        구례 왕벚나무 가로수의 조기낙엽 진단 및 친환경적 관리 방법

        The Korean flowering cherry is a popular tree. However, the trees have started to defoliate early, including those in Gurye. Thus, it is necessary to identify the causes of the early defoliation and how to manage them. Therefore, the purpose of this study was threefold: 1) to investigate the early defoliation of flowering cherry trees, 2) to identify the differences in growth and flowering of the trees in response to treatment, and 3) to suggest an optimal treatment for the trees. The experiment was conducted in Gurye at a site 3 km long with 102 flowering cherry trees along a street. There were three treatments: control, an environmentally friendly insecticide and a disinfectant (treatment 1), and an environmentally friendly insecticide, a disinfectant, and irrigation (treatment 2). The trees in Gurye were compared to trees on Jeju Island. The defoliation rates of the flowering cherry in Gurye were significantly higher than those on Jeju Island at each measurement time. Within Gurye, the defoliation rate was significantly higher in the trees of the control than in the two treatments and only the trees in the control from Gurye had shot-hole disease. Post-treatment, twigs collected from the control during April showed significantly poorer growth, lower numbers of flowering buds per twig, and lower numbers of foliar buds. The trees given treatment 1 showed significantly greater growth, number of total buds, flowering buds per twig, and density of buds than the trees given treatment 2. After analyzing the correlations, it was established that early defoliation led to poorer growth, affecting the flowering of the trees. 이 연구에서는 주요 가로수인 왕벚나무를 대상으로 구례지역의 조기낙엽 현황 진단을 위해 제주도와 낙엽비율 비교연구를 진행하였고, 구례군에서 수행가능한 주요 가로수 관리방법을 두 가지로 구분하여 관리방법별 조기낙엽 지연효과와 피해를 규명하여 최적관리방법을 도출하였다. 구례지역은 기상청 단풍시기와 낙엽시기가 유사한 제주도 지역보다 같은 시기 낙엽비율이 높았고, 약제처리, 약제와 관수처리를 진행했을 때 구멍병이 방제되어 낙엽시기가 2주 지연되었다. 조기낙엽은 왕벚나무의 생장과 개화에 영향을 미쳤으며, 약제와 관수처리를 진행한 관리방법에서 생장이 가장 높았고, 2년 뒤 개화량이 가장 높은 것으로 추정되었다. 따라서 왕벚나무 가로수의 조기낙엽을 지연시키기 위해 구멍병 방제가 중요하고, 조기낙엽이 수관의 발달과 개화량에 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 약제와 관수처리를 함께 처리하는 관리방법을 도입하는 것이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

        수기요법과 기기요법을 이용한 Scalp massage 效果의 比較 硏究

        The hand therapy and machine therapy by a scalp massage by a comparative analysis of the effects of the lack of scalp massage by machine therapy were evaluated. The 30 employees of the main one in nine patients to regularly visit the hand therapy with a swedish massage therapy and manual therapy in the way of the machine therapy scalp massage and scalp massage portion was tested using the machine. All measurements were obtained three times the average number of results and standard deviations were compared by visual inspection methods were also used. As a result, machine therapy using a change in the temperature, sebum, moisture and the thickness of hair, hair density, the results showed the significance. However, changes in scalp pH in the scalp that can affect the results appeared. Therefore, the effect of hand therapy showed better results than the machine therapy. machine is being sold so that the proper use of scalp massage can increase the effectiveness and scalp treatment, as well as increase the effects will also be able to play enough. 수기요법과 기기요법에 의한 두피마사지의 효능 비교를 통하여 선행 연구 비중이 낮은 기기요법에 의한 두피마사지를 조명하고자 하였다. 연구는 30대 직장인 9명을 대상으로 주 1회 정기적으로 방문하도록 하여 수기요법은 스웨덴식 마사지 기법(Swedish massage therapy)을 사용하였고 기기요법은 수기요법의 방법에 두피마사지 부분을 두피마사지 기기(器機)를 이용하여 실험하였다. 측정은 3회 측정하여 그 평균을 사용하였으며, 평균과 표준편차를 통하여 비교분석하고 육안평가의 방법을 겸하였다. 실험의 결과, 기기를 이용한 두피마사지(Machine therapy)는 두피온도 변화, 두피 피지량 변화, 두피 수분량 변화, 모발의 굵기와 밀도에서 유의미한 해석이 가능한 수치를 보였다. 다만 두피 pH의 변화에서는 두피에 영향이 미칠 수 있는 수치를 보였다. 그러나 전체적으로 기기를 이용한 두피마사지(Machine therapy)의 효과가 수기를 이용한 두피마사지(Hand therapy)의 효과보다 다소 우수한 결과를 보였다. 따라서 시중에 판매되고 있는 기기(器機)의 적절한 사용은 두피마사지 효과를 증대시킬 수 있고 아울러 두피관리의 효과 증대에도 충분할 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        An overview of various methods for in vitro biofi lm formation: a review

        Biofi lms are widely present in the natural environment and are diffi cult to remove as they are a survival strategy of microorganisms. Thus, the importance of studying biofi lms is being increasingly recognized in food, medical, dental, and waterquality-related industries. While research on biofi lm detection methods is actively progressing, research on biofi lm formationis not progressing rapidly. Moreover, there are few standardized methods because biofi lm formation is aff ected by variousfactors. However, comprehensive knowledge of biofi lm formation is essential to select a suitable method for research purposes. To better understand the various in vitro biofi lm formation methods, the principles and characteristics of each methodare explained in this review by dividing the methods into static and dynamic systems. In addition, the applications of biofi lmresearch based on various assays are also discussed.

        This paper is to examine the location of the exhibition hall and the geopolitical relationship between power and power included in Kim Ae-ran’s “The future of silence” and Pyun Hye-young’s “International exposition”. To this end, I will apply human-geographer Edward Relph’s theory to analyze the identity of the exhibition hall and the identity about the exhibition hall by subdividing physical environment, human activities and meaning as the components of the place identity. At this time, the sense of belonging, separated from the boundaries of insiders and outsiders, serves as an important symbol of understanding the rampant power relationship within the social structure. Examining what narrative meaning based on the real logic of capitalism and nationalism that the writer wants to reveal through his literary work is. I also try to deal with the unconsciousness and psychological reality perception of figures who interact closely with physical reality through fantasy techniques. This will be the work of analyzing the placeness of the exhibition hall represented in the literary work, taking issue with the structure of power that creates the relationship between differences in human activities, confirming the possibility of the author’s literary practice and reasons, which means the aspect of narrative reproduction from a geopolitical perspective.

        Distribution of Organic Carbon in Pitch Pine Plantation in Kongju, Korea

        Organic carbon (OC) distribution in 32-year-old pitch pine plantation at Mt. Hotae in Kongju, Korea, was studied from August 2007 to July 2008. In order to investigate the OC distribution, OC in plant biomass, litterfall, litter layer on forest floor, and soil within 50cm depth were estimated. The density of P. rigida plantation was 3,200 trees/ha, average DBH was 18.7 ± 5.53 cm and average tree height was 11.1 ± 1.85 m. Organic carbon stored in plant biomass, litterlayer on forest floor and soil in 2008 was 89.46 ton C/ha (46.09%), 4.32 ton C/ha (2.23%) and 100.32 ton C ha-1 50cm-depth-1 (51.68%), respectively. Amount of OC returned to forest floor via litterfall was 2.21 ton C ha-1 yr-1. Total amount of OC stored in this P. rigida plantation was 194.1 ton C/ha. Net increase of OC in above- and below-ground biomass in this pitch pine plantation was 4.82 ton C ha-1 yr-1. Organic carbon (OC) distribution in 32-year-old pitch pine plantation at Mt.
