        간호대학생의 여성건강간호 실습교육 위한 역할극을 활용한 교정학습 프로그램 개발 및 학습성과

        본 연구의 목적은 여성건강 간호학 임상실습을 하는 간호학생을 위한 역할극을 활용한 교정학습 프로그램을 개발하고 학습성과를 측정하는 것이다. 8개의 핵심술기(전자태아감시장치 설치 및 해석, 모유수유 교육, 자궁저부높이측정, 질세포진 검사 수행, 분만단계사정, 레오폴드 메뉴버 수행, 분만촉진제 정맥주입준비 및 평가, 자궁저부마사지 수행)와 1개의 분만시나리오로 구성된 프로그램이 개발되었다. 개발된 프로그램은 충청북도에 소재한 일 대학의 3학년 간호학생 44명과 4학년 간호학생 38명, 총 82명을 대상에게 적용하였다. 사전 조사, 동영상 청취, 8개의 핵심술기, 최종 시나리오 실습, 사후 조사의 순서로 구성된 5시간의 프로그램을 적용한 결과 지식, 전이동기, 자기효능감이 유의하게 향상되었다. 학습자들은 직접 수행할 수 있는 것, 서로 알려 주는 것, 모르거나 모호했던 부분을 알게 되는 것 등에 만족하였다. 또한 학습자 및 교수자에게서 교정학습이 이루어 질 수 있음이 확인되었다. 임상실습이 종료된 후 적용된 4학년보다 임상실습 중에 역할극을 실시한 3학년이 오류발견 빈도가 높았으나 지식, 학습전이, 자기 효능감은 4학년과 큰 차이가 없었다. The purpose of this study was to development of compensated learning program using role-playing and measurement of learning outcomes on maternity nursing practical education for nursing students. Research design for program evaluation was a one group pretest posttest design. The subjects were 82 nursing university students in In North Chungcheong; 44 were third year undergraduate students and 38 were fourth year undergraduate students. These subjects received five hours of learning program, which consists of 8 maternity core skill(setting electronic fetal monitoring device and interpreting fetal monitoring, education of breast feeding, measuring of fundus height, perform Pap smear, assessment of stages of labor, perform Leopold’s maneuver, preparation and evaluation of intravenous infusion of an oxytocic)and 1 normal delivery simulation scenarios. After the program, Knowledge, motivation to transfer and self-efficacy was significantly improved. In addition, the learning program using role-play was confirmed to have the effect of the error Correction.

        가정간호기반 모성역할강화 프로그램이 초산모의 모성정체성과 모성역할수행 자신감에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was done to develop and test a maternal role strengthening program based on home care nursing. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was employed. Changes in the variables(maternal identity and confidence of maternal role) were evaluated to test the effects of the developed program. Participants were first-time mothers receiving home care nursing from S Medical Center following normal spontaneous vaginal delivery(experimental group 29; control group 29). Data collection was conducted from December 2008 to February 2009. $X^2$-test, Fisher's exact test and t-test were used to analyse the data. Results: Hypothesis 1, that the experimental group receiving this program would experience a stronger maternal identity than the control group, was supported(t=-7.990, p=<.001). Hypothesis 2, that the experimental group would have higher confidence in their maternal role than the control group, was also supported(t=-10.109, p=<.001). Conclusion: The maternal role strengthening program based on home care nursing developed in this study was found to be an effective means of improving maternal identity and confidence of maternal role. As these traits are developed once the baby is born, active nursing programs which provide continuous training and demonstrations to mothers are needed prior to hospitalization and following hospital discharge.

      • 간호학생의 실습교육 만족도에 관한 조사연구 : 모성, 아동 실습교육 중심으로

        This study was designed to measure the level of satisfaction in the clinical education of maternity nursing and pediatric nursing according to the contents, environment, time, instruction, evaluation, and interpersonal relationship of the clinical education. Sixty four nursing students of Koje College in Koje city were selected. Data was collected from 17 to 21 November 1997 using the SAS program. The results of the study were as follows. 1. The level of satisfaction In the contents of the clinical education revealed to be 3.42(mean score) 2. The level of satisfaction in the environment of the clinical education revealed to be 3.57(mean score) 3. The level of satisfaction in the time of the clinical education revealed to be 3.65(mean score), the highest of 6 items. 4. The level of satisfaction in the instruction revealed to be 3.05(mean score), the lowest of 6 items. 5. The level of satisfaction In the evaluation of the clinical education revealed to be 3.17(mean scare) 6. The level of satisfaction in the interpersonal relationship of the clinical education revealed to be 3.55(mean score). 7. The level of satisfaction in the clinical education of nursing students revealed to be 3.40(mean score), relatively high.

        여성건강간호학 실습교육의 현황과 과제

        Purpose: This study was done to examine current status of women’s health nursing practicum and identify necessary core nursing skills in this practicum area. Moreover, one syllabus and evaluation sheets for women’s health nursing clinical practicum at one university were reviewed. Methods: A survey design was used with 81 educators who were teaching maternity or women’s health nursing and its practicum. Results: Most clinical sites for practicum were university hospitals (43.0%), women’s hospitals (32.7%), or general hospitals (17.3%); but the majority (77.8%) of educators expressed difficulty in finding appropriate practicum places. Common teaching and learning methods were clinical guides for practicum (44.6%), e-learning content (30.2%), and simulation (23.6%). Core nursing skills for this practicum included assessment of stages of labor, preparation of uterine-fetal monitoring devices and interpretation of results, monitoring uterus and fetal activity, and performing Leopold’s maneuver. For postpartum care, the following were included; postpartum fundal massage, assessment of breast engorgement, fundus height, and episiotomy sites, inserting urinary catheter, and teaching the use of patient-controlled analgesia. Conclusion: To improve the quality of clinical practicum, development of a clear course syllabus, standardized clinical guidebook, and core nursing skills is required and should be shared with all relevant nurse educators.

        모성간호학에서의 시뮬레이션실습과 산과전문병원실습의 실습만족도 및 임상수행능력분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of satisfaction and clinical competence on simulation-based practice in woman’s hospital and to figure out the factors that level of satisfaction affect to clinical competence. Method The subjects in the experimental group were 93 students who did simulation-based practice and subjects in the control group were 70 students who practiced in woman’s hospital. Data was analyzed using ex post factor experimentation during second semester in 2013. Results: There was statistically no significant difference between the two groups, but positive correlation between the main variables. The most significant affecting factors to clinical competence in experimental group were satisfaction of contents and duration(R2=.24). The most significant affecting factors to clinical competence in control group were satisfaction of evaluation and practice stressor (R2=.32). Conclusion Since there was no difference between the two groups, once the difficult part in clinical practice of maternity nursing is practiced repeatedly, student’s competence can be improved. Hence the continual study was required.

        간호학과 여학생의 모성간호학 수강에 따른 결혼관, 출산의지 및 출산동기에 관한 인

        This study attempted to identify female nursing students' views on marriage, willingness to give birth, and motivation for childbirth before and after maternal nursing classes and use it as basic data to increase the birth rate. This is a single-group, before-and-after design study targeting 80 students taking the ‘Maternal Nursing’ course in their third year of the Department of Nursing at G University, located in G Metropolitan City, who agreed to participate in the study. Data were collected from February 27 to June 9, 2023, by conducting a survey on single female students taking maternal nursing classes at the first and last hours of the lecture. Female nursing students' willingness to give birth was 2.95±0.50 points out of 5 before the maternal nursing lecture and improved to 3.16±0.44 points after the lecture, which was statistically significant (t=-5.34, p<.001). Since the willingness to give birth score improved after the maternal nursing class, confirming that women-related knowledge positively changes the will to give birth, it is expected that the contents of this study will be used for future education and program development regarding marriage and childbirth.

        시뮬레이션을 혼합한 모성실습교육이 학습태도와 학습만족도 및 임상실습 수행도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of simulation-mixed maternity nursing practicum on learning attitude, learning satisfaction and clinical practice performance in nursing students. Methods: One group, pre-post design, was utilized with 64 students. The simulation-mixed maternity nursing practicum consisted of intrapartum and postpartum care. Results: The learning attitude and learning satisfaction scores in maternity nursing care showed a significant change in the post-test (t=-5.92, p <.001, t=-7.35, p <.001) and enhanced clinical practice performance. Conclusion: The simulation-mixed maternity nursing practicum was useful in improving the learning attitude and learning satisfaction and clinical practice performance for maternity nursing practicum in nursing students. In conclusion, We recommend for simulation-mixed maternity nursing practicum to increase clinical practice performance of the students.

        표준화 환자를 활용한 모성간호학 실습 학습방법 효과 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the learning effect of a standardized patient managed instruction program for a clinical maternity nursing course. Methods: The SP managed instruction was made for clinical cases in intrapartum and postpartum nursing care. The SP managed instruction was evaluated by using a quasi-experimental, nonequivalent control group post-test design with separate classes of students attending clinical maternity nursing classes at a nursing school in Incheon. Control groups were taught by traditional lecture/model method and experimental groups were taught by SP managed instruction. Data was collected from September 2009 to February 2010. Results: 1. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and control group in identifying relevant data (z=-1.418, p=.156) and necessary nursing skills performance (z=-.643, p=.520) for intrapartum nursing care. In addition, there was no significant difference between the two groups in identifying relevant data (z=-.264, p=.782) and necessary nursing skill (z=-.342, p=.732) for postpartum nursing care. 2. In clinical nursing skill performances the total score was statistically significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group (intrapartum care z=-4.181, p=.000, postpartum care z=-4.279, p=.000). 3. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (intrapartum care z=-3.731, p=.000, postpartum care z=-4.066, p=.000). Conclusion: In conclusion , the SP methodis effective in teaching clinical maternity nursing for student nurses and it is necessary to develop SP instruction courses for many areas in the clinical nursing education field.
