독후활동 중심의 비대면 영어독서프로그램이 초등학생의 영어능력과 정의적 태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 코로나19 이후 변화된 교육 패러다임을 반영하여 비대면 환경에서의 독후활동 중심 영어독서 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 공공도서관 현장에 적용하여 초등학생의 영어능력과 영어독서에 대한 정의적 태도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 영어능력의 하위요인으로 듣기, 읽기, 말하기, 쓰기, 어휘 능력에 미치는 효과를 규명하고, 정의적 태도의 하위요인으로 영어독서에 대한 흥미, 자신감, 효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 초등영어교육이 시작되는 3․4학년 학생을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단을 구성하여 12주간 독후활동 중심의 비대면 영어독서프로그램을 실행하였다. 실험집단을 대상으로는 영어책 읽기와 독후활동을 포함한 비대면 영어독서프로그램을 실행하였으며, 통제집단은 영어책 읽기 활동만을 포함한 비대면 영어독서프로그램을 실행하였다. 연구 결과, 독후활동 중심의 비대면 영어독서프로그램은 초등학생의 영어능력 향상에 효과적이며, 영어독서에 대한 정의적 태도 또한 긍정적으로 변화되었음을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop an English reading program centered on reading activities in a non-face-to-face environment reflecting the educational paradigm that has changed since COVID-19, and to verify the effects of applying it in the public library environment on elementary school students’ English proficiency and affective attitudes toward English reading. The effects on listening, reading, speaking, writing, and vocabulary skills as sub-factors of English proficiency were clarified, and the effects on interest, confidence, and efficacy in English reading as sub-factors of affective attitude were analyzed. For this study, a non-face-to-face English reading program centered on reading activities was implemented for 12 weeks for 3rd and 4th grade students who are just beginning elementary English education, forming an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group implemented a non-face-to-face English reading program that included reading English books and reading activities, while the control group implemented a non-face-to-face English reading program that included only reading English books. The research results confirmed that the non-face-to-face English reading program centered on reading activities was effective in improving elementary school students’ English proficiency, and that their affective attitudes toward English reading also changed positively.
사이토키닌제 종류와 처리시기에 따른 포도 ‘샤인머스켓’의 과실 품질특성과 저장성

본 연구는 포도 ‘샤인머스켓’ 품종에서 생장조절제 처리방법에 따른 과실의 품질 차이와 저장성을 평가하여 고품질 생산을 위한 생장조절제 처리방법과 국내 유통 물량 조절을 위한 효과적인 저장 방법을 찾고자 수행하였다. 1. ‘샤인머스켓’ 생장조절제 처리방법에 따른 과실 품질 특성은 만개후 14일에 처리한 2차 생장조절제가 더 큰 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 2차에 TDZ를 처리한 시험구가 중량은 더 높았지만 품질면으로 볼 때 CPPU 처리구가 산도가 낮고 당도가 높아 당산비가 높았으며 경도가 높아 아삭이는 식감과 과피색이 보다 밝은 황녹색을 보여 품질이 더 좋았다. 2. 저장방법에 따른 포도 ‘샤인머스켓’의 상품성을 유지하는 저장기한은 저온저장 시 60일 이내, CA 저장시 110일이내로 다른 과종에서와 같이 CA 저장이 장기저장에 더 효과적이었다. 3. 생장조절제 처리방법에 의해 다르게 나타난 과실 품질 특성은 CA 저장 시 120일까지 그대로 유지되었으며 2차에CPPU를 처리하는 것이 저장 중 품질 유지면에서도 더 효과적인 방법임을 알 수 있었다. 4. 결론적으로 ‘샤인머스켓’ 생장조절제 처리방법에 따른과실 품질특성은 1차 보다 2차 처리방법에 의해 결정되며 2 차에 사용된 생장조절제가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. This research investigated the effects of the plant growth regulators (PGRs) on fruit characteristics and storability of ‘Shine Muscat’ grapes. The objective was to identify effective PGR treatment methods for high-quality production and efficient storage. The characteristics of ‘Shine Muscat’ fruits were more affected by the secondary treatment applied 14 days after full bloom than by the primary treatment applied at full bloom. The fruits treated with thidiazuron (TDZ) in the secondary treatment showed higher weight. However, the forchlorfenuron (CPPU) treated fruits exhibited lower acidity and higher soluble solids content, which led to a higher sugar-to-acid ratio. Additionally, it had higher firmness, contributing to a good texture and a brighter yellow-green skin color, thus indicating better quality. The storage period for ‘Shine Muscat’ varies depending on the storage method: up to 60 days in cold storage and up to 110 days in Controlled Atmosphere (CA) storage. Like other kinds of fruits, CA storage was more effective for long-term storage. Furthermore, considering that the quality characteristics manifested during the prestorage PGR treatment were maintained during CA storage, secondary treatment with CPPU was deemed effective for optimal quality and storage.

본 연구는 노지 사과원 개화기 저온피해 경감기술 개발을위해 시설과수에서 사용하는 농업용 온풍기와 덕트를 이용하여 세장방추형 사과나무 수관 하부에 직접 온풍하여 수고별온도 상승효과를 검증하고자 수행하였다. 1. 온풍기 가동에 따른 온도 상승효과는 냉기가 정체하는 지제부 30 cm 부근에서 가장 뚜렷하게 나타났으며, 옥스퍼드 원단 이용 분기덕트 처리구의 경우 평균 2.6o C, 직조필름 이용분기덕트 처리구는 1.1o C 온도가 상승함을 확인하였다. 2. 하지만, 지제부로부터 130 cm와 230 cm 높이에서는 무처리구와 비슷한 온도 수준이였다. 온풍덕트 이용을 통한 온도상승효과는 외기 온도가 높을수록 상승폭이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 3. 핑크기 중심화 피해율은 무처리구(73.2%)에 비해 옥스퍼드 원단 이용 분기덕트 처리구(42.8%)가 유의하게 감소하는효과가 나타났고, 측화 피해율은 온풍기 가동 처리구 모두가유의하게 감소하는 효과를 나타냈다. 4. 온풍기 가동 처리구에서 중심과, 측과 착과율은 옥스퍼드원단 이용 분기덕트 처리구는 각각 38.3%, 82.7%였으며, 직조필름 이용 분기덕트 처리구는 각각 31.4%, 82.7%로 조사되어무처리구 0.5%, 61.1%에 비해 착과율을 높이는데 효과가 있었다. 5. 결론적으로 노지 사과원의 경우 세장방추형 밀식재배 체계에서 온풍덕트를 피해가 주로 발생하는 측지 가까이 설치한다면 개화기 인접 늦서리에 의한 피해를 어느 정도 경감할 수있을 것으로 본다. This study was carried out to verify the effect of increasing the ambient temperature around apple trees by directly blowing warm-air under the slender spindle apple training system using an agricultural warm-air blower and ducts used in plastic house cultivation to develop late frost damage reduction technology during the blooming season. The temperature increase effect around apple trees owing to the operating warm-air blowing ducts was most evident at a height of 30 cm from the ground surface. At this height, the branch ducts made of Oxford fabric and Solartex showed a raised ambient temperature of about 2.6o C and 1.1o C, respectively. However, the temperature rising effect at a height of 130 cm and 230 cm from the ground surface owing to the operating warm-air blowing ducts was not distinct compared to that in the control. The effect of raising ambient temperature around apple trees through the operation of warm-air blowing ducts was found to be greater as the ambient temperature did not severely drop below the freezing temperature. Damage to the central flower in the apple inflorescence at the pink stage was significantly reduced in the warm-air blowing ducts made of Oxford fabric (42.8%) compared to that in the control (73.2%). However, the damage to other flowers except the central one was not significant compared to that in the control. The fruiting rate of the central and other flowers in the apple inflorescence depending on the operating warm-air blowing ducts was significantly increased compared to that in the control. The fruiting rates of central and other flowers depending on the ducts materials, such as Oxford fabric, and Solartex, and that of the control were 38.3%/82.7%, 31.4%/82.7%, and 0.5%/61.1%, respectively. In conclusion, in the case of open-field apple orchards, if the warm-air blowing duct is installed close to the laterals where frost damage mainly occurs in the slender-spindle dense cultivation system, the damage caused by late frost in the vicinity of blooming time can be reduced to some extent.

The test conducted in this study was carried out for three years from 2013 to 2015 to investigate the optimal level of seeding amount and nitrogen fertilizer application to cultivate and produce the seeds of rye in Jangsu province, Jeollabuk-do. The variety of forage rye used in this experiment was 'Gogu', developed by National Institute of Crop Science, Suwon, Korea in 2004. The seeding rate was four levels (3, 5, 7 and 9 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>, respectively) while nitrogen fertilized with respective amounts of 0, 3, 6, and 9 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>. In Jangsu, the number of spike per m<sup>2</sup> and lodging ratio were increasing, while fertility rate, 1 liter weight, 1000-grain weight and seed productivity were decreased by increasing of seeding rate from 3 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup> to 9 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>. There was an increase in the number of spike per m<sup>2</sup>, culm lengh, the number of grain per spike, lodging ratio and seed productivity, while productiove tiller, 1 grain weight, and 1 liter weight were decreased by increasing nitrogen fertilizer level from 3kg 10a<sup>-1</sup> to 9 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>. The best seeding rate and nitrogen fertilizer level for rye seed production were 5 kg and 6 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>, respectively, considering plant lodging, seed and fertilizer reduction and the prevention of pollution by excess fertilization.
지적장애인을 대상으로 한 AAC 활용 국내 중재 연구 동향

Objectives This study analyzes intervention research trends using AAC for individuals with intellectual disabilities to suggest educational practices and future research directions. Methods 17 domestic journal articles from 1999 to August 2024 were selected to analyze overall research trends (publication year, research participants, research design, dependent variables, validity, and fidelity), as well as characteristics of AAC-based interventions (intervention setting, tools, strategies and communication function of AAC). Results First, the analysis of overall trends showed that AAC interventions for individuals with intellectual dis abilities started in 1999, with no published papers after 2022. Participants were mostly elementary school stu dents, with pre-intervention communication levels falling below age 3 for expressive language and below age 5 for receptive language, except for adults. Research designs primarily included single subject, with multiple probe design across subjects being the most common. Communication was generally set as a dependent variable. Social validity and intervention fidelity were often omitted, while maintenance and generalization were measured in over 60% of studies. Second, detailed characteristics revealed that researchers often conducted interventions them selves, most commonly in classrooms and for less than 20 minutes. Non-electronic tools were used more than electronic ones, with MyTalkie program being the most actively used software. Various AAC interventions were applied along with script activities, with requesting/re-requesting being the most frequent communication function. Conclusions First, interventions should be applied to a wider range of ages, communication levels, and dependent variables. Enhancements in social validity, intervention fidelity, and generalization are needed to ensure research validity. In particular, training communication partners to ensure the generalization and continuity of AAC use for participants with intellectual disabilities is crucial. Second, the selection of AAC tools should consider participant preferences, and interventions should incorporate natural practice contexts to enhance the efficiency of learned AAC usage.

본고는 경산 사재동 교수가 고서상에서 구입하여 소장해오다가 현재는 충남대학교 중앙도서관의 경산문고에 이관된 <쳥암녹>을 대상으로 하고 있다. 국문전용의 여성 필체로 전장이 72매인 중장편이다. 작품 후언을 통해 '이 소져'가 필사자이거나 유통자임을 알 수 있다. 갑인년 11월 4일에 필사를 시작하여 12월에 마쳤는데, 지질과 묵색이 고태하고 근대 지향적 주제임을 감안할 때 필사시기의 하한은 1914년이고, 이를 기점으로 1854년이나 1794년 등으로 소급할 수 있겠다. 그러나 1914년으로 추정할 때 작품의 내용이나 형상화 방식이 부합된다. 다음으로 이 작품의 형상화 양상은 사건의 주요 인물과 그들의 행적 및 성격에 따라 절대악을 통한 강고한 세계 구축, 조력자를 통한 판타지적 문제해결, 유약한 자아의 긍휼적 애정 성취 등으로 나누어 살펴보았다. <쳥암녹>은 혼사장애와 극복이 형상화의 주된 내용으로 주인공의 결연에 갑작스러운 폭력이 가해지고, 이를 극복하는 과정에서 조력자가 등장하며, 두 주인공은 나약하게 절대적 세계에 휘둘리다가 주변인들의 도움으로 어렵게 애정을 성취한다. 이것이 핵심적인 화소이자 사건의 중추로, 이를 통하여 작품의 가치나 문학사적인 의의 등을 유추할 수 있다. 이어서 <쳥암녹>의 문학사적 의미와 한계점을 파악해 보았다. 이 작품은 혼사 장애, 기봉, 변복, 조력 등 다양한 화소를 적절히 활용하여 성취되는 애정을 그리고 있다. 다만 애정을 성취하는 인물들의 나약함을 있는 그대로 노출하여 보다 현실적으로 작품을 형상화한다. 이러한 기법은 고전소설에서 일반적이지 않는 것으로, 근대적인 소시민의 애정을 사실적으로 보여준다. 더욱이 절대악이 척결되지 않고 오히려 악행을 반복하는 양상을 보여주는데, 이는 고전소설의 도식화된 권선징악을 탈피했다는 점에서 주목할 만하다. 이들은 이 작품의 근대지향적인 특성을 드러내는 것이다. 그러나 고난을 겪고 일상에 복귀한 두 주인공의 완전한 결연이 정절을 지켰기에 가능하다는 인식은 근대지향의 애정관보다는 중세적인 의식이 반영된 결과라 할 수 있다. 이는 이 작품이 근대를 지향하는 한편, 중세를 수렴하면서 나타난 특징이라 하겠다. 즉 문명의 교차기에 신구문명을 한 자리에서 다루어 빚어진 현상인 것이다. The subject of this Article is on "Chyeongamnok," a book which was transferred to Gyeongsanmungo of the Jungang Library of Chungnam National University after Professor Gyeongsan Sah Jae-dong possessed after purchasing from an antique book shop. The book is in femal writing exclusive for Korean, and is composed of a total of 72 pages, being a medium or long length book. Based on the epilogue of the writing, one may assume that 'Lee Sojyeo' is the author or the circulator. The writing started on November 4th of the Gapin year and was completed in December, thus, when considering the fact that the paper quality and ink color is antique and that the theme is modern-oriented, the latest possible writing period would be 1914, and may go back to 1854 or 1794. However, the contents or expression method of the writing corresponds to the year 1914. Next, the expression aspect of this work was examined through constructing a solid world through an absolute evil depending on the main characters, their tracks, and characteristics, fantasy-like problem solving through a supporter, and achievement of compassionate love by a vulnerable ego. "Chyeongamnok" is a story where the obstacles of marriage and overcoming such obstacles form the main contents of expression, and where sudden violence is imposed on the relationship of the main characters, a supporter appears in the process of overcoming such violence, and the two main characters achieve their love with difficulty through the help of other characters after feebly being swayed by the absolute world. This is the core pixel and central element of the case, which allow readers to deduct the meaning based on literary history or the value of the book. The meaning based on literary history and the limits of "Chyeongamnok" was examined as well. This book expresses the achievement of love by adequately using various pixels such as marriage obstacle, strange meetings, disguises, and support. This work further realistically expresses the story by exposing the vulnerability of the characters that achieve love. Such method shows the love of modern day people, which is not general in classical novels. Moreover, the book shows evil being repeated rather than the absolute evil being eradicated, which is noticeable since it escapes from the schematism of didactic themes in classical novels. However, the awareness that the relationship of the two characters, who returned to their daily lives after going through hardships, was able to reach perfection because they kept their fidelity is a result of applying the consciousness of medieval times rather than modern-oriented love. This aspect appeared because of pursuing values of the modern era while reflecting the awareness of the medieval times. In other words, this phenomenon appeared by dealing with the old and new civilization at an intersecting period.

This study evaluated the airborne concentrations of bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, and fungi in waiting rooms, wards, and outdoors, according to time and particle size between October 17 and November 28, 2003. The geometric mean number of airborne bacteria was highest in the morning. The more people there were, the higher was the total bacteria concentration. The concentration of fungi was also highest in the morning. Temperature and relative humidity affected the concentrations of fungi significantly (p<0.05). This study found relationships between microorganism concentrations and factors such as time, place, temperature, humidity, ventilation, and number of people. Therefore, to manage the pollution resulting from airborne microorganisms, each time, place, and environmental factor should be examined periodically, and the number, size, and movement of airborne microorganisms should be evaluated.
