      • 내시경적 점막절제술로 치험한 식도 과립상 세포종 1례

        과립상 세포종은 Schwann 세포 기원으로 생각되며 인체에 비교적 드물게 발생한다. 과립상 세포종은 전신 어느 곳에서나 발견될 수 있으나 주로 혀, 구강, 피부 혹은 유방 등에서 호발하며 드물게 위장관에서 발견된다. 위장관에서는 식도에서 가장 호발하며 다음으로 위, 대장 순이다. 과립상 세포종은 대부분, 특히 위장관에서는 양성이며 소수의 악성 병변이 보고되었다. 이러한 이유와 함께 수술 전의 진단이 어렵기 때문에 과립상 세포종에 대한 근본적인 치료는 현재까지 외과적 절제술이다. 최근에 시도되는 치료방법들로는 내시경적 레이저 치료, 용종절제술, 내시경적 점막 절제술 등이 있다. 저자들은 상부 소화관 내시경검사를 시행하여 식도 과립상 세포종을 진단하고 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 합병증 없이 퇴원하여 현재 재발없이 경과 관찰중인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Granular cell tumors, which occur infrequently, are probably of Schwann cell origin. They can occur almost anywhere in the body but usually affect the tongue, oral cavity, skin, or breasts and are rarely found in the gastrointestinal tracts. The esophagus is the most frequent gastrointestinal site, followed by the stomach and the colon. Granular cell tumors are generally benign, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, some malignant lesions have been reported. For this reason, and also because preoperative diagnosis is difficult, the standard treatment for granular cell tumor has until now been surgical excision. In recent years, other therapeutic methods is endoscopic laser therapy (ELT), polypectiomy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). We report a case of esophageal granular cell tumor which was diagnosed by an endoscopy and managed using an endoscopic mucosal resection without complication.

        Four Years Reports of "Journal of Korean Neuropsychiatric Association" during 2001 to 2005 were evaluated by 18 Editorial Board of Korean Neuropsychiatric Association. We investigated the articles to specific fields and rejection rate etc. by different section chiefs. Although several problems concerning review time duration and rejection guideline issues indicated but generally all reviewer processes proved relatively clear and concise criteria. Through these objective and systematic evaluation Processes, "Journal of Korean Neuropsychiatric Association" will develop a good journal.

      • 건설 기술인 육성 방안에 관한 연구 Ⅰ : 건설 교육제도에 대하여

        본 논문에서는 건설시장개방으로 인한 치열한 경쟁, 그린 라운드를 통한 강화된 환경제약조건, 복합적이며 다기화된 건설업역 등 급변하는 상황에 처해 있는 우리 건설업의 국제경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 필연적으로 개선되어야 할 건설기술 교육제도에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 본 논문에서는 건설기술교육 중 대학에서의 건설교육 현황을 파악하고 미국 독일 영국 프랑스 일본 등 건설선진국의 건설교육현황을 조사하고 이를 토대로 우리 건설 교육제도를 분석하고 발전방안을 제시하였다. The Korean construction industries face challenging situations such as extreme competition in construction markets, high demand in construction performance, stringent constraints in environmental requirement, diverse types in construction projects, etc. In order for Korean construction industires not only to survive in international construction markets but to defend the domestic market, the cultivative development of quality construction engineers is the key. The key role to develop quality construction engineers has been performed by educational institutions primarily universities and technical colleges. This study focuses on universities as a prime educational institution to develop competent construction engineers working for the Korean construction industries to compete with the worldwide top ranked international construction companies. This study begins with the survey and the analysis of curriculums of Korean universities offering the construction engineering programs followed by the analysis of the five foreign universities’ curriculums including U. S. A., Germany, France, Japan, and U. K. After the comparative analysis between Korean’s and foreign ones, this study concludes with the suggestions to improve the univerities’ educational and the relevant systems to foster quality construction engineers.

      • 구강내 결손부에 적용된 연조직 재건술식들에 대한 임상적 고찰

        To evaluate criteria, indications, and prognosis of the various reconstructive methods on the patients with intraoral soft tissue defect who had been treated at Dept. of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Pusan National University Hospital from 2003 to 2005, we have reviewed the clinical data of the patients and analysed. The results were as follows: 1. Tongue flaps have been mainly applied on anterior portion of palate and maxilla. The survival rate was high percent, but the cooperation of patient was inevitable for the success. 2. Palatal mucosa rotational flaps were available on relative large defect on palate, oroantral fistula site. The side effect was a scaring band from secondary healing on denuded donor palate site. Sometimes the band came to be a hinderance to swallowing, phonation. 3. The application of free skin graft on entire maxilla site , palate was possible. The skin from thigh, abdomen could be applicable on fixed or movable tissues. The advantages of abdominal skin were easy harvest and direct donor site closure. 4. Forearm free flap was a workhorse flap for everywhere in intraoral defects. We had used the flap on cheek, floor of mouth, tongue without any significant complications. But the application of the flap was required for long operation time, which was disadvantageous to the old, weak patients. 5. Cervical platysmal flap could be easily applicable for buccal cheek, floor of mouth after excision of the cancer lesion. the design of the flap could be made simultaneously on neck dissection, but the danger of cancer remnants on the flap always might be remained. 6. Buccal fat pad pedicled flap must have been a primary flap for repair of oroantral fistula especially on posterior maxilla. The flap survival will be expected if the considerations for above reconstructivε methods on site, size, condition of defects primarily could be made.

      • 韓國産 漁類骨格에 關한 硏究(I) : Comparative osteology of the family Sciaenidae 민어科 魚類의 骨格比較

        韓國産 민언科 魚類 中 5屬 6種(Table I)에 對하여 骨格解剖學的 面에서 比較 觀察하고 이것을 屬 또는 種間의 分類 形質로서 比較 檢討하였다. 이들 魚類의 形質 中 鼻骨과 第二 服下骨 및 翼耳骨의 狀態가 가장 代表的인 分類形質이 된다. 1.鼻骨이 膜質로서 三軸型으로 되어 있는 것(Pseudosciaena, Collichthys)과 骨質로서 四角形을 하고 그 骨緣에 있는 棘이 하나이며 上向하는 것(Miichthys)과 下向하는 것(Nibea)및 背緣棘이 二個로서 하나는 上向하고 다른 하나는 下向하는 것 (Argyrosomus)으로 分類되며, 2.第二 眼下骨에는 膜質이며 內向 突起가 없는것(Pseudosciaena, Collichthys)과 骨質이며 內向 突起가 있는 것(Argyrosomus, Nibea, Miichthys)이 있고, 3.翼耳骨의 狀態에서는 그 外表面이 三個의 棘만 남긴 긴 三角形인 것(Pseudosciaena, Collichthys)과 外表面의 隆起緣이 前後로 向한 完全한 梯形을 이루는 것 (Nibea, Miichthys) 및 앞쪽이 넓어진 不完全한 梯形을 이루는 것(Argyrosomus)으로 나누어 진다. 4.이 外에 第三椎骨의 腹面 突起, 後翼狀骨, 鋤骨, 額骨, 關節骨, 基底楔骨의 中央突起, 副楔骨, 上後頭骨, 基底後頭骨, 中央突起 等 여러 骨格 形質에 있어서 Pseudosciaena와 Collichthys 二屬과 Argyrosomus, Nibea 및 Miichthys의 三屬 사이에 顯著한 差異点을 볼 수 있었다. 그러나 Argyrosomus 屬은 여러가지 点에서 어느 程度 兩群사이의 中間形質로서 나타나기도 한다. 그리고 Pseudosciaena와 Collichthys의 形質間에는 다른 餘他 屬間의 形質差異에 比하면 共通点이 大端히 많고 따라서 그 類緣關係의 가까움을 暗示한다. 또한 以上 五屬中 Collichthys가 가장 原始的이거나 또는 退化型으로 認定된다. Among the fishes of Sciaenidae of Korea we have collected seven species (five genera) of them, and have made a comparative observation about the osteological aspect. Of the osteological characters of these fishes, the nasal, the second suborbital, and the pterotic bones were the most characterized bones for each genus or species of the fishes. 1.Nasal bone is membranous and of triaxon in the genera Pseudosciaena and Collichthys, and is essified and tetrangular in others, but with one upward spine in Miichthys, one downward spine in Nibea, and with two spines, of which one is upward and the other is downward in Argyrosomus. 2.The second suborbital bone is membranous and with an inward spine in Pseudosciaena and Collichthys, and is ossified without spine in Argyrosomus, Nibea and Miichthys. 3.The Pterotic bone is triangular with three spines on its outer surface in Pseudosciaena and Collichthys, is incomplete ladder shaped with broader anterior portion in Argyrosomus, and is complete ladder shaped in Nibea and Miichthys. The spines in the first group is apparently the degenerated remainings of the ladder shaped commissure of the other groups. 4.Many other bones such as the ventral process of the third vertebra, metapterygoid, vomer, frontal, articular, the median process of basisphenoid, parasphenoid, supraoccipital, the median process of basioccipital, etc. have also pronounced distinctions between two groups: one being comprized of Pseudosciaena and Collichthys,and the other being comprized of Argyrosomus, Nibea and Miichthys. Argyrosomus, howeverm has many intermediate characters between the former and the latter. ANd Collichthys appears as the most primitive (or perhaps degenerated) genus of the fishes observed this time.

        We have examined the industrial value of Korean traditional sport through animation of Taekwondo. our national sport. which might have contributed on creation of high added value. Therefore we can maintain the importance to develop the Korean-style animation which put the emphasis on traditional culture. cultural identity. and cultural sovereignty, and find a way of development in the future as follows. In the first place, Taekwondo is the symbol of the very Korean way, and Korean culture which has the high added value as material for creating the cultural contents. The industry of cultural contents naturally depends on creation. beauty of art, cultural identity. and sensitivity. We should keel) our spirit and ensure the cultural sovereignty through it. In the second, the animation of Taekwondo can contribute greatly on transfer of Korean culture and giving a good impression of Korea. It is because it contains the Korean value, culture, and the emotion native to Korea. It does not just produce the economic effect but also contribute on improvement of international competitiveness. In the third, the animation industry exerts a great synergy effect on the related business and it can be an important source of boomerang effect. Thus it must materialize the value of One Source Multi Use related to character, fancy products, computer game, theme park, edutainment, and advertisement when it is planned and produced. With establishment of Taekwondo Park, wemust put the footing for using high technology which can produce the cultural contents of high added value. It enables to contribute on development of the related business. the establishment of infrastructure. making profit. The profit must reinvest for developing Taekwondo and make the precedent of good investment cycle. To achieve this goal, we need to develop the computer game and research the movie with Taekwondo material.

      • 하부 위장관 출혈을 유발한 직장내 Dieulafoy양 병변

        Dieulafoy's ulcer is an uncommon lesion that usually presents wih massive bleeding. Although it has been observed, for the most part, in the stomach, it has also been identified in the small bowel and colon A 35-year-old male presented with lower gastrointestinal bleeding, which was found to be caused by a Dieulafoy's ulcer in the rectum. Diagnosis was by colonoscopy. (This lesion was injected initially with endoscopic injection of a solution of hypertonic saline solution with 1/10,000 epinephrine followed by bipolar electrocoagulation.) No further bleeding has occurred with follow-up 6 months. We report one patients with extragastric Dieulafoy's lesion in the rectum.

      • 간장에서 분리한 fibrin 용해균주의 동정 및 특성

        A bacterium having a large of fibrinolytic activity, K2-10 strain, was screened and selected from traditional soy sauce. The selected bacterium was identified and named as Bacillus sp. K2-10. The composition of the medium used for the production of the fibrinolytic enzyme by Bacillus sp. S7-16 was 0.5% polypeptone, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.3% sodium chloride, 0.1% KH_2PO_4, 0.3% K_2HPO_4, and 0.01% MgSO_4·7H_2O. The optimum temperature and initial pH of the medium for the production of the enzyme were 35℃ and p11 from 6.5 to 7.0, respectively. The maximum production of the fibrinolytic enzyme was obtained after 36 hours of the incubation. During culture under the above conditions, the culture supernatant showed strong fibrinolytic activity
