Sol-gel법에 의한 LiCoO<sub>2</sub> 박막의 합성과 특성평가

$LiCoO_2$ thin film has received diverse attention as cathodes material of thin-film micro-batteries. In this study, $LiCoO_2$ thin films were synthesized on Au substrates by sol-gel spin coating method and an annealing process. Their structures were studied using X-ray diffraction and Raman Spectroscopy. The particle morphologies of these thin films were observed by Scaning electron microscope. From the results of X-ray diffractometry and Raman Spectroscopy analyses, it was found that as-grown films had the structure of spinel (LT-$LiCoO_2$) and layered-Rock-salt (HT-$LiCoO_2$) at $550^{\circ}C$ and $750^{\circ}C$ respectively. The annealed films at $650^{\circ}C$ were presumed to be the mixed state of these two types. Throlugh the scanning electron microscope, It was estimated that the particle size in as-grown films at $750^{\circ}C$, were larger crystilline particle than in those at the other lower temperature and well distributed in the film.

Both competent authorities and private entrepreneurs face plenty of risks when negotiating BTO(Build Transfer Operation) methods of PPI(Private Participations in Infrastructures) projects. Also, success and failure of projects largely depend on the concession agreement contract. In this study, for more efficient negotiation, major issues are examined, and quantitatively analyzed to find out not only the relationship but also the characteristics of which these issues share. Questionnaire research was conducted through both research and by experts who were divided into an ordering agency, design company and constructor. Characteristics of major issues were quantitatively analyzed using the Likert index method, ANOVA(ANalysis of VAriance) and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis. Case studies were examined in order to estimate construction cost, rates of return, government finance support, level of operation-revenues guarantees, estimating operational costs and usage fees. With these 6 items, relative priority, relative impression which is sensible to risk and extent of difficulty in presenting data which is objective were quantitatively analyzed by the ordering agency, design company and constructor groups. From the analysis, there were some similarities between the design company and constructor groups while there was less of similarities between the ordering agency and design company or constructor. The government is diversifying the methods of project promotion, and PPI project from infrastructure-centered to public culture facilities are being expand. The current study will provide not only supporting efficient negotiation but also revitalizing PPI projects.
졸-겔법에 의해 합성한 리튬 코발트 산화물의 열처리 온도와 시간에 따른 전기 화학적 특성

$LiCoO_2$ thin film have received attention as cathodes of thin-film microbatteries. In this study, $LiCoO_2$ thin films were synthesized on Au substrates by sol-gel spin coating method and electrochemical properties were investigated under annealing temperature and time. The phycochemical properties of $LiCoO_2$ thin film were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scaning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The electrochemical properties were characterized using galvanostatic charging/discharging cycling tests. From X-ray diffraction, as-grown films annealed at $550^{\circ}C$ and $750^{\circ}C$ are presumed to be spinel structure and a single phase of the layered-rock-salt, respectively. The RMS roughness and grain size of the films which annealed at $750^{\circ}C$ has similar values for annealing time 10 and 30 min, while for annealing time 120 min surface roughness, grain size increase and pore appearance were observed. The first discharge capacity of $LiCoO_2$ thin films annealed at $750^{\circ}C$ for 10, 30 and 120 min is about 54.5, 56.8 and $51.87{\mu}Ah/cm^2{\mu}m$, respectively. Corresponding capacity retention at 50th cycle is 97.25, 76.69, 77.19%.
재난현장의 소방대원 안전을 위한 개인항법시스템을 활용한 실내측위에 관한 연구

본 논문은 재난 현장에 투입된 소방대원의 예상치 않은 사고로 인한 인명 피해를 막기 위하여 투입된 소방대원의 실내 위치를 파악하여 구조할 수 있도록 개인 항법 시스템(Personal Navigation system) 활용한 실내 측위 기술에 대하여 연구한다. 각종 센서를 사용하여 사람이 이동하는 속도나 방향, 거리 등을 파악하는 기술인 PDR(Pedestrian Dead-Reckoning)은 관성센서를 이용하므로 실내에 추가 장비 설치가 필요하지 않은 장점이 있으나 특정 기준점을 출발지점으로 기준하여 상대위치를 측위 한다.
