        음악치료사의 성인애착 수준이 내담자와의 정서적 유대에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지의 조절효과 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 음악치료사의 성인애착 수준, 사회적 지지, 내담자와의 정서적 유대 간의 관계를 알아보고, 성인애착 수준과 정서적 유대 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 알아 보고자 하였다. 임상에서 활동하고 있는 음악치료사 120명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였으며 연 구 대상자 중 여자는 113명(94.2%), 남자는 7명(5.8%)이었으며, 연령은 30~39세 집단이 76명 (61.7%)으로 가장 많았다. 최종학력은 석사 학위 집단이 100명(83.3%)이며, 파트타임으로 근무 하는 치료사가 93명(77.5%)이었다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악치료사의 연령에 따 라 정서적 유대에 차이가 있었고, 근무 기관에 따라 사회적 지지에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 음악 치료사의 성인애착 수준과 정서적 유대, 사회적 지지는 부적 상관관계, 정서적 유대와 사회적 지지는 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 음악치료사의 성인애착 수준은 내담자와 정서적 유대에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 음악치료사의 사회적 지지는 성인애착과 내담자와 정서적 유대 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 음악치료사의 성인애착 수준과 내담자와의 정서적 유대에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었으며 본 연구의 결과는 내담자와의 정서적 유대에 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지에 대한 이해를 돕고 내담자와 정서적 유대를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the adult attachment level of music therapist, social support, and relationship of emotional bond with clients, and to verify the moderating effect of social support in the influence of music therapist's adult attachment level on clients and emotional bond. The subjects of the study are 120 music therapists who are clinically active. Among those studied were 113(94.2%) women and 7(5.8%) men. The largest groups were the 30-39 age group(76 people, 61.7%), the master's degree group(100 people, 83.3%) and the part-time group(93 people, 77.5%). The results of the study are as follows: First, There were differences in emotional bonds depending on the age of the music therapist, and social support depending on the 'Working institution'. Second, music therapists' adult attachment levels, emotional bonds, and social support are negative correlations, emotional bonds and social support are positive correlations. Third, The level of adult attachment of music therapists has an negative effect on emotional bonds with the client. Forth, The social support of music therapists moderates the relationship between adult attachment and emotional bond with client. The results of this study help to understand the social support that affects emotional bond with client. In addition, music therapists suggest ways to strengthen emotional bond with client.

        섬유예술에 있어서 표현소재에 관한 연구

        The continuous desire for self-expression from the birth of human history created art works of unique expressive mode with the changes of the times. Just as art is concluded as a result of self-expression, the ambiguous concept of genre and composite materials produce imaginary jump and endeavor in the process of creation. Further, the expressive freedom considered as an essence of an artist is liberates the traditionally long-established thought based on a person`s individuality and creative power. Closely selected media as well as mass produced materials benefitted by science, a person`s intellectual insight, and keen sensitivity are introduced to 20th century`s textile art, which has searched for a composite art, in a rational manner. Under this basis, the textile art is connected to the current of modern art to be enlarged and developed into a new field of the formative art. In particular, the infinite aesthetic value can be expressed by the selection of unique and various materials, which result in rich expressive capability, so that it is consolidating its foundation as a creative field in the modern art. In addition, as the modern art is inclined toward free self-expression owing to the development of scientific technologies and diversification of formative concept, the textile materials are extending its scale increasingly. Accordingly, this thesis is intended to explain the feature and expressive mode of modern textile art as well as the examination of its general concept and, it is researching to analyze various materials used in producing art works so that it may be helpful to explore the positive ways of future textile art, including the study on expressive materials.

        Identification of Matrix Mineralization-Related Genes in Human Periodontal Ligament Cells Using cDNA Microarray

        Periodontal ligament (PDL) cells have been known as multipotential cells, and as playing an important rolesin periodontal regeneration. The PDL cells are composed of heterogeneous cell populations which have the capacity to differentiate into either cementoblasts or osteoblasts, depending on needs and conditions. Therefore, PDL cells have the capacity to produce mineralized nodules in vitro in mineralization medium which include ascorbic acid, ${\beta}$-glycerophosphate and dexamethasone. In spite of these well-known osteoblast like properties of PDL cells, very little is known about the molecules involved in the formation of the mineralized nodules in the PDL cells. In the present study, we analysed gene-expression profiles during the mineralization process of cultured PDL cells by means of a cDNA microarray consisting of 3063 genes. Nodules of mineralized matrix were strongly stained with alizarin red S on the PDL cells cultured in the media with mineralization supplements. Among 3,063 genes analyzed, 35 were up-regulated more than two-fold at one or more time points in cells that developed matrix mineralization nodules, and 38 were down-regulated to less than half their normal level of expression. In accord with the morphological change we observed, several genes related to calcium-related or mineral metabolism were induced in PDL cells during osteogenesis, such as IGF-II and IGFBP-2. Proteogycan 1, fibulin-5, keratin 5, ,${\beta}$-actin, ${\alpha}$-smooth muscle actin and capping protein, and cytoskeleton and extracellular matrix proteins were up-regulated during mineralization. Several genes encoding proteins related to apoptosis weredifferentially expressed in PDL cells cultured in the medium containing mineralization supplements. Dkk-I and Nip3, which are apoptosis-inducing agents, were up-regulated, and Btf and TAXlBP1, which have an anti-apoptosis activity, were down-regulated during mineralization. Also periostin and S100 calciumbinding protein A4 were down-regulated during mineralization.

        건축자재용 RFID 패키징 설계

        RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), which is a kind of the electronic tag, is a wireless access device using the radio frequency for recognizing the ID information. It has a variety of application such as the bus card, gate access card, distribution industry, and management of construction materials. The performance and size of RFID depend on the penetrability, recognition ratio, memory size, multi tag recognition, external pollution dust, and exterior impact, and RFID requires the packaging to protect itself considered above factors. Recently, RFID is diversely employed to effectively manage construction materials and the RFID packaging, which is robust to the external impact, is required to attach RFID on construction materials. In this paper, we propose the construction material RFID packaging designed to be robust for the external impact and to be practicable for change of the broken RFID. For the change of RFID, we separate the cast and body of the packaging. Also, we present the detail drawing for the proposed construction material RFID packaging and implement the performance evaluation of the packaging manufactured using 3D printer.
