In this study, we consider an efficient and accurate finite difference method for the four underlying asset equity-linked securities (ELS). The numerical method is based on the operator splitting method with non-uniform grids for the underlying assets. Even though the numerical scheme is implicit, we solve the system of discrete equations in explicit manner using the Thomas algorithm for the tri-diagonal matrix resulting from the system of discrete equations. Therefore, we can use a relatively large time step and the computation of the ELS option pricing is fast. We perform characteristic computational test. The numerical test confirm the usefulness of the proposed method for pricing the four underlying asset equity-linked securities.

Recently, more detailed fault diagnosis is being performed by analyzing the current status and changes of equipment through condition monitoring data obtained through various sensor data. In addition to fault diagnosis, attempts to predict the remaining useful life (RUL) in the event of a fault are being studied in various ways. RUL prediction is very important as a key indicator that can be used as a reference for equipment replacement time, cost reduction, and accident prevention. In this study, we propose a method for predicting the remaining life of equipment by extracting an abnormal pattern based on data collected from a ship"s propulsion motor. To this end, the dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm, which is a nonlinear pattern matching technique, and a method applying KNN were presented, and their effectiveness was examined through a simple case study.

<P>Synthetic hydrogels have been extensively investigated as artificial extracellular matrices (ECMs) for tissue engineering in vitro and in vivo. Crucial challenges for such hydrogels are sustaining long-term cytocompatible encapsulation and providing appropriate cues at the right place and time for spatio-temporal control of the cells. Here, in situ supramolecularly assembled and modularly modified hydrogels for long-term engineered mesenchymal stem cell (eMSC) therapy are reported using cucurbit[6]uril-conjugated hyaluronic acid (CB[6]-HA), diaminohexane conjugated HA (DAH-HA), and drug-conjugated CB[6] (drug-CB[6]). The eMSCs producing enhanced green fluorescence protein (EGFP) remain alive and emit the fluorescence within CB[6]/DAH-HA hydrogels in mice for more than 60 d. Furthermore, the long-term expression of mutant interleukin-12 (IL-12M) by eMSCs within the supramolecular hydrogels results in effective inhibition of tumor growth with a significantly enhanced survival rate. Taken together, these findings confirm the feasibility of supramolecular HA hydrogels as 3D artificial ECMs for cell therapies and tissue engineering applications.</P>

Today, the mental stress and fatigue of counselors due to emotional labor are negatively affecting job satisfaction because of the relatively higher working environment than workers in other industries and occupations. As a result, they suffer from various symptoms and aftereffects such as emotional dissonance and mental fatigue due to psychological damage, suicidal thoughts and increased psychological exhaustion due to depression. Accordingly, the government intends to analyze emotional labor and job exhaustion by factors, and identify the relationship between emotional labor and job exhaustion to reveal how the job exhaustion formed by emotional labor affects the intention of turnover. Through this, the purpose of the study is to analyze the emotional labor of travel counselors by factors, to provide basic data to relieve job stress, and to establish programs and systems for companies to cope with emotional labor and job exhaustion. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, verification of the relationship between internal behavioral factors and job exhaustion of emotional labor has shown that internal behavior has a significant effect on both dehumanization and emotional exhaustion, which are job exhaustion factors. Second, verification of the relationship between surface behavior and job exhaustion in emotional labor has shown that surface behavior has a significant effect on dehumanization among job exhaustion factors, but not on emotional exhaustion. Third, the verification of the relationship between job exhaustion and turnover, formed by emotional labor, showed that both dehumanization and emotional exhaustion, which are factors of job exhaustion, have a significant effect on the intention of turnover.
