        멘톨, 치몰, 유칼립톨, 메틸살리실레이트를 함유하는 구강청결용 과립의 제조와 특성 연구

        본 논문은 새로운 과립형태의 구강청결제 개발에 있어 동등한 항균력을 가지면서 고형상에서 주성분간의 공융혼합물 생성에 따른 과립의 흐름성 부족을 개선하기 위해 과립의 표면을 흡착시키는 Magnesium aluminometasilicate (Neusilin)이라는 물질을 활용하여 흐름성을 개선하고 부가적으로 구강에서의 붕해시간 및 잔물감이 적은 특성을 가지는 새로운 과립형태의 구강청결제를 제조하였다. 제조된 과립의 흐름성, 밀도, 건조감량 등의 과립특성에 대한 확인을 통해 Neusilin의 양이 전체 과립양 대비 10%이상이 투입되었을 경우 과립의 특성이 개선되는 결과를 확인하였다. 또한 인공타액에서의 붕해시험 및 사람의 구강에서 붕해시간과 잔여물시험 등의 관능시험을 진행하여 보다 개선된 붕해특성 및 관능시험 결과를 확인할 수 있었으며 항균시험을 통해서 이미 시장에서 판매중인 액제형 구강청결제와 동등한 항균력을 보여주는 것으로 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제조된 과립형태의 구강청결제 조성물은 공융혼합물로서 유사한 특성을 가지는 서로 다른 약물을 동시에 함유하는 의약품의 개발에 활용될 수 있어 제약산업의 의약품 개발에서 유용할 것으로 사료된다. In this study, a new granular type mouthwash with equivalent antibacterial activity to marketed liquid type mouthwash was developed using a material called magnesium aluminometasilicate (Neusilin). This material adsorbs the surface of granules to improve the flowability of granules due to the formation of a eutectic mixture of the main constituents, which have improved flow properties and rapid disintegration time and little residue in the oral cavity. The characteristics of the granules were improved when the amount of Neusilin was 10% or more according to measurements of the granule properties, such as flowability. In addition, a disintegration test in artificial saliva and a sensory test in the human oral cavity were carried out to confirm the improved disintegration characteristics and sensory test results. The antimicrobial test confirmed similar antibacterial activity to that of the liquid oral cleanser already sold in the market. The granular oral cleanser composition prepared in this study can be used for the development of pharmaceuticals containing different drugs with similar characteristics as eutectic mixtures at the same time, which is considered to be useful in the development of medicines in the pharmaceutical industry.

        Simultaneous flow enhancement of high-filled polyamide 66/glass fiber composites

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this work, we investigated the effects of the flow modifier addition on the rheological behavior and mechanical properties of high-filled polyamide 66 composites prepared from melt compounding. The flow modifiers were prepared from various amine monomers and fatty acids, and their structures were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The synthesized flow modifiers were added simultaneously during melt compounding. The presence of flow modifiers significantly reduced torque in neat polyamide 66 polymer and glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 66 composites, respectively, while the torque during compounding in composites with glass fiber contents of 50 wt% has decreased by approximately 12% after the addition of 1 phr of hexamethylene <I>bis</I>-stearamide indicating the simultaneous enhancement in flowability. The presence of the synthesized flow modifiers in matrix polymers improves flowability of the composites during injection molding without compromising the mechanical properties.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Amide-based flow modifiers were successfully prepared. </LI> <LI> Image analysis of glass fiber in the composites was directly correlated with the properties of the composites. </LI> <LI> Analytical model analysis shows good agreement with the properties of the composites. </LI> </UL> </P>

        유동성이 우수한 분체특성을 갖는 세파졸린 나트륨 진공동결건조 분말의 제조

        The effect of reaction condition, solvent addition and thermal treatment on the bulk density, crystallinity and chemical properties of the freeze-dried cefazohn sodium was investigated to prepare the cefazolin sodium powder for injection with good flowability. Crystalline cefazolin sodium powder with high untapped-bulk density (about 45%) and low compressibility (about 40%) was obtained by solvent addition to the very highly concentrated cefazohn sodium solution followed by subsequent thermal treatment before freeze-drying. The desirable solvent was low substituted alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol and anhydrous ethanol with the final concentration of about 9%. The pH adjustment and nitrogen gas purging during the reaction did not give significant effect on the chemical properties such as content, color, transmittance and pH of the reconstituted cefazolin sodium aqueous solution.

      • Effects of alkyl group of fatty acid in flow modifiers

        In this work, we investigated the effects of flow modifiers in glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA 66/GF) composites. The flow modifiers with different molecular structures were successfully prepared by the reaction of dodecamethylenediamine and various fatty acids. The fatty acids used in the synthesis were stearic acid, myristic acid and decanoic acid. PA 66/GF composites were melt compounded and the prepared flow modifier was also compounded simultaneously while recording the resulting motor torque. Performance of flow modifier was evaluated using in-situ spiral flow mold and shear viscosities of the composites were investigated using capillary rheometer, respectively. The dodecamethylene bis decanoamide shows the most effective torque reduction in neat PA66 and reinforced PA66 composites. In 50wt% glass fiber filled composites, the torque during compounding has decreased approximately 18% at 1phr concentration of dodecamethylene bis decanoamide. Generally, the shorter the alkyl group of fatty acids showed more effective torque reduction and flowability.

        An investigation of the recycling of waste concrete as a cementitious material

        The purpose of this research is to investigate the use of recycled fine aggregates from waste concrete as a new cementitious material. The main experiment focused on applying the recycled fine aggregate to Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) by using the characteristic which the powder contained from the Recycled Fine Aggregates (RFA) which can increase strength and flowability. That is, as the powder contained in the RFA is appropriate for developing high strength and flowability, a characteristic of the SCC, it increased the ratio of mixing the RFA obtained from waste concrete and the natural fine aggregates by 25%, making in total 5 different levels which were applied to SCC. In this paper, they are often referred to as mix 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Hence, the experiments were performed to examine the physical and mechanical properties of concrete which tried to verify the possibility of utilizing the RFA as a material for SCC. The results indicate that among the 5-levels of mixture of the physical and mechanical analysis, the RFA could be applied up to replacement of 50%, on the other hand,a replacement larger rather than 50% could result in a deterioration in performance.

        The viscosity of high-flowability paste is very high compared to ordinary concrete for the low water-binder ratio(W/B). Therefore, high-flowability concrete is positively necessary to high-range water reducing agent. High-Flowability paste can make much higher fluidity with no occurrence of segregation, by its higher viscosity and lower yield value than ordinary concrete. The flowability of high-flowability paste must be evaluated not only by convention consistency test such as slump test but also by the base of the rheological properties of the fresh concrete. The purpose of this study is to analyze the physical properties of high-flowability paste according to the replacement ratio of the Polycarboxylate high-range water reducing agent.; high-flowability paste is considered as Bingham plastic fluid with the rheology parameters of the plaste viscosity and yield value.

        Effect of Size and Type of Fine Aggregates on Flowability of Mortar

        The present study investigated how the aggregate characteristics namely individual size, grade and type affects flowability of mortar mixes. Two types, river sand and crusher dust four single sizes namely 1.18 mm, 0.600 mm, 0.300 mm, 0.150 mm and for single gradation of each fine aggregate were considered in the present research work. In total, 103 mortar batches was made with three different sand to cement ratios [s/c] and two different water to cement ratios [w/c] to find out the flowability of mortar and tested using standard flow table. Out of 103 mortar batches, 52 were with river sand and 51 were with crusher dust. Tests were performed as per ASTM 109 standards. S/c ratio varied from 1 to 3 with an increment of one and w/c ratio was chosen in such a way that all the mixes to give measurable flow. The influence of particle shape and surface texture of aggregate were characterized with an angularity test based on ASTM C1252 in terms of percent of air voids in a loosely compacted fine aggregate. The results indicate that the size of aggregate and uncompacted void content have greater impact flowability of mortar. Mortar made with river sand has got better flowability than that of mortar made with crusher dust due to its higher degree of irregularities. Mortar with higher aggregate content has low percentage of spread compared to mortar with low aggregate content. Similarly, graded aggregate has lesser percentage of spread due to its proper packing compared to single sized aggregates.

        미스 반 데 로에, 프랭크 로이드 라이트 주택과 중국 강남사가원림의 유동적 공간 특징에 관한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 강남사가원림의 조원 기법은 중국 전통 시사의 영향을 받은 산수화 속의 '의경'이라는 개념으로부터 영감을 받았다. 이러한 독특한 조원기법을 통해 원림의 유동적 공간을 조성했다. 서양의 흐르는 공간 이론을 강남사가원림에서 찾을 수 있다는 점이 바로 본문이 연구해야 할 중요한 가치다. 본 연구의 목적은 강남사가원림의 유동적 공간 특징과 서양 건축 공간에서 사용되는 흐르는 공간 이론 사이의 공통점과 차이점을 귀납하고, 각각의 특징을 비교함으로써 중국강남사가원림의 조경 기법이 현대 원림공간을 디자인하는 수법에 어떠한 영감이 되는지 설명한다. (연구방법) 본 논문은 우선 강남사가원림과 서양의 건축공간을 분석하는 방법을 통해 동서양의 건축공간이 네 가지 방면에서 공유하는 특징을 뽑아낸다. 그 다음에는 대표적인 사례 분석을 통해 각각 케이스가 있는 공간특징을 구체적으로 찾아낸다. 마지막으로 사례 분석의 결과를 비교하여 각각 공간의 공통점과 차이점을 요약한다. (결과) 사례분석을 통해 강남사가원림 공간과 서양 건축 공간의 유동성과 모호성이 강하다는 것과, 강남사가원림 공간의 공간유선은 서양 건축 공간에 비해 복잡성과 연속성이 강하다. 서양 건축공간은 환경침투에 있어 포용성이 더 강하다는 것을 나타난다. (결론) 분석 결과를 보면, 동서양의 건축공간은 지역문화적인 차이, 동서양의 심미적인 차이, 그리고 건축의 기능적인 차이 때문에 동서양의 건축공간은 네 가지 표현방면에서 모두 차이점이 존재하며, 예를 들어, 원림 공간의 유동성은 전체적인 평면배열에 나타나는 반면, 서양 건축공간은 주로 실내 공간에 구현된다. 하지만 둘 다 디자인 이념과 수법에서 같은 점이 있다. 예를 들어 원림공간이 실내외로 이어져 있는 누창은 서양 건축공간에 있는 넓은 유리창과 같은 역할을 하며 공간의 경계면을 흐릿하게 하고 실외환경을 실내공간으로 끌어들인다. 그리고 공간의 유동성은 단지 원림공간의 특징 중 하나지만, 이는 원림공간을 깊이 이해하는데 가장 중요한 요수이다. 본 연구는 강남사가원림의 조원기법과 공간의 특징이 현대 건축과 원림공간의 창작에서 더 전수되고 계승되기 위한 연구에 가치를 제공 할 수 있다. (Background and Purpose) Private garden in the south of the Yangtze River belongs to one kind of Chinese classical garden, whose unique artistic style is an important part of the brilliant culture of ancient China. What happens to coincide is that the western theory of flowing space can find corresponding response in the space of private garden in the south of the Yangtze River, which is exactly with the important value for this paper to explore and research. The purpose of this research is to summarize and compare "flowability" characteristic of private garden space in the south of the Yangtze River and western architecture space used in the similarities and differences between "flowing space" theory. The results of research bring some enlightenment to modern garden creation, and have a deep understanding and new view to garden space. (Method) Firstly, this paper will summarize the common features of the East and West building space based on four aspects through the analysis of private garden in the south of the Yangtze River and Western architectural space. Then, through case analysis, we can find out the corresponding space of each representative example. Characteristics, and finally compare the results of the case analysis, summarizing the similarities and differences between the East and West. (Results) Garden space and western architecture space both have stronger flowability and ambiguity, and cyclicity of space streamline is also medium, which is the similarity between the two kinds of space. In garden space, there is more complexity and continuity than western architecture space. In garden space, environmental infiltration integration is more intensive, while western architecture space is more intensive on environmental infiltration. (Conclusions) According to the results of comparative analysis, the differences in regional culture between Chinese and Western architectures, the differences in aesthetics between East and West, and the differences in functionalities of architectures have led to differences in the four performances of East and West architectural spaces. For example, the mobility of garden space is reflected in the overall layout, while the Western architectural space is mainly reflected in the interior space. However, the two also have similarities in design concepts and techniques. For example, the leakage window inside and outside the garden space communication is the same as the large-area glass window in the western architectural space. Space flowability is only one of the characteristics of garden space. However, I hope to have a deeper understanding of garden space from the perspective of flowability, and hope that the garden techniques and spatial characteristics of private gardens in the south of the Yangtze River will be understood and used for reference by more people.

        표면 소수화 처리를 통한 도자타일 과립 분말의 유동 특성

        Generally, ceramic tiles for building construction are manufactured by dry forming process using granular powders prepared by spray drying process after mixing and grinding of mineral raw materials. In recent years, as the demand for large ceramic tiles with natural texture has increased, the development of granule powders with high packing ratio and excellent flowability has become more important. In this study, ceramic tile granule powders are coated with hydrophobically treated silica nanoparticles. The effects of hydrophobic silica coating on the flowability of granule powders and the strength of the green body are investigated in detail. Silica nanoparticles are hydrophobically treated with GPTMS(3-glycidoxypropyl trimethoxy silane), which is an epoxy-based silane coupling agent. As the coating concentration increases, the angle of repose and the compressibility decrease. The tap density and flowability index increase after silica coating treatment. These results indicate that hydrophobic treatment can improve the flowability of the granular powder, and prevent cracking of green body at high pressure molding.
