      • 와동형태의 설계에 따라 치아에 발생되는 응력의 변화에 관한 연구 : 1. 온레이의 경우

        Because of the anatomical form of posterior teeth, the amount of tooth reduction at the cuspal area in the typical intracoronal cavity will be inevitably maximal, while stress development on the restoration in this area will be relatively minimal. In an attempt to decrease the amount of tooth reduction at the cuspal area, two modified cavities were newly designed in this study. They had a decreased pupal depth of 1mm at the cuspal area and offsets with the depth of 0.5 ~ 1.0mm were formed at the central fossa area. The Von Mises stresses developed in the gold restoratives and in the teeth were compared with that in the typical intracoronal cavity, which had a simple flat pulpal floor with 1.5mm pulpal depth at the central fossa area. Stress analysis was done with two dimensional finite technique. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The newly modified cavity designs were found to be more advantageous in stress distribution. 2. The effect of offset depth was not significant, but some relationship between the offset depth and stress distribution was found.

      • 政策分析에 있어서 經驗主義的 接近方法과 政治的 接近方法의 比較考察

        Policy choice process to seek a best solution about social problems is usually called policy analysis. Today, the importance of policy analysis is increasingly recognized. For the efficient solution of socio-economical issuses, many apprcaches have been suggested such as : rational model, incremental model, and mixed scanning model. In this article, I classified these models into empirical or system approach and politica or incremental approach. I presumed that policy problems can be devided into empirical and non-empirical elements, and also problem solving approaches can be classified system approach and non-system approach. Nonsystem approach means political models which involve incremental methods and use partizan mutual adjustmentss. when we analyze the social problems in relation to policy making, I hypothesize, the emperical parts of the problems should be solved with system analysis and non-empirical parts should be solved with political approachss. The purpose of this study is to suggest a hypothesis that we should identify social problem policy issues and social problem solving models at first, and shoud match elements of the issues with the solving models. But testing hypothesis needs further study.

      • 구각선간간의 폭경과 상악 전치부폭경과의 관계에 관한 조사연구

        An investigation and comparison was made on the relationship between the cuspid line width and the width of 6 upper anteriors of 56 college students (35 males and 21 females) having more than 27 natural teeth and all intact upper-lower anteriors and bicuspids. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The width of 6 upper anteriors was average 47.92±2.23㎜ for total, 48.34±2.15㎜ for male, 47.24±2.25㎜ for female. No statistical significance between sexual difference was found. 2. The cuspid line width was average 39.72±4.07㎜ for total, 38.67±4.03㎜ for male, 40.98±3.92㎜ for female and 39.72±4.07㎜ for both. No statistical significance between sexual difference was found. 3. The difference of average horizontal distance between cuspid line width and upper 6 anteror width was 3.40-4.85㎜. 4. The difference of average horizontal distance between cuspid line width and the width from one cupid tip to the other was 0.36∼1.27㎜. 5. Asymmetry of the canine position two the cuspid line was found in 62.9∼71.4%. 6. There was a significant statistical difference between the cuspid line width and the width of 6 upper anteriors (P<0.05), but correlation coefficient was low. 7. There was no significant statistical difference between the cuspid line width and the width from one cuspid tip to the other, but correlation coefficient was low.

      • 組織理論속에 나타난 價値定向의 內容에 關한 硏究

        The peopose of this study is to understand the normative vectors which have been developed in the organization theories. Alomst all writers of public administration categorize values into three parts. As we well know, theory X,Y, and theory Z by McGregor and Lawless, are the first example. Mr. Medeiros and Mr. Schmitt classify normative vectors into mchinie, humance, and political bureaucracy. And the third example is efficiency and effectiveness, rights and the adequacy of process, and representation and the control of discretion. On the basis of Mr. Harmon's classificaion, I examinied how the three normative vectors had been treated by and had impacted on the organizaiton theoies one after another. First, in the classical theory of organizaiton, efficiency and effectiveness was the exclusive value, and the other two vectors did not draw much attention from organization theorists and workers. Second, in the Neo-classical theory, efficiency and rational goal attainment were the primary values embodied in organization theories. Third, in the systems theories, effectiveness and adaptation to environment were the most important normative vectors. Fourth, in the later huma relations theories, two vectors,i.e., efficiency and effectiveness and rights and adequacy of the process, received much attention from the theorists and organizational men. Fifth, in the market theories, primary values were free individual choice, mazimizaing aggregate utility, responding to diverse organizational and envioronmental interest. Sixth, in the imterpretive and critical theories, the primary values were rights and adequacy of the process. They focussed their attention on the promotion of the discourses and process of organizaiton decision-making, and on the reduction of the individual alienation through emancipation from reified social and organizational structures. Seventh in the theories of emergence, primary vectors were rights and adequacy of the process. They thought these values would be secured by discovering shared purposes through humane, noncoercive social process, and by facilitating reflexive self-awareness to enables responsible personal action.

      • 표준 동역학 모형을 이용한 동적 풍동실험

        비행체 동안정특성 측정기술의 평가를 위해 표준 동역학 모형의 동안정미계수를 측정하는 자유진동과 강제진동 풍동실험을 국방과학연구소 저속풍동에서 수행하였다. 동적 풍동실험을 위해 실험모형에 작용하는 힘과 모멘트의 시간 이력을 고속 자료획득장치를 이용하여 추출하였다. 동안정미계수 측정결과들을 기존의 연구결과들과 비교하였으며 모두 잘 부합됨을 확인하였다. A series of three wind tunnel free and forced-oscillation tests were conducted on the standard dynamic model in Agency for Defense Development‘s Low-Speed Wind Tunnel. These tests are part of an in-house research effort to verify the measurement techniques of dynamic stability characteristics. The experimental data includes force and moment time histories measured with a high-speed data acquisition device. Dynamic test results are compared with the previous data and fair to good agreement is obtained.

      • 치과기공사의 직업만족도 측정을 위한 설문도구의 개발

        Conflicts between individuals are quite natural and they can act as an positive contributing factor not only to the development of an individual but also to the organization to which one belongs. But too much conflicts will always induce dissatisfaction and stresses, which will be destructive and harmful to all of them, and that is why we are always tying to seek(find) out the causes for the origination of conflicts and remedies to cope with them effectively. The present study, as the first one in a series of studies which our researchers contemplate executing, was designed to develop a measure of job satisfaction for dental laboratory technicians. One job satisfaction measure and two job satisfaction related measures, one for faithfulness for the job and the other for environmental characteristics of dental laboratory were newly developed. The newly developed measures were comprised of a total of 38 items, which were each 12 items for job satisfaction and faithfulness for the job and 14 items for environmental characteristics of dental laboratory With the aid of factor analysis for principal components and categorization of items by panel of professionals, items of each measure were grouped into 2-4 subscales. Contribution to internal consistency was the fina) criterion for an item's inclusion in a subscale. Internal consistency reliability of each item was attested through the statistical analysis on the data obtained from 55 structured questionnaires. Reliability of internal consistency of subscales in each measure of job satisfaction and faithfulness for the job ranged from 0.74 to 0.79 and 0.90-0.91 respectively. The result from this research came to draw the following conclusions. 1. Validity and internal consistency reliability of all the items of each measure was attested. 2. The newly developed measure of job satisfaction was found to be appropriate for (measuring the degree of job satisfaction of) dental technicians, as well as for (other) dental office personnels.
