      • 베트남인 한국어 학습자를 위한 한국문화교육 현황

        본 연구는 베트남인 한국어 학습자를 위한 한국문화교육에 대한 것이다. 베트남과 한국과의 양국의 우호적인 관계 속에서 베트남 내 한국어 교육이 아주 급진적으로 발전하였다. 베트남에서의 한국어교육이 처해 있는 상황과 개선되어야 하는 문제들 중에서 자주 언급되고 있는 한국문화교육 현황에 대해서 다루고자 한다. 먼저 한국어 교육에서의 언어교육과 문화교육 병행의 중요성에 대한 주장을 중심으로 베트남 내 한국문화교육의 방안을 모색한다. 2장에서 선행 연구자들이 제시한 언어와 문화의 상관관계와 문화에 대한 인식이 언어 능력에 미치는 영향, 문화이해 능력이 언어 의사소통 능력에 큰 영향을 주는 등의 연구를 살펴보겠다. 그리고 3장에서 베트남 내 한국어교육의 현황을 정리하였다. 마지막으로 4장에서 베트남 내 한국문화교육의 실태를 알아보기 위해서 베트남 내 주요 6개 대학의 교육과정을 분석하여 베트남에서의 한국어교육이 가진 문제점을 정리하고자 한다. 이를 통해 베트남 내 한국어교육의 언어교육과 문화교육의 균형 잡힌 발전 방안을 제고하겠다. This study is about cultural education for Vietnamese learners of Korean language. In the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Korea, bilingual education in Vietnam has developed very radical. I would like to discuss the situation of Korean language education in Vietnam and the situation of Korean culture education which is frequently mentioned among the problems to be improved. First of all, I would like to explore the ways of Korean culture education in Vietnam centered on the claim that language education and cultural education in Korean language education should be concurrent and important. First of all, I will explore the ways of Korean culture education in Vietnam focusing on the importance of language education and cultural education for Korean language education. In Chapter 2, I examine the relationship between language and culture, the effects of culture perception on language ability, cultural understanding ability, and language communication ability. And Chapter 3 summarizes the current status of Korean language education in Vietnam. Finally, chapter 4 analyzes the curriculum of six major universities in Vietnam to understand the actual conditions of Korean culture education in Vietnam, and tries to summarize the problems of Korean language education in Vietnam. Through this, I will improve balanced development of language education and culture education in Korean language education in Vietnam.

        베트남 달랏대학교와 다낭대학교의 한국어교육의 현황과 과제 -지역 문화와 연계성을 중심으로

        The purpose of this report is to summarize the characteristics of the central Vietnam province and to examine the Korean language education of this region. The result of contemplating the Da Lat city and Da Nang city in the aspect of geography, culture and language, the characteristics of the Vietnam is related to the Korean language education. This study carried out an in-depth interview premising that the Da Lat and Da Nang has unique characteristics which are different from other regions. And based on that interview, this study examined the current situation and the problems of the Korean language major in the newly established universities in central Vietnam. The task to develop Korean language education in Vietnam is as the following in the aspect of practicality and policy. What Vietnam`s Da Lat and Da Nang should specialize, different from other regions, is the Korean language education based on the preservation and expansion of Vietnam`s traditional language culture. It could be both advantage and weakness that Vietnam is practical and easily absorbs the other culture. Central Vietnam should learn the lesson from the north and the south region of Vietnam. This is an Important Issue to Korean Studies Education in Vietnam`s Da Lat University and Da Nang University. Da Lat University and Da Nang University is preserving the Vietnam`s spirit and it has such historical foundation. Da Lat University and Da Nang University`s Korean language education should be headed to the consideration of both job purpose Korean language education and the language education that combines Vietnam`s traditional language culture and that of Korea.

        베트남의 한국어 교육 경향에 관한 연구

        This study examined the efforts of Korean language teaching organizations supported and operated by the Korean government such as the Korea Foundation, the Sejong Institute Foundation, the Korea International Cooperation Agency, and the Academy of Korean Studies, which have helped Korean language education in Vietnam grow over the past 30 years. In addition, after researching elementary, middle, and high schools as well as universities, junior colleges, and Korean Studies-related institutes in Vietnam, policy directions for revitalizing Korean language education in Vietnam in the future are presented. As for the policy direction for revitalizing Korean language education in Vietnam, first, efforts are needed to solve the practical problems of universities that operate Korean language education and teachers who teach Korean. For example, re-education is needed to smoothly supply and demand Korean teachers and to improve Korean language skills of local teachers. Second, it is necessary to develop textbooks suitable for Vietnamese culture, the level and age of Vietnamese learners, and the purpose of learning Korean. Third, it is necessary to provide a database environment where academic thesis materials on Korean language education published in Vietnam can be searched and studied.

        베트남 북부 하노이 소재 대학 한국학교육의 현황과 과제 : 국립하노이 인문사회대·외국어대, 하노이대학을 중심으로

        본고는 베트남 북부 하노이 소재 대학 한국어학과의 한국학 교육 현황을 점검하고 발전 방안 및 과제에 대해 제시하였다. 1992년 12월 한국과 베트남 두 나라의 국교가 정상화된 이후 해가 갈수록 양국관계는 점점 더 긴밀해지고 있다. 더욱이 베트남에 한국기업이 많이 진출함에 따라 한국어와 한국학에 대한 수요는 급격히 증가하고 있는 추세다. 하노이 소재 대학에 한국어학과가 설치된 시기는 1993년으로 한국학 보급의 역사가 17년이 되었다. 그동안의 한국학 보급은 한국어교육에 중점을 두어서 한국어 관련 교과목의 개발이나 교재 개발 등에 있어서 일정한 성과를 거두었다. 그러나 한국어교육에 치중한 나머지 문화·역사·문학 등과 같은 한국학교육은 거의 시행되지 못하고 있다. 한국과 한국인, 한국문화를 잘 이해하기 위해서는 언어뿐만 아니라 역사·문화·문학·사상 등과 같은 한국학교육이 필요하다. 한국어교육이 어느 정도 궤도에 오른 하노이 소재 대학 한국어학과에서는 지금부터라도 한국학교육을 강화해야 할 필요성이 있다. 베트남에 한국학 지원사업을 시행하고 있는 정부 각 기관에서도 한국학교육의 중요성을 인지하고, 한국학교육을 전담할 수 있는 교원 양성 및 교재 개발, 교과목 개발 등에 적극적으로 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. This report is intended for presenting the current situation and the further development for the Korean studies education by the Korean language departments in the Hanoi universities in Vietnam. Ever since the diplomatic relations formalized between Korea and Vietnam on December 1992, the foreign relations between two countries has been getting closer as time goes by. Many Korean companies have been entering into Vietnam, thereby the demand for learning Korean language and Korean studies tends to increase rapidly. For the spread of Korean studies, the first Korean language department was established in Hanoi universities in 1993, and thereafter almost seventeen years have passed. Up to now, as the Korean studies education have been focused on Korean language learning, some achievements are shown in the developments of teaching materials and educational curriculums for the Korean language. However, the present Korean studies is biased too much in educating Korean language, which gives the least consideration to itself. The Korean studies could be considered as an intensive course of the Korean language education. A language is a means of understanding the culture and the national characteristics of a nation. The Korean language departments in the Hanoi universities that have successively risen above the ordinary level in Korean language education are highly recommended to intensify the Korean studies education, from now on. Also, the institutions of Korean government helping the Korean studies education in Vietnam should recognize the importance of it, and should make every effort to support the relating education, such as by training teachers who can take exclusive charge of the Korean studies, by developing the relevant teaching materials and educational subjects, and so on.

        베트남의 한국 언어ㆍ문화 교육 현황에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 베트남 대학들에서 진행하고 있는 한국언어문화 교육에 대한 전반적인 현황과 문제점에 대해 다루고 베트남의 한국언어문화 증진을 위한 방안에 대해서도 검토하였다. 1993년 9월에 최초로 하노이국립대학교에 한국학과가 개설된 이후그 수가 꾸준히 늘어 2005년에는 9개, 2014 년 현재는 14개 대학교에한국언어문화 관련 강좌가 개설되어 있다. 또한 현재 10개의 대학교에서 한국언어문 화 관련 학과와 별도로 11개의 한국어센터 및 한국학센터를 보유하고 있다. 베트남 대학들의 한국언어문화학 교과과정을 보면, 대체적으로 1,2학년에 듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기와 문법 과 목, 3,4학년에는 문화, 경제, 경치, 역사, 사회, 문학 등 한국학 관련 주요과목 및 통 번역과목이 배정되어 있다. 베트남 대학들의 가장 시급하고 당면한 과제로는 전문 교수진의 부족을 들 수 있다. 현재 베트남 대학들의 한국 언어문화학에 종사하는총 교수진은 133명으로, 박사학위를 취득한 교수진의 비중은 차치하더라도 학생 대비 교수의 숫자가 적은 부분은 시급히 해결해야 할점이라고 본다. 이상의 문제점을 개선하기 위해서는 베트남 정부와 대학에서 연구자들이 교육기관에서 일을 할 수 있게 우대 정책 등 적극적인 지원이 필요하다. 그렇게 될 때 베트남에서의 한국언어문화학 교육은 장래에 큰 발전이 보장 될 수 있으리라 판단된다. A Study in the KoreanLanguage and Culture Education in Vietnam. Journal of the InternationalNetwork for Korean Language and Culture 11-2, 79-106. This paper presents status regarding current education of Koreanlanguage and culture at universities in Vietnam. In addition,solutions to strengthen the Korean language and culture educationin Vietnam are also presented. The department of Koreanstudies at the VNU(Vietnam National University) Hanoi University,which is the first department of Korean studies in Vietnam, wasestablished in September 1993. In 2005, there were totally 9universities that were established and related to Korean languageand Korean studies. Until now, 14 universities all over thecountry, which have the faculty members of Korean languageand culture, have been established. Moreover, due to the highdemand of studying Korean, many universities have beencooperated with Korean government to establish the Sejongcenter. Recently in the universities in Vietnam, there has been avisible trend towards opening the center for Korean languageand Korean studies. Currently, 11 centers in 10 universities inthe country have been established Korean centers. Korean languageand Korean studies education in Vietnam is in great diversity. Besides increasing volume of the demand the quality of theKorean language and culture education is clearly improved. Thisis due to the fact that many Korean companies are investing in Vietnam and the demand of studying Korean is increasingbecause of the Korean Wave. Moreover, support of Korean governmentand companies accelerate development of Korean centers inVietnam rapidly. The program in Korean language and culture center is mainlyfocusing on the areas of listening, speaking, reading, writing,grammar, culture, economics, history, politics, society, translationcourse and more. The imperative problem in the Korean language and cultureeducation in universities in Vietnam is lack of professional staff. Now, the number of teachers in the faculty of Korean languageof universities in Vietnam are 133, including 14 doctors (10.5%),84 masters (63.2%), and 35 bachelors (26.3%). In order to solve these problems, the Vietnamese governmentand universities should support the Korean researchers. It isevident that the Korean language and culture education in Vietnamwill more prosper in the future once these conditions aremet.

        베트남의 한국학 및 한국어교육 관련 동향-하노이국립대학교 외국어 대학을 중심으로-

        Nowadays, Korean language education in Vietnam has been flourishing not only in universities but also in high schools and Middle School. In recent years, the number of Korean teachers and learners has increased dramatically so it can be said that Vietnam is a country that has been developing brilliantly in the field of Korean language teaching among Southeast Asian countries. This paper will review the situation of teaching Korean language at major universities and educational institutions in Vietnam. In other words, it can be affirmed that Vietnam's education and research branch in Korean language and Korean studies has grown beyond the stable threshold and is undergoing a drastic change. The paper also surveyed the curriculum of some typical Korean faculties in Vietnam. From there, analyzing the number of credits in Korean language and the subjects of Korean studies, finding out the common points and characteristics of the Korean studies of Vietnam. The paper also proposed directions and solutions for the development of Korean language education and Korean studies in Vietnam in the future.         외국인을 위한 한국 문학교육의 한 방법 -해외 한국 문학교육의 사례를 중심으로-

        This study is for what the way a Korean literature education for foreigner. Particularity, it is demonstrates to students majoring in Korean studies a method of educating Korean literature with an example. The first, this study begin to ask for why a literature education selected same time contents all of the literature works. To selected same time for education contents can not show to the student an outline korean literature. Korean literature aims between a language education and a culture education. So Korean literature education need to present many literature works. And then it is that can be a networkness of the education. For the point of the argument, this paper show a syllabus of the point of view a historical literature. And it examines the 「Gujija」 to teach for the senior in Vietnam Hochiminh University. It is appropriate that literature introduce a work of concretion because of literature emotion, sentiment. Literature teaching method should be seen within the historical context of education. And Korean literature for foreigner has to teaching in point of view a comparative literature. When we teach that, can know to an effect to teach for the history of Korean literature because of introduce for a representative Korean literature works. It can be the effective way for "Oversea Korean Literature Education".

        베트남의 한국어 교육 현황과 발전방향 제언

        This study is to understand the current state of Korean language education which has history of 20 years in Vietnam and to seek solutions for future improvement. Korea entered Vietnam market since Korean Wave and diplomatic ties with the nation, thus Vietnam has history of Korean education that is longer than other Southeast Asian nations; and since the Korean Wave is still sweeping the nation, Korean language has a positive future. However, if there is no educational solution for Vietnamese who learn Korean for general or occupational purpose and no improvement in educators and curriculum to meet demand by Korean learners, government and educational institutions might not earn effective result from their effort to widely spread Korean language. In order to find methods to resolve this problem, this study investigated Vietnamese school which has Korean major to help establish good Korean education in Vietnam. Furthermore, the study examined problems of current study materials, educators and study curriculum to show a road map for positive establishment of Korean education in Vietnam, and it studied current state and problems of Sejong hakdang where provides Korean education for general public to propose ways of improvement.

        베트남 중등 외국어교육 정책과 한국어교육과정 분석

        The purpose of this study is to understand how the Korean language curriculum has been established within the macro - framework of foreign language education policies and plans and to explore the development direction of secondary Korean language curriculum in Vietnam in the future. To this end, the direction, goals and implementation guidelines of the ‘2020 foreign language education strategy’ and ‘2025 foreign language education’ promulgated by the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam and the design of Korean language curriculum are reviewed. As a result of reviewing them, the current Korean language curriculum in Vietnam has been adapted to the flow of Vietnamese secondary foreign language education policy, and has been designed and operated as optional subjects. In addition, it confirms that it is operated as an open curriculum in order to reflect the turbulent trend of modern society. The design and operation of this curriculum is interpreted as an attempt to reflect the rapid changes in modern society while aiming at the formation of Korean language communication skills of Vietnamese students. However, nowadays, it is difficult to show enough value due to the lack of teacher training and support system for middle school or high school. Therefore, in order to stabilize and develop Vietnamese secondary school curriculum as a foreign language subject in Vietnam, it is necessary to solve the problems. 본 연구는 현재 베트남의 중등 외국어교육 정책에 해당하는 ‘2020 외국어교육전략’과 ‘2025 외국어교육전락’ 내용을분석하여 그 거시적인 틀 안에서 한국어교육과정이 자리매김하고 있는 바를 정확히 이해하고, 향후 베트남 중등한국어교육과정에 해결해 나가야 하는 지점과 발전 방향을 모색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 베트남에서 보다 내실 있는한국어교육과정을 운영하여 베트남 학생들의 한국어 능력을 향상시키는 것은 베트남과 한국 사이의 관계가 정치·경제·사회적으로 점차 긴밀해지고 있는 오늘날에 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이에 본 연구에서는 베트남의 중등 외국어교육정책과 한국어교육과정에 대한 국가 결정문 및 시행 지침서, 그리고 한국어교육 실행 방식을 보다 면밀히 분석하고자하였다. 그 결과, 현재 베트남의 한국어교육과정은 국가적 인재 양성을 목적으로 하는 베트남의 중등 외국어교육정책의 흐름에 맞춰 설계 및 운영되고 있으며, 현대 사회의 격동적인 흐름을 반영하기 위한 목적에서 개방형 교과로서운영되고 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 베트남의 중등 한국어교육과정이 베트남의 외국어 교과로서 안정화되고발전을 거듭해 나가기 위한 과제와 한국어 종주국으로서 지원할 내용을 선택 교과로 운영되는 상황, 개방형 교육과정으로설계된 상황, 내용 체계의 충실화가 필요한 네 가지 상황을 고려하여 제안하였다. 이는 궁극적으로 베트남 중등한국어교육과정의 학습자들이 체계적이고 시의적절한 학습 경험을 통해 한국어 능력을 향상하는 데에 도움이 될것이다.
