        Fentanyl 을 사용한 마취유도

        We evaluated the efficacy as an anesthetic induction agent and cardiovascular effects of fentanyl in sixty patients with myocardial ischemia on electrocardiogram, who were scheduled for elective operations of more than two-hour duration. In addition, the effects of pretreatment with pancuronium and/or lorazepam prior to anesthetic induction were evaluated on the induction speed, the incidence and severity of skeletal muscle rigity, heart rate, and systolic blood pressure. All the patients were given 30μg/kg of fentanyl and divided into four equal groups of fifteen patients according to pretreatment drugs administered before fentanyl. The results were as follows: 1) Eighty-seven percent of the patients in control group (pretreated with saline)were rendered unconscious during or one minute after infusion of 30μg/kg of fentanyl. 2) Pretreatment with lorazepam before fentanyl significant#ly increased the induction speed (p$lt;0.025), but was not significantly correlated with the incidence and severity of skeletaluscle rigidity. Pancuronium pretreatment significantly decreased the incidence and severity of skeletal muscle rigidity (p$lt;0.01) but was not significantly correlated with the induction speed, Pretreatment with lorazepam plus pancuronium significantly increased the induction speed (p$lt;0.025) and significantly decreased the incidence and severity of skeletal muscle rigidity (p$lt;0.01). 3) Saline pretreatment and pancuronium pretreatment did not significantly change heart rate or systolic blood pressure, but both lorazepam poretreatment and lorazepam-pancuronium pretreatment decreased heart rate or systolic blood pressure (p$lt;0.05), which were within thirty percent of preanesthetic values. 4) All the patients did not exhibit significant changes in heart rate or systolic blood pressure immediately after, in comparison to, immediately before tracheal intubation or skin incision (p$gt; 0.05). From the above results, it is concluded that anesthetic induction with 30 μg/kg of fentanyl produces profound analgesia and amnesi, stable cardiovascular dynamics, and a minimum of problems, and pretreatment with small doses of lorazepam and pancuronium before fentanyl facilitates not only a rapid loss of consciousness but also a reduction in the incidence and severity of fentanyl-induced rigidity.

However, when the proportion of a sensitive attribute is very small, the precision of estimators from RRM may be poor. In that case use of RRM is restricted. In this paper, the performances of RRM are investigated when population proportion of the sensitive attribute changes.

      • 정상 인체 멜라닌세포에서 endothelin-1 receptor antagonist가 melanin생성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In the normal skin, melanocytes maintain their constant population and their melanogenic activity in steady state, but respond to several stimulus such as UV radiation and chemical irritation, to accentuate proliferation and differentiation, leading to hyperpigmentation of the skin. Human Keratinocytes produce and secrete endothelin-1, which can be strong mitogens for human melanocytes. The paracrine linkage of endothelin-1 between keratinocytes and melanocytes suggested that endothelin-1 is intrinsic mediators for human melanocytes in UVB-induced pigmentation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the new whitening agent, which improve the hyperpigmentation by inhibiting the ET-1. So, we add ET-1 and five kinds of ETRA into the cultured normal human melanocyte and then three days later, each ETRA on ET-1 was measured melanocyte number and inhibitory effect of melanin synthesis, respectively. In this study, ETRA has a inhibitory effect on ET-1 induced melanocyte proliferation and melanogenesis. ETRA I has a strong inhibitory effect on melanocyte proliferation and ETRA Ⅱ has a strong inhibitory effect melanogenesis. western blotting results shows negative. It may be due to the processing error of protein denaturing or low antigen -antibody affinity. But, we also confirm that ETRA Ⅱ has a inhibitory effect of tyrosinae synthesis by RT-PCR

        PDGF-BB 적용시간이 decalcified dentin에서의 치은섬유아세포의 증식에 대한 효과

        Platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) is one of the polypeptide growth fators. PDGF has been reported as a biological mediator which regulates activities of wound healing process including the cell proliferation, migration and metabolism. Recent studies indicated that demineralized root surface as the primary site for growth factor application has advantages over other application method, especially due to binding capacity of growth factor for exposed matrix component of deminera1ized dentin surface. The purpose of this study is to evaluate optimal application time of PDGF-BB on proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts using deminera1ized dentin surface as primary application site. Human gingival fibroblasts and dentin slabs were prepared from the first premolar tooth extracted for the orthodontic treatment, cells were cultured in DMEM/I0% FBS at the $37^{\circ}C$, 5% CO2 incubator. All of the dentin slabs were preconditioned with Tetracycline HCI(100mg/ml) solution and rinsed in PBS. In the cell proliferation experiment, experimental group was immersed in DMEM containing 10% FBS, 50ng/rnl PDGF-BB during different time(30sec, 1, 2, 4, 8 minutes) and dried. Cells at concentration of $1{\times}10^5$cells/ml were seeded in each culture well which contained dentin slabs and incubated for 6 hours. Then, all of the dentin slabs were moved into new 24 well culture dish and incubated for 24, 48, 72 hours. The cell counting was done by hemocytometer with inverted phase contrast microscope after trypsinization. The results were as follows : The application of PDGF-BB for 1, 2 min slightly increased the number of gingival fibroblasts, and the application of PDGF-BB for 4, 8 min prominently increased the number of gingival fibroblasts. The application of PDGF-BB for 4 min showed maximum proliferation rate of gingival fibroblasts at 24, 48, 72 hours, and the application of PDGF-BB for 8 min showed less proliferation rate of gingival fibroblasts compared to the application of PDGF-BB for 4 min at 24, 48, 72 hours. In conclusion, the application of PDGF-BB for 4 min appeared to be optimal to obtain maximum proliferation of gingival fibroblasts using demineralized dentin surface as primary applicaton site of PDGF-BB.

Statistical measurements are done on normal Korean adult skull, male 100 persons, female 40 persons, total 150 persons, for the length, breadth, cephalic index, heihgt, A-P diameter and depth of the sella turcica, basal angle, facial angle and calcification of teh pineal gland. 2. Most of the Korean skulls (85%) are brachycephalic skull. 3. Calcification of the pineal gland is seen in 18%.

      • 탈회된 상아질면에 혈소판유래성장인자-BB적용시간이 치은섬유아세포의 증식에 미치는 영향

        섬유아세포의 이주와 증식에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려진 PDGF-BB를 이용하여 테트라사이클린으로 탈회시킨 치근면에 PDGF-BB의 다양한 적용시간에 따른 증식세포수를 측정해 봄으로써, PDGF적용시간이 섬유아세포의 증식에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 본 실험을 실시하였다. 교정치료를 목적으로 내원한 환자의 발거한 소구치를 이용하여 상아질절편을 제작하여 시편으로 사용하였다. 100mg/ml 농도의 테트라사이클린으로 5분간 탈회시킨 시편을 50ng/ml 농도의 PDGF-BB로 30초, 1분, 2분, 4분, 8분 동안 처리하고 성장인자를 적용하지 않은 시편을 대조군으로 하여 각 시편을 24well 조직 배양접시에 넣고 1 × 10 exp (5)개의 치은섬유아세포를 가진 배양액 1ml 씩을 넣어 6시간 배양한 후 새로운 배양접시로 옮기고 24, 48, 72시간동안 배양하여 각 시간대별로 0.05% trypsin/0.02% EDTA로 처리하고 세포를 분리하여 광학위상차현미경하에서 세포수를 측정하고 시편의 단위면적당 세포수를 계산하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 세포증식률의 측정실험에서 24, 48, 72시간 공히 대조군과 비교시 PDGF-BB 적용시간의 증가에 따라 증식세포수가 증가하였으며 4분 및 8분 적용군에서 세포증식률의 현저한 증가양상을 보였다. PDGF-BB적용군과 테트라사이클린만 처리한 대조군과 비교시 24, 48시간에서는 PDGF-BB 1분 적용군부터 세포수가 증가를 관찰할 수 있었으나 적용시간 2분까지는 그 정도가 미약하였으며 4,8분 적용군에서 24,48,72시간 모두에서 대조군과 비교시 세포수 증가가 현저한 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. PDGF-BB 적용군사이에서는 4분 적용군이 세포증식률이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 8분 적용군에서는 4분 적용군에 비해 24, 48, 72시간 모두에서 세포증식률이 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 이상의 연구를 미루어 볼 때 치은섬유아세포의 증식률에서 PDGF-BB 4분 적용군이 24, 48, 72시간 모두에서 타군과 비교시 현저한 증가를 보였으므로 탈회된 상아질을 PDGF-BB의 주적용부로 하였을때 50ng/ml농도의 PDGF-BB사용시 4분정도의 적용시간이 섬유아세포의 증식을 이루는데 있어서 가장 적절한 시간이 될 것으로 사료된다.         항공여객의 차후 행동의도에 영향을 주는 변수에 관한 연구

        This paper investigates how perceived price, airline service quality, perceived value, passenger satisfaction, and airline image determine passengers’future behavioural intentions. To test the conceptual framework, path analysis using a maximum likelihood estimator, was applied to data collected from Korean international air passengers. It was found that all the hypothesized relationships were statistically significant. Perceived price, perceived value, passenger satisfaction, and airline image were each found to have a direct effect on Korean international air passengers’ future behavioural intentions. 본 연구는 항공기를 이용한 승객들이 인지하는 항공사의 서비스품질과 마케팅 요소들이 차후 행동의도에 어떤 영향을 주는가를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 항공권 가격, 서비스 품질, 서비스 효용, 승객 만족, 항공사 이미지, 행동의도를 의사결정의 영향요인으로 하여 연구모형을 설정하고 설문을 통하여 수집된 자료를 경로분석하였다. 분석 결과 항공권 가격, 서비스 품질, 서비스 가치, 고객 만족, 항공사 이미지가 직접적 또는 간접적으로 항공사 승객들의 의사결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

      • [논문]토사터널 굴착시 발생하는 구조물의 부등침하 억제용 마이크로파일의 효과에 관한 연구

        도심지에서 건설되는 각종 터널 시공시 현장여건 동 그 특수성에 따라 지중 및 지상에 존재하는 각종 인접구조물에 대한 안정성 확보가 필수적인 요건으로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 이같은 문제를 극복하면서 깊은 기초로서의 역학적 특성을 가지며, 현장의 적용성 및 시공성/ 경제성 등 여러 가지 장점을 가진 마이크로파일을 적용함에 있어서,선행연구에서 규명되어진 역학적 특성을 통해 파일의 적절한 보강형식과 현장의 적용성 및 보강의 효율성을 높이기 위한 수치해석을 실시하고/ 터널 인접구조물의 부등침하 안정검토 해석결과와 현장여건을 고려한 마이크로파일의 보강각도와 길이에 대한 효율적인 보강대책을 제시 하고자 한다.
