        공간 기반 사용자 중심 서비스 모델 연구 -지역 커뮤니티를 중심으로-

        (연구배경 및 목적)최근 정보통신 기술의 발전과 모바일 디바이스의 대중화로 인해 사용자가 모바일 인터페이스 상에서 쉽게 서비스를 선택, 이용할 수 있는 구조를 갖췄다. 하지만 지역 커뮤니티 환경 내 사용자에게 유의미한 정보 제공을 위해서는 사용자 스스로 지능적 서비스 선택과 이용을 할 수 있어야만 가능하다. 결국 사용자의 서비스 체감도가 떨어지는 상황에 직면한다. 실시간 사용자의 위치, 공간, 상황인식 기술, 상황에 맞는 적절한 서비스를 발견하고, 합성할 수 있는 메커니즘이 필요하다. 본 연구는 지역 커뮤니티 환경 내 리소스를 `서비스`로 모델링하고, 관리하기 위한 방법을 제시하고, 서비스 합성은 기존의 서비스들을 조합함으로써 새로운 서비스를 용이하게 생성시킨다. 지역 커뮤니티 환경의 사용자 중심 서비스 변화와 요구에 맞춰, 사용자에게 유의미한 정보 제공 및 체감도를 향상시킬 수 있는 서비스 모델을 연구하고자 한다. (연구방법)지역 커뮤니티 공간 내에서 적용할 서비스 모델 연구로 공간을 기반으로 한 서비스를 대상으로 한다. 본 연구방법은 첫째, 지역 커뮤니티 공간에서 가능한 서비스의 특성 분석과 사용자 중심 서비스 지향 프레임워크에 대한 이론적 고찰, 이에 따른 서비스 모델 방향을 설정한다. 둘째, 서비스 기본 구조를 설정하기 위해 운영·관리자 측면이 아닌 사용자 중심 서비스 온톨로지를 분석하고, 사용자의 의미적 상황과 서비스 구성요소를 개념화시켰다. 셋째, 논리적 상황 정보에 따른 사용자 중심 서비스를 검증하기 위해 사용자 중심 서비스모델을 육하원칙(5W1H)에 의거하여, 시나리오기법을 통한 작성, 검증을 실시하였다. (결과)본 연구는 사용자가 공간 위치에 따른 상황에 따라 최적화된 서비스를 선택하고 이용하는 구조이며, 맞춤형 콘텐츠 제공과 신속한 정보 접근을 향상시킬 수 있고, 사용자가 서비스 탐색 및 선택이 지능화될 수 있도록 사용자 중심 서비스 모델(User-oriented Service Model)을 구성하였다. 사용자 중심 서비스 모델을 구성하기 위하여, 기존 서비스 모델의 문제점인 지역 커뮤니티 적용 가능한 서비스 모델을 분석하였고, 지역 커뮤니티 공간에 존재하는 방대한 상황정보의 추상화 정도에 대한 효율적 모델의 방향성을 제시하였다. (결론)사용자중심 서비스 모델은 시스템 지능화를 통해 사용자의 목적과 상황에 맞는 서비스를 선택하고 이용할 수 있는 기본적 구조로 서비스 제공환경을 위한 레퍼런스모델로서 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. (Background and Purpose)With the development of information and communication technology and popularization of mobile devices, users have the means for easily selecting and using services on a mobile interface. However, to provide meaningful information to users in a local community environment, users must be able to select and use intelligent services. Users may thus face situations where their service experience is low. We need a mechanism to discover and synthesize user location, space, context-aware technology, and appropriate service for any situation in real-time. This research suggests a method for modeling and managing resources in a local community environment as “service”; the proposed service synthesis easily creates a new service by combining existing services. This study aims to create a service model that can provide meaningful information to users and improve their perception in accordance with user-oriented service changes and the needs of their local community environment. (Methods)We studies space-based service by studying a service model to be applied in local community space. First, we established the characteristics of the service model and theoretical considerations for the user-oriented framework in community space and service-oriented framework in the service model direction accordingly. Second, we analyzed the use-oriented service ontology rather than the operation/manager aspect to establish the basic structure of the service, and then conceptualized the semantic situation and service component of the user. Third, to verify the user-oriented service based on logical situation information, the user-centered service model was created and verified through the scenario technique based on the two-dimensional hierarchy (5W1H). (Results)This study focused on a structure in which a user selects and uses an optimized service according to a situation defined by spatial location. The structure can improve the provision of customized content and quick information access. A user-oriented service model was constructed by analyzing the service model applicable to a local community, which is a problem of the existing service model, and suggested the directions for an efficient model with respect to the degree of abstraction of vast contextual information in local community space. (Conclusion)The user-oriented service model is a basic structure for users to select and use services according to their purpose and situation through system intelligence. It is expected to be used as a reference model for service-providing environment systems.

        장애인활동지원서비스 이용자가 인식하는 서비스 품질이 재이용의사에 미치는 영향과 이용자 중심 성과의 매개효과 분석

        The purpose of this study ist to analyse the effect of user-oriented outcome on relationship between quality of personal assistance service and re-utilized intention of users. This means, also, this study analyse the pattern of consumer in quasi-market of personal assistance service. This study sample was composed of 410 disabled aged between 19 and 65 who used persoanal assistance service in 41 service center. (KIHASA, 2013) The service quality model was composed reliability, empathy, assurance, participation, which was revised SERVQUAL. The user-oriented outcome was composed service-related quality of life, stress of care-giver, user satisfaction. The royalty, also re-utilized intention of user, was composed intention to continuously use and intention ton recommend to others. As a results of analysis, quality of personal assistance service effects direct on the user-oriented outcome and re-utilized intention of user. And the user-oriented outcome effects on the process, in which the quality of personal assistance service effects on the re-utilized intention of user. The impact on the re-utilized intention of user is greater in indirect effect of user-oriented outcome than in direct effect of quality of personal assistance service. In conclusion, based on the results of analysis, strengthening of comsumerism of disabled, importance of relationship between service producer and user, strengthening of evaluation focusing on user-oriented outcome, participation support of the service user were suggested.

        사용자 중심의 주거 실내공간 감성평가도구 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop the user-oriented housing interior space sensibility evaluation tools: The user-oriented housing interior space sensibility evaluation tools shall be developed through the systematic selection process of the extracted housing interior space images, which were linked with the adjectives of sensibility evaluation selected for the housing interior space preferred by the user from the specific words of the sensibility extracted to identify the characteristics of the user"s sensibility which is recently being changed. In the results of analyzing the words of sensibility for the residential space preferred by the users with 48 pairs of adjectives. The user-oriented sensibility assessment tool was built by extracting 8 sensibility factors of "cozy", "practical" "cheerful", "traditional", "unique", "congenial", "sensuous", and "gorgeous" in the exploratory factor analysis. The image scale was constructed in two-dimensions of the sense of space and the type of space for the residential interior space images. The dimension of the "sense of space" is explained by the axis of open-closed and the dimension of "type of space, is explained by the axis of "natural-artificial". Such a structural model of the residential interior design attributes were divided into 8 groups. And the 42 images representing each group were selected and the user-oriented residential interior space image tool was built by adding user"s selective elements.

        사용자 중심적 병실계획을 위한 사용자 반응조사

        This study was based on the idea that the patient-oriented concept in healthcare design would be extended to the user-oriented one which considered all users' views including patients, families, and nurses. The purpose of this study was to investigate what elements the users would consider to be important in patient room design. The subjects of this study were 96 inpatients, 89 families, and 98 nurses in two general hospitals in Busan. Interview and self-administered questionnaire were used for collecting data. The subjects answered about what degree of importance each element had and what element they think to be the most important in patient room design. The results of this study were as follows; The users thought that the location of nursing station, outdoor view from patient room, persons per room, noise, ventilation, square meter per person, home-likeness, and consideration for families and visitors were important design elements which should be considered primarily in patient room design. Also the nurses considered most of the design elements presented as more important than the patients and families. However, in the case of the psychological elements, there were no differences in degrees of importance among the users.

        에니어그램을 활용한 사용자 중심 스토리텔링에 관한 연구

        The narratives of the digital age have attempted interactions, and the interactive storytelling represented by the Branch Narratives has a problem of the expensive production cost of many optional implementations and poor narrative compared to linear story. As an alternative to this, this study proposes a user-oriented storytelling using user's personality traits. Using the Enneagram, a model of human psyche, and the Actantial model of the semiotician Greimas, when stories and characters are the same, the story could be reconstructed by deriving different topics from the same story according to the user's Enneagram personality type. The theme is determined by defining the axis of the desire of the Actantial model by respectively setting the character with the user’s Enneagram type as the subject and the core value in the type as the object. The axis of Power could be defined by the stress and security points in Enneagram. In this way, we can derive the themes of 9 Enneagram types and the corresponding Actantial model and make plots. The users will appreciate one of these reconstructed plots in different perspectives and themes, depending on their personality type. In this study, we applied the above methodology to the story of the pansori novel 『Tokkijeon』. User-centered storytelling is a new attempt to predict user’s choice and reconstruct the story based on the user's personality and perspective. 디지털 시대의 서사는 상호작용을 시도하여 왔고, 브랜치 서술로 대표되는 인터랙티브 스토리텔링은 다수의 선택지 구현에 따른 비싼 제작 비용, 선형적 스토리에 비해 빈약한 서사의 문제가 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 본 연구에서는 사용자의 성격적 특성을 이용한 사용자 중심 스토리텔링을 제안한다. 성격분류지표인 에니어그램과 기호학자 그레마스의 행동자 모델을 사용하여, 스토리와 인물 등의 이야기 재료가 같을 때 사용자의 에니어그램 성격유형에 따라 같은 이야기에서 서로 다른 주제를 도출하여 이야기를 재구성한다. 사용자와 동일한 에니어그램 성격 유형을 가진 인물, 그 성격 유형의 핵심가치를 각각 행동자 모델의 주체, 대상으로 정하여 행동자 모델의 욕망의 축을 정의함으로써 주제가 결정된다. 에니어그램의 통합과 분열의 방향을 이용하여 행동자 모델의 능력의 축을 정의한다. 이렇게 에니어그램의 9가지 성격 유형별 주제와 그에 따른 행동자 모델을 도출하고 이야기를 만든다. 사용자는 개인의 성격에 따라 이 서로 다른 관점과 주제로 재구성된 이야기들 중 하나를 보게 된다. 본 연구에서는 판소리계 소설 『토끼전』의 이야기에 위의 구성 방법을 적용해보았다. 사용자 중심 스토리텔링은 사용자의 성격과 관점에 따라 그들의 선택을 예측하고 이야기를 재구성하는 새로운 시도이다.

        이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스의 이용자 만족도 분석 : 부산시 사례를 중심으로

        이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스는 이용자의 개별 특성을 고려한 이용자별 선호 대중교통정보를 언제 어디서나 정보제공 매체를 통해 빠르고 편리하게 제공하기 위한 서비스로, 차내장치, BIT, 모바일 3가지 매체와 서비스에 대한 개발·연구가 진행되었다. 서비스에 대한 평가를 목적으로 테스트 베드 지역인 부산시를 대상으로 만족도 평가를 실시하며, 각 매체별/종합만족도의 영향을 미친 중요요인을 분석하고, 이러한 결과를 기초로 서비스 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 평균값 3.54로 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 각 매체별로는 차내장치 3.29, BIT 3.62, 모바일 4.05의 만족도를 보였다. 이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스의 종합만족도는 범주형 회귀분석 결과 표준화계수 .632인 “차내장치”가 만족도를 결정짓는 중요요인 매체로 작용한 것으로 분석되었다. 제공 서비스 측면에서 현재 제공되는 정보만으로도 충분히 구득이 가능하므로 콘텐츠의 추가보다는 이용환경의 개선 요구가 더 많은 것으로 분석되었으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 이용자 측면에서의 개선방안을 제시하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. The User-Oriented Public Transit Service provide public transit service through media devices, such as mobile, BIT and In-vehicle display devices, which considered user’s individual characteristics and specific preference anytime and anywhere. The objective of this study is to develop and improve the services in the three media devices. This study applied user-satisfaction analysis in evaluating the service in Busan, analyze factor affecting the level of service user's satisfaction, and draw remedies based on the analysis results. The user’s satisfaction average values in each media are 3.29 mobile, 3.62 BIT, and 4.05 In-vehicle display devices. Overall satisfaction average value 3.54 on the service showed a positive reaction from the survey participants. The important factor affected on general satisfaction of the User-Oriented Public Transit Service is In-vehicle display devices scored .632 (standardized coefficient) by categorical regression analysis. But users prefer to further improve the service environment rather than to add service information because they are already contented with the information they are getting. Furthermore, this study suggested ways of improving the User-Oriented Public Transit Service based on the satisfaction analysis results from the user’s perspective.

        인스타그램 텍스트 기사형, 사진 화보형, 영상클립형 방송 게시물 형식에 따른 이용 경험과 지속시청의도

        This study seeks to examine how the user’s experience in the form of the broadcast posts on Instagram affects the intent of viewing the program. The study is conducted by producing the posts of < When the Camellia Brooms > of the broadcasters on Instagram into video clip-type, text-oriented news article type, and image-oriented pictorial type. We looked at how users exposed to each type of post have different experiences and how each type of post has an impact on the intent of viewing experience. As a result of the research, video clip-type users’ viewing intentions were enhanced through the experience of forming relationships and pursuing entertainment, while news article-type and pictorial users’ viewing intentions were enhanced through the experience of information acquisition. These findings show that video is an important tool for branding because it is used as a tool for social interaction and is easier to spread through hashtags. The images and news articles have confirmed that the user’s curiosity and alertness have increased the amount of attention or reading to the information, thereby facilitating the acquisition of specific information.

      • 음성기반 멀티모달 사용자 인터페이스의 사용성 평가 방법론

        Basic components for multimodal interface, such as speech recognition, speech synthesis, gesture recognition, and multimodal fusion, have their own technological limitations. For example, the accuracy of speech recognition decreases for large vocabulary and in noisy environments. In spite of those technological limitations, there are lots of applications in which speech-oriented multimodal user interfaces are very helpful to users. However, in order to expand application areas for speech-oriented multimodal interfaces, we have to develop the interfaces focused on usability. In this paper, we introduce usability and user-centered design methodology in general. There has been much work for evaluating spoken dialogue systems. We give a summary for PARADISE (PARAdigm for Dialogue System Evaluation) and PROMISE (PROcedure for Multimodal Interactive System Evaluation) that are the generalized evaluation frameworks for voice and multimodal user interfaces. Then, we present usability components for speech-oriented multimodal user interfaces and usability testing guidelines that can be used in a user-centered multimodal interface design process.

        This study aims to find out how the quality of Property Management System(PMS) affects user’s perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and employees’ customer orientation which is one of the factors fundamentally required for the performance of hotel industry. The result shows that the quality of PMS factors (such as system quality, information quality, and service quality) has a significant effect on the perceived usefulness. Also, user’s perceived usefulness significantly influences both user satisfaction and customer orientation. Finally, user satisfaction with PMS has a significant impact on customer orientation. In sum, it can be concluded that user’s perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and employees’ customer orientation are affected by the quality of PMS.

      • Opportunities and prospects for personalizing the user interface of the educational platform in accordance with the personality psychotypes

        The article is devoted to the actual problem of studying the possibilities of implementing personalization of the user interface in accordance with the personality psychotypes. The psychological aspect of user interface design tools is studied and the correspondence of their application to the manifestations of personality psychotypes is established. The results of the distribu-tion of attention of users of these categories on the course page of the educational platform are presented and the distribution of attention in accordance with the focus on educational material is analyzed. Individual features and personal preferences regarding the used design tools are described, namely the use of accent colors in interface design, the application of the prin-ciples of typographic hierarchy, and so on. In accordance with this, the prospects for implementing personalization of the user interface of the educational platform are described. The results of the study allow us to state the relevance of developing and applying personalization of the user interface of an educational platform to improve learning outcomes in accordance with the psychological impact of individual design tools, and taking into account certain features of user categories. The research is devoted to the study of user attention concentration using heatmaps, in particular based on eyetreking technology, we will investigate the distribution of user attention on the course page of an educational platform Ta redistribution of atten-tion in accordance with certain categories of personality psychotypes. The results of the study can be used to rearrange the LMS Moodle interface according to the user's psychotype to achieve the best concentration on the training material. The obtained data are the basis for developing effective user interfaces for personalizing educational platforms to improve the quality of the education.
