IT 기술력으로 대한민국을 연결하다: 메쉬코리아의 성공 메커니즘 분석

온라인 쇼핑 시장의 발전과 코로나19 바이러스의 확산으로 비대면 생활 시대가 점진되면서 라스트 마일 시장(Last Mile Market)은 유래 없는 호황을 맞이하고 있다. 이제는 배송의 대상이 음식에 국한되지 않고 편의점, H&B 스토어 등 비(非)음식분야까지 서비스가 보편화 되었다. 본 연구는 라스트 마일 업계에서 IT(Information Technology) 기술력을 기반으로 성공적인 성장을 거듭하고 있는 메쉬코리아의 성공 사례를 자원기반이론(RBV)의 확장 모델로 평가되는 SER-M 패러다임을 통해 분석했다. 주체의 특성, 환경적 조건, 자원의 역량요인 등이 융합 · 결합을 통해 어떠한 메커니즘을 형성하여 성공할 수 있었는지, 그리고 더 큰 성장을 위해 어떤 도전과제에 직면하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 선순환적 성장 메커니즘을 구축시켜준 주요 원동력은 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 주체변수의 특성은 창업가의 기업가정신으로 나타났다. 메쉬코리아의 창업주 유정범 대표는 아버지의 장례식장에서 배달 시스템의 비효율성을 보면서 이를 개선하기 위해 창업을 결심했다. 유대표의 기업가 정신은 현장 중시 철학인 ‘우문현답’, 모두에게 이익이 되도록 하려는 모토인 ‘세상에서 가장 깨끗한 1원의 가치’, 그리고 흔히 라이더(Rider)라 부르는 배송기사들에 대한 ‘섬김의 리더십’실천으로 부각된다. 둘째, 성공을 위한 환경적 요인은 온라인 쇼핑이 활성화되어 라스트 마일 사업이 확대된 시장 환경, 인공지능(AI), 빅데이터 등 다양한 기술의 발전에 힘입어 신유통 등 물류 시장에 혁신의 바람을 불게 한 시대적 환경, 그리고 코로나-19 신종 바이러스 확산에 따른 강력한 사회적 거리두기 조치등의 정책적 환경이 새로운 기회를 제공한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유정범 대표의 기업가 정신과 코로나 팬데믹 환경에 더하여 메쉬코리아가 보유하고 있는 인적, 물적 자원을 업계에서 유일하게 직영 구조로 운영하는 전략적 자원으로 구축 및 활용함으로써 글로벌 배송 업체까지도 벤치마킹하고자 하는 메쉬코리아의 선순환적 성공 메커니즘이 사내외로 확산되고 있음을 확인하였다. 논문의 마지막 부분에서는 대부분의 사업과 산업이 어려움에 처한 상황에서도 배송업계에 대한 낙관적 전망에 따라 포화상태로 접어들고 있는 라스트 마일 업계에서 메쉬코리아가 향후 직면하게 될 도전과제에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 메쉬코리아의 성공적 성장사례를 통해 스타트업 기업들의 시장진입 및 성장전략, 그리고 그 과정에서 직면하게 되는 이슈와 과제를 어떻게 대응하고 극복해 갈 것인지에 대한 방법을 토론하는 데 그 의미를 두고자 하였다. The Last Mile Market is experiencing an unprecedented boom due to advent of the non-faceto-face life era caused by the development of the online shoppong market and the spread of the COVID-19. The target of delivery is not limited to food, and services have become common in non-food fields such as convenience stores and H&B stores. This study analyzed the success cases of Mesh Korea, which has achieved successful results based on IT(Information Technology) in the Last Mile Industry, through a ser-M model. and this study examines what kind of mechanisms the subject, environment, and resourse factors could have formed and succeeded through fusion and combination, and what challenges they face for greater growth. CEO Rhyu Jeong-beom, founder of Mesh Korea, decided to start a business in order to improve the inefficiency of the delivery system at his father’s funeral. His entrepreneurship is “Woo Moon Hyeon-dap(The answer to our problem is in the field),” a philosophy that focuses on the field, “the cleanest value of 1 won in the world,” and the leadership of serving delivery riders. Environmental factors for success were analyzed by dividing in to Market Environment in which the Last Mile Market has expanded due to active online shopping, The environment of the times in which various technologies such as AI(artificial intelligence) and big data have been developed to blow the wind of innovation in the logistics market. and Policy Environment such as strong social distancing following the spread of the COVID-19. This study presents the challenges that Mesh Korea will face in the future in the last mile industry, which is saturated with indyustry optimism. And it is meaningful in discussing how to overcome the start-up and growth of start-up companies and the challenges they will face through the case of Mesh Korea.

영도구 자원봉사활동 활성화 방안 연구

The importance of volunteering service activity has greatly come to the front as a value to comprehensive politics, economy, society and culture and supplement. On 'the year of world volunteers', the organized 'Korea Commission' is in active service, and ahead of the 2002 Korean and Japanese World Cup, many efforts are being made for enacting 'the Support Law of Volunteering Service Activity' while the boom of volunteering activity is formed. The purpose of this study was to improve the volunteer activities in Yeongdo-Gu, Busan. The surveys were conducted by nongovernment organizations, religious organizations, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, universities and individual volunteers. The statistical analysis was used descriptive statistics by using SAS 10.2 program. The results of these surveys are summarized as follows: First,a membership of Yeongdo-Gu Volunteering Service Center established in 1997 is 1,277(man 634, woman 643) and its roles are to network with welfare facilities, to enhance the participating rate of citizens, and to educate volunteers and so forth. Second, as a result of individual volunteers survey, the subject of analysis were a total 64 cases of 45(70.3%) male and 19(29.7) female, their occupations are students 32(50.8%), housekeeper 13(20.6%). Third, Volunteers were participating in various fields of volunteer including social welfare, environment, transportation, health, culture and art. Thus operation plans to activate Yeongdo-Gu Volunteer activities are proposed as follows. First, it is necessary for assurance of volunteering resource in community and volunteering network construction for efficiency management. Second, it is also necessary for assurance of training program for volunteer.

'90년대 한국농구의 전개과정 연구

The present study is a chronological analysis of the history of the Korean basketball, focused on a decade from 1991 through 2000. The development processes are examined in three main divisions of school basketball, adult basketball, and the Korean basketball in future. First, in school basketball, athletes' body height and skills have all but similarly developed in elementary schools' basketball throughout the nation. Middle and high school athletes have held a lot of competitions, where some promising players for adult basketball teams have been produced. In campus basketball, however, much progress was seen in the First League of Seoul and its vicinity universities, while the Second League of local colleges have merely regressed. Second, in adult basketball, considerable and visible progress was made owing to the birth of professional basketball teams and the KBL in the mid-1990s. This opened a new chapter in the Korean basketball history, resulting in an epoch-making stride of the overall Korean basketball, heightening the levels of participation and consciousness of the players and the basketball-concerned people, and triggering further development in sports marketing and sports administration. Last, in the world arena, the Korean basketball has failed to capture any championships (including the ABC) in the 1990s since it earned the silver medal in women's basketball in the 1984 LA Olympics. After the birth of the WKBL, however, the Korean women's representative team made another myth by standing the 4th in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Therefore, the Korean basketball should hold even more regional contests for the purpose of achieving standardization or equalization among the various levels of school teams across the country. Adult teams also need to grow their athletic performance based on fair play and real sportsmanship, not on excessive commercialism. This also applies to the Korean basketball in the world stage, where pure and authentic sportsmanship is emphasized.

Lightweight Printed Dipole Antenna Array With 3×2 Beamforming Network for Wide UAV Communication Coverage

In this paper, a lightweight printed dipole antenna array with 3×2 beamforming network for wide unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication coverage is presented. The proposed antenna consists of an upper substrate, a lower substrate, and two supports with a microstrip feeding. The upper substrate has a two-element printed dipole antenna array, and the lower substrate includes a beamforming feeding circuit and a ground plane as a refector of the proposed antenna array for gain improvement. For wide beam coverage, the proposed feeding network consists of three RF switches, one Wilkinson power divider, and one 90° hybrid coupler, and generates the wide beam using one broadside beam and two end-fre beams. Measured impedance bandwidth, peak gain, and half-power beamwidth (HPBW) of the proposed array operated from 5.03 to 5.15 GHz are approximately 2 GHz, 4.3 dBi, and 155°, respectively.

편마비 환자의 정상측과 마비측의 비복근 운동점에서의 근육 두께 차이

Objective : To investigate any difference of muscle thickness in the motor points of the gastrocnemius between the paretic and non-paretic legs in hemiplegics. Method : Ultrasonography was used to assess in vivo the gastrocnemius muscle thickness at the motor points in the paretic and non-paretic legs of twenty-four patients with stroke. Results : Muscle thickness at the motor points were reduced in the paretic legs compared to the non-paretic legs (p<0.05). There was no correlation between muscle thickness and duration of hemiplegia, site of hemiplegia. However, it did not take regular pattern of the muscular atrophy in the paretic legs. Conclusion : The gastrocnemius muscle of the paretic leg had smaller thickness compared with the non-paretic leg. The present results indicate that paresis in hemiplegics may affect the accuracy of intramuscular injection of botulinum toxin A. Therefore, we recommend ultrasonography for visually controlled, anatomically precise injection of botulinum toxins.

홈 네트워크 테스트베드 설계 및 구축

Recently, as many next-generation appliances are become digital and intelligent, companies have come out various networked appliances to communicate with each other though home network. It will be expensive and difficult to apply new technologies using real appliances for verifying application services. Therefore, a home network testbed, which is consisted of simulator and emulator for verifying interworking services of various information appliances, is needed to reduce design cost and time. In this paper, a home network testbed is implemented and designed to support interworking services of home network. The devices in the testbed are designed with modular components for reusability, and the components are invoked through XML message. The correctness and effectiveness of the testbed is verified through interworking services on various components.

플라톤의 양생법연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Plato's Yangseng Method. The Yangseng Method means the therapeutic method without medicine. The following paragraph is thought to best summarize Plato's thought of Yangseng. 1. His Yangseng Method has the exercise of the goodness of disposition. 2. The other method is the nutrition of the simplicity. 3. Tnother method is the sex of the well disposition. Therefore, the three requisites for the health of Plato is the goodness of disposition in the Exercise, the Nutrition and the sex.

여가교육 프로그램이 재택 노인의 여가활동 참여, 권태감, 고독감, 그리고 우울증에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify effects of Leisure education on psychosocial well-being of older women who are home-centered. Subjects met the following criteria:(a) older than 65 years, (b) have not participated in another leisure education or leisure counseling program, (c) had difficulty leaving her home without assistance and limitations in two or more activities of daily living. A single subject multiple baseline design, replicated across two participants, was employed. the effects of the leisure education program on the dependent measures of psychosocial well-being were analyzed through visual inspection of graphic displays which involved identification of the following factor:(a) median level within and between conditions;(b) trend direction and changer in trend within and between phases. The intervention consisted of participation in a leisure education program twice a week for one hour over(eight)weeks. Participants' leisure participation was positively affected by the leisure education program. The measures of psychological well-being (boredom, loneliness and depression) were not affected by the leisere education program.

냉각판을 이용한 반응고 A356합금의 미세조직

In this study, microstructure, size of primary α, solid fraction and hardness of A356 Al alloy were investigated. Semi-solid A356 alloys were obtained by semi-solid continuous casting apparatus consists of melting furnace, formation apparatus of granular primary α and continuous casting apparatus. Size of primary α and solid fraction were decreased with decreasing temperature, and with increasing volume of cooling water. At the cooling water temperature of 15℃ and cooling water volume of 18.2ℓ/min, the sizes of primary α phases were decreased up to 40㎛, and fraction solid was 0.68.
