        참돔과 홍민어 판별을 위한 Multiplex PCR 검사법의 개발과 검증

        참돔은 등쪽에 푸른 반점이 흩어져 있고, 홍민어는 꼬리 쪽에 검은 점이 있어 원물 형태는 쉽게 구분할 수 있다. 그러나 횟감이나 필렛으로 이용 시 참돔과 홍민어를 구분하기 어려워, 참돔의 종 특이 primer를 개발 및 검증하고 모니터링을 통해 참돔의 위변조 사례를 조사하고자 하였다. 시료에서 gDNA를 추출하여 PCR을 진행하였으며 참돔 primer의 product size는 468 bp, 홍민어 primer의 product size는 181 bp으로 설계하였다. Multiplex PCR 결과 참돔과 홍민어에 대한 종 특이적 증폭이 확인되었다. 또한, 참돔과 홍민어 PCR 민감도 실험 결과 참돔 primer는 1 ng, 홍민어 primer는 0.1 ng 까지 밴드가 확인되었다. 모니터링 결과 참돔으로 구매한 시료 19건 모두 참돔으로 판정되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제작된 참돔과 홍민어 종에 대한 종 특이적 primer는 횟감 등 수산물에도 적용할 수 있어 현재 유통 및 판매되고 있는 참돔 및 홍민어 판 별에 적합성을 확인하였다. Nowadays, with increase of seafood consumption, there have been increasing reports of defective seafood products. There have been incidents of red drum (Sciaenops ocellatus) being sold as red seabream (Pagrus major). In this study, we sought to develop and validate species-specific PCRs to differentiate between P. major and S. ocellatus to prevent the sale of S. ocellatus as P. major. Primers for P. major were designed to bind 12s rRNA and those for S. ocellatus were designed to bind 16s rRNA. Multiplex PCR showed a 468 bp amplicon for P. major and a 181 bp amplicon for S. ocellatus. The limit of detection of P. major and S. ocellatus was present at 1 ng each. The developed primers were validated with 19 P. major samples of food items purchased through the internet. Using this monitoring method, the experimental results and tested species were in agreement. Hence, the developed multiplex PCR method is considered reliable to authenticate P. major and S. ocellatus.

        메타버스 플랫폼 Roblox 포렌식을 통한 아티팩트 분석

        코로나19로 인한 비대면 환경 수요 증가와 블록체인, NFT 등 기술의 발전으로 메타버스의 성장이 가속화되고 있다. 그러나 다양한 메타버스 플랫폼의 등장으로 사용자가 증가함에 따라, 메타버스 내에서 랜섬웨어 공격, 저작권 침해, 성범죄 등 범죄 사례가 발생하고 있다. 이로 인해 메타버스 시스템 내에서 디지털 증거로 활용 가능한 아티팩트의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 메타버스 솔루션에 대한 표준화된 포렌식 절차가 부재하며, 메타버스 포렌식을 위한 아티팩트에 대해서도 알려진 정보가 없다. 또한, 보안성 평가 및 포렌식 분석 뿐만 아니라 관련 제도나 가이드라인 역시 미비하여 포렌식에 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문은 대표적 메타버스 게임 솔루션인 Roblox에 대한 동적 분석을 통해 사용자의 행위 분석 및 타임라인 분석에 활용 가능한 아티팩트를 제시한다. 메모리 포렌식 및 로그 분석으로 파악한 아티팩트 간 연계를 통해 메타버스 범죄 시나리오에서의 활용 가능성을 제시하고, 현행 법률 및 규정에 대한 검토를 통해 제도적 미비점을 분석하여 개선 방안을 제언한다. The growth of the metaverse has been accelerated by the increased demand for non-face-to-face interactions due to COVID-19 and advancements in technologies such as blockchain and NFTs. However, with the emergence of various metaverse platforms and the corresponding rise in users, criminal cases such as ransomware attacks, copyright infringements, and sexual offenses have occurred within the metaverse. Consequently, the need for artifacts that can be utilized as digital evidence within metaverse systems has increased. However, there is a lack of information about artifacts that can be used as digital evidence. Furthermore, metaverse security evaluation and forensic analysis are also insufficient, and the absence of attack scenarios and related guidelines makes forensics challenging. To address these issues, this paper presents artifacts that can be used for user behavior analysis and timeline analysis through dynamic analysis of Roblox, a representative metaverse gaming solution. Based on analyzing interrelationship between identified artifacts through memory forensics and log file analysis, this paper suggests the potential usability of artifacts in metaverse crime scenarios. Moreover, it proposes improvements by analyzing the current legal and regulatory aspects to address institutional deficiencies.

        한국 언론은 북한 인권문제를 어떻게 조명하는가: LDA를 활용한 신문기사 주제어 분석, 2000-2020

        This article investigates media coverage of “North Korean Human Rights” in South Korea with the use of probabilistic topic modeling. It analyzes 408,950 newspaper articles with mentions of “North Korean human rights” related keywords collected from five major South Korean newspapers and examines how main topics of media coverage have evolved during the period, 2000~2020. The Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) analysis suggests that first, the 5 media have reported little coverage of North Korean Human Right issue; secondly, the articles on North Korean Human Rights are likely to mainly cover political topics rather than articles which provide an understanding of the reality of North Korean Human Rights; Lastly, it has been reported that the articles emphasise the need to solve the North Korean Human Rights problems in the government and political community. Still, the concern about how to solve it seems not well revealed. Therefore, regarding North Korean Human Rights, 1) South Korean public is mainly exposed to information focused on specific topics, 2) so, the South Korean public is likely to have a practical understanding insufficiently about North Korean Human Rights, 3) I can infer that raising awareness and forming sympathy for improving the North Korean Human Rights problems is challenging. 우리사회에서 북한인권 문제가 어떻게 수용되고 있는지 확인하기 위해 신문기사 텍스트 분석을 시도하였다. 조선일보, 중앙일보, 동아일보, 한겨레신문, 경향신문 5개 신문사에서 총 408,950건의 기사를 추출하여 LDA 분석을 수행하였고, 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 1) 북한인권 문제의 보도 수준이 낮고, 2) 북한인권 문제의 실상에 대한 객관적 이해를 제공하는 기사보다 북한인권 문제와 관련하여 정치적 쟁점이 결부된 기사가 주로 생산되고 있으며, 3) 정부 및 정치권에서 북한인권 문제 해결에 대한 필요성을 강조하는 기사는 많이 보도되고 있지만 그것을 어떻게 해결해나갈지에 대한 고민은 잘 나타나지 않는 것으로 보인다. 그러므로 우리사회는 북한인권 사안에 대해 현재 1) 대체적으로 수용 정도가 낮은 와중에 특정 주제에 편중된 정보에 노출되어 있다. 2) 따라서 북한인권 문제의 실질적 상황에 대해 충분한 이해가 부족할 것이며, 3) 그러므로 인도주의 차원에서의 북한인권 문제 개선에 대한 인식과 공감이 잘 형성되기 어려울 것으로 추론된다.

        국내 언론의 정치성향과 기후변화 보도, 2000-2022년

        This study examines how the domestic media has been reporting articles related to climate change and whether the political orientation of the media has affected the content as well. To do this analysis, a total of 42,881 articles reporting on climate change from 2000 to 2022 by Chosun Ilbo, JoongAng Ilbo, Donga Ilbo, Hankyoreh Newspaper, and Kyunghyang Shinmun were collected through web crawling. Using a structural topic model, this study extracts 30 topics. Unlike previous studies, this study not only probabilistically captures themes included in the text avoiding the existing frames, but also does not set a limit on the number of articles through climate change keyword analysis. We find that the articles reported by major newspapers devoted more space to dealing with domestic and international political and economic influences and responses to the climate change issues, rather than analyzing the fundamental causes of climate change or natural environmental issues. Moreover, over the past 23 years, the number of articles dealing with climate change that mention carbon emissions or global warming has drastically decreased, and the amount of reports related to green economy, green growth, and relations with North Korea has gradually increased. The political orientation of newspapers was also found to be reflected in the contents of articles related to climate change. Conservative daily newspapers reported articles related to climate change, emphasizing economic access, science and technology, and national security topics, while progressive daily newspapers emphasized government intervention, structural responsibility, and the importance of the natural environment. Media coverage should raise awareness and bring about change in behavior by promoting our interest in and consensus on climate change issues.

        Comparison of Positron Emission Tomography(PET) imagingbased initial in vivo pharmacokinetics by administration routes of [18F]FDG

        In this study, the initial in vivo pharmacokinetic changes according to the routes of drug administration were investigated using bioimaging techniques. The purpose of this study was to quantify the degree of distribution in each main organ over time to normal mice by intravenous, intraperitoneal or per oral routes by acquiring Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography images while administering Fluorine-18 fluoro-deoxy-glucose, a representative diagnostic radiopharmaceutical. Dynamic Positron Emission Tomography images were acquired for 90 minutes after drug administration. Radioactivity uptake was calculated for major organs using the PMOD program. In the case of intravenous administration, it was confirmed that it spreads quickly and evenly to major organs. Compared to intravenous administration, intraperitoneal administration was about three times more absorbed and distributed in the liver and intestine, and it was showed that the amount of excretion to the bladder was more than twice. In the case of oral administration, most stayed in the stomach, and it was showed that it spreads slowly throughout the body. In comparison with intravenous administration, it was presented that the distribution to the kidneys was more than 9 times and the distribution to the bladder was more than 3 times lower. Since there is a difference in the initial in vivo distribution and excretion of each administration method, we confirmed that the determination of the administration route is important for in vivo imaging evaluation of new drug candidates.

        Preclinical evaluation using functional SPECT imaging of 123I-metaiodobenzylguanidine (mIBG) for adrenal medulla in normal mice

        Meta-iodobenzylguanidine is one of the norepinephrine analogs and reuptakes together with norepinephrine with norepinephrine transporter. The radioiodinated ligand, 123I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine, is the most widely used for single photon emission computed tomography imaging to diagnose functional abnormalities and tumors of the sympathetic nervous system. In this study, we performed cellular uptake studies of 123I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine in positive- and negative-norepinephrine transporter cells in vitro to verify the uptake activity for norepinephrine transporter. After 123I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine was injected via a tail vein into normal mice, Single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography images were acquired at 1 h, 4 h, and 24 h post-injection, and quantified the distribution in each organ including the adrenal medulla as a norepinephrine transporter expressing organ. In vitro cell study showed that 123I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine specifically uptaked via norepinephrine transporter, and significant uptake of 123I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine in the adrenal medulla in vivo single photon emission computed tomography images. These results demonstrated that single photon emission computed tomography imaging with 123I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine were able to quantify the biodistribution in vivo in the adrenal medulla in normal mice.

        크리스토-쟌느 클로드의 포장기법을 이용한 장신구 표현 연구

        대지미술은 1900년대 말 불안한 사회적 분위기에서 물질로서의 예술을 부정하고, 상업주의에 물들어가는 예술을 비판하는 미술가들에 의해 전시공간과 소재를 자연으로 회귀시키는 미술경향 중 하나이다. 대표적인 작가인 크리스토-쟌느 클로드(Christo and Jeanne-Claude)는 초기에 광활한 자연에 집중하여 작업하였다면, 현재는 특정장소를 선정하여 자연소재 또는 천과 같은 타 재료를 사용하여 주위 환경과의 조화를 이루며 포장기법을 통한 은폐로 본질을 부각시키면서 환경구성에 집중하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대지미술작가 중 크리스토-쟌느 클로드 작업의 포장기법을 통해 타 재료를 접목하여 공간구성을 통한 장신구를 부각시키고자 하였다. 대지미술개념과 함께 자연소재로의 회귀로 인하여 인공적인 물질의 재료를 부정하였으나, 크리스토-쟌느 클로드는 대지작업에 천을 사용한 포장기법을 통한 재료에 대한 선택 가능성을 두었다. 이에 따라 크리스토-쟌느 클로드의 포장기법을 통해 표현되는 조형적 특징과 타 재료를 사용한 공간연출을 제안하고, 한 가지의 조형성으로 다양한 공간연출의 가능성을 확인하였다. 또한 포장기법을 통해 표현하고자 하였던 작가의 의도를 분석하기 위하여 시대별 작품의 조형적 변화와 특징을 연구하였다. Land art is one of the artistic trends of having art space and resources return to nature. It was started by artists that denounce art as commodity and criticize the commercialization of art in the late 1900s against unstable social environment. The artistic duo, Christo and Jeanne-Claude is the most representative of all of the artists. Their early works focused on the expansive nature while their works in progress focus on harmonizing the works with a certain surrounding and bringing them into relief through their technique of wrapping or concealing with natural objects, fabric or other materials. This study aims to accentuate jewelry through spatial composition with other objects by using the Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s technique of wrapping and concealing among other land artists. By addressing the concept of land art, which has art objects return to nature, the study did not put the use of artificial objects into consideration. However, it left open the possibility of using fabric for the Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s technique of wrapping or concealing. According to the findings of the study, it is possible to make a variety of spatial production with one art object in accordance with its characteristics and the relationship with other objects using the Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s technique of wrapping and concealing. In addition, changes and features found in their artworks were examined according to the timeline of artworks in order to analyze their intentions expressed through the wrapped artworks in particular.
