최근 나노입자를 이용하는 광전 화학전지(PEC, Photoelectrochemical)인 염료감응형 태양전지(DSC)의 효율이 증가함에 따라 DSC 태양광 발전 시스템의 성능 개선 또한 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 Fly-Back DC-DC 컨버터(변화비율1:10)를 이용하여 DSC셀의 전압을 DC 300V로 승압시켰다. 또한 풀브릿지 인버터를 사용하여 AC 220V, 60Hz의 출력전압을 얻었다. 연구에서 제안한 회로는 높은 효율의 동작특성과 간단한 제작, 낮은 제조비용, 그리고 안정성을 추구한다. 또 다른 주요점은 부하단에서 Feed back을 받아 동작을 컨트롤하는 것이다. 부하단의 출력 전압과 전류를 Feed back 받아서 DSP320LF2406을 A/D기능을 사용하여 실시간으로 부하의 변화에 대처하여 컨버터와 인버터의 동작을 제어한다.
극 저주파 전자기장이 N-bis(2-hydroxypropyl)nitrosamine과 Sulfadimethoxine에 의해 유발된 갑상샘 암에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Long-term exposure to extremely low-frequency (60 ㎐) electromagnetic fields (ELF-EMF) raises the questions of the induction of biological effects including tumorigenesis. One mechanism through which ELF-MFS could influence neoplastic development is the imbalance of cellular proliferation and cell apoptosis. The present study investigated the effect of ELF-EMF on chemically-induced thyroid carcinogenesis in a rat. Methods: We examined cellular proliferation index measured by anti-Ki-67 antigen, apoptosis, apoptosis related proteins such as caspase 3 and p53, and cell cycle-related proteins (cyclin D1 and p21<SUP>WAF1</SUP>/Cip1). Forty Male F344 rats received a subcutaneous N-bis(2-hydroxypropyl)nitrosamine (DHPN, 2,800 ㎎/㎏) injection, and 1 week later were allowed free access to drinking water containing sulfadimethoxine (0.1%) for 12 weeks. Twenty rats were exposed by ELF-EMF. During the carcinogenesis, sequential histological changes from hyperplasia, adenoma, and ultimately to overt carcinomas were noted. Results: The exposure group of ELF-EMF, significantly increases the number size of carcinomas. Also, the proliferative and apoptotic indices were significantly increased in the ELF-EMF exposure group than in the control group. The caspase 3 protein expression did not show any significant changes between ELF-EMF group and control group. The p53 protein was not detected in both ELF-EMF exposure and control group. Among the cell cycle related proteins, cyclin D1, not p21<SUP>WAF1</SUP>/Cip1, was significantly increased in adenomas and carcinomas in ELF-EMF exposure group compared with the control group. Conclusion: Exposure of ELF-EMF effects on chemically-induced rat thyroid carcinogenesis as results of altered increase of cellular proliferation, apoptosis, and cyclin D1 expression.
유방암에서 Claudin-1과 ZO-1 단백 발현 감소와 임상-병리학적 인자와의 연관성

Purpose: Tight junction proteins are either over-expressed or suppressed in some cancers. These suppressions of claudin-1 and ZO-1 protein are known to have a significant relationship with the progression of breast cancer. The authors reviewed 42 cases of breast cancer and the staining status of claudin-1 and ZO-1 in order to evaluate Claudin-1 and ZO-1 as clinicopathologic risk factors. Methods: Immunohistological staining for Claudin-1 and ZO-1 was performed in 42 post-operative pathologically diagnosed infiltrating duct carcinoma specimens. The rate of expression was compared with the clinical record, the pathological diagnosis, the estrogen receptor and progesteron receptor status and the c-erbB2 gene to evaluate the protein expression-breast cancer progression relationship and to investigate the expressions of Claudin-1 and ZO-1 as a prognostic factors in breast cancer. Results: The claudin-1 and ZO-1 expressions were both decreased in all the post-operative specimens. The claudin-1 expressions were significantly decreased 100%, 82.4% and 66.7% as the histologic grade increased. The ZO-1 expressions were shown in 44.8% of the lymph node metastasis negative group and in 7.7% of the lymph node positive group. The expression of ZO-1 decreased by 53.3%, 28.6% and 0%, with statistical significance, as the stage increased. Conclusion: The claudin-1 expressions were decreased in the poorly differentiated group, i.e., a high histologic grade, and the ZO-1 expressions were decreased in the lymph node positive group and in the high stage cancer. This shows the possibility of Claudin-1 and ZO-1 as factors for tumorigenesis and progression and as prognostic factors in breast cancer.
청소년 스포츠 성취목표 지향성 척도에 대한 구조적 타당도 검증 : Construct Validity

The purpose of this study was to futher examine the construct validity of Perception of Success Questionnaire or PSQ which was deviced, transrated for high school team athletes (basketball, volleyball, handball/N=314, male=140, female=174, age=17.27 ±1.16 years) in Korea. Many number of statistical tecnique were addopted for PSQ. For example dscriptive anaysis, exploratory factor analysis, item analysis, and internal consistence analysis, conformatory factor analysis were applicated. The result of descriptive anaysis revealed suitable mean (2.810-3.546) standard deviasion(0.971-1.165), and skewness(<±2), kurtosis(<±2). Exploratory factor analysis revealed uncorrelated(r=-1.8) two factor(mastery/competitveness) structures. Each item has high loading value(>.50), and each factor's eigentvalue showed 4.21(mastery), 3.29 (competitveness). Iternal consistency revealed high(mastery=.90, competitveness=.88) in stable two factors. Item analysis showed so stable value that Item-Tota Correlation and Squared-Multiple Correlation wrer revealed.30-.40 in each item between scale. The result of conformatory factor analysis revealed good fitness of PSQ's internal construct. In a concrete way Q value showed 3.5(p<.001), and other fit indice rebealed acceptable value(GFI=0.91, AGFI=0.87, NNFI=0.91, NFI=0.91, RMR=0.054). For the more, squared multiple correlation in each item to latent variables showed.57-.82, normalized error showed <2.00. The results of this study revealed PSQ which was deviced, transrated for high school team athletes in Korea that is acceptable in Kores high school sports setting. Furthermore, the results of this study support basic information that many-side statistical tecnique for develop questionanrie in sport setting.
