      • 2.4GHz ISM 대역상으로 Motion JPEG 영상 전송에 관한 연구

        요 약 과학기술이 발전함에 따라 유선 전송을 넘어 무선 기술이 점차적으로 주목받고 있다. 아울러 공간적 제한이 없는 실시간 멀티미디어 전송의 시대가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 CMOS 카메라로 수신한 동영상을 효율적으로 압축하는 JPEG 인코더와 수신된 영상을 복호화하는 JPEG 디코더를 설계하였다. 압축된 영상은 2.4GHz ISM 대역을 사용하여 최대 2Mbps 전송률로 전송되어진다. 무선 전송을 위한 장치로 2.4GHz 송수신기를 채용하고 향상된 Shockburst 기능을 가지고 있는 nRF24L01 칩을 사용하였다. 향상된 Shockburst는 1에서 32바이트의 동적 부하 길이, 자동 패킷 핸들링 및 자동 패킷 전송 핸들링을 지원할 수 있다. 그리고 JPEG 디코더에 의해 복원된 영상 프레임들은 TFT-LCD 판넬 상에 연속적으로 디스플레이 되어진다. 동영상 JPEG 코덱의 속도를 최대화하기 위해 파이프라인 기법을 채용하였다. DCT 및 IDCT는 계산 복잡도를 줄이기 위해 이차원 DCT를 사용하였다. 본 논문의 동영상 JPEG 코덱은 유연한 프레임 데이터 전송률을 지원하는 하드웨어 구조로 설계되었다. dsPIC33F 마이크로콘트롤러는 nRF24L01과 FPGA 사이의 데이터 전송을 중계하는 역할을 수행한다. 동영상 JPEG CODEC IP는 Xilinx ISE 7.1i 툴을 사용하여 VHDL 언어로 설계하였으며, 설계된 모듈은 ModelSim-SE 6.1 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 검증하였다. JPEG 압축 영상을 무선 전송을 사용해 전송하고, 수신한 데이터를 TFT-LCD 상에서 디스플레이하는 평가 보드를 제작하여 검증을 완료하였다. 영상 포맷은 YCbCr 4:2:2 방식을 채용하고 있다. 복호된 YCbCr 데이터는 18 비트 RGB 포맷으로 변환한 후 TFT-LCD로 전송된다. 2Mbps 무선 전송률하에서 최대 프레임 전송률은 약 초당 10프레임으로 확인되었다. 본 논문에서 설계된 동영상 JPEG은 보안 카메라나 장난감용 카메라 등의 분야에 응용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. As scientific technology develops, it has been gradually aimed to the wireless technology beyond the wired transmission. Also the era of real-time multimedia transmission without spatial limitation has begun. In this thesis, it has been designed JPEG encoder which efficiently compresses the motion pictures from CMOS camera and JPEG decoder which decompresses the received images. The compressed images are transmitted in maximal 2Mbps rate using 2.4GHz ISM band. As a wireless transceiver device, 2.4GHz transceiver uses an nRF24L01 chip with Enhanced ShockBurst. The Enhanced ShockBurst can support 1 to 32 bytes dynamic payload length, automatic packet handling and auto packet transmission handling. Image frames decompressed from JPEG decoder are continuously displayed on TFT-LCD panel. Pipeline scheme is adopted to maximize the speed of motion JPEG CODEC. DCT and IDCT used 2-D DCT to reduce the computational complexity. Motion JPEG CODEC of this thesis is designed in hardware structure supporting the flexible transmission rate of frame data . dsPIC33F microcontroller arbitrates data transaction between nRF24L01 and FPGA. Motion JPEG CODEC IP is designed in VHDL language using Xilinx ISE 7.1i tool and the designed module is verified by ModelSim-SE 6.1 simulator. A evaluation board which transmits JPEG compressed images through wireless transmission and displays the received images on TFT-LCD is fabricated and verified. Image format adopts YCbCr 4:2:2. The decompressed YCbCr image is converted in 18-bit RGB format and then transmitted to TFT-LCD. Under wireless transmission rate of 2Mbps, Maximal frame rate is measured about 10 frames per second. Motion JPEG CODEC designed in this thesis is applicable for areas which include security camera, toy camera and so on.

      • 전남 완도군 평일도 척치댐의 안전점검을 위한 전기비저항 탐사

        전남 완도군 평일도에 위치한 척치댐은 생활용수 공급을 목적으로 1992년에 준공되었으며, 댐의 높이는 22.49m이고 길이는 86.5m이다. 이 댐의 형식은 중심코어 형 사력댐이며, 총 저수용량은 22만 톤이다. 본 연구의 목적은 이 댐의 제체 내부의 연약구간 파악 및 누수에 대한 안전성을 점검하는 것이며, 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 댐에 대한 전기비저항 탐사를 실시하였다. 탐사측선은 댐 마루와 하류사면 소단부에 각각 설치하였으며, 쌍극자배열법을 이용한 2차원 탐사를 실시하였다. 탐사 결과 댐 내부의 전기비저항은 수평적으로 비교적 균일한 분포를 보였으며, 수직적으로는 제체재료의 포화정도에 따라 전기비저항이 적절하게 변화하는 모습을 보였다. 그리고 누수 취약 구간으로 추정될만한 저비저항대는 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 댐 내부에서 연약구간은 발견되지 않았으며, 점토를 주 재료로 하는 댐의 중심 코어는 차수기능을 정상적으로 수행하고 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 한편 탐사심도가 충분히 깊지 못하여 통관부 주위의 안전성 여부까지 판단하기에는 어려움이 있었다. 이와 관련해서는 추가적인 조사가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

      • 경상북도 시군 패널데이터를 이용한 도시민들의 귀농 요인 분석

        This study analyzed determinants of return to farming to use panel data analysis. To do this, we collected the data related to the return to farming over the period 2007 to 2014. First, we conducted F-test and LM-test for choosing a model that is considered a characteristics of the panels. As a result, tests show that panel data analysis is more suitable than the other. Second, we conducted Unit Root Test to confirm stability of time series data because panel data include part of time series. The test shows the panel data has stability of time series. Third, we used Hausman-test to decide a suitable model is either Fix Effects Model or Random Effects Model. The Hausman-test indicated that Fix Effects Model is compatible. The Fix Effects Model shows that if the subsidy for return to farming will increase ten millions won about policy variable, the number of households also increases one household. And a number of bed hospitals in every thousand people also positive effect(+) to the return to farming. And If the area has a number of house, it would be increase the number of household for returning to farming. The model has a positive coefficient about Gross regional domestic product of agriculture. This means that the people who move to area for farming thought conditions for agriculture. And urban people also consider the number of people who works in primary industry because they can get a job related to their work. And the number of pollution discharge facilities don’t influenced to return to farming. But the factor indicates a negative coefficient.

      • Reactive oxygen species-specific mechanisms of drug resustance in acute myelogenous leukemia cell line : 급성 골수성 백혈병 세포주에서 반응성 산소종 특이성 약물내성기전에 관한 연구

        반응성 산소종을 생성시키는 세포독성 물질이 암의 치료에 사용되어 왔다. 이런 작용을 가진 약물 중 anthracyclines 항생제가 급성 골수성 백혈병을 치료하는데 임상적으로 중요한 항암제이다. 그러나 anthracyclines은 세포막의 수송체의 과발현을 흔히 유도하기 때문에, 이를 과발현하는 내성세포는 anthracyclines자체도 세포 밖으로 배출시키므로 반응성 산소종 특이성 약물내 성기 전을 연구하는데 어려움이 있어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 세포막 수송체의 과 발현을 피하기 위하여 친수성이 강하면서 세포 내에서 superoxide를 생성시키는 것으로 잘 알려진 methyl viologen (Paraquat, PQ)을 이용하여 PQ 내성 급성 골수성 백혈병 아세포주를 선별하고자 하였다. PQ농도 100 ㎍/ml과 400 ㎍/ml로 선별한 PQ 내성 아세포주 (각각 AML-2/PQ100과 AML-2/PQ400)는 PQ 뿐만아니라 cisplatin과 doxorubicin에 대해서도 중정도의 교차 내성을 보였고, etiposide, camptothecin, 및 daunorubicin에 대하여 낮은 정도의 교차내성을 보였다. 웨스턴브롯과 역전사-중합효소 연쇄반응 분석시 PQ 내정 아세포 주에서 각각 metallothionein의 단백함량과 mRNA가 증가되어 있었으며, propargylglycine (metallothionein 합성억제제)이 PQ 내성 아세포주의 cisplatin내성을 완전히 역전시켰다. 그러므로 PQ 내성 아세포주의 cisplatin에 대한 교차 내성은 metallothionein함량의 증가 때문으로 생각된다. 또한 두 PQ내성 아세포주는 모세포주와 비교시와 Cu와 Zn를 함유한 superoxide dismutase (CuZn-SOD) 및 Mn을 함유한 superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD)의 함량이 증가되어 있었으며, AML-2/PQ400아세포주만이 glutathione S-transferase활성도가 증가되었다. 이들 효소 활성도의 증가는 유전자 발현의 증가에 기인한 것으로 보였다. 반면에 다른 항산화효소인 catalase, glutathione reductase, glutathione peroxidase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase와 Bcl-2 단백은 모세포주와 PQ내성 아세포간에 차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과로부터 metallothionein, CuZn-SOD, Mn-SOD, glutalhione S-transferase의 함량 및 활성증가가 급성 골수성 백혈병세포주에서 PQ 또는 반응성 산소종에 대한 내성기전으로 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 생각된다. PQ-resistant AML sublines, AML-2/PQ100 and /PQ400, were selected in the presence of PQ concentrations of 100 ㎍/㎖ and 400 ㎍/㎖, respectively with respect to drug resistance, the experimental data of this study were summarized as follows 1 Membrane transpoters such as Pgp and MRP were not involved in the acquired resistance of the PQ-resistant AML-2 sublines. 2 PQ-resistant AML-2 sublines also showed moderate level of resistance to cisplatin and doxorubicin as well as PQ, while low level of resistance to etoposide, camptothecin and daunorubicin. But both the PQ-resistant AML-2 sublines were paradoxically more sensitive to vicristine than was the wild-type AML-2 cell line. 3 Both the AML-2/PQ100 and/PQ400 sublines showed increased activities of both the CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD, whereas the AML-2/PQ400 only showed increased glutathione S-transferase activity as compared to those of the wild-type AML-2 cell line Increased activity of these enzymes appeared to be due to increased expression of each genes. 4. There was no difference in the activities or content of intacellular antioxidants including reduced glutathione, catalase, glutathione reductase, glutathione peroxidase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, and Bcl-2 between the wild-type AML-2 cell line and its PQ-resistant sublines. 5 The resistance of PQ-resistant AML-sublines to cisplatine appeared to be related to increased amount of metallothionein, which was not only supported by the reversal effect of propasgylglycin (an inhibitor of MT synthesis) on resistance to cisplatin but also confirmed by Western blot analysis and RT-PCR. Taken together, it is suggested that an increase in amounts of metallothionein as well as activities of glutathione S-transferase, Can-SOD and Mn-SOD play an important role in protective mechanisms against the toxicity of PQ or ROS

      • 우리나라 국제특송업체의 글로벌전략에 관한 연구

        This study is carried out to suggest empirical global strategies for domestic International Express Companies (IEC). To achieve the goal of the study, several issues and methodology were considered. Firstly the matters of “what is the International Express Companies (IEC) or what factors bring it to emerge?” are considered. Study on the International Express Companies has not still attracted academically so that the International Express Companies (IEC) has been used generally the terms such as Door to Door Service, Desk to Desk, Express, Courier Service in business world. Therefore we need to look up general issues and features of the International Express Companies (IEC). Secondly theoretical background of global strategies such as Integration Responsiveness, Total Global Strategy, Global Alliance, Merger & Acquisition was conducted to analyze global strategies of the International Express Companies (IEC) (these will be considered in the next section) Thirdly the case study on both Korean express companies and foreign global express companies were conducted and the implications of their strategy were also analyzed. Lastly, the following statistics analytical methods were used for analyzing the responses which were collected by questionnaire survey. - Cronbach's alpha verification method and factor analysis were used to analyze the validity and internal reliability, - Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test and estimate causal relations using a combination of statistical data and qualitative causal assumptions. - Kendall's ranking verification method was used to identify the ranking among factors. To suggest empirical global strategies for domestic International Express Companies (IEC) we consider how we can establish factor for global strategy and its sub-factors. Namely, the issues were regarding “which factors are most proper for establishment of successful global strategies for the domestic International Express Companies (IEC), which we define as characteristics of Express Industry and its globalization factors” and then “which factors are most proper to enrich (both quality and quantity) for the domestic International Express Companies (IEC), which we define as market entry strategy based on market size or company’s size factors”. The following factors are driven with our deep consideration. Establishment of successful global strategies for the domestic International Express Companies (IEC): characteristics of Express Industry and its globalization factor (five riogenous factors) - market aspects, industry aspects, globalization effect, competition level and the technological level. Enrich (both quality and quantity) for the domestic International Express Companies (IEC): market entry strategy based on market size or company’s size factor and differentiation strategy factor (7 parameter variables) - M&A strategy (market entry strategy based on market size or company’s size factor), integrated logistics enterprise strategy (market entry strategy based on market size or company’s size factor), phased market entry strategy (market entry strategy based on market size or company’s size factor), SCM strategy (differentiation strategy factor), the third party operating strategy (differentiation strategy factor), total logistic operating system strategy (differentiation strategy factor), and differentiation strategy on product and delivery service (differentiation strategy factor). The results of the study are summarized as below. Firstly, in the ranking test of the characteristics of the international express industry and globalization, the construction of advantageous logistics networks (competition level) encompasses others such as the economy of scale effect by globalization, standardization and compatibility of the delivery tech-system (globalization), and good relationship with subcontractor (industry). Secondly, the total logistics operating system strategy is more importantly considered then differentiation strategy, integrated logistics enterprise strategy. Thirdly, the market factor, globalization factor, and technology factor do not represent positive relation to the global strategy while the industry factor and competition factor are positively related to the global strategy. Fourthly, both the market entry strategy based on market size or company’s size factor and differentiation strategy factor work positively for the domestic International Express Companies (IEC) to strengthen their competitiveness. However, there are some limitations that this study has borne: This study is conducted based on both the case studies and the questionnaire survey from the local branch offices and agents of domestic and foreign global express companies which are located only in Busan. As considering most of the international express companies’ head quarters are located in Seoul, this study has some limits in representing the real perception of the head quarters. Therefore, in view of the importance of this area, it is necessary to conduct further study both level of the local branch offices / agents and headquarters of the international express companies later on.
