        논문 : 도시환경정비사업의 집행 지연요인 도출 및 관리적 시사점 분석

        본 연구는 도시환경정비사업을 대상으로 사업의 지연에 영향을 미치는 여러 요인들 가운데 사업지연에 보다 큰 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 분석하였으며, 관리적 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구방법은 도시환경정비사업 집행 지연요인 도출 및 계층화 분류, AHP방법을 활용한 지연요인들 간 중요도 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 총 21개의 사업 지연요인이 도출되었으며, 그 중 ‘행정절차 오류’, ‘조합의 정치적 분쟁’, ‘사업계획 변동’, ‘소유자 이해부족 갈등’, ‘세입자 보상가 불만족’, ‘사업성에 대한 불확실성’, ‘주민의견 반영 미흡’, ‘부정행위’, ‘정비계획 수립 지연’, ‘세입자 이주대책 미흡’, ‘주택경기 침체에 따른 사업성 저하’, ‘과도한 기반시설’ 의 12개의 요인이 주요 지연요인으로 분석되었다. This study analyzed main factors affecting project delay among the several factors and suggest managerial implications about urban renewal project. The method of study is as in the following. First of all, we deducted action delay factors of urban renewal project and classified hierarchy. And then, we carried out Analysis of Importance among factors of delay using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). As a result of this study, total twenty-one factors of project delay are deducted and twelve factors(administrative procedures mistake, political conflict of association, change of project plan, conflict of owner, dissatisfaction of compensation price for tenant, business value, insufficiency of resident opinion reflect, cheating, delay of maintenance plan establishment, insufficiency of migration measure, feasibility decline of depression housing economy, excessive infrastructure) are analyzed that it is important to delay project.

        노인 가족에 있어서 주택연금 노후소득보장 효과

        In this study, we developed a new methodology to measure the degree of guarantee of old-age earnings of public pension. In addition, this method was used to compare the effect of securing the old-age income between the public reverse mortgage and the public pension. In this study, the proposed new methodology is the "contribution to guarantee of old-age income," which is a comprehensive single index covering both income replacement rate and eligibility. Based on this methodology, we estimated the income guarantee effect of national pension, basic pension, and public reverse mortgage, all of which are representative public pensions in Korea. The results of the estimation of the contribution of the old-age income guarantee show that the contribution of the public reverse mortgage was 31.3%, which was about two times higher than the basic pension at 15.0% and the national pension at 14.5%. This means that if the public reverse mortgage is additionally applied to the public pension system, the current senior citizen family generation can increase the contribution of the old-age income guarantee up to 60.8%.

        도시환경정비사업 집행 지연요인의 인과구조 분석-토지등소유자방식을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 도시환경정비사업을 대상으로 사업 집행을 지연시키는 주요 요인들 가운데 사업지연에 보다 큰 영향을 미치는 요인 및 인과관계에 대해 분석하였다. 10개의 주요 지연요인들을 대상으로 DEMATEL분석을 통해 인과성 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과, 도시환경정비사업의 집행 지연요인으로써 가장 주요한 원인이 되는 요인은 경기 침체에 따른 사업성 저하로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 관련 수립계획 및 인가오류, 소유자 이해부족 갈등, 사업시행자의 불투명한 사업 추진, 소유자, 보상가 불만족 등의 순으로 분석되었다. 최종적으로 사업 지연요인의 인과성 분석결과, 도시환경정비사업의 집행 지연구조는 관련계획 수립 오류, 사업시행자의 불투명한 사업추진, 소유자 보상가 불만족, 경기 침체에 따른 사업성 저하, 소유자 이해부족 갈등, 사업시행자의 미약한 공신력이 원인이 되어, 사업성에 대한 불확실성, 사업계획 변동, 세입자 갈등, 수요변화 등의 또 다른 지연요인을 발생시키는 형태로 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The major purpose of this research is investigating the delay factors of the project process focused on urban environmental improvement project out of the renewal plans and then it attempted to find causation between them. (2) RESEARCH METHOD It was evaluated the causal relationship with the major delay factors by DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory). (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS First of all, the most essential cause as the delay factor was the decline of project implementation associated with economic recession and then the following factors in order were authorization errors and the linked improvement framework, problems as poor understanding of property owners, feeble public confidence of the executives and property occupiers’ compensation payment dissatisfaction. 2. RESULTS There was the causational relationship between the delay factors within the enforcement structure of the urban environment renewal project. Hence the project feasibility, changing project plans, problems with their tenants and fluctuated demand trend occurred because it was effected by authorization and improvement framework errors, project feasibility, compensation payment dissatisfaction, less possibility of the scheme due to economic slump, poor consideration of property occupiers and lack of public confidence as the executives.

        Objectives: The purposes of this study are to evaluate the effect of Acupuncture at ST36 on Obesity Clinic Patients in DaeGu Haany University. Methods: 18 obesity clinic patients at 2010 were received acupuncture at ST36 additionally. We measured change of Body Weight(BW), Body Mass Index(BMI), Body Fat Mass(BFM), Abdominal Fat Rate(AFR) and compared in obesity clinic patients at 2009 by t-test. Result: The changes in BW, BMI, BFM, AFR at 18 obesity clinic patients at 2010 were significant. Compared with 2009, there were a little more loss at BW, BMI, BFM but not significant. Conclusions: The BW, BMI, BFM and APR in patients were decreased significantly when they treated through obesity clinic in DaeGu Haany University with acupunctured at ST36. It resulted that the effect of oriental medical treatment in obesity was positive. This study is the effect of treatment in obesity by several medical methods include acupuncture at ST36. so the study of the effects of treatment in obesity by each medical methods were necessary,

        생진양혈탕(生津養血湯) 물 추출물의 Streptozotocin 유발 고지혈증에 대한 효과

        In the Present study, the therapeutic hypolipemic effect of water extract of Saengjinyanghyl-tang (SJYHT), a herbal extract mixture for treatment of diabetes in oriental medicine was tested in Streptozotocin-induced diabetic hyperlipemic SD rats. For detect the therapeutic effects, the test articles were once a day dosed for 28 days by gastric gavage at a dosage 1000, 500 and 250mg/kg from 25 days after STZ-dosing, and the changes on body weight and gains, serum LDL, HDL, Triglyceride and Total Cholesterol levels were observed In addition, the effects of test articles were compared to that of Simvastatin, a well known hypolipemic agents 10mg/kg-dosing group. Base on these results, although no meaningful effects were detected on the serum HDL levels, it is concluded that Saengjinyanghyul-tang water extracts have relatively good favorable effect treatment of STZ-induced diabetic hyperlipemia because they showed clear evidences inhibit the increase of serum LDL, Triglyceride and Total Cholesterol levels. Therefore, it is expected that Saengjinyanghyul-tang extract has favorable potency to development hypolipemic drugs. In addition, about 1000mg/kg of Saengjinyanghyul-tang extracts have similar effect compared to that of Simvastatin 10mg/kg. The effective dosage of Saengjinyanghyul-tang water extracts in the present study was considered as below 250mg/kg.

        정전가미이진탕(正傳加味二陳湯)의 랫드에서의 단회투여독성시험(單回投與毒性試驗)

        The single dose toxicity of Jengjengamiyjintang, a herbal drug for duodenal ulcer was evaluated in male and female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Jengjengamiyjintang was once administered to both sexes of rats at the dose levels of 2000, 1000, 500, 250 and 125mg/kg for oral route according to KFDA guidelines for single dose toxicity test (1999-61). In addition, vehicle control group was added in order to compare clinical signs, body weight changes and abnormal necropsy findings. After single administration, clinical signs were observed every twice a day for 14 days and body weights were measured 5 times including initial measurement on day 0. When observation period was over, the animals were sacrificed and macroscopic examination of major organs was conducted. Neither significant clinical signs nor death after administration was observed during the observation periods except for soft feces or diarrhea that were restricted to Day 1 of 2000 and 1000mg/kg-dosing groups. Although some accidental findings such as gross and histopathological changes of lung that were demonstrated in some animals of all experimental groups including vehicle control group, no abnormal necropsy findings and changes of body weight were observed at terminal necropsy in both sexes. From these results, it is considered that $LD_{50}$ of Jengjengamiyjintang is over 2000mg/kg in oral administration in both sexes of rats and approximated lethal dose was considered over 2000mg/kg.

        백굴채(白屈菜)가 Stomach Adenocarcinoma Cell Line의 Apoptosis에 미치는 영향

        Chelidonii Herba (Baekgulchae in Korean: CHE), a commonly used herb in Korea, Japan and China, is widely used in the treatment of stomach cancer, jaundice, gastric ulcer, edema and pain of stomach. In the present study, we demonstrated that CHE induces apoptosis in AGS cells, human stomach adenocarcinoma cell line. One of the most important recent advances in cancer research is the recognition that apoptosis plays a major role in both tumor formation and treatment response, In this study, CHE caused a decrease of viability in AGC cells. When AGS cells were treated with CHE, cells showed dose-dependent manner apoptotic cell death. Increased apoptotic cell death, exposured to CHE, resulted from induction of Bad translocation to mitochondria, cytochrome-c release from mitochondria to cytosol, activation of caspase-3, 8, 9, and PARP cleavage. These results suggest that CHE may be potential therapeutic approach in the clinical management of stomach adenocarcinoma.

        Nanocrystalline Si formation inside SiN<sub>x</sub> nanostructures usingionized N<sub>2</sub> gas bombardment

        실리콘 표면에 이온화된 $N_2$ 가스를 입사한 후 어닐링을 통해서 $SiN_x$ 나노구조를 형성하였다. 원자힘 현미경으로 관찰한 결과 이 나노구조의 밀도는 $3\times10^{10}/cm^2$였으며, 가로 크기는 40$\sim$60 nm 이고 높이는 약 15 nm 임을 알 수 있었다. 엑스선광전자 분광기술을 이용하여 이 나노구조의 화학상태를 측정하였는데, 입사하는 이온화된 $N_2$의 단위시간당 양이 증가함에 따라서 화학상태가 $SiN_x$에서 $Si_3N_4\;+\;SiN_x$형태로 변화함을 알 수 있었다. 열처리를 한 시료를 투과전자 현미경으로 측정된 결과는 $SiN_x$ 나노구조를 내부에 Si 나노 결정이 형성된 것을 보여주었다. 광여기 발광특성에서 관찰된 400 nm파장의 스펙트럼은 Si 나노결정의 크기를 고려할 때 나노결정과 $SiN_x$ 나노구조 사이의 계면상태에서 기인한 것으로 생각된다. Nanostructures of $SiN_x$ were made by bombardment of ionized $N_2$ on Si surface and subsequent annealing. Atomic force micrograph showed the density of $SiN_x$ nanostructures was $3\times10^{10}/cm^2$. Their lateral size and height were 40$\sim$60 nm and 15 nm, respectively. The chemical state of the nanostructure was measured using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, which changed from $SiN_x$ to $Si_3N_4\;+\;SiN_x$ as the bombarding ionized gas current increases. Upon annealing, transmission electron micrograph showed a clear evidence for crystalline Si phase formation inside the $SiN_x$ nanostructures. Photoluminescence peak observed at around 400nm was thought to be originated from the interface states between the nanocrystalline Si and surrounding $SiN_x$ nanostructures.

        역류성식도염 유발 흰쥐에 대한 이진탕가미방(二陳湯加味方)의 효과

        Purpose : The object of this study was to observe the suppressive effects of Yijintang-gamibang (YJGMB), Yijintang with Atractylodis Rhizoma, Massa Medicata Fermentata, Hordei Fructus Germiniatus, and Coptidis Rhizoma. YJGMB has been traditionally used in Korean medicine for treating various digestive diseases. We tested it on the rat reflux esophagitis (RE) induced by pylorus and forestomach ligation in rats as compared with omeprazole, a well-known proton pump inhibitor. Method : Three different dosages of YJGMB 200, 100 and 50mg/kg, were orally pretreated once a day for 28 days before pylorus and forestomach ligation. Seven groups, each of 8 rats per group were used in the study. Six hours after pylorus and forestomach ligation, changes of the stomach and esophagus lesion areas, gastric volumes, acid and pepsin outputs, invasive lesion percentages, fundic mucosa and total thicknesses were measured as histomorphometry. The results were compared with omeprazole, antioxidant and proton pump inhibitor, and 30 and 10mg/kg treated groups in which the effects on RE were already confirmed. Results : As results of pylorus and forestomach ligation, marked increases of esophageal and gastric mucosa lesion areas, gastric volumes, acid outputs, pepsin outputs were observed with histopathological changes of RE, such as hemorrhages, ulcerative lesions and edematous changes on the fundic mucosa. However, these pylorus and forestomach ligation-induced RE were dose-dependently inhibited by treatment of 200, 100 and 50mg/kg of YJGMB. YJGMB 200mg/kg showed similar protective effects as compared with 30mg/kg of omeprazole in the present study, and more favorable effects were observed in 50mg/kg of YJGMB treated rats as compared with omeprazole 10mg/kg in the present study. Conclusion : The results obtained in this study suggest that YJGMB has favorable protective effects on the RE induced by pylorus and forestomach ligation. Therefore, it is expected that YJGMB will also show favorable effects on RE corresponding well to the suggestion of traditional Korean medicine. However, more detailed mechanism studies should be conducted in future with the screening of the biological active chemical compounds in herbs.
