This research introduces the sputtered IZO thin film transistor (TFT) with solution-processed $Al_2O_3$ diffusion layer. IZO is one of the most commonly used amorphous oxide semiconductor (AOS) TFT. However, most AOS TFTs have many defects that degrade performance. Especially oxygen vacancy in the active layer. In previous research, aluminum was used as a carrier suppressor by binding the oxygen vacancy and making a strong bond with oxygen atoms. In this paper, we use a solution-processed $Al_2O_3$ diffusion layer to fabricate stable IZO TFTs. A double-layer solution-processed $Al_2O_3$-sputtered IZO TFT showed better performance and stability, compared to normal sputtered IZO TFT.

용인지역은 최근 10년 사이에 개발로 인한 매장문화재조사가 적지 않게 이루어져 왔고, 많은 유적과 유물이 출토되어 학계는 물론 일반인들로부터 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 이 글은 최근까지 용인에서 조사된 신라 유적과 유물을 중심으로 과연 언제, 어디에서부터 어떤 과정을 거쳐 신라인들이 터전을 잡아 살아왔는지와 그들 문화가 갖는 성격은 무엇인지에 대하여 살펴보았다. 필자는 유적과 유물의 조사현황을 관방, 고분, 불교, 주거지, 생산유적별로 알아보고, 각 유적의 축조시기와 성격을 비롯하여 그들의 문화가 시간적인 흐름에 따라 크게 3단계로 나누어질 수 있음을 파악하였다. 관방유적 중에서는 할미산성을 가장 먼저 축조하고, 삼국통일 이후 안정화를 이루어 나가면서 처인성과 보개산성이 축성된다 고분군은 보정동 고분군이 용인지역에서 가장 규모가 클 뿐만 아니라, 오랜 기간 동안 중심 묘역으로 이용되었음을 알 수 있었다. 주거지는 미북동을 중심으로 형성되기 시작했는데, 백제 주거지들도 함께 조사되었다는 점에서 기존에 있던 취락지가 그대로 이용되었음을 보여준다. 불교유적은 서울과 경기지역 중에서 서울, 하남에 이어 세 번째로 많은 사찰이 분포되어 있고, 석조유물도 적지 않다는 점에서 용인이 한산주에서는 불교문화의 한 축을 형성하였음을 짐작케 해주고 있다. 생산유적은 성복동 요지에서 기와와 토기를 생산하여 인근 지역으로 유통했음을 알 수 있는데, 그보다 일찍부터 재지품이 생산되었을 가능성이 높다. 결과적으로 용인에서 조사된 신라 유적과 유물을 통해 보면, 신라문화가 3단계를 거쳐 변천해 나갔음을 알 수 있었는데, 1단계는 6세기 중반~7세기 중반경으로 신라가 한강 유역을 점령하고, 할미산성을 축조하였으며, 마북동에 취락이 형성되기 시작함과 동시에 보정동에 고분이 조성되기 시작한다. 2단계는 7세기 중반~8세기 중반경으로 보정동 고분군에 고분 축조가 활발해지고, 토기와 기와 등의 생산시설이 들어서며, 용인 남부지역에 처인성이 축성된다. 3단계는 8세기 중반~10세기 초로 용인 전역에서 신라 유적과 유물이 확인되는데, 특히 영덕동 주거지와 같은 마을이 많아지고, 사찰이나 석조유물이 집중 조성되기도 하지만 9세기 후반기로 갈수록 지방사회의 혼란과 후삼국시대가 시작되면서 쇠퇴하기에 이른다. 또 한편으론 보개산성이 할미산성 대신 그 역할을 대신하며, 성복동 요지와 같은 생산시설이 증가되어 생산품들이 주변지역으로 유통된다. In this study, 1 investigated recently Shilla remains and the condition of survey of remains as ancient tombs, Buddism, residential area, and the different production remains. Shilla built first Hallmi mountain fortress walls. After the unification of Three Kingdoms and being stable, it built Chein fortress and Bogae mountain fortress walls. Ancient tombs are used in central boundaries of graves for long period, as well as the biggest size in Yongin. The residential area is formed in Mabuck-dong as central ares and 1 could find also Backjae residential ares so it showed that previous villages were used as it was. As Buddism remains, many temples were found. It followed Seoul and Hanam. And there were many stone made remains. It meaned that Yong In was a big part of Buddim culture in Hansanju. And most temples and stone made remains were made in middle 8 centuries and 9 centuries. The production remains were found in Unnam-dong, there were many different ironware. It meaned then agricultural fertility and remains related with powerful family. And in Sengbuck-dong ceramics complex they produced tiles and earthenware. Also they circulated them to nearby areas, it meaned that regional products were produced earlier than that time. Looking at the results Shilla culture were developed through 3 steps after investigating Shilla remains and ruins in Y ong In. As the first step, in middle 6 centuries or 7 centuries, Shilla occupied Han river at that time. Yong In built Hallmi mountain fortress walls, were formed by villages and built ancient tombs in Bojeng-dong. As the second step, in the middle 7centuries or the middle 8 centuries there were many regional products than external products based on remains of ancient tombs in Bojeng-dong. So they started building infrastructure with tiles and earthenware and built Chein Seng in southern part of Yong In. Especially temples and stone made remains were made intensively but as time went on, there were confusion in district society. After it was post three kingdom, it declined. Bogae mountain fortress walls substituted for Hallmi mountain fortress walls and infrastructure were increased and it were circulated to nearby area.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to review the clinical research trends of postpartum pelvic organ prolapse and to recognize the efficacy of Korean medicine intervention. Methods: Based on seven domestic and foreign databases, including Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), Journal of Korean Obstetric and Gynecology, Cochrane Library Central, Pubmed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and WangFang Med Online, we analyzed the clinical trials using Korean medicine intervention, which included acupuncture and herbal medicine. Data retrieval was carried out on May 18 to 20, 2020, and a total of 13 papers were included. Results: All papers were published in China and it contains nine randomized controlled trials, three clinical trials, and one case. The most frequently used intervention was herbal medicine, and Bupleuri Radix, Cimicifugae Rhizoma were used. The treatment group treated by Korean medicine intervention was more effective than the control group. Also, there were no significant side effects of Korean medicine. Conclusion: This study shows that Korean medicine can be effective and safe medical alternatives or options for pelvic organ prolapse patients. However, to laying the foundation of clinical guidelines and applying it to the real-world clinical scene, further follow-up research is needed.

May–Thurner syndrome (MTS) is a condition in which the left common iliac vein is irritated by chronic pulsatile compression between the right common iliac artery and the upper iliac or lumbar spine. It mainly causes swelling and pain in the left lower extremity, venous thrombosis, and repeated deep venous thrombosis. In patients with sudden swelling and pain in the left lower extremity and suspected lower extremity thrombosis, when no other obvious cause can be found, the possibility of MTS should be considered. We experienced a rare case of an older patient with atypical MTS caused by bone spur of the 4th and 5th lumbar vertebrae, which has been reported here along with a review of the literature.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effects of Korean medical hospitalization on six breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy. Methods: Six patients were diagnosed with breast cancer, and were admitted after chemotherapy. The patients were treated by Traditional Korean Medicine such as herb medication, acupuncture and moxibustion. Results: After the treatment, the adverse effects of chemotherapy such as general weakness and digestion disorder were improved. Conclusions: The case report shows that Korean medical hospitalization can be an effective option for treating breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy.

our continuing effort to investigate compounds having anti-inflammatory activity from natural products, Ail-anthus altissima was examined.
