Kim Soo Young is a brilliant poet in south korea as a influence of modernism. The Interest of Kim Soo Young are increased with focus on post-colonialism lastly. He has a peculiarity about his poem. This character is difference with other poet which is not concerned about post-colonialism. His poem is decline to participation of society and reality at the 1960's, started on modernism differently, at the same time his gaze look away to abroad over the boundary line. He contributed to living expense with translation part-time. This time variation is not avid with reception of cultural process. The enforcement of poet is involved overcome of colonization and post colonization as the possibility. Because of poet is subjected to process of variation at the mostly. This article is would take a multiple level which the problem evoked when Kim's criticism met a post-colonialism. Kim Sang Whan's these is approached from the deconstruction. As a result, Kim's discourse is fronted at hermetical reduction. In the other word, Kim's poetic vision is could possible to naturalism approach. But Kim Sang Whan's these point of view of transcendental is leave a work which concreted by the Kim Soo Young's criticism. He's criticism is influenced from English-American Literary Criticism in the processed translation. He's criticism is referenced by Allen Tate's absolutely. Also This article is focused to Emerson's criticism which translated by Kim Soo Young. Emerson is a represented philosopher and author who guided america's transcendentalism. Emerson's transcendentalism is re-presented in the Kim Soo Young's poem and criticism. Kim's point of view to the society is closed with Emerson. Emerson is concentrated whether he is climbed to master in the own's cultural area. This point influence to Kim's criticism directly. If we could emphasized to post-colonialism with Kim's, need a check various facts and influence. 최근 탈식민주의 문학론과 관련하여 김수영에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 많은 시인들 가운데에서 유독 김수영이 주목받고 있는 이유는 그의 시세계가 갖고 있는 특이성 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 그 특이성이란 모더니즘에서 출발한 그의 시가 1960년을 전후하여 현실 참여적인 시세계로 전환되면서 동시에 시적 시선이 나라 밖으로 경계를 넘나들고 있기 때문이다. 그는 번역을 통하여 생계를 꾸려나간 시인이기도 하였다. 번역을 통한 서구 문화의 수용 과정에서 나타나는 변용은 불가피한 것이었다. 이때 그 변용의 과정을 주체화하려는 시인의 몸짓은 식민의 극복과 탈식민의 가능성을 내포한 것이었다.이 글에서는 김수영과 탈식민주의 문학론이 마주칠 때 나타나는 문제점을 다양한 층위에서 다루고자 하였다. 우선 김상환의 논의는 해체론적 관점에서 접근하고 있다. 그를 통해서 김수영에 대한 해석학적 환원이 일어났다. 김수영의 시세계에 대한 본질적인 접근이 가능하게 되었다고 말할 수 있다. 하지만 김수영의 시를 바라보는 초월론적 관점은 그의 문학론을 통해 좀더 구체화하여야 할 과제를 남기고 있다. 김수영은 영미 계열의 문학론을 번역하면서 상호 영향관계에 놓여 있었다. 특히 앨런 테이트와의 관련성은 분명한 것처럼 보인다.뿐만 아니라 이 글에서는 김수영이 번역한 에머슨의 글에도 주목하고자 하였다. 에머슨은 미국의 초영주의를 이끈 대표적인 사상가이면서 문학가라고 할 수 있다. 김수영에게서 나타나는 초월론적 문학관은 에머슨에게서 발견된다. 아울러 김수영의 현실에 대한 인식은 에머슨에게서 보다 훨씬 밀접한 관련성을 갖고 있다. 에머슨은 문명론적 관점에서 어떻게 자신의 문화에 주인이 될 수 있는가에 대하여 깊은 관심을 보여주고 있다. 김수영이 행한 일련의 사회비판적인 글들은 에머슨의 글과 유사한 입장에서 쓰여지고 있으며, 그의 시에도 일정한 영향이 보인다.에머슨은 “우리가 새로운 대상을 보았을 때, 우리는 우리의 친숙한 경험과는 다른 새로운 것으로 인식함과 동시에 이 새로운 병렬적 사항을 번역하는 수용의 과정이 일어난다.”라고 말했다. 그는 이를 환유의 문화적 의미라고 보았는데 이러한 환유에 대한 인식은 김수영의 시에서도 발견된다. 다시 말하면 김수영의 시에서 채택된 환유라는 시적 표현 방법은 서구와 우리의 문학적 차이를 드러내면서 동시에 수용의 갈등을 날 것인 채 드러내는 방식이었다. 만약 김수영에 대한 탈식민주의적 논의가 깊어지려면 이러한 사항들에 대한 점검이 필수적이라고 판단된다.

분배 정의에 대한 연구 - 노직과 왈처를 중심으로 -

This study is to find out the justice of Nozick and Walzer. They are new theories proposed as alternatives to Rawls' theory of justice. However, they opposed Rawls' theory of justice, they developed in different directions. Nozick defined the theory of state as the minimum state. And He completed his argument with the entitlement theory of justice. Walzer argued that there are various areas based on spheres of justice. Furthermore, he established a new theory of justice by presenting his own unique just war theory. For this research, I helped promote an understanding in the sphere of justice in high school Life and Ethics. 본 연구는 분배 정의 영역 중 노직과 왈처의 정의론에 대하여 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 분배 정의에서 가장 두각을 나타낸 인물은 롤스이다. 그가 정립한 정의론은 현대 사회에 크나큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 그러나 롤스가 주장하는 정의론은 비판 및 지적을 받아온 바 있다. 이에 노직과 왈처는 롤스의 정의론을 대안으로 제시된 새로운 이론이다. 한편, 노직과 왈처가 추구하는 정의론의 지향점은 각기 달랐다. 노직은 자유주의에 입각한 최소국가와 소유권리론을 정교화하였다면, 왈처는 다원적 평등론에 근거한 정의론을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 노직과 왈처의 분배 정의 논의를 자세히 살펴보는 것에 그 의의를 둔다. 롤스의 정의론과의 차이점을 명확하게 살펴봄으로써 고등학교 『생활과 윤리』 중 분배 정의에 대한 이해를 도모하고자 한다.

공화주의적 심의와 도덕과 교육에의 함의 - 선스타인과 페팃을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 선스타인의 의회 중심적 심의와 페팃의 견제 중심적 심의 의 특징에 대하여 알아보고 도덕과에서의 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공화주의 심의의 두 유형인 선스타인과 페팃의 논의를 살펴 보았으며, 이를 통하여 선스타인과 페팃이 주장하는 공화주의적 심의 가 일말의 차이점이 있지만 심의 민주주의를 풍부하게 해주었다는 점 에서 의의가 있다. 다음으로, 『생활과 윤리』에서 제시되고 있는 갈등 에 대한 관점이 편협하거나 부정적인 측면에 머물러 있음을 확인하였 다. 공화주의적 심의는 갈등을 긍정적인 관점으로 전환해 준다는 점에 서 도덕과에서 의의가 있을 것으로 이해하였다. 또한, 평화와 윤리 영 역에서 갈등 해결 방법을 담론윤리로만 설명되어있는데, 공화주의적 심의 부분을 추가함으로써 풍부한 논의를 제공할 수 있었다. This study aims to investigate two types of republican deliberation and derive significant implications in the moral education. For this, we examined the two types of republican deliberation, Sunstein and Pettit’s arguments. Although there are some differences between Suntein and Pettit about their arguments, it has significance that it was imposed as an alternative to deliberative democracy. Accordingly, we attempted to examine the characteristics of Sunstein’s parliament based deliberation and Pettit’s contestatory based deliberation. In sequence, we found out that the part of conflict described in the existing moral education remains in the narrow-minded and negative aspect. On the other hand, it was understood that the republican deliberation would be implications in that it transforms the perspective on Peace ethics or conflicts. In addition, the conflict solving method is explained in only Discourse Ethics. For this research, we insisted that it can be applied in the field of Peace Ethics by adding the republican deliberation as a conflict solving method.

자율 개념과 도덕 교과서 내용 분석 - 2015 개정 교육과정 고등학교 『생활과 윤리』를 중심으로 -

This study analyzed the concept of autonomy and how it can be applied in ethics education. This study classified autonomy into ethical, personal, and relational autonomy and confirmed that each philosopher defined autonomy differently. Personal autonomy, in particular, was analyzed as a mixture of negative liberty and paternalism. This study further confirmed that the concept of autonomy was mixed in ethics textbooks, thereby causing more confusion. Such findings were analyzed by examining the high school textbook “Life and Ethics” in detail. The distinction of autonomy would form the foundation for the next moral curriculum. 본 연구는 자율 유형 분석과 도덕과 교과서에서 자율 개념의 내용을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 자율 개념은 크게 도덕적 자율, 인격적 자율, 관계적 자율로 구분할 수 있으며 각각 다른 의미를 지니고 있었다. 특히, 인격적 자율은 소극적 자유와 후견주의가 혼재되어 있었다. 그리고 고등학교 교과서인『생활과 윤리』에서 자율 개념이 각 단원 및 영역마다 다르게 서술되어 있었다. 이에 본 연구자는 각 자율 개념들과 윤리 영역 사이에서 상응하는 면모가 있음을 살펴보았다. 그러나 본 연구는 각 자율 개념에 대한 새로운 명칭 부여와 같은 대안을 제시하지 못하였다는 한계가 있다. 그럼에도 본 연구에서 진행한 자율 개념의 유형 분석은 차기 교육과정에서 참고할만한 기준을 제시하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.
