The accumulation of heavy metals in plant communities has been investigated in the maritime Antarctica but their sources are not clearly identified yet. Here we measured Pb isotope ratios in the mosses Sanionia uncinata (Hedw.) Loeske, soils and bedrocks on King George Island, South Shetland Islands, West Antarctica in order to elucidate the sources of Pb in the moss samples. The enrichment factor of Pb indicated that the moss samples near the research station and oil tank are highly enriched in Pb which is attributed to either leaded gasoline and/or Patagonian aeolian dust. However, Pb isotope ratios clearly indicated that leaded gasoline is the main source of Pb in the moss within 1 km from the station and that chemical weathering of soil and bedrock controls Pb content in the moss far from the station (over 1 km from the station). This study clearly demonstrated that Pb in plant communities, especially moss Sanionia uncinata (Hedw.) Loeske, on King George Island is mainly originated from a mixture of leaded gasoline and chemical weathering with a little effect of Patagonian aeolian dust.

Glass fiber-reinforced polyurethane foam used as a cold insulation for liquefied natural gas carriers requires excellent insulation and mechanical performance. In this study, the effect of the silane coupling agent according to the functional group was investigated to improve the mechanical properties of the glass fiber-reinforced polyurethane foam. As a result of the study, coupling agents with epoxy, amino, and mercapto functional groups showed excellent mechanical strength. This was confirmed to be due to the interfacial adhesion and additional cross-linking effects of glass fibers and polyurethane foam by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
애착, 개인주의-집단주의 및 완벽주의가 결혼의도에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to analyze the effects of attachment, individualism-collectivism, and perfectionism on intention of marriage. The subjects were 369 unmarried people(138 males, 231 females) between the ages of 25 and 45. Online surveys were conducted using the ECR(Experiences in Close Relationships) scale, the INDCOL(individualism-collectivism) scale, and the MPS(Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale). The major findings of the study are as follows: First, it was found that involuntary never-married and voluntary never-married people showed significantly higher scores in avoidance and anxiety attachment and significantly lower scores in collectivism than people who want to marry. Second, avoidance attachment showed a significantly positive correlation with anxiety attachment, individualism, perfectionism and a significant negative correlation with collectivism. Anxiety attachment showed a significantly positive correlation with individualism and perfectionism. Individualism showed a significantly positive correlation with perfectionism. Third, the probability of involuntary non-marriage was 1.90 times higher in the high avoidant attachment group than in the lower group, and 1.91 times higher in the upper anxious attachment group than in the lower group. The probability of voluntary non-marriage was 2.04 times higher in the avoidant attachment group than the lower group, 1.95 times higher in the upper anxious attachment group than the lower group, and 2.39 times higher in the cultural orientation group, in which the individualism score was higher than the collectivism score. The implications and limitations of the study were discussed. 본 연구에서는 애착, 개인주의-집단주의 및 완벽주의가 결혼의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 만 25~45세 사이의 미혼 남녀 369명(남 138명, 여 231명)이었다. 친밀관계경험 검사, 개인주의-집단주의 성향 척도 및 다차원적 완벽주의 척도를 사용하여 온라인 조사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과같다. 첫째, 비자발적 비혼자와 자발적 비혼자가 결혼 희망자보다 회피애착과 불안애착은 유의하게 더 높은 반면에 집단주의 성향은 유의하게 더 낮았다. 둘째, 회피애착은 불안애착, 개인주의, 완벽주의와 유의한 정적 상관을 보인 반면 집단주의와는 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다. 불안애착은 개인주의 및 완벽주의와 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 개인주의는 완벽주의와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 비자발적 비혼일 확률은 회피애착 상위집단이 하위집단보다 1.90배, 불안애착상위집단이 하위집단보다 1.91배 높았다. 자발적 비혼일 확률은 회피애착 상위집단이 하위집단보다 2.04배, 불안애착 상위집단이 하위집단보다 1.95배, 문화성향상위집단 즉 개인주의 점수가 집단주의 점수보다 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단보다 2.39배 높았다. 연구결과의 시사점과 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
국내 대기업 사무직 근로자의 학습민첩성 영향 요인 연구

이 연구는 국내 대기업 사무직 근로자의 학습민첩성에 대한 영향 요인을 구명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 공정거래위원회(2019)에서 공시한 59개의 공시 대상 기업집단 내 지주회사 및 계열사 중 자산총액 5,000억 원 이상의 기업 사무직 근로자로 설정하였고 유의 표집으로 기업당 20명을 목표로 하였다. 자료수집은 총 400부를 배포하여 360부가 회수되었으며, 불성실 응답을 제외하고 최종적으로 304명의 자료를 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여, 기술 통계(빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차), 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였고 통계적 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 주요 결론으로는 첫째, 국내 대기업 사무직 근로자의 학습민첩성은 연령과 직급에 따라 학습민첩성에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 학습민첩성은 학습에 대한 개인의 심리적 특성 및 태도에 가장 큰 영향을 받는다. 셋째, 학습민첩성은 개인특성에 영향을 받지만, 조직 내 지원을 통해 향상될 수 있다. 실패내성과 팀 학습행동의 상호작용 항은 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 국내 대기업 사무직 근로자의 학습민첩성을 개발하기 위한 제언과 연구 방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify influencing factors on the learning agility of domestic office workers in large corporations. The subject of this study was set as office workers of companies with total assets of 500 billion or more among the holding companies and affiliates in 59 target corporate groups announced by the Fair Trade Commission(2019). A total of 400 copies were distributed and 360 copies were recovered, and 304 data were finally utilized except for insincere responses. For data analysis, using SPSS 25.0, descriptive statistics(frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation), correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were used, and the statistical significance level was set to .05. The conclusion of the study is as follows. first, the learning agility of domestic office workers in large corporations showed a significant difference according to age and position. Second, learning agility is most affected by an individual’s psychological characteristics and attitude toward learning. Third, learning agility is affected by individual characteristics, but can be improved through support within the organization. The interaction effect between failure tolerance and team learning behavior was found to have a significant effect. And based on this, suggestions and research directions were presented for the development of learning agility of domestic office workers in large corporations.
