The paper aims to clarify the interpretative postulates in the historico-sociological interpretation of visual expression and to propose the Micro-Logonomic Description as a methodology. As for semantic postulates, the possibilities of the iconographical and iconological approaches, especially of Erwin Panofsky are examined, and are to be ascertained that his interpretative levels are also useful for our aims. Furthermore, karl Mannheim's and the Lucien Goldmannian methodology such as sociological imputation theory and generative structualistic approaches were also effective for us to be reconfirmed. As a result, the paper checked that our interpretative postulates should be acquired through the micro-historical description of signifiers. Our theory shows, as a outline for postulates, 1)categories, 2)positive variables(+), 3)negative variables(-) every sort of 7 codes.
객체 형상 및 속성정보 지침에 따른 수목 BIM 라이브러리 개발

While the government policy to fully adopt BIM in the construction sector is being implemented, the construction and utilization of landscape BIM models are facing challenges due to problems such as limitations in BIM authoring tools, difficulties in modeling natural materials, and a shortage in BIM content including libraries. In particular, plants, fundamental design elements in the field of landscape architecture, must be included in BIM models, yet they are often omitted during the modeling process, or necessary information is not included, which further compromises the quality of the BIM data. This study aimed to contribute to the construction and utilization of landscape BIM models by developing a plant library that complies with BIM standards and is applicable to the landscape industry. The plant library of trees and shrubs was developed in Revit by modeling 3D shapes and collecting attribute items. The geometric information is simplified to express the unique characteristics of each plant species at LOD200, LOD300, and LOD350 levels. The attribute information includes properties on plant species identification, such as species name, specifications, and quantity estimation, as well as ecological attributes and environmental performance information, totaling 24 items. The names of the files were given so that the hierarchy of an object in the landscape field could be revealed and the object name could classify the plant itself. Its usability was examined by building a landscape BIM model of an apartment complex. The result showed that the plant library facilitated the construction process of the landscape BIM model. It was also confirmed that the library was properly operated in the basic utilization of the BIM model, such as 2D documentation, quantity takeoff, and design review. However, the library lacked ground cover, and had limitations in those variables such as the environmental performance of plants because various databases for some materials have not yet been established. Further efforts are needed to develop BIM modeling tools, techniques, and various databases for natural materials. Moreover, entities and systems responsible for creating, managing, distributing, and disseminating BIM libraries must be established.

This study aims a t the observation of some analytical levels -especially those of syntactico-semantical- of the visual expressions in general. As far as the syntactical parts are concerned, there were two steps t o be approached. One is to select the paradigms according to the Saussure-Hambidgean suggestions, the other to derive syntagmas from what is called the 'chaos-system', one of nonlinear dynamics. In result, paradigms could be acquired 5 sorts with its so many varieties, as visual templates (VT), supplemented by their reciprocals(R) and complements(CLE) , and syntagmas five orbits from each constant c=0 to c=l0. In additional, in connection with semantic parts, the study introduced a Gremasian model of discourses and narratives for the interpretation of signifiers. By this, we could cover the conjunctive relationships(+) and the disjunctive(-) of the whole structure of visual expression. Finally, we certified that the above could be fully approved in terms of recent worldly cognitive scientic psychological discoveries.

The paper aims to ascertain the conditions and rules for the visual expression to produce meaning, as though it were to be an analogical level of linguistics. For this, the researchers needed to analyze the visual artifacts within the context of paradigms and syntagms, with the meta-critical level of visual languages, as a means. As a result, the researchers are ready to propose that there are a system of P-Languages, which play an active part in meta-linguistical level, according to their `morphodynamical principles'. As a fact, the existence of P-Languages could be verified through the analysis of some testing material made under the rigid construction. To scrutinize into the field of visual space, we made use of 〈The Table of Constant and Orbit of Syntagms〉 prepared before for the purpose of our research. The above observation gave an important consequences to our present question. Accordingly, in short, P-Languages seem to produce a series of paradigms and syntagms for the visual expression which, in turn, make conditions and rules of meaningful expression, through their generative and transformational structures which is activated by means of P-Languages for themselves.

The purpose of this paper is to identify implications of a holistic approach to early childhood curriculum. For that purpose, this paper investigated the definition of holism and the holistic trends in major countires such as the U.S., Canada, Australia, Japan and Korea. This study also compared the traditional world view represened by Descartes with the holistic world view. Based on these backgrounds, the concepts of holistic education and curriculum were discussed by adopting John Miller's three basic "orientations." Based on that, an example of image work through meditation was presented by applying to kindergarten. In conclusion, the directions and problems of holistic education and curriculum were suggested for further study.
회화적 표상에 있어서 기호와 행위의 접근가능성과 회화적 가능 세계의 의미론(Ⅲ): 회화적 가능세계와 관련한 Langer적 존재의미론으비판 패러담을 중심으로

The paper aims to survey some possibilities for a Langerian Ontological semantic paradigm to interpret the pictorial possible world with a supplement of the referential semantic paradigm, as far as the pictorial representation is concerned. For this, the study begins with an acquaintance that each of two paradigms is grounded upon a very different philosophical assumptions, and so their arguments are even contradictory. But two paradigms have some merits and charming points, respectively, 1 believe. Among them, there are some mutual complementary factors, too. Especially it is expected that the former's merit can have a certain factor to complete the latter's faults. This study has done with a manifest limitation, that of how to describe the aspects of possible world in pictorial representation through the eye of semantics of 'Reperesentational Attitude' suggested in Study(II), with several procedures : 1) Langer's symbolism and the essential of ontological semantic paradigm, 2) Differentiation from the referential semantic paradigm, and 3) Construction of the ontological semantic paradigm. The results, in view of paradigm approaches relevant to the Ontological Semantics, were acquired as follows : 1.Whereas the referential semantic paradigm's emphasis lies in the transcendental infrastructure of the pictorial representation, the ontological semantic paradigm emphasizes it's intrastructure or immanent structure. 2.Referential and ontological meaning of pictorial repersentation is but two aspects of the same representation. 3.Ontological semantic paradigm can, therefore, rightly cover an immanent structure of pictorial representation.
한국 현대미술에 있어서 <물상회화(物象繪畵)>의 문제 : 그 연원과 <형상적 경향>의 원천에 관하여

This paper aims to investigate the origin and roots of "Object Image Painting" in Korean comtemporary art from 1970s to 1980s. The investigatory necessity lies in the idea that the Object Image Painting must be a linkage between 1980s and 1990s in our time of Korean art. At the same time it is thought to be a key for us to find out the origin of our own styles of representation on this occasion. Processes to research for the purpose are as follows: Firstly, the important thing is to survey on the position of the "Object Image Painting" in the age of "Description" after 1970s. Secondly, the next is to examine what at that time the occidental Hyperrealism had influenced on the Object Image Painting. Lastly, what we scrutinize is about every aspect of possibilites and representational styles of it. The followings are to be summarized in relation to the above. 1.The Object Image Painting is characterized to have a subjective aspect in its character. 2.It originated from the view point of Realism, and so it has a special feature of realist representation. 3.It rooted in the 'Social Imagination' newly stirred up at the time of 1980s.
