        Form of Character Education based on Moral Personality Type

        The 2015 Revised Curriculum in Moral Education reveals the educational goal of the moral subject, which is a key subject in school character education, as “internalizing integrity, caring, justice, and responsibility - core values considered universally essential to 21st century Koreans”. The purpose of the present study is to show how individuals may achieve different levels in the basic elements of personality including integrity, caring, justice, and responsibility based on their moral personality types and to explain character education plans that fit those types. Moral personality is “the complex organization of moral disposition, moral schema, and moral identity, which provides life with direction and cohesion”. Its core variables are ‘task-oriented moral obligation’, ‘relationship-oriented moral fairness’, and ‘selforiented moral honesty’, and it can be categorized into an initiative type, a model type, and a supportive type. The different types have different traits and strengths, and character education should be conducted in ways that allow individuals to identify their moral disposition, expand their moral schema, and strengthen their moral identity

        A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Study of Art Therapy Supervisors’ integration of Art as Part of Supervision

        The purpose of this study was to understand the vivid realities of important technical and relational aspects of visual art that were emphasised during training by art therapy supervisors and educators. Max van Manen’s hermeneutic phenomenological methodology was incorporated into the study. Summarising their main experiences, art therapy supervisors enabled experiences of reproducibility and immediacy in their supervision, and allowed visual art to be used as a tool to foster inner contact with their supervisees. To enable this experience, art therapy supervisors provided a creative foundation and a receptive environment that promoted creativity for supervisees to use and experience art beyond the role of passive viewers. The results of this research clarified how the participating supervisors interpreted the value of art therapy as a method to nurture the professional growth of trainees. Their contributions suggest experiences and methods that may effectuate future advancements in the field of art therapy supervision.

        양성평등 장서 이용 현황을 기반으로 한 아동 양성평등 장서 개발 방안에 관한 연구

        Recently, domestic interest in gender equality is increasing, and it is expected that the demand for the collection of children’s gender equality in the library will increase due to these social changes. In this study, the top 10 public libraries in Korea were selected from the list of collections of gender equality books and collection / loan data presented by various institutions such as public libraries and ‘children’s library research groups’. For this purpose, 10 libraries in Korea were selected and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively through the collection status of the gender equality collections, loan status, turnover, Bonn’s use Factor, and Trueswell’s 80/20 rule. Based on the results of this analysis, we would like to suggest some issues to be reflected in library development policy of the future. 최근 양성평등과 관련하여 국내의 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 사회 변화 속에 도서관의 아동 양성평등 장서에 대한 수요도 늘어날 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공도서관, 어린이도서연구회 등 각종 기관에서 제시하는 아동 양성평등 장서 목록과 장서/대출 데이터를 통해 전국 상위 10곳의 공공도서관을 선정한 후 이를 기반으로 양성평등 장서의 소장현황 및 대출현황을 통해 장서회전율, Bonn의 이용계수, Trueswell의 80/20 법칙을 적용하여 양적, 질적으로 비교․분석하였으며 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 공공도서관의 아동 장서 개발 정책에 반영해야 할 사안을 제시하였다.

        HRD 컨설턴트의 문화역사적 활동체계 : 문화역사적 활동이론을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to examine the activity system, the contradictions and solution of contradictions in activity system by analyzing the activity system of HRD consultants in Korea. For this purpose, we conducted case study on 9 consultants who works at small and middle local consulting companies in Korea. As the result, HRD consultants formed an activity system within the cultural and historical context of ‘Revenue-generating structure through competitive bidding’ and ‘Requirement of extensive HRD-related knowledge to provide new solutions for clients’. As we examined the components of the HRD consultants' activity system, the subject is identified as‘HRD consultant’, the object as‘providing professional HRD solution’ and ‘revenue generation’, and the tool as ‘studing at graduate school, forming study group, exchanging information with acquaintances in HRD’, rules as ‘making consensus about project scope (SCOPE)’ and ‘forming flexible working systems’, community as ‘internal consultants, external consultants, consulting firm executives, clients’ and divisions as ‘project management’ and ‘consulting practices’. The main contradictions of this system are confirmed as ‘Lack of expertise for each project(tool↔object)’, ‘Consulting executives’ requests for multiple projects(subject↔community)’, ‘Clients’ request for revision of consulting output contrary to the original purpose of consulting(subject↔community)’ , ‘Cilents’unexpected request for change in the scope of work and the request for extension of the period’. HRD consultants are trying to overcome the contradictions through communication about work and self-development with project managers (PMs), executives and negotiations and cooperation with clients. Based on the results, the implications, roles of HRD consultants’ activity system change and directions for future development were suggested for intrinsic value in HRD. 이 연구는 문화역사적 활동이론을 중심으로 HRD 컨설팅사에 재직하는 HRD 컨설턴트의 활동체계의 구성요소, 모순 및 극복과정을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 중소 규모의 로컬 HRD 컨설팅사에 재직 중인 9명의 HRD 컨설턴트를 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, HRD 컨설턴트는 ‘경쟁입찰을 통한 수주기반의 수익 창출 구조’ 및 ‘고객사에 맞는 새로운 솔루션 제공을 위한 광범위한 HRD 관련 지식 요구’라는 문화역사적 맥락 내에서 활동체계를 구성하고 있었다. HRD 컨설턴트의 활동체계의 구성요소를 살펴보면 주체는 ‘HRD 컨설턴트’, 객체는 ‘전문적인 HRD 솔루션 제공’ 및 ‘수익 창출’ , 도구는 ‘대학원 진학, 스터디 모임 조성, HRD 분야의 지인들과의 정보교류’, 규칙은 ‘합의된 프로젝트 범위(SCOPE)’ 및 ‘유연한 근무제도’, 공동체는 ‘내부 컨설턴트들, 외부 컨설턴트들, 컨설팅사 임원진, 고객사’ 및 분업은 ‘프로젝트 관리’ 및 ‘컨설팅 실무’로 도출되었다. HRD 컨설턴트가 활동체계 구성요소 간에 모순을 느끼는 상황은 ‘프로젝트 투입 시마다 느끼는 전문성에 대한 한계(도구↔객체)’, ‘다수 프로젝트 수행에 대한 컨설팅사 임원진의 요청(주체↔공동체)’, ‘컨설팅 본래 취지에 어긋나는 고객사의 컨설팅 결과물 수정 요청(주체↔공동체)’, ‘컨설팅 기간 중 고객사의 과업 범위 변경, 기간연장 요청(객체↔공동체)’으로 나타났다. HRD 컨설턴트는 모순을 느끼는 상황에서 프로젝트 매니저(PM), 임원진과 업무 및 자기계발 관련 협의와 고객사와의 수시 협상 및 협력의 형태로 모순을 극복하고자 노력하고 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 인적자원개발 분야의 본질적 가치 추구를 통한 발전을 위해 HRD 컨설턴트의 활동체계 변화가 갖는 의미와 역할, 향후 발전 방향에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

        호텔 서비스 접점 종사원의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감, 직무만족및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 부산지역 특급 호텔 종사원을 중심으로 -

        The objective of this study is to provide basic data for managing and using self-leadership of hotel employees, by examining the effects of self-leadership on self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees, targeting deluxe hotels in Busan area. Targeting hotel employees, a survey was conducted for 30 days from August 1st to August 30th 2016. Collecting 290 questionnaires after distributing total 300 questionnaires, total 278 questionnaires(92.7) were used for the analysis, Also, for the verification of research hypotheses, SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used. In the results of the analysis, self-leadership had statistically significant positive(+) effects on self-efficacy while it did not show statistically significant effects on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. However, with the mediation of self-efficacy, self-leadership showed statistically significant positive(+) effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also, job satisfaction showed statistically significant positive(+) effects on organizational commitment. 본 연구는 부산지역에 소재한 특급 호텔을 대상으로 종사원의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감, 직무만족, 및 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고, 호텔 종사원의 셀프리더십의 활용과 호텔 종사원 관리를 위한 근거자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 2016년 8월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 약 30일 동안 호텔 종사원을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었으며, 총 300부를 배포하여 290부를 회수해서 278부(92.7)가 조사에 이용되었다. 또한 연구가설 검증을 위해 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0이 이용되었다. 분석결과 셀프리더십은 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무몰입과 직무만족에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나셀프리더십이 자기효능감을 매개로하여 직무만족과 직무몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 직무만족도 직무몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        공동주택의 기밀성능에 따른 실외 유입 및 실내 발생 PM2.5의 계절별 실내농도 기여도 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 실내 공기 중 PM2.5에 대한 실내·외 발생원의 기여도의 비정상상태 해석 방법을 제시하고, 공동주택의 기밀성능에 따른 계절별 실내·외 발생원의 기여도를 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, CONTAMW를 활용한 연간 실내 기류 및 PM2.5 수송 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 기류 및 PM2.5 수송 시뮬레이션에 필요한 시뮬레이션 입력변수를 공동주택 현장실험을 통하여 획득하였다.  연구결과, 연중 실내 미세먼지 농도가 유사하여도 기밀성능에 따라 계절별 실내·외 발생원의 실내농도 기여도가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. Indoor airborne particles are consisted of outdoor- and indoor-generated particles, which can be characterized by their compositions, generationfeatures and toxicity. The identification of source contribution of indoor and outdoor origin to indoor particles is important to understandPM2.5 transport in a building as well as its impact on occupant health. The objective of this study is to investigate seasonal sourcecontribution to indoor PM2.5 concentration depending on airtightness of apartment units. To evaluate the source contribution, particle transportincluding penetration, generation, exfiltration in an apartment housing unit was simulated by using CONTAM with particle and airflowsimulation parameters obtained from field measurements. The result showed that the outdoor source contribution to indoor air was relativelydominant in the leaky housing unit during spring (77.2%) and winter (73.9%), and the indoor source was dominant in the airtight housingunit during summer (60.3%) and fall (60.7%). These results indicate the seasonal health risk of indoor PM2.5 can be varied according toairtightness of apartment units.

        Stability of Moral Behavior in Situational Variability

        While admitting the potential role of personality traits that influence an individual’s moral behavior, situationists in psychology deny the functioning of moral traits, claiming that personality traits are stimulated by situational power. To understand moral behavior more clearly, however, traits of some people who make different choices in the same situation should be noticd. Individuals can choose or avoid a specific situation according to their personality traits, which affects their moral behavior. Individuals behave in a variety of ways in a given dimension of behavior, but the center of their behaviors is still very stable over a long term. Therefore, to understand consistency, stability, and individual differences in moral behavior, an integrated approach that focuses on the interaction between situational power and moral traits should be made much of.

        The Neuromyths of Pre-service Teachers in Korea

        Neuroscience is revealing the mysteries of human brain. It is a natural phenomenon that pre-service teachers have great interest in neuroscience.The reason is that such concepts as memory, motivation, curiosity, intelligence and emotion basedon recent neuroscientific researches are highly important in education. However neuroscience is a kind of complex and difficult discipline that pre-service teachers are not fully able to understand. As a result, a variety of neuromyths are pervasive among pre-service teachers. Unfortunately, many pre-service teachers have wrong knowledge and information on human brain.Many pre-service teachers are ill equipped to judge the accuracy and relevance of neuroscientific explanations. In this study, we investigated the neuromyths among pre-service teachers majoring in ethics education in both elementary and secondary level. The results of this study indicate that numerous neuromyths on human brain, education, and moral education are pervasive among pre-service teachers majoring in ethics education. This study demonstrates the need to promote pre-service teachers’neuroscientific literacy in teacher training programs.
