        부산시 재래시장의 특성과 유형화에 관한 연구

        부산광역시(이하 부산시라 한다)소재 재래시장의 실태조사를 바탕으로 세부 특성을 파악하고, 재래시장의 대지, 시장 건축물, 매장 등에 관련된 변수를 종합하여 시장 특성별로 유형화하였다. 이를 토대로 유형별로 분석하여 재래시장들이 시설현대화와 경영현대화를 바탕으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 재래시장으로 부흥시킬 수 있는 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 부산시 재래시장의 유형화에 따른 활성화 방안을 제시하기 위하여 부산시 소재 93개 재래시장을 대상으로 대지 관련요소, 시장건축물 관련요소, 매장 관련요소, 접근성 관련요소 등 총 14종의 변수로 각 인자들의 특성을 파악함과 동시에 이를 토대로 비슷한 특징을 가진 시장별로 유형화하여 유형별 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 주요용어 : 재래시장, 특성, 유형화, 활성화. With opening some foreign trades and launching grand shopping-mall managed by advanced techniques the Korean traditional markets have come to lose their competition around the lives of the community residents. To tackle competition problem the government has issued the special act, "The special act to restruct small and mid industries and to revitalize the traditional markets", assisting them through urging the modernization of facility and management. On the basis of the background the research will utilize the data investigated and analyzed practices in Busan traditional markets to suggest the revitalization plans of the traditional markets in the mid-long term, So the research will suggest some methods to revitalize the traditional markets through facility modernization and management modernization.The research illuminates the practices of general issues, the scales, the market space, and buildings, conducts cluster analysis with some variants, and suggests the methods to revitalize the traditional markets by the determined types of the market characterizations.

        Derivation of Low Carbon Green City Planning Indicator and Analysis of its Importance in Busan Metropolitan City

        Recently, negotiations and efforts are being made internationally for reducing the greenhouse gas in order to cope with the climate change crisis. Particularly, cities where over 70% of energy consumption is being made are the major cause of emitting greenhouse gas, as well as the interested parties that are most affects by the disaster and extreme climate resulting from climate change. Low carbon green city is the city concept that has been presented in order to respond to the issue of climate change in the cities. This study will be conducted mainly through the two methods of literature review and survey research. Literature review involves examining the seriousness from climate change and the domestic and overseas response trends, and it was analyze the areas and indexes that affect the emission amount by analyzing the present condition of greenhouse gas emission amount of Busan Metropolitan City. Low carbon green city is becoming a new urban advancement paradigm. It would be necessary to implement low carbon green city in the future centering on the greenhouse gas reduction, zero carbon and sustainable advancement confirmed through the planning indexes.

        도시재정비촉진사업의 특성분석을 통한 재정착률 향상 방안

        Renewal project is carried out based on "the rule of exchange of equivalent" in economical aspect. However exchanging value disagrees between original residents and construction companies because of their different viewpoints to the exchange of equivalent. It makes social problems such as trouble between original residents and their giving up for resettlement. To get the opinion of original residents to renewal project, questionnaires were carried out in four revitalization of renewal project areas. The agreement of inhabitants to the project, their moving plan into renewed apartments and desirable price for the renewed apartments were asked on the questionnaires. Feasibility in the four renewal project areas was investigated based on the survey results. The hypothesis were tested to get answers for this study. To activate the project, the requirements of original residents should be accepted as much as possible. To do this, it should resolve the objection of tenants to the revitalization of renewal project. The try of renewal project based on the residential features and property features of original residents might increase their stay in renewed apartment, resulting in successful renewal project. 경제적 측면에서 재정비촉진사업은 "등가교환의 원칙"에 의해서 지배되고 있으며, 등가교환에 대한 원주민과 건설사간의 입장차이로 인하여 교환가치가 불일치하게 됨으로 결국 원주민간의 갈등과 재정착 포기 등의 사회적 문제가 발생되고 있다. 따라서 가장 선행되어야 하는 것은 재정비촉진사업에 대한 원주민의 의견을 수렴하는 것이다. 이를 근거로 재정비촉진사업에 대한 찬반여부, 입주여부 등에 대하여 상관관계를 분석하고, 이에 대하여 가설을 설정하여 검증하였다. 독립변수는 원주민의 주거특성 중 주택소유형태와 거주기간으로 설정하였으며, 종속변수로는 주거특성에 따른 찬반여부와 입주여부 등으로 구분하여 설정하였다. 그 결과 재정비촉진사업 시 소유주들 보다 세입자들의 반대가 심한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 주거특성에서 요인간의 관계와 원주민들의 현실적인 한계 등을 감안하여 사업추진을 시도한다면 보다 많은 원주민들이 재정착할 것으로 예상된다.

        Maxmin 모형과 Transformation Topsis 모형을 이용한 지역 위험도 평가

        There has been vulnerable areas to disaster in Korean large city because old downtown and hillside residence were formed before urban basic facility had arranged. This was due to a disordered urban sprawl which is resulted from rapid urbanization through economic development since 1960 because there was no urban infrastructure capacity of accommodation for increasing urban people. Therefore in the context of urban and provincial planning for minimization of risk and for safety guarantee to disaster and unsafe area, positive prevention counter-plan is needed and in the prevention aspect and urban arrangement and management plan should be considered. In this research an evaluation of disaster riskiness of Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongsangnam-do, Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do etc. will be used as a basic data for regional safety guarantee. A multi-variable decision-making method to an evaluation of riskiness of each city and province will be used as a research methodology. 우리나라 도시들은 외형적인 성장을 거듭하면서 재난에 매우 취약한 도시환경으로 형성되어져 왔다. 특히 구시가지와 고지대 주거지역, 무분별한 산지개발, 산업정책에 따른 위험 공업시설의 건설 등으로 지진이나 화재, 폭발, 산사태 등과 같이 진동을 수반하는 재난에 매우 취약한 구조를 갖고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도시 내에 존재하는 위험요인들을 설정하고 유형별로 위험도평가를 실시하여, 지역별 평가를 통해 지역의 위험도를 파악함으로써, 사전에 재난을 대비할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하여 도시안전을 구현하는데 목적이 있다.본 연구의 특징으로는 기존의 위험도 산출 방식을 모형식을 통한 접근방식이라고 할 수 있으며, 기존의 절충모형의 과정을 변형시켜 새로운 시각에서의 접근을 모색하였다. 한편 T&T모형은 상대적 근접도의 정확성을 높이고자 항목을 추가하여 계산하였고, 연구의 목적에 부합하고자 부 이상적 해를 대상으로 상대적 접근도를 산출하였다. 이러한 모형을 통한 결과 값은 기존 모형인 Maxmin과도 유사한 결과 값으로 계산되었다.

      • 안전도시구축을 위한 범죄다발지역의 분포특성 및 영향요인에 관한 연구

        City and construction plans have been considered to have very little with crime and cities have been formed without planning as having a lack of safety. Current city structures have little resistance to crime and thus, obtaining ways for safety in cities should be reviewed from designing and planning. Most of all, there should be comprehensive measures which require efforts of not only the police and people concerned but the officials and citizens for safety cities. Therefore, crime will be sorted out as building safe cities which are subject to crime prevention. Safe city establishment is the main social problem and comprehensive plans. It is also important to interact between citizen, authorities and related experts. This study considers the relationship between the physical space and crime in Busan to find out the ways which need improvement for lowering crime. Quantitative number of crimes and population data which are in the top five crime data of Busan in 2011, 2012 and 2013 were used to compare, analyze crime rates and figure out spatial distribution in crime hot spots. This study analyzed influential factors on crime to find out what variables affect crime rate on the assumption that some variables explaining regional characteristics are influential. The research result indicates the following. It is almost impossible to completely handle city crimes varying in many regions. So different crime prevention plans and multilateral approaching are needed. There should be prevention policies differentiated with region and types of crime. In this sense, it proves that there is a difference in not only spatial distribution but also types of crime among crime areas. Planning for crime prevention based on this fact can be preliminary data. There will be more meaningful studies on crime prevention as positive research once study range is reduced and transparency in disclosure of information is attained. Positive attitude of Busan city, police administration, experts, citizens are the foundation of safe city and thus, it will motivate to be free from fear of crime.

        Urban management and C.B.D continuance's problem as a result of the extension of the city area and the existing commercial area's shrink due to city spatial structure lead to a lot of problems including doughnut phenomenon. The purpose of the this study is to figure out ways toward the strategies of commercial area prosperity that acts up positively to the multiple C.B.D by the change of urban spatial structure. The strategies of the commercial area prosperity in existing C.B.D were presented by dividing the recover of city function and the self-efforts for shopping facilities. To recover city function, first is to secure a settled population in hinterland. Second is to extend and complete of C.B.D function. Third is to improve that attractive element of C.B.D
