        순산소연소 조건에서 석회석의 소성특성 및 로내탈황에 관한 연구

        순산소연소 배가스 중 CO₂ 농도는 가스의 재순환으로 인해 95%까지 농축 가능하며, CO₂ 농도가 높은 조건에서 석회석의 소성특성은 기존의 공기 연소와 다르게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 흡수제로 특성이 다른 세 종류의 국내산 석회석을 이용하여, 소성온도에 따른 석회석의 소성특성에 대해 알아보았다. 또한 흡수제 종류, 반응온도 등의 운전변수가 SO₂ 제거효율에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고, 반응생성물을 포집하여 황 함량을 측정하였다. 소성온도가 증가함에 따라 석회석의 소성율 및 비표면적은 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 반응온도가 증가함에 따라 SO₂ 제거효율은 증가하였으며 석회석의 종류에 따라 SO₂ 제거효율이 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 최고효율 나타낸 석회석 시료에 대한 반응생성물 분석결과 시료 내 황 함량은 약 10% 정도인 것으로 나타났다. In oxy-fuel combustion, CO₂ concentration in the flue gas may be enriched up to 95% owing to the gas recirculation. Under the high CO₂ concentration, the calcination characteristic of limestone is different from that of the conventional air combustion system. In this study, three types of limestone taken from different regions in Korea were used as SO₂ absorbent and their calcination characteristics depending on calcination temperature were investigated. The experiments were performed to examine the effects of operating variables such as absorbent species, reaction temperatures on the SO₂ removal efficiency and reacted limestone particles were captured to examine the sulfur contents. The degree of calcination and the specific surface area increased with calcination temperature and SO₂ removal efficiency increased with reaction temperature. The results showed remarkable difference in SO₂ removal efficiencies between the limestone types. The sulfur content of the reacted limestone with the highest SO₂ removal efficiency was about 10%.

        우로수데옥시콜릭산이 치주질환 억제에 미치는 영향

        Ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA) is a hydrophilic gall bladder acid and has been used as a effective drug for liver disease related to in1munity. This drug inhibits secretions of IL-2, IL-4, and $IFN-{\gamma}$ from T-cells and production of immunoglobulin from B-cells. Also it has been reported that UDCA inhibits production of IL-1 related to the progression of periodontal disease and activation of collagenases. The purpose of the present study was to elucidate the effects of UDCA on inhibition of periodontal disease progression using clinical, microbiological and histometrical parameters. Twelve pure bred, 16 month-old-beagle dogs were used in the study. After ligature-induced periodontal diseases were formed, experimental drugs were applied twice a day and then the results of clinical, microbiological, and histometrical parameters were measured at baselie(initiation of experiment) , 4weeks and 8weeks. The gel with UDCA(concentration 0.5%, 5% 3 dogs in each) was applied to experimental group, chlorhexidine to positive control group(3dogs) and the gel without UDCA(base) to negative control group. After induction of general anesthesia, the maxillary 2nd, 3rd premolars and 1st molar and the mandibular 2nd, 3rd, 4th premolars and 1st molar were ligated in one side selected randomly and were not ligated in the opposite side. The plaque index(PI), gingival index(GI), pocket depth(PD) and gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) volum were measured clinically. The PI and GI were measured at 3 buccal points of all experimental teeth and the GCF was measured only at the 3rd premolar in the maxilla and the 4th premolar in the mandible. In the microbiological study, the samples extracted from the 3rd premolar of the maxilla and the 4th premolar of the mandible at the center of buccal surface were analyzed aerobics, anaerobics and Streptococcus colony forming units, After clinical and microbiological examination at 8weeks, the dogs were sacrificed by carotid artery perfusion. The samples were fixed and sectioned including interproximal area, and the distance from cementoenamel junction(CEJ) to alveolar crest was measured. The results were that PI, GI and PD increased until 4 weeks and decreased at 8 weeks in three groups but the differences between all the groups were not significant. The 0.5% UDCA in non-ligated group showed remarkable decrease of GCF. The experimental group applied 5% UDCA decreased the number of aerobics and anaerobics. The distance from CEJ to alveolar crest was greater in the negative control group on both ligated and non-ligated sides, but the differences were not significant stastically.

      • 뿌리의 강도가 자연사면 안정에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험연구

        자연사면의 안정성해석에 있어서, 뿌리는 보강재로써의 역할을 행함이 인식 되어져 왔다. 자연사 면의 잠정적 인 파괴면을 관통하는 뿌리의 인장강도에 의 해 발생하는 흙의 전단저 항의 증가량을 예측하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 흙과 뿌리의 새로운 상호작용 모델을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째로, 수과 뿌리의 합성체에 대해 실내실험과 현장실험을 실시하고 본 실험의 결과와 기존의 흙과 뿌리의 상호작용 이론적 모델과 비교 검토하여 수정 된 구과 뿌리의 상호작용 모델을 제안하였다. 이와 아울 러, 뿌리의 무작위한 분포 및 강도특성을 고려한, 통계적인 이론에 바탕을 둔 확률론적 뿌리보강 모델을 제안하였다. 끝으로, 자연사면의 안정에 미치는 뿌리보강의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 간단한 3차원 사면 안정성해석을 수행한 결과, 자연사면에서의 뿌리보강은 깊은 파괴보다는 얇은 파괴에 대 해 중대한 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. In the stability analysis of hillside slopes, the roots of vegetation have been considered to act as a soil reinforcement. In order to predict the amount of increase in soil shear resistance, produced by tensile strength of roots that intersect a potential slip surface in hillside slopes, new soil -root interaction models are proposed in this paper. For this purpose, firstly, laboratary teats and in-situ tests wert performed on soil-root systems, and experimental results were compared with a couple of soil-root interaction models which had been proposed by Gray, Waldron, and Wu etc. Based on this comparison, a new soil-root interaction model is proposed. Secondly, a probabilistic soil-root model is proposed based on statistical analysis considering random nature of root distribution, root characteristics, and soil-root interactions. Finally, to examine the effect of this root reinforcement system on stability of hillside slopes, a simple three-dimensional stability analysis was performed, and it was shown that root reinforcement had a significant stabilizing influence on shallow slips rather than deep slips in hillside slopes.

      • 터널내 탄성파 탐사의 3차원 구조보정기법 개발 및 현장적용

        본 연구에서는 터널내 탄성파 탐사로부티 터널막장 전방 파쇄대를 예측하기 위한 두 가지의 3차원 구조보정 기법을 제안하였다. 첫 번째 해석기법은 타원체의 원리에 기초한 것으로 터널 양쪽 벽면에서 각각 독립적으로 탄성파 탐사를 수행하여 얻은 2차원 해석 결과를 이용하여 3차원 구조보정을 수행할 수 있다. 두 번째 해석기법은 파전파 평면의 개념을 도입한 것으로 터널내 탄성파탐사를 터널 한쪽 벽면에서만 송신을 수행한 반면, 수진기는 양쪽 벽면에 설치한 경우에 적용할 수 있는 기법이다. 새로운 구조보정 기법을 현장 터널내 탄성파 탐사 자료에 적용해 보았다. TSP 시험자료를 이용하여 3차원 구조보정을 수행한 후, 그 결과를 터널 굴착과정 중 조사된 지질정보와 비교해 보았다. 그 결과 제안된 구조보정 기법을 통하여 불연속면의 형상을 비교적 정확히 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Two 3-dimensional data processing techniques to predict the fractured zone ahead of a tunnel face by the tunnel seismic survey were proposed so that the geometric formation of the fractured zone could be estimated. The first 3-dimensional data processing technique was developed based on the principle of ellipsoid, The input data needed for the 3D migration can be obtained from the 2-dimensional tunnel seismic prediction (TSP) test where the TSP test should be performed in each sidewall of a tunnel. The second 3-dimensional migration technique that was developed based on the concept of wave travel plane was proposed. This technique can be applied when the TSP is operated with sources in one sidewall of a tunnel while the receivers are installed in both sidewalls. New migration technique was applied to an in-situ tunnelling site. The 3-dimensional migration was performed using measured TSP data and its results were compared with the geological investigation results that were monitored during tunnel construction. This comparison revealed that the proposed migration technique could reconstruct the discontinuity planes reasonably well.

        WDM 시스템에 적합한 광결정 대역 통과 필터 설계

        본 논문에서는 2차원 광결정 공진기의 결합을 통해 WDM시스템에 적합한 특성을 가지는 공진 필터를 설계하였다. 공진기간의 결합에 있어서 고려해야 할 요소를 시영역에서의 모드 결합이론(coupling modes in time)을 적용하여 이론적으로 분석하였으며, 전자회로 등가화를 이용하여 쉽게 그 요소를 결정할 수 있음을 보였다. 공진기 결합에 있어서 공진기 간의 간격에 따른 위상천이에 대해서 외부감쇄에 의한 Q-factor를 조정함으로써 보상할 수 있음을 확인하였고, 2차원 광결정 점결함 공진기를 이용하여 500GHz의 대역폭을 가지며 통과대역에서 0.5 dB 리플을 가지는 3차 Chebyshev 대역 통과 필터를 설계하였다. We have designed photonic crystal based bandpass filters whose characteristics are suitable for WDM communication system. The filters consist of coupled point defect resonators in two-dimensional photonic crystal. The frequency response of coupled resonators has been analyzed by the coupling of modes in time, from which the design parameters for the coupled resonator filters have been extracted. For the appropriate choice of the design parameters, each resonator is treated as a lumped L-C resonance circuit, and from the analogy between the equivalent circuit and the standard L-C filter circuits, the design parameters are simply determined from the table for general filter circuit design. Based on the determined design parameters, a photonic crystal based filter has been designed and its performance has been calculated using the finite-difference time-domain method. The designed filter shows a pass band of 50GHz and 0.5 dB in-band ripple, which is suitable for typical WDM communication systems with 100GHz channel spacing.

        위치추적 센서를 이용한 터널의 실시간 시공관리

        Construction sites are becoming larger and complex with the growth of national economy. Accordingly, it is important to identify real-time information about materials, equipments, and manpower during construction at sites. Even though research utilizing position tracking sensors has been conducted in architectural engineering fields, this area of research is almost nil in civil engineering fields. Therefore, a feasibility study to find a way to apply position tracking sensors to an in-situ tunnel construction site adopting conventional tunnelling method is performed in this study. A methodology is proposed that the progress management of the tunnelling work can be monitored by checking construction materials needed at job site and the safety management system can be assessed by checking distance between in-situ workers and construction equipments. The most representative materials were identified so that IT technology can be applied by attaching and monitoring sensors to the selected materials. Also, time of arrival (TOA) for a position determination technology along with a wireless network technology was chosen and build wireless network system. The adopted methodology was applied to an in-situ tunnelling site, and verified the usefulness of the proposed system. 국가 경제규모의 성장과 더불어 단위 건설현장도 대형화, 복합화 되어 가고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 건설현장에서는 효율적인 프로젝트 관리를 위하여 자재, 장비, 인력 등의 자원에 관한 실시간 정보파악의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 최근 건축분야에서는 다양한 위치추적 센서를 활용한 시공관리에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 토목분야에서는 이러한 연구가 거의 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 터널 시공 방법 중 NATM 공법을 대상으로 위치추적이 가능한 센서를 활용하여 자재를 이용한 진도관리와 장비와 인력간의 안전관리에 있어서 실제 현장에 활용 가능한 방법을 제시하였다. 각 공정의 자재를 이용한 진도관리 방안과 사람과 장비의 거리를 통한 안전관리 방안을 제시하였다. 센서를 부착할 진도관리용 자재를 선정하고, 위치좌표를 계산하기 위한 TOA방식의 무선측위기술과 무선랜을 이용하여 터널 현장에 무선 네트워크 시스템을 구축하였다. 이를 바탕으로 터널 현장에 적용 가능한 모델을 제시하였으며, 현장 예비 시험과 현장시험을 통하여 시스템을 검증하였다.

        Screening with the Korean Version of the Mood Disorder Questionnaire for Bipolar Disorders in Adolescents: Korean Validity and Reliability Study

        Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the validity and reliability of a Korean version of the Mood Disorder Questionnaire-Adolescent version (K-MDQ-A) as a screening instrument for bipolar disorders in adolescents. Methods: One hundred two adolescents with bipolar disorders and their parents were recruited from November 2014 to November 2016 at 7 training hospitals. One hundred six controls were recruited from each middle school in two cities of South Korea. The parent version of the original MDQ-A was translated into Korean. The parents of all participants completed the K-MDQ-A. The diagnoses of bipolar disorders were determined based on the Korean version of K-SADS-PL. The test-retest reliability with a 10-month interval was investigated in 33 bipolar adolescents. Results: K-MDQ-A yielded a sensitivity of 0.90 and a specificity of 0.92 when using a cut-off score of endorsement of 5 items, indicating that symptoms occurred in the same time period and caused moderate or serious problems. The internal consistency of the K-MDQ-A was good. The correlations between each item and the total score ranged from 0.40 to 0.76 and were all statistically significant. Factor analysis revealed 3 factors that explained 61.25% of the total variance. The mean total score was significantly higher in bipolar adolescents (7.29) than in controls (1.32). The Pearson correlation coefficient for the total test-retest score was 0.59 (p<0.001). Conclusion: The K-MDQ-A completed by parents showed the excellent validity and reliability and may be a useful screening tool for adolescents with bipolar disorders attending in- and outpatient psychiatric clinics.
