현행 2007개정 교육과정에서 자유탐구는 학생들의 과학에 대한 흥미와 창의력을 제고하고 종합적 탐구활동의 기회를 확대하고자 하는 취지에서 도입되었으며 학생들이 주도해가는 개방적 탐구활동이라고 할 수 있다. 자유탐구는 과학수업을 통하여 학생들이 다양한 유형의 자유탐구를 경험해 보는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 초등학교에서 교사 스스로가 자연현상에 연구해 본 경험이 부족하고, 자유탐구의 학습지도에 마땅한 주제나 관련 자료를 충분히 학보하지 못하여 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 연구자는 지난해 3월에 지도반 학생들에게 일상생활에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 자연 현상에 대상으로 자유탐구를 할 수 있도록 격려하고, 비슷한 주제에 관심이 있는 학생들끼리 소집단을 구성하여 스스로 자유스러운 분위기 속에서 탐구하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 과일의 갈변 현상에 대한 학생들의 자유탐구의 과정, 교사가 학생을 지도하기까지 전과정, 그리고 자유탐구 후 학생들의 태도 변화 등에 대한 상세한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과가 초등학교에서 자유 탐구를 지도하는 동료교사와 현장 연구에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of perceived parental support(emotional support, self-esteem support, informational support, tangible support) and psychological well-being(self acceptance, positive relation with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, personal growth) on career decision level of high school students, and to have application the results to the field of counselling and education. In order to meet this purpose, the chosen subject of this study is as follow ; first, what is the relationship between parental support and psychological well-being, second, what is the relationship between parental support and career decision level, third, what is the relationship between psychological well-being and career decision level, finally, what is the influence of perceived parental support and psychological well-being on career decision level. In this study, 332 students(male: 180, female: 152) were selected from the 3rd grade in three other high schools which are located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do, and used instruments of Inventory of Socially Supportive Behaviors(ISSB), Psychological Well-being Scale(PWSB) and Career Decision Scale(CDS). The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation, t-test and regression analysis by SPSS 14.0 program. The results of this study are as follows ; First, the parental support and career decision level have meaningful difference with their sex distinction. Male students perceived more fathers' emotional support than other factors, on the other hand, female students perceived more mothers' emotional support. Also male students had more high career decision level than females'. Second, parental support and psychological well-being have meaningful positive correlation. Also, parental support and career decision level have meaningful positive correlation to not male but female students. Third, fathers' self-esteem support to male students have a positive meaningful effect on the psychological well-being, otherwise, mothers' self-esteem support and fathers' emotional support had a positive meaningful effect on the psychological well-being to female students. Forth, fathers' emotional support to only female students have a positive meaningful effect on the career decision level. Finally, this study verified that fathers' emotional support, purpose in life and autonomy influence 33.9% on the career decision level. As a result, the study is demonstrated that parental support and psychological well-being are the influential predictors to promote career decision levels of high school students. If parents give parental support - especially emotional support and self-esteem support - to children's satisfaction, children will experience psychological comfort. Besides if the children have purpose in life and self-help not others-help, their career decision levels will be raised. So parents should know that their support to high school students is important. Also, teachers and counselor of youth can help to students to decide career through students' parental support and developing system for students' psychological well-being.

노인의 스트레스 사건, 정서경험, 우울의 관계

본 연구에서는 노인의 스트레스 사건, 정서경험, 우울 간의 관계에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 113명의 노인이 연구에 참여하였으며, 스트레스 척도, 한국판 정적 정서 및 부적 정서 척도, 노인 우울 척도로 구성된 자기 보고식 설문지를 실시하였다. 그 결과 스트레스 사건, 정서 경험의 두 가지 하위요인인 부정적 정서와 긍정적 정서 모두 우울과 상관관계가 유의하였다. 또한 우울 집단과 비우울 집단 간 평균의 차이 검증에 있어서도 우울한 노인들의 경우 우울하지 않은 노인들에 비해 일상생활에서 스트레스 사건 경험이 많았다. 뿐만 아니라 정서 경험에 있어서도 우울한 노인들의 부정적 정서 경험이 우울하지 않은 노인들 보다 높았으며, 반면에 우울한 노인들의 경우 긍정적 정서 경험은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 스트레스 사건과 정서 경험이 노인 우울을 얼마나 예측해 주는지 살펴보기 위한 단계적 중다회귀분석 결과, 스트레스 사건 중 경제적 스트레스가 노인의 우울을 유의하게 설명해주었으며, 정서 경험의 경우 긍정적, 부정적 정서 모두 우울의 변량을 유의하게 예측하였다. 특히 부정적 정서는 스트레스 사건과 우울 간의 관계를 매개하는 변인으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점 및 제한점, 후속 연구에 대한 제언에 대해 논의하였다. The present study examined the relationship of stressful life events, affective experience, and depression in elderly people. 113 elderly people participated and completed three self report questionnaires which are stress scale, Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule, and Geriatric Depression Scale. The results, stressful life events, negative affect and positive affect were correlated with depression. In addition, a comparison of the people with high depression and people with non depression showed significant differences in the level of stressful life events, positive affect, and negative affect. In a stepwise multi-variate regression analysis, economic stress which was one of subscales in stress scale significantly predicted depression. Also, positive affect and negative affect predicted a variance on depression. Especially, negative affect partially mediated the effect of stressful life event which act on depression. Finally, the present study was discussed to limitation of our research, and recommendation for future researches.

전통 보자기를 활용한 스카프 디자인 개발 - 조각보와 자수보를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 우리만의 전통의 미를 바탕으로 한 문화상품 제작을 목표로 한 디자인 개발 연구이다. 이를 위해 조선의 규방 문화와 미의식을 잘 나타내는 조각보와 자수보를 모티브로 가벼운 천 한 폭에 우리의 미를 잘 담을 수 있고 패션 착장의 마지막 연출 포인트로 활용성이 높아 외국인 선물용으로도 많이 사용되는 스카 프를 제작하였다. 조각보와 자수보의 이론적 연구를 통해 구성, 형태, 색감을 고찰하고 그 상징성과 의미를 분석하였다. 디자인 개발 방법으로는 조각보는 원형 그대로의 이미지를 살리거나 재배치하는 방법과 자수보 는 여성적인 모티브인 수화문, 수목문수보를 중심으로 문양을 최대한 살려 그대로 응용 재배치하거나, 여러 수보들의 개체를 분리, 재조합하여 새로운 수 문양을 만드는 방법, 마지막으로 모티브를 그래픽화하여 새로 운 기하학적 문양으로 재탄생 시키는 방법 등을 활용하여 디자인을 연구개발 하였다. 제품 개발을 통해 나온 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조각보, 자수보는 소박한 장식미, 민예미, 자연성, 본능적 심미성, 경제성, 일상품 의 예술화, 기복적 특징 등을 지니며 조각보의 경우 선의 미학, 모던한 형태미의 특징을 가진다. 둘째, 조각보 를 응용한 스카프 개발로 19C 조각보 3점을 통해 조각보 패턴을 원형 그대로 사용하거나, 재배치, 그리고 색상을 계절에 맞게 변형해 총 6점의 스카프를 개발하였다. 셋째, 자수보에서 수화문 4점을 선정하여 1점은 문양을 수정한 후 크기 변화, 불규칙 배치, 농도 조절을 통한 원근감을 이용해 스카프 2점을 개발하였고, 2점 의 수화문, 수군문에 있는 문양들을 분리하여 재조합하고 색상을 변형해 새로운 형태의 수보를 만든 후 배치 를 달리한 스카프 7점과 1점의 화목문 모티브를 컴퓨터 일러스트 도구를 사용하여 그래픽화하고 다양한 색 감을 주어 1점의 스카프를 개발하였다. 모든 제품은 2~3회 이상 재프린트한 후 모델 착장을 통해 상품성 평가 후 최종 16 작품을 선정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 한국 전통예술, 특히 무명의 규방 문화예술이 현대적 문화 상품으로의 가능성과 가치에 대해 재조명해 보았다. 특히 문양을 그대로 사용하는 것 외에도 문양을 변형, 재조합하거나 그래픽적으로 변형한 경우 전통의 요소는 가져오면서 색다른 문양 개발의 가능성을 볼 수 있 어, 이를 더욱 활용해 개발하면 전통과 현대를 연결하는 새로운 문화 상품을 개발 할 수 있을 것이다. This research is a practical study aimed at making modern cultural fashion products by utilizing traditional beauty. As a result, scarves were produced with the motif of Jogakbo(patchwork wrapping cloth) and Jasubo(embroidery wrapping cloth), which express well about the Joseon culture and aesthetic sense in one piece of cloth as a final point of fashion wearing and frequently used gifts for foreigners. Through theoretical studies of Jogakbo and Jasubo, the composition, form, and color were examined and their symbolism and meaning were analyzed. The results of the product development are as follows. Firstly, Jogakbo and Jasubo have the beauty of simple decoration, folk art, nature (inorganic arts, unplanned planning), instinctual aesthetics (inborn aesthetic sense), economic feasibility, art of daily commodities, mind of cherishing things. They are also characterized by the aesthetics of lines and modern formative aesthetics. Secondly, with the development of the scarf inspired by Jogakbo, three scarves of 19C were used to develop the pattern of the patch as it is, or by rearranging and changing the colors according to the season. Thus, six pieces of scarves were developed. Thirdly, after modifying the size, placement, depth of the pattern of four pieces of most frequently used Jasubo, two scarves were made. New pattern is created by adjusting and mixing two pattern motifs and then seven scarves are produced through changing its placement of pattern and colors. The computerized motifs were developed into a scarf by using computer graphic programs. The study tried to reexamine the possibility and value of Korean traditional arts, especially obscure Korean cultural arts as a modern cultural commodity. In particular, in addition to using patterns as they are, they can be transformed, recombined, or graphically modernized to show the possibility of developing modern patterns while integrating the elements of tradition. If we conduct further development while utilizing these points above, we can create new cultural products by bridging the tradition and the contemporary.

영화 창작자들을 위한 정당한 보상에 관한 연구 - 국내 영화산업 내 정당한 보상제도 설계를 중심으로 -

Most Korean film creators are completely alienated and receive no compensation from the film distribution process after transferring all their rights to producers in accordance with the Special Rules concerning Cinematographic Works under the Copyright Act. On the other hand, as secondary digital markets such as online platforms are rapidly emerging as a new window for film distribution, the need to compensate film creators for a fair portion of the revenue generated from various chains of exploitation is increasing. Amid these circumstantial changes, this study started with an idea on designing an "Equitable Remuneration” system for film creators. In order to specifically devise a system, this study clarified the legal definition of film prescribed under the Copyright Act, and then reviewed the need for providing compensation for domestic film creators as well as foreign discussions including the international legal study of the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers. As a result, it became evidently necessary to specify the unwaivable and inalienable rights of creators before making a specific system, so this study proposes stipulation of the Remuneration Rights under domestic copyright laws. In addition, the introduction of the Residuals system and the Private Copying Levy system was considered as a method of realizing Equitable Remuneration. As successful implementation of both systems require the role of Collective Management Organization on film copyrights and many complex tasks remain, harmonious solutions to the preceding tasks shoulld be sought.
