포토레지스트용 레진 제조

최근 hydroxystyrene을 기반으로 한 레진은 3D Nand 공정에 사용되는 후막용 포토레지스트와 페키징용 포토레지스트에 핵심 레진으로 사용됨에 따라 다시 주목을 받고 있는 소재이다. 본 레진의 제조 공정은 프리라디칼 중합방법, 음이온 중합방법 그리고 리빙 라디칼 중합방법으로 나눌 수 있다. 중합방법의 선정은 공중합 모노머 또는 사용 용도의해 결정된다고 할 수 있다. 본 발표에서는 레진의 중합 방법과 그에 따른 물성에 대해 다룰 예정이다.

한국 해양안보의 안보화 문제

Securitization is the act of making certain threats an issue that requires special countermeasures away from the existing political grammar. Based on the two mechanisms by which security is achieved, -the performativity of speech-act, the conformativity between the regime of practices and the politics of extraordinary-, this study suggested the reason for the poor securitization of marine security in South Korea. When the comprehensive characteristics of maritime security are combined with the structure of the international society, not only concerns about entrapment but also motivations for free rides are rampant, weakening the performativity of speech-act. In addition, the regime of practices formed by the national goals of unification and the Korea-U.S. alliance system limit its consistency with the politics of extraordinary for maritime security. For the securitization of maritime security, it is necessary to define maritime security as a concept that reflects power politics among nations to support the performance of speech-act and seek policies that can be accepted by the existing regime of practices. 안보화는 특정한 위협을 기존의 정치 문법에서 벗어난 특별한 대응 조치가 필요한 사안으로 만드는 행위이다. 본 연구는 안보화가 이루어지는 두 가지 기제, -발화행위의 수행성, 관습 체제와 특별한 정치 간 정합성-,의 작용을 근거로 한국에서 해양안보의 안보화가 부진한 이유를 제시하였다. 안전과 안보를 망라하는 해양안보의 포괄적 특성이 국제사회의 구조와 결합하면, 강대국 간 대결에의 연루 우려뿐 아니라 무임승차 동기가 횡행하므로 발화행위의 수행성은 저하된다. 또한, 한국 주도의 한반도 평화 통일과 한미 동맹에 근거한 안보 관습 체제는 해양안보를 위한 특별한 정치를 제한한다. 미국-중국 간 패권 경쟁은 대만 문제뿐 아니라 한반도 문제도 포괄하므로 안보 관습 체제는 변화하기 어렵다. 해양안보의 안보화를 위해서는 국가 간 권력정치를 반영하는 개념으로 해양안보를 정의하여 발화행위의 수행성을 뒷받침하고, 기존 관습 체제가 수용할 수 있는 정책을 모색해야 한다.

Physicochemical and Functional Properties of Yam (Dioscorea Opposita Thunb.) Solution Fermented by Streptococcus thermophilus

Present study was designed to find the physicochemical and functional properties of fermented yam (Dioscorea) solution by Streptococcus thermophilus and protective effect on stomach lesions. The solutions of raw and extracted yam used were 2, 4, and 6%, and they were fermented by S. thermophilus for 32 h. The fermented extracted yam showed a lower value of viscosity than the raw and maintained this throughout the fermentation. The yam (Dioscorea opposita Thunb.) raw powder in the functional components showed higher allantoin content compared with the extracted powder. In the animal study,the gastric lesions were apparently reduced compared with those in the control rats when 200 mg of powder/kg BW was injected. Based on these data, the present study indicated that the raw yam powder fermented by S. thermophilus showed a protective effect on gastric lesions in rats,therefore, it could be supplemented to functional food.

하사근기능항진 환자에서 하사근절제술의 효과 분석

Purpose: To investigate the effect of inferior oblique (IO) myectomy by analyzing the correlation of the amount of inferior oblique overaction (IOOA), hypertropia and excyclotorsion before, between, and after IO myectomy in patients with various degrees of IOOA. Methods: A total of 86 eyes from 59 patients with IOOA who underwent IO myectomy were enrolled in the present study. The correlation analysis was performed for the amount of IOOA, hypertropia and excyclotorsion before and after surgery, according to the preoperative amount of IOOA, hypertropia, and excyclotorsion. Results: The IOOA decreased from +2.5 ± 0.6 before surgery to -0.01 ± 0.25 (p < 0.05) after surgery. The vertical deviation was 5.7 ± 6.3 prism diopter (PD) and 2.3 ± 5.2 PD (p < 0.05) postoperatively. The amount of cyclodeviation was 15.3 ± 7.6° before surgery and 6.6 ± 5.7° (p < 0.05) after surgery. The amount of surgical correction for IOOA and the hypertropia was significantly correlated with preoperative deviation (p < 0.05, p < 0.05). The amount of excyclotorsion before and after surgery was also positively correlated but was not statistically significant (p = 0.05). Conclusions: IO myectomy can correct any degree of IOOA, hypertropia, and related excyclotorsion. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2011;52(1):67-73

의과대학 졸업생 코호트의 의사 역량에 대한 자기평가 결과: 일개 의과대학을 중심으로

Objectives This study aims to investigate the self-assessment of physician competencies of medical school graduates and explore their competence development and the impact of medical school education. Methods Medical school graduates in the last 10 years (2012-2021) were classified into 10 cohorts according to their graduation year. Participants completed a survey that investigated their career status after graduation and served as a self-assessment tool for competencies required of every physician. Frequency analysis and analysis of variance were conducted to determine the differences among groups. Results The medical school graduates generally recognized their competencies higher as they got older, but the self-assessment results tended to be somewhat declined in the group of eight years or more after graduating. In the medical training course, the self-assessment of the specialist group was the highest in all competencies. In the cohorts, after graduation competencies, the self-assessment results for six competencies were found to be generally balanced. Conclusions The study results have important educational implications. The information on the graduates can be used as basic data for lifelong learning for physicians, which can be used to examine the impact of medical school education after graduation. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously collect data and use it for all education activities. 목적 이 연구는 일개 의과대학 수준에서 졸업생을 대상으로 대학이 설정한 의사의 역량에 대한 자기평가를 조사하고 이를 바탕으로의대 졸업생의 역량 발달과 의과대학 교육의 영향을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이 연구는 최근 10년의(2012~2021년) 졸업생을 대상으로 하였으며, 졸업 연도를 기준으로 10개의 코호트를 구성하였다. 졸업 후 진로와 6개 영역의 의사 역량에 대한 자기평가를 조사하였고 집단 간의 차이를 검증하기 위해 일원분산분석과 T-검정을수행하였다. 결과 A 의과대학의 졸업생은 졸업 연차가 오래될수록 자신의 의사 역량을 대체로 높게 인식하였지만, 졸업 후 8년 이상의 집단에서는 역량에 대한 자기평가 결과가 다소 둔화되는 경향을 보였다. 의사의 수련 과정에 따라서는, 모든 역량에서 전문의 집단의 자기평가 결과가 가장 높았다. 졸업역량이 설정된 이후의 졸업생 코호트에서는 6개 역량에 대한 자기평가 결과가 역량 간에 대체로 균형을이루고 있었다. 결론 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 의과대학 졸업생 대상의 역량 발달 탐색 활동의 교육적 함의를 파악할 수 있었다. 수집한 정보는의사의 평생교육을 계획하고 의과대학 교육의 영향을 파악하는 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다. 그러므로 졸업생의 정보를 추적하고이에 대한 교육적 의미를 해석하는 활동이 지속될 필요가 있다.

코칭리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 코칭리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조직신뢰의 매개효과 관점에서 분석하였다. 2015년 1월 5일부터 1월 31일까지 서울에 소재한 주요 제조 대기업에 근무하는 직장인을 대상으로 배포한 설문지 617부를 회수하여 불성실하게 응답이 이뤄진 33부를 제외하고, 총 580부의 유효한 설문지를 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램 패키지를 이용해 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭리더십의 구성요인 중 방향제시, 개발, 관계는 조직몰입의 정서적, 지속적, 규범적 몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 수행평가는 규범적 몰입에만 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코칭리더십의 구성요인 중 방향제시, 개발, 관계는 계산적 신뢰와 지식적 신뢰 양 집단에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 수행평가는 계산적 신뢰에만 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 계산적 신뢰는 지식적 신뢰에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조직신뢰는 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 코칭리더십과 조직몰입 사이 조직신뢰의 매개효과는 부분적으로 채택되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 전반적으로 코칭리더십은 조직몰입에 영향을 미치고, 조직신뢰는 조직몰입에 영향을 미치며, 코칭리더십은 조직신뢰에 영향을 미치고, 조직신뢰는 코칭리더십과 조직몰입의 사이에서 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 코칭리더십의 상하커뮤니케이션과 조직구성원 간의 신뢰 형성에 미치는 영향의 중요성을 인식하고, 실무적으로 코칭리더십의 효과적인 적용을 통하여 조직성과를 창출에 기여하는 연구기여도가 있다.

기술수용모델(TAM)을 활용한 스마트홈 기술의 사용자 만족에 관한 연구

본 연구는 기술수용모델(TAM)의 관점에서 스마트홈 기술에 대한 사용자의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인인 혁신성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 용이성, 만족의 영향력을 파악하고자 한다. 기존 Davis의 기술수용모델을 기초로 개인 혁신성과 사용자 만족의 새로운 변수를 보완하여 수 정된 기술수용모델을 적용하였다. 자료수집을 위해 2020년 10월 20일부터 11월 20일까지 서울, 경기, 부산, 경남 지역의 스마트홈 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사방법은 자기 기입법을 실시하였으며, 총 237부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 가설 검증 결과, 첫째, 개인 혁신 성은 지각된 사용용이성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인 혁신성은 지각된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타나 가설3을 기각되었다. 기각된 이유는 스마트홈 기술 과 같은 IT시스템 경험이 많은 사용자는 유용성을 낮게 지각하기 때문인 것으로 해석할 수 있 다. 넷째, 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성은 모두 사용자 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 분석결과를 토대로 스마트홈 운영에 필요한 시사점을 제시하였다. Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM), this study attempts to examine the effect relationship between personal innovativeness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user satisfaction. We present a modified technology acceptance model by complementing new variables of personal innovativeness and user satisfaction. The survey method was self-administrated, and a total of 237 copies were used for the final analysis. The result of hypothesis testing shows that personal innovativeness has a positive effect on perceived ease of use. Second, personal innovativeness has been shown to have a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Third, perceived ease of use was shown to have no significant effect on perceived usefulness, and hypothesis 3 was rejected. It can be interpreted that users with a lot of system experience, such as smart home technology, tend to perceive usefulness as low. Fourth, both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have been shown to have a positive effect on satisfaction. Finally, based on the analysis results, we presented the necessary implications for smart home operation.
