        실시간 원격교육 강의평가 문항 개발 연구 - A대학의 사례를 중심으로 -

        Distance learning at universities has been activated since Covid-19. However, for the lecture evaluation, the questionnaire used in the existing face-to-face education or only partially modified questionnaire is being used, even though they are not proper in the context of distance learning. Therefore, this study derived lecture evaluation questionnaires that are proper for distance learning at universities. Based on the previous studies, we derived the basic questionnaire and verified its content validity by experts. First, the ‘class preparation’ area includes questions like providing sufficient learning materials and redesigning customized distance education classes. Second, the ‘class operation’ area are about notice and advance guidance, time distribution, lecture delivery power, interaction and communication methods, syllabus, lecture contents, progress log and technology. Finally, the ‘class evaluation’ includes questions about appropriate evaluation time and the presentation of clear evaluation criteria. This questionnaire is expected to use as self-evaluation criteria for instructors or as a tool for improving the quality of distance learning in terms of university policy. However, only a preliminary survey was conducted only for some students, so a follow-up study is needed to check the statistical verification of the concepts within the questions.

        Pheochromocytoma is a rare tumor that usually develops from one of the body`s two adrenal glands, located above each kidney in the back of the upper abdomen. Paragangliomas was rare extra-adrenal catecholamine producing tumors that are found along the sympathetic and parasympathetic chain, metastatic malignant paraganglioma arries a 5-year survival of 20 to 45%, however histologically, it is difficult to distinguish between benign and malignant paraganliomas with the WHO definition of a malignant paragangliomas being one with metastasis. Our patient, a 66-year-old woman diagnosed extra-adrenal pheochoromocytoma in Rt. retroperitoneum (paraganglioma) and have MIBG treatment 10 years ago. However, the catecholamines level in the urine is increasing and mass detected in right renal hilum and perirenal space.

        베이비붐세대의 여가생활과 여가생활만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        As baby boomers begin their retirement in 2010, their leisure time has increased and their interest in satisfying leisure activities has been increasing in terms of improving their quality of life. Accordingly, this study examined the socio-demographic characteristics, leisure-related policy satisfaction, and leisure time sufficiency as factors affecting the leisure satisfaction of the baby boomers. The analysis was conducted using data from the 2016 National Leisure Activity Survey conducted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Culture and Tourism Institute. A total of 1714 baby boomers were selected among 10,602 men and women aged 15 and over who live in 17 provinces nationwide and regression analysis was conducted. According to the results, the more male, the less female, the more leisure time they realize they have on weekdays and holidays, the more satisfactory the leisure facilities and facilities for leisure and professional staffing. These results suggest the need to expand leisure facilities and deploy professional personnel to support the baby boomers' leisure activities. In order to revitalize the leisure activity of the baby boom generation, In order to promote the leisure activities of the baby boomers, the government and local governments need to build infrastructure and the members of the community should voluntarily participate and lead them to lead the meaningful life of the baby boomers. 베이비붐세대의 은퇴가 2010년부터 시작됨에 따라 여가시간이 증가되었고, 이들의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 측면에서의 만족스러운 여가 행위에 대한 관심이 증대 되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 베이비붐세대의 여가만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 인구사회학적 특성과 여가관련 정책만족도, 여가시간 충분도를 살펴보았다. 이를 분석하기 위해 문화체육관광부와 한국문화관광연구원이 실시한 2016년 국민여가활동조사 자료를 사용하였고, 이는 전국 17개 시도에 거주하는 만15세 이상 남녀 10,602명 중 베이비붐세대 1,714명을 추출하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과에 의하면 여성보다 남성, 경제활동에 참여하지 않을수록, 평일과 휴일의 여가시간이 충분하다고 인지할수록, 특히 여가시설과 여가 전문 인력 시설 확충과 전문 인력 배치에 대해 만족도가 높을수록 여가생활만족도가 높았다. 위의 결과는 베이비붐세대의 여가활동을 지원하기 위한 여가시설 확충과 전문인력 배치가 필요함을 시사한다. 이에 따라 베이비붐세대의 여가활동을 활성화하기 위해 국가와 지자체의 인프라 구축 역할이 필요하며 지역사회 구성원들이 주체가 되어 자발적으로 참여하고 이끌어 나가도록 하여 베이비붐세대의 의미 있는 노년을 보낼 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

        국내 인공지능 교육 연구 동향 분석: LDA기법을 활용한 키워드 및 토픽 분석을 중심으로

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 국내 인공지능 교육 연구의 주요 키워드와 토픽을 도출하여, 인공지능 교육의 연구 동향을 파악하고 향후연구 방향에 대한 시사점을 제안하는 것이다. 방법 KCI에서 2014년 3월 1일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지 한국연구재단 등재(후보)학술지에 게재된 314건의 인공지능 교육관련 논문을 대상으로, 머신러닝 알고리즘인 토픽 모델링 LDA 기법을 활용하여 분석을 수행한 결과, 총 4개의 토픽이 도출되었다. 결과 도출된 토픽은 (1)학교 수업 현장 기반 인공지능 리터러시 역량 강화 방안(설계⋅모형⋅과정 개발) 연구, (2)인공지능 기술적용 대화형 챗봇 설계 및 언어(한국어⋅영어⋅중국어) 교육 사례와 효과성 연구, (3)인공지능 및 빅데이터 활용 융합인재 교육 프로그램 개발과 효과성 연구, (4)인공지능 시대 인간-인공지능의 관계 및 협업과 관련된 융합 연구 등이다. 결론 분석결과를 토대로, 생애 단계별 인공지능 기본 소양 및 교육과정 개발, 인공지능 융합 교육 프로그램 개발, 교사의 인공지능리터러시 역량 함양, 인공지능 관련 국내 기술 개발 및 적용사례 연구 활성화 등을 제안했다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to determine what the main agenda of social formation is and how it changes through the research by utilizing big data from the Artificial Intelligence Education in Korea, and to suggest the direction of future reporting. Methods To this end 314 artificial intelligence education articles from March 1, 2014 to December 31st, 2021 were collected and a topic modeling analysis, LDA a machine learning algorithm, was conducted. Results Topics are (1) Research on strengthen AI literacy competency based on school environments (design, model, course development), (2) Research on interactive chatbot design and language (Korean, English, Chinese) education, (3) Research on convergence talent education program using AI and big data, (4) Research on humans and AI’s collaboration and relation. Conclusions Based on the results, it proposed developing basic AI knowledge and curriculum by life stage, developing AI convergence education programs and faculty competency on AI literacy, developing AI-related technologies, and revitalizing case studies.

        Biodegradability and Risk Assessment of Biomass-based Polymeric Materials

        With the intention to solve environmental problems caused by synthetic plastics from petroleum resources, biodegradable polyurethane foams and thermosetting moldings were prepared from biomass, such as wood and wheat bran by liquefaction method. Biodegradability of these biomass-based polymeric materials was investigated. In activated sludge, polyurethane foams from liquefied wheat bran and thermosetting molding from phenolated wood were decomposed approximately 14% and 29% for 20 days, respectively. One of the wood fungi, Coriolus versicolor was able to grow without supplemental nutrition, only with distilled water and polyurethane foam as a nutrition source. Risk assessments were also conducted and results showed that estrogenicity, mutagenicity, and carcinogenicity were not observed in the extractives of biomass-based polymeric materials.

        Phospholipase D activates HIF-1-VEGF pathway via phosphatidic acid

        Growth factor-stimulated phospholipase D (PLD) catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylcholine (PC), generating phosphatidic acid (PA) which may act as a second messenger during cell proliferation and survival. Therefore, PLD is believed to play animportant role in tumorigenesis. In this study, a potential mechanism for PLD-mediated tumorigenesis was explored. Ectopic expression of PLD1 or PLD2 in human glioma U87 cells increased the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) protein. PLD-induced HIF-1 activation led to the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), a HIF-1 target gene involved in tumorigenesis. PLD induction of HIF-1α was significantly attenuated by 1-butanol which blocks PA production by PLD, and PA per se was able to elevate HIF-1α protein level. Inhibition of mTOR, a PA-responsive kinase, reduced the levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in PLD-overexpressed cells. Epidermal growth factor activated PLD and increased the levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in U87 cells. A specific PLD inhibitor abolished expression of HIF-1α and secretion of VEGF. PLD may utilize HIF-1-VEGF pathway for PLD-mediated tumor cell proliferation and survival.
