        nowadays, news electronic apparatus relating to citizen living is appearing almost everyday in accordance with the development of science and technology in connection with radio waves. Accordingly, there is a necessity for revising of the Radio Waves Act in order to facilitate the use by a citizen of them for the promotion of public welfare, and this paper studied on the contents and the propriety about the radio station licence of the revised Radio Waves Act.

      • 골반 자세 변화에 따른 일어서기의 기능적 연결분석의 접근

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of three different pelvic tilts on a sit-to-stand (STS) and to suggest a new assessment approach based on biomechanical analysis. The three difrent pelvic tilts were: (1) comfortable pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (CPT STS), (2) posterior pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (PPT STS) and (3) anterior pelvic tilt sit-to-stand (APT STS). To determine the onset time of muscle contraction surface electrodes were applied to the rectus femoris muscle (RF), vastus lateralis muscle (VL), biceps femoris muscle (BF), tibialis anterior muscle (TA), gastrocnemius muscle (GCM), and soleus muscle (SOL). The ICC was used for functional linkage analysis. The findings of this study were as follows. First, significant differences were found in kinematic variables and in muscle activation pattern among the three activities. Second, the results of functional integrated analysis revealed that recruited muscle activation patterns changed when the thigh-off was viewed as a reference point. Third, there were independent functional units between the thigh-off and the VL and between the thigh-off and the RF in the functional linkage analysis. The VL and RF acted as prime mover muscles, and more postural adjustment muscle recruitment was required as the demand of postural muscle control increased (PPT STS, APT STS, and CPT STS in order). In conclusion, the findings of this study suggest the following evaluative and therapeutic approach for STS activity. APT STS can be introduced for movement efficiency and functional advantage when abnormal STS is treated. However, excessive APT would change the muscle activation patterns of BF and SOL and require additional postural muscle control to cause abnormal control patterns.

      • 有限要素法에 依한 notch部의 應力解析과 光彈性實驗과의 比較

        The design of machine elements formed with various notched shapes requires accurate predictable stress value of the notched position, therefore, many investigators have dealt with this subject, but they only reached approximate value In this paper, the stress concentration factors of the U-notched plate and V-notched plate subjected to tensile force was calculated by the photo-elasticity experiment and the finite element method, subsequently with equations by above method and many invesgatied equants were compared. The result was as follows. (1) The values of photo-elasticity experiment of the U-notched plate are greater than the values calculated by the finite element method. by 0.5% (2) The values of photo-elasticity experiment of the V-notched plate are 0.4% greater than the values calculate by the finite element method. by 0.4% (3) Trying to compare the values, we applied Armbruster's equation to the U-notched plate and to the V-notched plate and the values calculated by the finite element method. The values of the both theoritical equations are 1.7%, this is 10% greater than the values by finite element method respectively.

        생물막 공정에서 질소제거효율 향상을 위한 유기성담체의 효용성 검토

        Availability of organic media for improving nitrogen removal efficiency in a biofilter process was studied. Although, aerobic and anoxic phase could be clearly divided during the operation of single-stage biofilter process and nitrification efficiency was about 80%, denitrification efficiency was very low due to depletion of organic substrate in anoxic phase. However, the deficiency could be improved by addition of organic media in anoxic phase from the simulated result. Nitrogen removal efficiency in a biofilter process packed with organic media in anoxic phase was predicted to be 29% higher than that packed with inorganic media. In addition, about 79% of nitrogen removal efficiency could be obtained from a column test using organic media innoculated by activated sludge. Improvement in nitrogen removal efficiency was responsible for organic leaching from the organic media and the leaching rate was 0.21㎎COD/g-org.media/day.

For the fulfillment of above purpose, each member of ITU is enforcing official approval system of radio equipment based on the regulations of the technical standard prescribed by the ITU in accordance with each national present circumstances. This paper studied the regulations on the approval of type and the confirmation certification of technical standard of the radio equipment in force in Korea.

        6-(3.4-Dichlorophenyl)amino-7-chloro-5.8-quinolinedione (RCK50) was tested for antifungal activities in mice systemically infected with Candida albicans. The therapeutic potential of RCK50 was also assessed in comparison with ketoconazole. RCK50 had ED_50 0.22±0.01 ㎎/㎏. Ketoconazole as a positive control had ED_50 6.00±1.70 ㎎/㎏. Intraperitoneally administered RCK50 at the ED_50 for 7 days and 14 days reduced Candida albicans colony count in the kidneys and liver. And administered RCK50 at the ED_50 for 14 days improved survival rates. The genotoxicities of RCK50 had been evaluated. RCK50 was negative in Ames test with Salmonella typhimurium and chromosomal aberration test in CHL cells. RCK50 did not show any clastogenic effect in mouse peripheral blood and was negative in mouse micronucleus assay. These results indicate that RCK50 has no genotoxic potential under these experimental conditions. Acute oral toxicity studies of RCK50 were carried out in ICR mice of both sexes. RCK50 did not show acute oral toxicities and LD_50 values were over 2.850 ㎎/㎏ in ICR mice.

      • 시간대를 고려한 교통발생 행태 분석 : 서울시를 중심으로

        In this paper trip generation patterns by time of day are explored to understand household-base travel making behaviors. Understanding of the trip-making behavior by time of day is a crucial aspect in travel demand forecast in future as well as an empty hall in classical four-step demand forecast procedure. In this paper, data collected in Seoul, Korea in 1997 is utilized in analysis and modeling. Cluster analysis technique is employed to group households, which has similar travel making patterns by time-of-day. The resulting cluster groups are adopted to construct multinominal logit models. The results show that the models developed provide trip-making patterns in households highly depend on the socio-economic characteristics of household such as household size, number of employers, number of cars owned and so forth. In addition, these results imply that the model developed in these study is reliable and a promising practical improvement to traditional four-step procedure.

        韓國 自生 범부채(Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC.)의 種子發芽에 關한 硏究

        These studies were carried out to investigate the seed germination of Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC. The results obtained are as follows : 1.Optimum temperature of seed germination was 25℃, and the seed germination rate was raised to 92% by 20/30℃ alternative temperature treatment. 2.Under the condition of moist low temperature storage, the germination rate was 53% at 42 days after sowing, but showed the germination rate of 11% at same period with dry low temperature storage. 3.The germination rate was higher in the light condition than in the dark condition. 4.The germination rate was higher when the seed coat was removed than when the seed coat was not removed or the seed coat was stratificated. 5.The germination rate was 80% with 100ppm GA3 treatment, and 76% wihh soaking treatment of 1% KOH solution for 24 hours.

        의과대학생의 자연최면경험과 최면유도점수의 상관관계

        목 적 : 저자들은 자연최면경험과 최면감수성간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 자연최면점수와 최면유도 척도로 얻은 최면유도점수 및 유도점수와의 관계를 알아보고, MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Inventory)의 성격유형과 이들의 상호관련성을 알아보려고 하였다. 방 법 : 가톨릭대학교 의과대학에 재학중인 63명의 의대생들을 대상으로 하여 자연최면경험에 대한 설문지와 MBTI를 작성하게 하고 최면유도척도로 최면을 유도하면서 최면유도점수와 유도점수를 얻었다. 결 과 : 1) 자연최면점수와 유도점수 사이에서 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 최면유도점수와 유도점수 사이에도 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 2) 자연최면점수와 최면유도점수 사이에서는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 3) MBTI의 각 성격유형들은 최면유도점수와 유도점수 사이에서 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4) 외향형과 사고형의 성격유형은 자연최면점수와 최면유도점수에서 각각 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 자연최면점수와 유도점수 사이에서도 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 5) 직관형과 판단형은 자연최면점수와 유도점수 사이에서 각각 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결 론 : 자연최면점수는 유도점수와 상관관계가 있었다. MBTI의 외향형과 사고형에서는 자연최면경험이 많을수록 최면유도가 잘 된다는 것을 시사하였다. Objective : We attempted to investigate the relation between naturally occurring hypnotic experiences and hypnotizability. We examined the correlations among hypnotic induction profile scores, natural hypnotic scores, induction scores and MBTI personality types. Methods : Sixty-three medical students completed NHQ(natural hypnotic questionnaire) developed from a list of naturally occuring hypnotic-like experiences and MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Inventory). HIP(Hypnotic Induction Profile) was also administered to all the subjects. HIP score and IND(induction score) were obtained. Results : 1) The NHS(natural hypnotic score) was significantly correlated with IND in all the subjects. The IND also showed significant correlation with HIP score. 2) There was no significant correlation between NHS and HIP scores. 3) HIP scores were positively correlated with induction scores in all types of MBTI. 4) Natural hypnotic scores were positively correlated with HIP scores and induction scores in introvert and thinking types. 5) There were positive correlations between natural hypnotic scores and induction scores in intuition and judgment types. Conclusion : The natural hypnotic scores were correlated with induction scores. It is suggested that the more the naturally-occurring hypnotic experience is experienced, the better the hypnotic induction is induced in introvert and thinking types of MBTI personality types.

      • FCD60과 Cu-Sn합금과의 확산접합에 관한 연구

        FCD60과 Cu-Sn합금의 확산접합 기술을 확립하는 것을 목적으로 진공분위기에서 0.294MPa의 하중을 가하면서 접합온도와 접합시간, 접합면의 조도를 달리하여 접합한 경우, 접합조건에 따른 접합여부, 접합부의 미세조직 변화로부터 접합과정 및 접합기구와 접합부의 경도 및 인장성질에 대하여 검토하였다. 973K 이상의 접합온도에서는 0ks에서도 접합이 이루어지지만, 1123K에서 2.4ks이상 유지하면, Cu-Sn합금이 좌굴되고, 분말상으로 붕괴되는 현상이 발생하였다. 이것은 Sn의 편석된 부분이 접합온도에서 용융하여 발생한 것으로 생각된다. FCD60과 Cu-Sn합금의 접합과정은 다음과 같이 이루어진다. 접합초기에는 주철의 ?부분과 접촉하는 면에서 구형의 보이드가 생기고, 유지시간이 증가함에 따라 Cu-Sn합금의 크립변형에 의해 주철의 凹 내부로 침투하여 구형의 보이드가 축소되고, 평활한 면끼리 만나는 부분에서는 FCD60도 다소 크립변형하여 접촉면적을 증가시킨다. 중기에는 확산에 의해 미세한 보이드가 소멸하고, 계면에 존재하는 흑연이 계면이동을 방해하여 접합계면이 주철의 표면 형상과 유사한 모양으로 된다. 후기에는 접합계면에서 기지의 성분이 사오확산하고, 고용하여 계면반응에 의해서 이동이 생긴다. 접합부의 인장강도는 Cu-Sn 모재 강도의 45%∼55%이었고, 파단은 모두 접합부 근방에서 일어났다. 저하원인으로는 접합계면에 Sn 편석으로 접합 시 국부용융에 의한 보이드가 존재하기 때문인 것으로 추측되었다. This study is aimed at establishing the basis of diffusion bonding of FCD60/Cu-Sn alloy. Diffusion bonding was performed under vacuum of 10-4torr, a load of 0.294Mpa, and a temperature between 923K∼1123K. The microstructure of the joints were observed by using optical microscope and SEM, and analysed by EDX and WDX. The tensile properties of the joints was measured. In the early stage of the bonding, spherical voids were formed in interface contacting grooves of FCD60. With increasing of holding time, spherical voids were reduced by penetration of Cu-Sn alloy in groove of FCD60 and in the interface contacting smooth plane of FCD60, contacting area was increased by creep deformation of FCD 60. And then micro voids were disappeared by diffusion and interface formed similar surface shape of FCD60. In the final stage, interface was moved by interdiffusion of component of FCD 60 and Cu-Sn alloy. Tensile strength of joints was obtained about 45∼55% of strength of Cu-Sn alloy
