        제 2중수골 기저부에 발생한 장요신건에 의한 견열골절 - 증례보고 -

        Isolated intraarticular fracture of the base of the second metacarpals are rare because of the lack of motion in these joints. Also these injuries are an avulsion fractures of the base of second metacarpals that attached the extensor carpi radialis longus(ECRL) or vrevis(ECRB). Most authors reporting these cases have recommanded opertive treatment, because the keys of treatment of this fracture are to restore the integrity of the joint margin and to restore the insertion of the extensor carpi radialis tendon. We report a single case of avulsion fracture of the ECRI which included a fracture of the large metacarpal base.

        교합성 골수강내 금속정과 금속판 내고정술을 이용한 상완골 간부골절 치료의 비교

        Most of the humeral shaft fractures have been treated conservatively. If operation is indicated, most surgeons used to perform an open reduction and internal fixation with plate & screws. But, when open reduction and internal fixation is carried out, the periosteum and soft tissue attachments must be stripped off from the bone and operative time becomes longer. Interlocking IM nailing is an attractive procedure which does not disrupt or strip off periosteum and soft tissue at the fracture site, decrease the chance of infection and allow early exercise. Authors compare the clinical result of humerus shaft fracture which were treated by plate fixation in 25 patients and interlocking IM nailing in 16 patients who were treated at the orthopedic department, Joong Ang Gil Hospital from Feb. 1992 to Jan. 1995. 1. The average time of operation in interlocking IM nail was 65 minutes and that of plate fixation was 95 minutes. 2. The average time for bone union was about 14.4 weeks in interlocking IM nail and 14.2 weeks in plate fixation. 3. The complications of interlocking IM nail were 1 case of postoperative radial nerve palsy, 1 case of delayed union, 1 case of nonunion and 3 cases of pain and stiffness of shoulder. 4. The complications of plate fixation were 1 case of infection, 1 case of delayed union, 3 cases of nonunion, 1 case of metal failure, 2 cases of postoperative radial nerve palsy and 2 cases of pain and stiffness of elbow. In conclusion, the interlocking IM nailing is an attractive procedure for the treatment of the humeral shaft fractures

        심장이식 후 부신피질호르몬 투여로 인한 거골의 무혈성 괴사 - 1예 보고 -

        A vascular necrosis of the talus has frequently been reported following trauma because talus has no muscle insertions, sixty percent of the surface of the talus is covered by hyaline cartilage, takes only a small area for entrance of a blood supply. Osteonecrosis is also associated with a variety of nontraumatic disorders. There are many indications for steroid usage, patient with rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and status- post renal or cardiac transplantation may be on long- term steroid usage, osteonecrosis may develop. A vascular necrosis of the talus secondary to chronic steroid usage is an unusual case. Delay in detection of osteonecrosis may lead to fragmentation and collapse of the talar body. When pain on range of motion is present and conservative treatment have been exhausted, surgical treatment is indicated, that is, fusion of the ankle joint. However it is important that conservative treatment may prevent its various sequelae with early diagnosis because steroid - treated patients have a more operative risk and increased risk for postoperative infection. We report a rare case of corticosteroid induced avascular necrosis of talus after cardiac transplantation.

        낙동강 하류에 분포하는 남조류 Microcystis aeruginosa의 무균분리 및 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서열분석

        남조류 Microcystis aeruginosa를 무균적으로 분리하기 위해 낙동강 물금지역의 수화를 멸균 증류수로 vortex 전처리를 하였으며, 세균제거 및 무균상태를 계속 유지하기 위하여 항생물질(ampicillin 150 $\mu$g/$m\ell$, neomycin 25 $\mu$g/$m\ell$)을 배지에 첨가하고, 독립 집락으로 형성시켜 오염 기회를 줄이기 위하여 0.7% agarose로 고형화시킨 CB고체배지에서 3$0^{\circ}C$, 40 $\mu$mol m$^{-2}$ s$^{-1}$ 광 조건으로 배양하였다. 그 결과 분리되어진 26개의 Microcystis aeruginosa colony 중 3개의 무균 균주만이 확보되었다. 3개의 무균균주를 16S rRNA primer를 이용하여 PCR 증폭한 결과 M. aeruginosa AF 139292와 99.5에서 100%의 상동성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. For axenic isolation of the cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosa, water bloom at the Mulgum station from the Nakdong River was pretreated by shaking with distilled water. Removal of bacteria was accomplished using antibiotics (150 $\mu$g/$m\ell$ ampicillin and 25 $\mu$g/$m\ell$ neomycin) and colonizing on CB solid medium prepared from 0.7% agarose at 3$0^{\circ}C$ under 40 $\mu$ mol m$^{-2}$ s$^{-1}$ light. Among 26 strains of the Microcystis species, only three strains were axenically established. The three strains were examined by PCR-amplified 16S rRNA gene and 16S rRNA sequencing. The similarities were 99.5 ~100% with M. aeruginosa AF 139292.

        정밀공간정보의 구축 및 활용을 위한수치지도의 정확도 기준설정 연구

        GIS에서 필요로 하는 다양한 공간정보의 요구 정확도는 활용목적에 따라 다르게 정의될 수 있으며, 공간정보에 대한 정확도는 측량 원자료의 품질과 관계된다. 따라서 정밀한 공간정보를 유용하게 활용하기 위해서는 기본도인 수치지도가 정확하게 제작될 수 있도록 정확도 기준이 적절하게 설정되어야 할 것이다. 컴퓨터 매핑 및 GIS 기술이 존재하기 전에는 종이지도가 수작업으로 그려졌기 때문에 지도의 축척은 지도의 정확도를 바로 의미하는 것이었다. 이렇듯 과거에는 지도의 정확도가 지도가 그려질 축척을 결정하였지만, 최근 디지털시대의 경향에서는 정확도가 지도 제작사양이라기 보다는 오히려 수치지도에 포함되는 품질요소 중 하나로 취급되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은오늘날 정밀한 공간정보의 구축 및 활용에 적합한 수치지도의 정확도 기준으로서 현재 우리나라 수치지도의 표현방식을 대신하는 새로운 기준설정 방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. For various geospatial information such as planimetric and topographic features, the required accuracy maybe defined depending on the purpose of GIS applications. Also, the accuracy of the geospatial information havea major impact on the quality of the raw surveying data. In order to be usefully applied the precise geospatialinformation, the accuracy standards must be appropriately set so that the digital map as base map can beaccurately made. Before computer mapping and GIS technology existed, paper maps were drawn by hand. So, the map scale was a significant contributor to the map accuracy. As such the past, the accuracy of maps isdetermined the scale at which the map would be drawn, but recent trends are to treat accuracy as a one of qualityelements, rather than a specification for producing the map. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to set thenew korean map accuracy standards appropriate for the construction and application of the precise geospatialinformation on behalf of the current representation of korean digital maps.
