시스템엔지니어링 기법을 적용한 가압중수로 노심관리 지원시스템 개발 사례

Systems Engineering Approach was applied to the development of operator-support core management system based on the on-site operation experience and document of core management procedures, which is for enhancing operability and safety in PHWR (Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor) operation. The dissertation and definition of the system were given on th basis of investigating and analyzing the core management procedures. Fuel management, detector calibration, safety management, core power distribution monitoring, and integrated data management were defined as main user's requirements. From the requirements, 11 upper functional requirements were extracted by considering the on-site operation experience and investigating documents of core management procedures. Detailed requirements of the system which were produced by analyzing the upper functional requirements were identified by interviewing members who have responsibility of the core management procedures, which were written in SRS (Software Requirement Specification) document by using IEEE 830 template. The system was designed on the basis of the SRS and analysis in terms of nuclear engineering, and then tested by simulation using on-site data as a example. A model of core power monitoring related to the core management was suggested and a standard process for the core management was also suggested. And extraction, analysis, and documentation of the requirements were suggested as a case in terms of systems engineering.

에너지원의 활용성 측면과 전력수급의 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 현실적 대안 중 초임계 CO2 발전 기술은 다양한 열원에 적용 가능한 범용적인 사이클로 발전 기술의 패러다임을 바꿀 수 있는 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 본 고에서는 초임계 CO2의 특성과 이를 이용하여 발전 사이클의 효율 및 소형화가 가능한 원리를 소개하고 최근에 초임계 CO2 발전 기술이 각광받기 시작한 근거를 검토하였다. 그리고 다양한 발전 분야에 대한 주요 국가의 초임계 CO2 발전 기술의 최신 개발 동향을 중심으로 기술하였다.

This paper is based on the interim result of ongoing research and development project to develop a software system which support procurement activities, namely PeMSS (Procurement Engineering Management Support System). PeMSS is a system that enables development requirements for each equipment and help designing equipment meeting the purchase requirements. Procurement at EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) and operational stage of a plant is an important area that determines the integrity and profitability of the plant. Procurement of unsuitable equipment due to selection of suppliers that do not meet or omit critical requirements in purchase specification can result in enormous cost increase due to such as delay in EPC project, unsatisfactory performance and reduced plant operation time. In spite of the importance of the procurement engineering, there is a lack of support system for systematic preparation of purchase specification, so development of the procurement specification is basically relying on the experience of the engineers in charge. Accordingly, it is needed to develop the PeMSS to help procurement engineers develop procurement specification based on systems engineering approach. This paper introduces the design of the PeMSS.
플랜트 EPC 사업을 위한 구매 엔지니어링 관리 지원 시스템 개발

Purchasing engineering is the activity of preparing a material requisition document for equipment and checking whether the contents of the material requisition document are satisfied by vendor data. In the plant's EPC business, the purchase of equipment is a very important task that affects the plant's performance and the schedule and cost of the project. In the meantime, the creation of purchase specifications has generally relied on the experience of personnel without the help of formal processes or software. In addition, there is no software to support whether the contract is well reflected in the material requisition document and whether the contents of the material requisition document are well reflected in the vendor data. In this paper, we introduce the core functions of the PeMSS (Procurement Engineering Management Support System). 구매 엔지니어링이란 기자재의 구매 사양서를 작성하고, 구매 사양서의 내용이 공급자 데이터에 의해 만족되었는지 확인하는 활동이다. 플랜트의 EPC 사업에서 기자재의 구매는 플랜트의 성능과 사업의 일정 및 비용에 매우 중요한 영향을 미치는 업무이다. 그 동안 구매 사양서의 작성은 일반적으로 정형화된 프로세스나 소프트웨어의 도움 없이 담당자의 경험에 의존해왔다. 또한 계약 사항이 구매 사양에 잘 반영되었는지, 구매 사양의 내용이 공급자 데이터에 잘 반영되었는지 지원하는 소프트웨어가 부재한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황에 대처하기 위해 개발 중인 구매 엔지니어링 관리 지원 시스템(PeMSS: Procurement Engineering Management Support System)의 핵심 기능을 소개하고자 한다.
