        기혼 직장여성의 삶의 질 경로에 관한 연구 - 경북 경산시를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to closely examine causality on quality of life in married working women. For this, the survey subjects were randomly sampled the married career women aged over 30 who dwell in Gyeongsan city of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province. It widely distributed totally 200 copies and then used 148 effective analytical materials as the final analytical data among the collected questionnaires. Structural Equation Model was used after analyzing the mean & standard deviation, t- and F-test, and correlation in order to examine the measurement variable as an analytical method. As a result of analysis, the married working women’s gender role attitude was formed the path of perfect mediating effect on quality of life after passing through the women policy satisfaction. The credibility of the administration in the local government could be known to have perfect mediating effect even on quality of life after passing through the women policy satisfaction. Suggesting a plan for promoting married working women’s quality of life based on the results of this study, first of all, the married career women’s quality of life originates greatly from which our society regards household labor as woman’s role yet. Thus, there is a need of supporting the working women so that work and family life can coexist. In such context, the policy-based measure is demanded that can lead to men’s participation in household chores and childrearing. Second, a women policy plan is demanded for vitalizing family- friendly system available for changing the traditional gender-role value that is left in our society, given considering that the more the married working women stick to the traditional gender-role value, the lower result the women policy satisfaction was shown. Third, the women policy of considering region-based characteristic needs to be mapped out, through promoting credibility in the local government, when considering the path of perfect mediating effect that the credibility in the local government passes through the women policy satisfaction on the married career women’s quality of life. For this, a study of research institution for women family policy by local government will need to be activated. 본 연구의 목적은 기혼 직장여성의 삶의 질에 관한 인과적 관계를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 조사대상은 경상북도 경산시에 거주하는 30세 이상 기혼 직장 여성을 임의표집 하였으며, 총 200부를 배포하여 회수된 설문지 중 유효 분석 자료 148부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 분석방법으로는 측정변수를 검토하기 위한 평균 및 표준편차, t 및 F 검증, 상관관계 분석을 한 후 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 기혼 직장여성의 성역할태도는 여성정책만족도를 거쳐서 삶의 질에 완전매개효과 경로가 형성되었으며, 지방정부 행정의 신뢰도가 여성정책만족도를 거쳐 삶의 질에도 완전매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 기혼 직장여성의 삶의 질 증진을 위한 방안을 제시해보면 우선, 기혼 직장여성의 삶의 질은 아직까지 우리 사회가 가사노동의 영역을 여성의 역할로 간주하는 데에서 기인하는 바가 크므로 여성발전기본법에 명시된 구체적인 정책들을 실행해 나가는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 기혼 직장여성은 전통주의 성역할 태도를 견지할수록 여성정책만족도가 낮은 결과를 나타내고 있음을 고려해 볼 때 우리 사회는 잔존하고 있는 전통주의적 성역할 가치관을 변화시킬 수 있는 여성정책 방안이 요구된다. 셋째, 기혼 직장여성의 삶의 질은 지방정부 행정의 신뢰성이 여성정책만족도를 거치는 완전매개효과 경로를 감안할 때, 지방자치단체는 신뢰성 증진을 통하여 지역별 특성을 고려한 여성정책을 입안하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해 광역단체별 여성가족정책연구기관의 연구가 활성화 되어야 할 것이다.

        기혼 취업여성의 우울 경로에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 기혼 취업여성의 우울에 관한 인과적 관계를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 분석자료로는 제1차 서울시복지패널 조사자료를 이용하였으며, 서울시복지패널자료의 조사대상자 중 20~50대 기혼 취업여성 507명을 분석대상으로 선정하였고, 분석방법으로는 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 기혼 취업여성의 성역할태도로부터 복리후생만족도와 결혼행복감을 거쳐서 우울에 완전매개효과 경로가 형성되었고, 복리후생만족도는 우울과 결혼행복감 간에 부분매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 기혼 취업여성의 우울을 해소하기 위한 방안을 제시해보면 우선, 기혼 취업여성의 우울은 우리 사회가 가사노동은 아직까지 여성의 역할로 간주하는 데에서 기인하는 바가 크므로 취업여성들이 일과 가족생활을 양립할 수 있도록 지원하고, 그러한 맥락에서 남성의 가사 및 육아참여를 유도할 수 있는 정책적 조치가 요구된다. 둘째, 기혼 취업여성이 전통주의 성역할 태도를 견지할수록 결혼행복감 및 복리후생만족도는 낮은 결과가 나타났음을 고려해 볼 때 우리 사회에 잔존하고 있는 전통주의적 성역할 가치관을 변화시킬 수 있는 복리후생제도 및 가족친화제도의 활성화 방안이 요구된다. 셋째, 기혼 취업여성의 우울에 큰 영향을 미치는 결혼행복감을 증진시키기 위해서는 부부 및 부모교육을 포함한 가족서비스를 더욱 강화하는 방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to closely examine causality on the married-working women`s depression. For this, the analytical materials were used the primary Seoul Metropolis Welfare Panel survey data. 507 married-working women in their 20s~50s were selected among survey subjects of Seoul Metropolis Welfare Panel data. The analytical method was used the structural equation model. As a result of analysis, it could be known that the path of perfect mediating effect in depression was formed after passing through the benefits satisfaction and the marital happiness from gender role attitude in the married-working women and that the benefits satisfaction has the partial mediating effect between depression and marital happiness. Suggesting a plan for getting rid of depression in the married-working women based on the results of this study, first of all, the married-working women`s depression is greatly accredited to what our society regards domestic work yet as woman`s role. Thus, the policy-based measure is demanded that can support for working women to be possibly compatible in work and family life and that can induce men`s participation in household affairs and child-rearing in such context. Second, it was indicated that the more the married-working women adhere strictly to the gender role attitude of traditionalism, the lower result the marital happiness and benefits satisfaction have. Considering this, a plan for activating welfare system and family-friendly system is demanded that can change gender role value in traditionalism, which is being left in our society. Third, to promote marital happiness that has great influence upon the married-working women`s depression, there is a need of seeking a plan, which further intensifies the family services including the marital education and the parent education.

        기혼여성노동자의 일ㆍ가족 경험과 직업의식

        이 글은 기혼여성노동자의 일ㆍ가족 경험과 노동시장 내 제반 조건이 이들의 직업의식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 여성의 경험과 입장을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 기혼여성노동자 278명을 대상으로 일과 가족경험을 조사한 결과, 정규직 기혼여성보다 비정규직 기혼여성의 일ㆍ가족갈등이 더 높고 가족의 정서적 지원은 더 낮게 나타났다. 고용불안정은 노동시장뿐 아니라 가족 내에서도 기혼여성을 불완전 노동자로 규정하는 이중의 효과를 갖는다. 업무전문성과 노동통제 강화는 정규직 기혼여성이 비정규직 기혼여성보다 더 높았으며, 평균교육 년수와 월평균 소득, 생계부양역할과 가족의 정서적 지원, 가족지향성, 그리고 업무전문성이 직업의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 저임금과 불안정 노동으로 관철되는 여성노동의 특성을 변화시켜야만 여성의 일과 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이를 위해 기혼여성노동자의 고용안정과 노동자로서의 인정 및 지원이 필요하다는 것을 보여준다. This study aims at examining how the work of married women, their family experiences, and various circumstances in labor market have influenced upon their vocational consciousness. 'Vocational consciousness' has been transformed or reconstructed under specific circumstances not only as a social knowledge system but also a gendered institution which is constructed in a certain social, historical, and cultural context. Although the participation rate of economic activity for married women has been consistently increased, their vocational consciousness has been still represented as 'non-being' or 'deficiency'. For instance, the low level of their vocational consciousness has been generally attributed as a cause for a justified excuse for gender discrimination such as the low employment rate of women, the gender discrimination in retiring age and layoffs. Keeping in mind this problems, this study focuses on the women's work and family experiences through their own voices. To analyze the difference in work and family experiences of the married women workers according to their different employment status, this study surveyed 278 the married women workers asking their work and family experiences. The results from the analysis show that in the family life of the contingent workers of married women, they have higher rate of work-family conflicts, while lower rate of emotional support from their family. The instability of employment has doubly influenced upon married women workers designating them unstable workers in family as well as in labor market. In the aspects of labor experiences, study results reveal that the regular workers of married women have more their work professionality and reinforcement of the labor control than the contingent workers of married women do. It furthermore shows that the factors affecting on their vocational consciousness are the average years of educational attainment, the average incomes, the role of family supporter, the emotional support from their family, the family orientation, and their work professionality. As the dual-earner households have been increased recently, it is recommended that government or employers should establish the practical supporting institutions and systems for married women worker. The implications from the study results indicate that acknowledging the married women as a worker and providing the subsequent supporting system are prerequisite for achieving an employment stability of the married women.

        기혼 취업여성의 부부친밀감과 성평등의식이 일 만족도에 미치는 영향: 일⋅가정 갈등의 매개효과 중심

        Objectives This study investigated the effects of marital intimacy and gender equality consciousness on job satisfaction among married working women, and examines the mediating effect of work-family conflict in these influence relationships. Methods As for the research method, a quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted by selecting 2,083 married and working women as the study subjects in the Women and Family Panel Survey 2018 (9,602 women). For data analysis, SPSS 25 program was used. In order to verify the mediating effect of work-family conflict, the three-step analysis method of Baron & Kenny (1986) was selected. Results A summary of the results of this study is as follows. First, married working women's marital intimacy was found to have a statistically significant (+) effect on job satisfaction (p<.01). Second, the gender equality consciousness of married working women was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction (p<.05). In addition, marital intimacy was found to have a positive effect on reducing work-family conflict, which showed a statistically significant result (p<.01). Third, marital intimacy alleviated work-family conflict, and alleviated work-family conflict had a positive effect on improving work satisfaction at work (p<.001), and gender equality awareness also reduced work-family conflict. It was confirmed that work-family conflict that was alleviated and alleviated increased work satisfaction (p<.001). Conclusions Based on this, in order to improve job satisfaction of married working women, it will be necessary to intervene in social welfare practices, such as developing programs and building infrastructure to increase marital intimacy and awareness of gender equality. In addition, the government, local governments, and local communities should connect and expand a family-friendly system that can reduce work-family conflict. Therefore, this study intends to provide the implications and basic data for improving job satisfaction among married working women. 목적 본 연구는 기혼 취업여성의 부부친밀감과 성평등의식이 일 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였으며, 이들 영향 관계에서 일⋅가정 갈등의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 연구방법은 여성가족패널조사 2018(여성 9,602명)에서 기혼취업 여성 2,083명을 연구대상자로 선정하여 양적 횡단조사방법을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25 프로그램을 사용하였다. 일⋅가정 갈등의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Baron & Kenny(1986) 의 3단계 분석방법을 선택하였다. 결과 이를 통한 본 연구결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기혼 취업여성의 부부친밀감은 일 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한정(+)적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 둘째, 기혼 취업여성의 성평등의식은 일 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 또한 부부친밀감은 일⋅가정 갈등을 감소시키는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보여주고 있었다(p<.01). 셋째, 부부친밀감이 일⋅가정 갈등을 완화시키고 완화된 일⋅가정 갈등은직장에서의 일 만족도를 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며(p<.001), 또한 성평등의식은 일⋅가정 갈등을 완화시키고 완화된일⋅가정 갈등은 일 만족도를 증가시키는 것을 확인하였다(p<.001). 결론 이를 바탕으로 기혼 취업여성의 일 만족도를 향상시키기 위해 부부친밀감, 성평등의식을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 인프라구축 등 사회복지실천 개입이 필요할 것이다. 또한 일⋅가정 갈등을 낮출 수 있는 가족친화적인 제도를 정부와 지자체, 지역사회가연계⋅확대해야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기혼 취업여성의 일 만족도 향상을 위한 함의와 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

        기혼취업여성의 직무만족도에 대한 영향요인; 보육서비스유형과 출산 및 양육지원제도를 중심으로

        본 연구는 기혼취업여성의 직무만족실태를 파악하고, 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하여 기혼취업여성의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 정책적 함의를 도출 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 2008년 4월 이후 출생한 신생아와 그 가정을 대상으로 구축된 자료인 한국아동패널 4차년도 자료를 선택하여 조사에 응답한 기혼여성 중직장생활을 하는 어머니를 대상으로 유의표집하고, 직무만족관련 문항에 응답하지 않은 대상자 및 연구에 활용된 변수에 응답하지 않은 경우를 제외한 총 213명의 자료를 분석하였다. 기혼취업여성의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 직장보육시설이용이 가장 큰 요인으로 나타났고 출산휴가이용여부, 개인대리양육이용, 육아휴직이용여부의 순으로 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 기혼취업여성의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 정책적 함의를 제시해보면 개인대리양육과 아이돌보미서비스의 확대방안, 일-가족양립지원 확대, 그리고 균형적인 보상 등이 필요하다는 점이다. The purpose of this study is to identify the job satisfaction state of married working women and identify factors influencing job satisfaction and derive policy implications to increase job satisfaction of married working women. Based on Korean Children Panel 4th Year Data built targeting newborns born after April 2008 and their homes, this study carried out purposeful sampling targeting working mothers of the respondents who responded to the survey and data of total 213 people were analyzed except for participants who did not respond to the job satisfaction related question and cases that did not respond to variables used in this study. The hierarchical regression analysis was conducted in order to find out the factors influencing job satisfaction of married working women and as a result, salary and working hours, employee benefits package were found to have a significant impact on job satisfaction of married working women. Based on these results of the study, policy plans such as support by type of child care services, balanced compensation and work-family reconciliation support expansion were suggested as the policy implications to increase job satisfaction of married working women.

        중년기 기혼여성의 성과 일에 대한 태도가 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향: 전업주부와 취업주부 비교

        This study investigated the effect of middle-aged married women's sexuality and work according to the change of middle-age development in terms of their psychological happiness in contemporary unstable families. The research was based on a survey of 374 middle-aged married women (166 housewives, and 206 career women) conducted from January 15th to February 22nd, 2008. Firstly, the results of a multiple regression analysis to examine the impact of middle-aged housewife’s sexuality on levels of psychological happiness, traditional sexual attitudes, rational sexual attitudes, controlling types of sexual coping behavior, and sexual satisfaction were found to have significant effects upon levels of psychological happiness. As middle-aged career women, sexual knowledge, traditional and rational sexual attitudes, and the expressive type of sexual coping behavior had significant effects on levels of psychological happiness. Second, the results of examining the effects of middle-aged married women's work upon their levels of psychological happiness, both housewives and career women's work commitment was found to have a significant effect on work satisfaction and work satisfaction had a significant effect on psychological happiness. Finally, the study examined the effect of middle-aged married women's sexuality and work upon their levels of psychological happiness. As a result, the group which had higher levels of sexual satisfaction and higher levels of work satisfaction than lower sexual satisfaction and lower work satisfaction levels presented higher levels of psychological happiness. Moreover, middle-aged married women who showed lower sexual satisfaction and higher work satisfaction levels than higher sexual satisfaction and lower work satisfaction levels presented higher levels of psychological happiness. Thus this study suggested that in contemporary society, one’s job will become an important factor for middle-aged married women.

        기혼 직장여성에서 피로 증상과 관련요인

          Objectives: To investigate the related factors on fatigue symptoms among married working women.   Methods: Data was analyzed from a cross-sectional survey of 902 married working women. Information was obtained about fatigue symptoms, sociodemographics, health behaviors, and job-related characteristics. Multiple regression tested the related factors on fatigue symptoms in married working women.   Results: Fatigue was more common in office working women than in manufacture working women. Mean fatigue symptom was significantly higher in office working than in manufacture working women(p=0.002). In a multiple regression analysis, fatigue was associated with educational level, alcohol drinking state, stress, and overtime work in a multiple regression analysis(p<0.001).   Conclusions: Our findings suggest that fatigue is affected by job-related factor like overtime work with educational level, alcohol drinking state, or stress. Further research will be needed to establish preventive strategies for controlling the negative effects of fatigue on health stats of married working women.

        기혼직장여성의 우울증에 미치는 영향요인: 여성가족패널 조사 7차년도(2017-2018) 자료 활용

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine factors influencing depressive symptoms among married working women using the dataset of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family (KLoWF 7th). There were 1,030 subjects. Methods: A multiple regression model was used to study the factors influencing depressive symptoms among married working women. Results: The authors found a negative relationship between satisfaction with spouse household-labor (b=-0.606, p=0.022) and depressive symptoms among married working women, a negative relationship with spouse (b=-0.237, p<0.001) and a negative spousal perception of working (b=-0.709, p=0.045), a positive relationship with excessive working hours (b=0.397, p=0.027), a positive relationship with temporal oppression on workload (b=0.422, p=0.002), and a positive relationship between workplace discrimination (b=0.053, p=0.046) and depressive symptoms among married working women. Conclusions: This study suggests that family life and working environments are important factors for depressive symptoms in married women workers. The findings of this study will be helpful to policymakers to design plans to decrease depressive symptoms among married working women.

        기혼 여성근로자의 근로조건이 결혼생활만족에 미치는 영향 - 남편의 가사노동분담 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 기혼 여성근로자의 근로조건이 결혼생활만족에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 남편의 가사노동분담이 매개효과가 있는지를 살펴보아 기혼 여성근로자의 결혼생활만족 향상을 위하여 노동시장에서의 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 8차 여성가족패널자료를 활용하여 기혼 여성근로자를 총 1,251명을 대상으로 근로조건(임금, 정규직 여부, 상용직 여부)과 남편의 가사노동분담, 결혼생활만족에 대한 중다회귀분석을 하여 남편의 가사노동분담에 대한 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기혼 여성근로자의 임금이 높을수록 결혼생활만족이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 기혼 여성근로자의 임금이 결혼생활만족에 영향을 미치는데 있어 남편의 가사노동분담이 매개하는 효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 기혼 여성근로자의 열악한 노동환경의 개선과 더불어 가정에서의 성불평등 해소를 제안하였다. This study suggests a direction in the labor market to improve the marital satisfaction of working women. It examined whether husbands’ housework share had a mediating effect on marital satisfaction, which was affected by the warking conditions of married working women. This study used 8th female family panel data and selected 1,251 married working women. We verified the mediating effect of husbands’ housework share by performing multiple regression analysis on married working women’s working conditions (wage, permanent worker or not, and regular employment or not), the husband’s housework share, and marital satisfaction. The main results of this study were as follows: 1) the wages of married working women affected their marital satisfaction, and 2) there was a mediating effect of husbands’ housework share on marital satisfaction that was affected by the wages of married working women. Based on the results of this study, it was proposed to improve the poor labor environment of married working women and eliminate gender inequality in the labor market and at home.

        목적 본 연구는 중년 기혼 직장 여성을 대상으로 그들이 인식하는 직장-가정 전이와 스트레스, 주관적 행복감 간의 구조적 관계를파악하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 한국여성정책연구원에서 제공하는 여성 가족 패널 8차 자료를 이용하여 40세 이상 60세 이하인 기혼의 중년 직장여성 3,756명을 대상으로 직장-가정 갈등, 가정-직장 촉진, 가정-직장 갈등, 가정-직장 촉진을 외생변인으로, 일상 스트레스와 주관적 행복감을 내생변인으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 다양한 통계기법(예: 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 집중 타당성, 그리고 판별 타당성 등)을 활용하여 PLS-SEM 기법을 사용하여 구조방정식 검증을 실행하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중년 직장여성이 인식하는 직장→가정 촉진이 높을수록 일상생활 스트레스가 감소하였고, 직장→가정 갈등, 가정→직장 촉진, 가정→직장 갈등 인식 수준이 높을수록 일상생활 스트레스가 증가하였다. 둘째, 중년 기혼 직장여성이 인식하는 직장→가정 촉진이 높을수록 주관적 행복감이 증가하였으나, 직장→가정 갈등, 가정→직장 촉진은 그 인식 수준이높을수록 주관적 행복감이 감소하였다. 셋째, 중년 기혼 직장여성이 인식하는 일상생활 스트레스가 높을수록 주관적 행복감이 감소하였다. 넷째, 일상생활 스트레스는 모든 직장-가정 간 전이의 하위요인과 주관적 행복감 간의 관계를 유의미하게 매개하는 것을확인하였다. 결론 분석 결과를 통해 중년 기혼직장여성의 일상생활 스트레스와 주관적 행복감의 개선에 가장 핵심적인 요인은 직장→가정 촉진인 것을 알 수 있으며, 그들의 주관적 행복감을 증진시키기 위해서는 일상생활 스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 가정→직장의 긍정적 전이전략이 필요하며, 특히 직장→가정 촉진을 위한 전략 수립이 필요함을 시사받을 수 있었다. Objectives This study aims to find out the structural relationship between work-family transition, daily life stress, and subjective happiness perceived by middle-aged married working women. Methods For this purpose, using the 8th data from the Women and Family Panel provided by the Korea Women's Policy Institute, 3,756 married middle-aged working women aged between 40 and 60 were surveyed on work-family conflict, family-work promotion, family-work conflict, and family. -Workplace facilitation was selected as an exogenous variable, and daily stress and subjective happiness were selected as endogenous variables. The collected data were subjected to structural equation testing using PLS-SEM using various statistical techniques (e.g. exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, convergent validity, and discriminant validity, etc.). Results The results are as follows. First, as middle-aged married working women's perception of work→family promotion increased, daily life stress decreased, and the higher the level of recognition for work→family conflict, family→workplace promotion, and family→workplace conflict, the higher daily life stress. Second, the higher the level of work→family facilitation perceived by middle-aged married working women, the higher the subjective happiness. Third, the higher the daily life stress perceived by middle-aged married working women, the lower the subjective happiness. Fourth, it was confirmed that daily life stress significantly mediates the relationship between all sub-factors of work-family transition and subjective happiness. Conclusions Through the analysis of the results, the most important factor contributing to the improvement of daily life stress and subjective happiness of middle-aged married working women is work → family promotion. To improve their subjective happiness, it could be achieved through work-to-family transition strategy which contributes to the reduction of daily life stress; of which the most important goal strategy in promoting work→family needs to be established.
