韓國人 身長의 最大發育年齡으로 본 發育促進現狀의 推移에 관한 比較硏究

On the basis of the study intended to research by cross-sectional keeped pace with semilongitudinal study the growth accelerating phenomena that MGA(Maximum Growth Age) in teenager's body height. The duration of study is from September 1st. 1987 to May 25th 1988 and the data are analysed through computer. The body height and MGA of Koreans who had been for during the period from 1898 to 1968 proved transition of the growth accelerating phenomena by research data reported between 1913 and 1985. The results are as follows: 1. Maximum Growth Age The MGA's in body height of male are respectively the age 15.024 in 1913, 14.28 in 1940, 13.65 in 1959, 13.86 in 1967, 12.52 in 1983, while those of female are the age of 12.0 in 1940, 12.36in 1959, 10.45 in 1969, 11.15 in 1958: these data show that the MGA of the Korean has been getting younger. 2. The correlation of the MGA's in body height are as below; Male: r=-0.4598 Female: r=-0.2526 3. The equation of linear regression of MGA's in body height are as blow; Male: Y(MGA)=-0.0352X(the year)+15.7282 Female: Y(MGA)=-0.0273X(the year)+12.5956 4. The MGA's in body height are shown in Table 5. 5. From the transition of the growth accelerating phenomena. we can compute the fact that the MGA's has been getting younger by 0.3 year per 10 years. 6. The future growth accelerating phenomena in body height, the MGA's of male are respectively the age 12.56 in 1990, 12.38 in 1995, 12.21 in 2000, while those of female are the age of 10.14 in 1990, 10.0 in 1995. 0.85 in 2000: these duta show that the MGA of female are more younger than that of male.

석청에 포함된 grayanotoxin에 의해 독성 작용이 나올 수 있으며, 이러한 독성 작용은 일반적으로 24시간 이내 저절로 회복된다. 최근에 본 저자들은 석청 복용 후 발생한 심실빈맥을 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 49세 남자가 호흡곤란으로 내원하였으며, 내원당시 분당 40회 정도의 동성 서맥이 관찰되었고, 수액을 투여하던 중 심실 빈맥이 발생하였다. 항부정맥제를 투여 후 정상 동율동으로 전환되었으며, 특별한 이상 없이 4일 후 퇴원하였다. Mad-honey intoxication caused by the consumption of honey producted from the nectar of rhododendrons. The grayanotoxins cause the intoxication. The toxic effects of mad-honey poisoning are rarely fatal and generally last for no more than 24 hours. We experienced one case, a 49 years-old man who presented with dyspnea after ingestion of mad-honey. He showed marked sinus bradycardia with < 40 beats per minute on admission. The cardiac rhythm was changed to ventricular tachycardia immediately. These features resolved completely in 24 hours with continuous infusion of amiodarone(600 mg per day) and fluids. We report the case of intoxication of mad-honey as a presentation of fatal cardiac arrhythmia.

Numerical model for predicting the deflections and stress distribution due to creep and shrinkage of concrete and relaxation of prestressed steel of the segmentally erected indeterminate prestressed concrete bridge is presented in this paper. The computer program considering the presence of the reinforcement, the difference in ages of the concrete segments, the multiple stages in which the external loads and prestressing forces are applied, and the changes in geometry and support conditions as the construction progresses is developed. The proposed method is applied to a three-span continuous bridge and four-span continuous bridge, and the results indicate the significance of the time-dependent effects.

Juvenile polyp, also known as a retention polyp because they contain mucin cysts, is a relatively common hamartomatous lesion in chlidhood. It occurs in 1-2% of children and young adults; however it is uncommon in adulthood. Juvenile polyp is rare in the first year of life and is thus presumed to be acquired and not congenital. It is pedunculated, 2-3 cm in size, red-tan in colour, smooth and always shows fluid filled cystic spaces on cut surface. Histologically, Juvenile polyps are hamartomatous with distended, mucus-filled glands, often with cystic dilatation and edematous lamina propria containing abundant vasculature. The most common manifestation is rectal bleeding produced by auto-amputation of the polyp. Juvenile polyp has been considered not to be at increased risk of developing carcinoma. However, atypical epithelium is observed in some lesions, especially in larger polyps, which may give rise to adenoma and subsequent malignant transformation. Therefore the diagnosis of solitary juvenile polyp should not be made only with colonoscopy and biopsy, but should be totally resected endoscopically for pathologic evaluation. About 90% of the lesions are solitary and localized within 20cm from anal verge. In Korea, there are some reports of juvenile polyps located in the rectosigmoid colon. We report one case of juvenile polyp in adolescent that presented as a hematochezia & abdominal pain, which is located at right colon.

Until now, in overseas trading, shipper, export[import] agents and airways have communicated with each other by exchanging documents through off-line or by fax or e-mail. But it causes repetition of paper-work, delay and complexity. In this study, we solved these problems using Internet technique. We also offer environments that can strengthen the competitiveness. It is called Cargonet System. It constructs not only the necessary information system but also the corresponding network among agents, forwaders, airways, Client users use only Web-Brwoser. Therefore, it enables to update rapidly for system extension.

The purpose is to identify how big the area is and which regulations should be preceded. if the part of Basement floors is to be calculated as the size of a building, according to characteristic of basement floor. The details of examination and analysis focused on such purpose of this research are summarized as follows: In view of all these, the size of buildings cannot be precisely estimated by the current floor area ratio computation method. To accurately calculate the size of buildings for urban growth management system: the inclusion in the calculation of floor area ratio in the case where basement floors are built for individual needs and benefits, rather than built as auxiliary use of a building such as basement or store room, is worth considering.
