Purpose This study aimed to investigate the safe medication utilization and the education demands during pregnancy and it further reported the development of educational materials for pregnant women. Methods A survey was conducted in two tertiary care university hospitals and one community hospital specialized in obstetrics and gynecology from July 2 to 29 2014. The survey questionnaires included the usage of medications and the unmet needs on medication use during pregnancy. Ad ditionally, pregnant women’s requests regarding to medication use were collected through group interviewing of community pharmacists. Based on these results, educational materials were de veloped and implemented. After implementing the education sessions, the satisfaction was evaluated. Results A total of 152 pregnant women answered completely the questionnaire. Among them, 130 participants (42.8%) were given the medication information from their physicians. Exposure to a teratogenic drug during pregnancy was a major concern for most pregnant women (79.6%). The majority (90.1%) of subjects reported a necessity of medication-related education during their pregnancy. The interview with 48 pharmacists indicated that the most commonly used OTC drugs in pregnancy were vitamins (25.2%), iron supplements (23.7%), and the most frequently used prescription drugs were antiinflammatory-analgesics (25.3%), followed by antibiotics (20.9 %). Based on the results, booklets of drug therapy during pregnancy, leaflet of pregnancy category index were made. Also, on-line flash and presentation materials for instructors were prepared. Through the trial education with the developed materials, it was confirmed that the contents of education materials were well understood and satisfied by the pregnant women. Conclusions This study showed the need of the medication-related education for the pregnant women. The developed education materials would be helpful sources to provide accurate and reliable medication-related information to health professionals and pregnant women.

This study investigates effect of the soundproof wall installed along the roadside of Pusan metropolis. Eight soundproof walls of heavy traffic road have been selected among the total 30 walls in Pusan. Repeated noise measurement during the daytime and nighttime have been implemented to compare the equivalent sound level of the front with the back of the soundproof wall. Result are as follows; First, daytime noise intensity at the back of the soundproof wall was 9.89(8.50∼11.28)dB SPL less than that of the front of the wall. Second, nighttime noise intensity at the back of the soundproof wall was 4.66(0.73∼6.45)dB SPL less than that of the front of the wall. Third, noise reducing effect of soundproof of the daytime is greater than the nighttime.

. The interest of consumers in low sugar and low calorie foods has been increasing. Therefore, the Hydrangea serrata Seringe leaf powder which can provide sweetness as a sugar substitute was used to make cookies and the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of cookies were evaluated in this study. The moisture content of cookies was increased by the addition of Hydrangea serrata Seringe leaf powder. The sugar degrees of cookies with 6% or 8% Hydrangea serrata Seringe leaf powder were significantly lower than those of other cookie samples. The L value and a value of cookies decreased but b value increased with increasing of amounts of Hydrangea serrata Seringe leaf powder in cookies. In the sensory evaluation, sweetness preference of all cookie samples was not significantly different and overall acceptability of cookies with 6% and 8% Hydrangea serrata Seringe leaf powder was higher than that of control group. The total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents of the cookies were increased by the addition of Hydrangea serrata Seringe leaf powder. Additionally, the cookies with Hydrangea serrata Seringe leaf powder showed high DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity. Therefore, these results demonstrate that the Hydrangea serrata Seringe leaf powder has good characteristics as a sugar replacement and an antioxidant material for making cookies.

This study evaluated the quality characteristics and antioxidant activities of cookies after adding black ginseng powder at ratios of 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, and 7%, and the potential of black ginseng as a functional food. The moisture content increased with an increase in the black ginseng powder content while the pH decreased. The L value decreased with increase in the black ginseng powder content while the a and b values increased. The hardness decreased with increase in the black ginseng powder content. Notably, antioxidant activities, such as 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH), 2-2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)diammonium salt (ABTS) radical scavenging showed the highest increases in cookies containing 7% black ginseng powder. The total phenol and flavonoid contents significantly increased according to the amount of black ginseng powder added. These results suggest that black ginseng powder can be applied to cookies to achieve high quality and antioxidant activity.
Q 방법론을 활용한 하이브리드 학습에 대한 경영대학원생의 인식 유형 연구

본 연구는 COVID-19 팬데믹으로 촉발된 오프라인 대면 학습에서 하이브리드 학습(Hybrid Learning)으로의 전환에 대한 경영대학원생의 인식을 유형화하여 보다 효과적인 학습 방식을 도입하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적에따라 Q 방법론을 활용하여, 33개의 진술문으로 Q 표본을 구성되었다. P 표본은 하이브리드 학습 방식을 경험한 18명의 학생으로 구성하였고, 온라인 Q Methodology 소프트웨어 프로그램을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구결과총 5개의 인식유형이 도출되었는데 <유형 1>은 학습 참여를 선택할 수 있는 미래의 학습방식으로 인식하는 긍정형, <유형 2>는 비대면 상황에서 차선책으로 인식하는 온라인 학습 선호형, <유형 3>은 비대면 상황에서 차선책으로 인식하는 오프라인 학습 선호형, <유형 4>는 오프라인으로 돌아가고 싶은 불만족형, <유형 5>는 장소의 제약을 받지 않아편하게 참여하는 것을 선호하는 효율추구형로 나타났다. 본 연구는 포스트 코로나 이후, 경영대학원에 새로운 학습방법으로 제시될 수 있는 하이브리드 학습에 대한 주관적 인식 유형의 특성을 분석하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 본연구 결과가 효과적인 하이브리드 학습 방식 및 체계적인 교육-학습 전략을 구축하는데 기초를 제공하고 나아가 경영대학원 교육의 효과를 지속할 수 있는 토대가 되길 기대한다.
