키는 링의 집합을 구하는 것으로 목적 함수는 전체라인 비용을 최소화하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 링이 서비스할 수 있는 노드의 수가 제한되어 있으며 동시에 네트워크의 평균 지연 시간이 원하는 시간이내이어야 한다는 제약 조건하에서 이 문제에 대한 2단계-휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 기존의 최소 비용 루프 설계(MCLP) 알고리즘에 의한 클러스터와 본 논문에서 제안한 trade-off criterion를 이용하여 유도된다. 실제 시뮬레이션의 결과, 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘은 수정된 기존의 MCLP 알고리즘보다 우수한 해를 제공하며 아울러 비교적 짧은 실행 시간을 갖는다.

        Two Local States of Ambient Water

        The non-monotonic trends of thermodynamic response functions have long been a mystery of water. The idea, that water may be a mixture of two local states, came out more than a century ago to explain the origin of the non-monotonic behaviors. Recently, this idea is materialized through the hypothesis of the second critical point of water and then the anomalies are outcomes of critical fluctuation. Although the typical macroscopic heterogeneity (Widom line) of critical fluctuation stays in the vicinity of the critical point, as we have previously shown that the microscopic heterogeneity is identified far from it which extends the linear heterogeneity, the Widom line, to the areal one as a Widom Delta. With this background, we search for two local states of the ambient water. Distinct states in ambient condition are not to be contrasted by a single strong feature such as density but they are expressed by a combination of weak features that reflects locally correlated structures. In this work, we identify the formation of local bicontinuous micro-domain formations of water attributing its softness by using machine learning order parameters. Interestingly, the radial distribution functions are similar to two phases in the liquid-liquid phase transition and they are well fitted by the two-state model. The hard-label domain is dominant at a lower temperature but changes its label to a more fluctuating soft-label domain at high temperature. There exist crossover behaviors around 310-320 K. At sufficiently high temperatures, near the liquid-gas phase transition, all water molecules become homogeneous.

        중학생의 4차 산업혁명 연동기술요소 활용능력 향상을 위한 기술교과 교수·학습 프로그램 개발

        In modern society, which is rapidly changing through the 4th industrial revolution, experiences in high-tech core technology such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things and autonomous car are being emphasized. However, in Korea's middle school education, it is only a superficial education such as explanation of related terms, and there is a lack of experience-oriented teaching-learning programs that can actually experience or design principles for them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a teaching-learning program using the interlocking technology elements of the 4th industrial revolution to enhance students’ understanding of the core technology and interlock process of the 4th industrial revolution for middle school students and to improve the 4th industrial revolution literacy. The study procedure was progressed in four stages of literature reviews, study design, development of teaching-learning program using the ASSURE model and completing the final teaching-learning program. Thus, in phase of the literature review, the core technology elements of the 4th industrial revolution were analyzed and the related study was analyzed. In the study design phase, Data sensing, Internet communication, Big data and Artificial Intelligence were selected as the interlocking technology elements of the 4th industrial revolution in middle school technology education, and the learning contents of the technology curriculum and textbooks were analyzed to develop the tools for examining interlocking technology literacy of the 4th industrial revolution. In the development of teaching–learning program phase, the ASSURE model was applied to develop the teaching–learning program to improve interlocking technology literacy of the 4th industrial revolution. In the completing the final teaching-learning program phase, the degree of improvement of interlocking technology literacy of the 4th industrial revolution was verified through actual application of the class, and as a result, the developed teaching and learning program was found to have a positive effect on improving interlocking technology literacy. In particular, it was found that the 4th industrial revolution interlocking technology process area had a great effect on the sub-area. 4차 산업혁명을 통해 급변하는 현대사회에서는 인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 자율주행자동차 등과 같은 첨단 핵심기술에 대한 경험이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 현재 우리나라 중등 교육에서는 첨단 핵심기술의 용어 설명과 같은 피상적인 교육에 그치고 있으며, 실제로 첨단 핵심기술에 대한 원리를 경험하거나 직접 설계해 볼 수 있는 체험 위주의 교수․학습 프로그램은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 중학교 기술교육에서 4차 산업혁명 연동기술요소를 활용한 교수․학습 프로그램을 개발함으로써 중학생의 4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술과 연동과정에 대한 이해를 높이고 4차 산업혁명 연동기술요소의 활용능력을 향상시키는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 연구 목적의 달성을 위해 문헌 고찰, 연구 설계, ASSURE 모형 기반 교수·학습 프로그램 개발, 최종 교수․학습 프로그램 완성의 4단계로 연구를 진행하였다. 문헌 고찰 단계에서는 4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술요소를 분석하고 교육 분야에서 관련 선행 연구문헌을 분석하였다. 연구 설계 단계에서는 중학교 기술교육에서의 4차 산업혁명 연동기술요소로 데이터 센싱, 인터넷 통신, 빅데이터, 인공지능을 선정하였으며, 기술교과 교육과정 및 교과서의 학습내용을 분석하여 4차 산업혁명 연동기술요소 활용능력 검사 도구를 개발하였다. 교수․학습 프로그램 개발 단계에서는 ASSURE모형을 적용하여 4차 산업혁명 연동기술요소 활용능력 향상을 위한 교수․학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 최종 교수․학습 프로그램 완성 단계에서는 개발된 교수․학습 프로그램의 실제 수업 적용을 통해 4차 산업혁명 연동기술요소 활용능력의 향상 정도를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교수·학습 프로그램은 4차 산업혁명 연동기술요소 활용능력 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 하위 영역 중 4차 산업혁명 연동과정 영역에서 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

      • 동적 계획법에 기초한 최소 비용 루프 문제 해결 알고리즘

        This study deals with the MCLP(Minimum Cost Loop Problem). The problem consists of finding the best way to link several LANs(Local Area Networks) to a backbone node. In graph-theoretical terms, it is to determine a set of minimum cost loops and a NP- hard combinatorial problem. In the case of the number of nodes less than thirty, most of the existing algorithms to produce the optimal solution use the branch and bound method. This paper presents new dynamic programming based algorithm generates feasible solutions to satisfy the constraints and in the second phase, finds the optimal solution. The proposed algorithm can in the second phase, finds the optimal solution. The proposed algorithm can solve the problem with both traffic and reliability constraint and be applied to any network regardless of its configuration.
