      • 韓國 카톨릭 金屬聖物에 關한 考察 : 龕室을 中心으로 AROUND THE TABERNACLE

        The followings are the results of analysis about the tabernacles. First, there are two manufacturing methods of tabernacles. One is the way to stick nonferrous metals on wood with glue, in this case, it's in danger of destruction by fire because of the inflammability of wood and glue. The other is the way to plate with nonferrous metals after fixing the insulation or the fireproof materials on wood, and adding on an iron plate. This method has better firmness, duration, and the high fire prevention and fireproof effect owing to assembling method without using glue, and adding an iron plate and insulation. Second, in these days, we can notice it's changing from a hexahedral form a polyhedric and Gothic form. The forms emphasized on the formative character appears, reflects on one's faith and artistic expression, and becomes a little bit bigger. That means the formative trends of the times and the change of the artistic sense effect on Catholic artworks, and also Cathoic artworks are connected with the contemporary trend of art closely. The general form is a hexahedron among about 40 tabernacles, taking 60% of all. And the horizontal form of hexahedral tabernacles are the most common form among hexahedrons, taking about 56%. Such a phenomenon happened because a right-angled hexahedron implies the sense of security, dignity and rigidity most effectively among the various forms of tabernacle, and because of its practicality. In materials, copper is used most frequently and the followings are next in order, brass, bronze, stainless steel, sterling silver, iron, and nikel silver. The reason why copper maintains a superior position is because it's soft and easy to do plasticity of sheet metal. Brass is good for expressing grace and beauty with its golden color. Because bronze is appropriate to the relief of the complicated patterns as the molding material, it's used a lot after copper and brasss. And the tabernacles constructed lately are made with iron and marble besides those materials, and it's from the reason concerned about its permanence and firmness. In the technics of the surface decoration, relief by molding, texture of the traces by hammering, chasing are representative, and partly we can find out the technics of engraving, inlay, enamel, and open work. Although molding is highly evaluated because it's easy to express the complicated patterns and proper to relief, it doesn't have the aroma of handicraft and metalwork. Third, the proportion of width to length is generally(1.3~1.1):1, and the relation between the length of body and that of bottom doesn't have specific rules, but the proportion of 8:1 is general. Although it's hard to find out using Golden mean and Root in the proportion of width to length of taberncles, partly analyzed, there are many adapted near the proportion of Root and Golden mean, especially ?? and ?? are predominant. Fourth, in the pattern described on tabernacles, mostly the cross patterns are shown without omission, and besides the patterns of grape, wheatear, and fish are used symbolic meaning of the Sacrament. But some tabernacles constructed lately have the symbolic meaning of modem sense, excluding the traditional Catholic symbols. This fact is understood as the part of artistic expression to show the one's faith and thoughts with religious visual language. In color, we can analyze it as two parts, a body and patterns, the major color of patterns is gold(63%), and the followings are red and yellow. In the color of body, the best usage is brown(34%) and the next is gold(23%), besides there are silver-gray and yellow. The reason gold is used a lot is to heighten sacredness, nobility and dignity, and brown is used to express to noble and graceful image, comparing with gold. Fifth, as saying Missa [Mass], because a tabernacle must not to be the object of worship, it's better to avoid the place on the altar and the direction to central aisle. Thus the left or right side behind the altar is good place to install a tabernacle.

        실시간 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션 및 컨텐트 제작을 위한 통합 시스템 설계

        본 논문에서는 윈도우즈 시스템에서 네트워크를 통한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 제작 및 프리젠테이션을 위한 통합 시스템 구축을 위한 설계 방법에 대해 제안하였다. 특히, 오디오, 비디오와 같은 연속 미디어를 비롯한 다양한 미디어 데이터를 하나의 생성 도구를 통해 제작 및 편집하기 위한 통합형 편집기 설계 방안에 대해 기술하였다. 또한, 네트워크를 통해 전송된 멀티미디어 데이터를 프리젠테이션 하기 위해 필요한 버퍼링 및 시나리오 기반 프리젠테이션 기법 설계 방안과 멀티미디어 편집기와 프리젠테이션 기능을 유기적으로 통합하기 위한 시스템 모델을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션 과정에서 QoS를 유지하기 위해 필요한 프리젠테이션 제어, 동기화 제어, 사용자 입력 제어 등의 요구를 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 이벤트모니터링 기반 스레드 처리 기법을 제안하였다. This paper presents a method to design the integrated system for supporting both multimedia contents creation and its presentation in a windows system. Especially, it describes techniques for designing an integrated editor that can be used to crate and edit various media data including continuous media such as audio and video. And it also proposes a system model for systematically integrating multimedia creation tool with multimedia presentation system where the buffering and scenario-based presentation methods are included in the propose system for supporting effective multimedia presentation through a network. Finally, we describe a threads processing technique based on event monitoring to satisfy needs for presentation control, synchronization control, and user's input control during a multimedia presentation.

        This study adopts a meaning to investigate the device in order to utilize all the factors of our traditional culture for the cultural goods, rediscover traditional culture by putting design into practice, widen the width of cultural goods. The consequent material of this study, shows the possibility of developing the competitive cultural goods domestically and internationally and, also, is considered to contribute slightly to develop a traditional culture image-oriented cultural goods fulfilling the sense and taste of the times. All the factors of our cultural heritage are needed to be induced to be utilizable, as not only souvenir and cultural goods but also the software of the strategically cultural industry. That's why, though cultural industry premises the recognition of a higher value-added industry, on the other hand, this point may be a ground for the globalization of national culture and the interplay of these objects may create the synergy effect.

      • 『직지(直指)』를 활용한 문화관광상품 개발 연구 : 금속공예품을 중심으로 Focusing on the Metalwork

        This study is aimed at the investigation of the cultural tourism goods and developing the tentative products applied 「Jikji」, as a part of the improvement of understanding and the publicity device concerning the world's oldest metal type printed book 「Jikji」. Encouraging to contact an unique local cultural heritage, as an lively cultural tourism resources, attempts to a local economic development, increase local residents' cultural self-conceit and offer an opportunity to recognize our cultural heritage, therefore, announce cultural superiority externally. Local cultural heritage is sincerely to be named 'a high valuable' as the world's cultural heritage when the world-wide universality and speciality owned jointly by dissolving cultural heritage, called 「Jikji」, into the world's culture through a medium such as cultural tourism goods called 「Jikji」 developed by this study.

      • VANET 환경을 위한 속도 기반 다중 CDS 생성 기법

        차량간 무선 통신 환경인 VANET에서 중요하게 여겨지는 문제점 중에 하나는 메시지 브로드캐스팅시 발생 가능한 메시지 폭주 현상(Broadcasting Storm)이다. 최근 무선 애드 혹 네트워크나 이동 애드 혹 네트워크(MANET) 환경에서 이를 해결하기 위해 Connected Dominating Set(CDS) 기법을 제안하여 최대한 중복된 메시지가 전달되지 않도록 하였다. MANET의 한 분야인 차량 애드 혹 네트워크(VANET)에서도 이러한 CDS 가상 백본 망을 이용하면 효율적인 메시지 전파를 기대할 수 있지만, 그 동안의 CDS 생성 기법은 노드의 속도와 방향이 고려되지 않았기 때문에 안정적인 CDS 망을 유지할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 VANET 환경에 적합한 CDS 환경을 만들기 위해 노드의 이동성을 고려한 기존의 Timer-based CDS 생성 기법에 속도와 방향 두 가지 인자를 추가하여 Velocity-based Multi-CDS(VM-CDS) 기법을 제안하였고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존 방안보다 더 안정적으로 유지됨을 입증하였다.

        와이어의 연선공정시 스틸 코드에서의 잔류 비틀림 모멘트의 해석

        The effects of various factors were studied on the process of a steel cord by twisting wires. To remove residual twisting moment after the steel cord process, the twisting angles of residual elasti c twisting and overtwisting were measured and compared with finite element results. The agreement between experimental data and finite element calculations was good for the angles of residual elastic twisting and over-twisting. The stress distributions in a steel cord under complex loading conditions were also obtained by using the finite element analysis.

        실별제어 난방 시스템의 부분부하 효율 향상을 위한 바이패스 히팅 시스템 성능 평가

        In this study, a bypass heating system was suggested to improve the part load efficiency of individual room control for residential heating systems. TRNSYS simulation model for the suggested system was developed and heating energy consumption was analyzed to examine the practical applicability. The system was represented with 3-way valves, small circulation pump, and electric heater, which operates under part load condition that water temperature difference becomes less than 10℃. Simulation results showed that the heating energy consumption was reduced by 60% under the aforementioned part load condition. During the whole heating season, the bypass heating system operated for 342 hours, while the operation time of the boiler was reduced by 19.6%. Consequently, heating and pumping energy was reduced by 4.02% and 15.1%, respectively, which resulted in the overall energy saving by 4.12%.

        광선반 기능이 결합된 복사냉방 패널의 냉방용량 평가

        The present study was conducted to evaluate the cooling capacity of a thermally activated light shelf (TALS), which can be regarded as radiant cooling panel integrated with light shelf. A mock-up test chamber and Physibel simulation model were developed, considering that the upper and lower surfaces of TALS are exposed to room air and cooling load. Mock-up test results showed that the cooling capacity increases from 57.5 to 82 W/㎡ when the additional cooling load is applied to the upper surface of TALS. As the developed simulation model showed a good agreement with the experimental results, several simulations were performed to investigate the TALS cooling capacity under different cooling load and chilled water conditions. Cooling capacity was 56.1~98.3 W/㎡ while the temperature difference between room air and mean water temperature (Δθ) was 9.4~15.2 K. Further studies are suggested to achieve a sufficient cooling capacity of TALS without excessive temperature difference Δθ. .
