Recently, the robustness against daily impact is important according to portablization and downsizing of mobile electronics. Especially, almost parts of cellular phone should undergo drop test when they fall 1.5 m above ground. This test simulates the case when cellular phone slips through user's fingers while he is talking on the phone. This paper studies a drop test of auto focusing (AF) actuator for camera module in cellular phone. This component is composed of voice coil motor (VCM) as an actuator and leaf spring as a guide and suspension. The leaf spring's deformation is essential for the test because its permanent distortion disables the focusing, and then, a high quality photograph cannot be obtained. Up to now the drop test has been carried out after fabricating real AF actuator. We propose a dropt test model which simulates the drop test based on finite element analysis. This model makes us enable investigate the stress acting on the clamping and curved parts of leaf spring. Stress over Von Mises criterion lets the spring deformed permanently, and then AF actuator malfunctioned, It helps us to design and modify AF actuator without manufacturing the real product. And also, it saves the time and cost for the development of new products.
중환자에서 동맥혈 가스분석 횟수와 그로인한 실혈량에 대한 연구

Background : Arterial blood gas analysis is the most comon exam in intensive care unit. In this study, the frequency of blood gas analysis and the amount of blood loss after Blood Gas Analysis in Intensive Care Unit were observed. Methods : From November 1999 to February 2000, 115 patients admitted to intensive care unit at Soonchunhyang university Kumi hospital were studied prospectively for the frequency of blood gas analysis and the amount of blood loss after blood gas analysis in Intensive Care Unit. Results : The mean value of frequency of blood gas analysis was 6.41±6.49 and the mean value of amount of blood loss after blood gas analysis was 0.78ml. This was lower than that of other foreign reports. The patients with ventilator therapy above 24 hours showed higher frequency of blood gas analysis than that of not applied ventilator patients. Pulse oxymetry was applied to all patients and the frequency of blood gas analysis was decreased due to the use of strict pulse oxymetry. Conclusion : Doctors and nurses in intensive care unit keep in mind that adequate blood sampling is needed for the decrease of blood loss. Education and protocol for the decrease of blood loss after arterial blood gas analysis may be necessary.

Abstract-A rapid and high sensitive HPLC method for the determination of norepinehrine is described. 1-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyrene-6-sulfonyl chloride (DAPS-Cl) was used as a pre-column fluorescent derivtizing reagent for HPLC determination of norepinephrine. The optimal conditions for the derivatization of norepinephrine with DAPS-Cl such as reaction temperature, reaction time, and the amount of DAPS-Cl were described. The structure of derivative was confirmed from ^1H-NMR spectra. The DAPS-NE derivative was separated on a reverse phase column(ODS-1) using the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.05 M phosphate buffer (pH 4.5) as the mobile phase and monitored by fluorescence detector. Linearity of calibration curve was obtained and the ddetection limits in a 10㎕ injection volume was 200 fmol.

Conventional paternity index and probability of paternity can not be calculated when probe that hybridize to multiple VNTR loci because alleles are not ascertained to specific loci. Therefore, an alternate method based upon the chance of band-sharing used to get paternity index and probability of paternity in this study using multi-locus pV47-2 probe. From 57 parentage cases of Korean pedigree we found 12.08, 11.86, and 12.31 of average DNA fingerprints present in mother, father and child., respectively. Among 614 DNA bands present in 57 children, 7 bands are not assignable to neither number of bands shared between nother and father is 1.71, with mean band-sharing coefficiency of 0.1798. All bands present in the child's pattern but absent in the mother's are 5.14 on average as obligator paternal band, but a child are transmitted 5, 47 from mother. In 10 non-parentage cases, however, a child shared bands of 1.20 on average with a putative father, whereas shared bands of 5.60 with a biological mother. In the paternity test of a child having 3 bands of obligatory paternal origin, paternity index(PI) and probability of paternity(PP) are calculated with the band0sharing coefficiency of 0.18 as 21.4, and 95.4%, respectively. These results suggest that RFLP analysis using multi-locus pV47-2 probe could identify with virtual certainty one particular man as the biological father of a child.

상기 실험으로부터 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. Hunter-value를 측정한 결과 hunter L-value 즉, 백색도에 있어서는 glycerin+carthamin+locithin의 경우가 실온저장 및, 열악조건 그리고 광조사시에 있어서 모두 8 시간이 경과하면서부터는 급격하게 상승하는 모습을 보였다. 2. 실온하에서 hunter a-value 즉, 적색도에 있어서는 carthamin 첨가구가, b-value 즉, 황색도에 있어서는 paprika 첨가구가 더 강하게 나타났다. 열악조건에서는 실온저장의 경우와 다소 다른 양상을 보여주었는데. D.W+carthamin+lecithin의 경우에 있어서도 hunter L-value가 낮은 값을 나타냈으며, hunter a-value의 경우 soybean oil+paprika에서도 높은값을 보여주었다. 3. 유변학적 특성에 대한 실험에서 비교적 고점도를 가지고 있는 glycerin을 base material로하였을 때는 이에 비해 저점도라고 할 수 있는 soybean oil이나 증류수가 쓰여졌을 때보다 spindle의 rpm에 따른 viscosity나 shear rate 및 shear stress등의 같이 월등히 높은 값을 나타냈다. 그리고, 일반적으로 spindle의 rpm에 대한 shear rate 및 shear stress의 값은 비례적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 유화제의 사용여부에 있어서는 lecithin을 사용했을 경우. 사용하지 않았을 때보다 높은 점도를 나타냈고, 동일한 조건에서 carthamin보다는 paprika가 두 배 정도 더 높은 점도를 나타냈다. 4. soybean oil을 사용한 실험구에 있어서는lecithin의 첨가유무가 점도에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, glycerin을 사용한 실험구에 있어서는 유화제인 lecithin을 병행했을 경우, 특이하게도 오히려 paprika에서보다 carthamin에서 더 높은 점도를 나타냈다. 5. Shear stress의 경우 soybean oil 첨가구와 glycerin 첨가구가 현저한 차이를 보이며 증가한 반면, shear rate에 있어서는 두 가지 경우모두 거의 같은 경향을 나타낸 점이 특이했다. This study was peformed to evaluate the food technological properties according to different emulsion state of carthamus red pigment. For making emulsion, lecithin was used as an emulsifier and polyglycerol monooleate(PGMO) and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate(Tween 80) were used as an assistant, and glycerin, distilled water and soybean oil were used as base materials respectively. Paprika stock solution was used for comparing carthamin on the rheological properties. The results were described as following; 1. Hunter L-value was not drastically increased until passed by 8 hours for glycerin, carthamin, and lecithin mixed sample. 2. Hunter a-value was higher at carthamin added sample than others, and b-value was higher to paprika added sample than others. 3. The viscosity, shear rate and shear stress levels in which glycerin was used as base material were higher than soybean oil or distilled water. 4. In which soybean oil was used as base material, lecithin was not affected on the rheological properties. But, in which glycerin was used, the lecithin was higher affected on carthamin than paprika. 5. The value of shear stress was increased both carthamin and soybean oil. However, that of shear rate was shown similar trends.
Column-Switching HPLC法을 利用한 血淸中의 Ciprofloxacin의 定量法에 관한 硏究

Abstracts-A small precolumn(40×2 mm, i.d.) packed with Amberlite XAD-7 facilitates the determination of ciprofloxacin in serum by permitting direct injection of relatively small volume(100㎕) of diluted serum. A pH 7.0 phosphate buffer washes out the serum components and acetonitrile: methanol: 5 mM tetrabutylammonium bromide(pH 2.0) (10 : 5 : 85, v/v) subsequently elutes the drug from the precolumn through the analytical column. This method showed high precision with good sensitivity and speed, and a detection limit of 0.1㎍/㎖. The total analysis time per sample was less than 15 min, and the mean coefficients of variation of intra- and inter-assay were both less than 4.8%. The method has been successfully applied to serum samples from human volunteers receiving oral administration of ciprofloxacin.
