        듀리세프 캅셀(세파드록실 500㎎)에 대한 하나세프 캅셀의 생물학적 동등성

        Cefadroxil is a semi-synthetic cephalosporin active against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The drug has been used for the treatment of the urinary and respiratory tract infections when caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganism. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two cefadroxil capsules, Duricef (Bo Ryung Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.) and Hanacef (Korean Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The cefadroxil release from the two cefadroxil capsules in vitro was tested using KP VII Apparatus Ⅱ method with various different kinds of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution and water). Twenty four normal male volunteers, 21.58±2.43 years in age and 70.74±10.29 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one capsule containing 500 mg as cefadroxil was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of cefadroxil in serum were determined using HPLC with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of two cefadroxil capsules were very similar at all dissoluton media. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_t and C_max and untransformed T_max The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_max and T_max between two capsules based on the Duricef were 0.05%, -5.29% and 4.53%. There were no sequence effects between two capsules in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(l.25) (e.g., log(0.95)∼log(1.05) and log(0.87)∼log(l.02) for AUC_t, and C_max, respectively). The 90% confidence interval using untransformed data was within ±20% (e.g., -6.75∼15.74 for T_max). All parameters met the criteria of KFDA guideline for bioequivalence, indicating that Hanacef capsule is bioequivalent to Duricef capsule.

        Pharmacokinetics and Bioequivalence Evaluation of Risperidone in Healthy Male Subjects with Different CYP2D6 Genotypes

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of risperidone in healthy male subjects representing different CYP2D6 genotypes with respect to risperidone, 9-hydroxyrisperidone (9-OH-risperidone), and active moiety. A total of 506 Korean subjects were genotyped for CYP2D6*10 by means of allele-specific polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Based on the genotype analysis, 24 subjects, 7 homozygous for CYP2D6*1, 10 for *10, and 7 heterozygous for *10, were recruited and received a single oral dose of 2 mg risperidone tablet in this study. Serum concentrations of risperidone and 9-OHrisperidone up to 48 h were simultaneously determined. There were no significant differences of the active moiety, risperidone, and 9-OH-risperidone between the two preparations in AUC0-∝ and Cmax. The 90% confidence intervals (CIs) for the ratio of means of the log-transformed AUC0-∝ and Cmax for the active moiety, risperidone, and 9-OH-risperidone were all within the bioequivalence acceptance criteria of 0.80-1.25. The CYP2D6*10 allele particularly was associated with higher serum concentrations of risperidone and the risperidone/9-OH-risperidone ratio compared with the CYP2D6*1 allele. The results demonstrate that the two preparations of risperidone are bioequivalent and it can be assumed that they are therapeutically equivalent and exchangeable in clinical practice. Furthermore, the pharmacokinetic parameters of risperidone and the risperidone/9-OH-risperidone ratio are highly dependent on the CYP2D6 genotypes.

        청소년들은 어떻게 조기유학을 결정하게 되는가? -미국 소도시 유학생들의 사례

        This study attempts to explore the youth decision-making processes of study-abroad. Especially, I focus on the micro dimension of decision making and consider youth as agents who choose and decide to study abroad by themselves. Most studies have paid attention to parents-centered decision making and influential factors on macro level. In this study, In-depth interviews were conducted with youths studying abroad and some parents of them. I take up the push and pull factors, and transnational experiences as socio-cultural capital, which significantly influence the decision-making processes for study-abroad. For the push factor, negative experiences in the schools and educational situation of Korea were highlighted. For the pull factor, it was expected that education in English speaking countries would be advantage for the future career choice. In addition, it is important to consider socio-cultural capital as transnational experiences and network including oversea tour, staying abroad, study-trip, U.S. citizenship, and existence of relatives, which intervene into their decision making process. As the society goes toward more global and people have more transnational experiences, more educational choices are expected to go beyond the national boundary. On this condition, we need a more relative policy reflecting today's reality rather than regulation centered approach. 본 연구는 조기유학 청소년들을 대상으로 이들이 조기유학을 결정하는 과정에 개입하는 요인들에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 조기유학 결정과정의 미시적 차원을 살펴보고자 하였으며, 의사 결정과정에서 유학 당사자인 청소년 자녀의 결정 및 선택과정에 초점을 맞추고자 하였다. 조기유학 선택에 대한 논의는 부모중심의 의사결정과 거시적 차원의 변수에 주로 초점이 맞추어져 있었다. 이를 위해 조기유학생 및 그 부모들을 대상으로 심층면담을 수행하였다. 청소년의 조기유학 결정과정을 배출요인과 유인요인, 초국적 경험과 관련된 사회문화적 자본 동원과 관련시켜 살펴보았다. 한국교육상황과 관련된 배출요인 및 미국교육을 통한 유인요인 등이 조기유학 결정과정에 개입하는 중요한 요인이지만, 이들과 함께 결정적인 역할을 하는 것은 초국적 경험과 결부된 사회·문화적 자본이라고 할 수 있었다. 해외체류, 여행, 연수, 미국 시민권 보유, 현지의 지인 거주 등 초국적 경험과 결부된 사회문화적 자본이 결정과정에 중요하게 개입하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 글로벌화가 가속화되고 초국적 경험이 증가함에 따라 국경을 넘는 교육적 선택도 증가할 것이라고 전망된다. 이러한 상황에서 규제 일변도의 정책보다는 보다 현실성 있는 정책 대안 모색이 시급하다.

        유아기 자녀를 둔 북한이탈주민 어머니의 문화시설 이용 경험

        The purpose of this study is to promote the use of cultural facilities of North Korean refugee mothers with young children by finding out their past experience of cultural facility use. The subjects of this study were 183 North Korean refugee mothers with young children and a total of four research participants. A survey and in-depth interviews were used to draw reliable research results. The research results are as follows: First, as to uses of cultural facilities, North Korean refugee mothers with young children got information about cultural facilities through the Internet community such as Internet cafes and blogs. Their considerations for using cultural facilities were diversity of activity programs and subdivision of performances and arts activities. Over 50% of mothers responded that cultural facilities were needed to enhance the creativity of their children. Second, concerning difficulties of cultural facility use, the most difficulty was high costs, and the second most difficulty was absence of cultural facilities nearby their residence. Third, as to the needs of cultural facility use, a children’s library was needed the most for children’s development. They responded that the most necessary policy for cultural facility use was to increase cultural vouchers for low-income households and to expand recipients of these vouchers.

        플립러닝 수업참여도가 지속적인 참여의도에 미치는 영향: 학습자 중심 플립러닝 수준과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of flipped learning classes on the continuous intention to participate, and the mediating effects of learner-centered flipped learning level and self-efficacy. For this, 429 students in flipped learning courses at A University located in Seoul were analyzed with structural equation modeling using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 22.0. These are the main findings. First, this study found a positive correlation between continuous intention of participation, flipped learning class participation, learner-centered flipped learning level, and self-efficacy. Second, self-efficacy completely mediates the effect of flipped learning class participation on continuous intention of participation. Also, this study confirms that self-efficacy is an important factor in double mediation since flipped learning classes improve continuous participation by affecting self-efficacy with a positive effect on learner-centered flipped learning level. These findings suggest that in order to maximize the learning effect through flipped learning courses, it is necessary to find a way to improve learners' self-efficacy. 본 연구는 플립러닝 수업참여도가 지속적인 참여의도에 미치는 영향에서 학습자 중심 플립러닝 수준과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 A대학교 플립러닝 강좌 수강생 429명을 대상으로 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 연구결과를 제시하면, 첫째, 지속적인 참여의도는 플립러닝 수업참여도, 학습자 중심 플립러닝 수준 및 자기효능감과 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 플립러닝 수업참여도가 지속적인 참여의도에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 플립러닝 수업참여도는 학습자 중심 플립러닝 수준에 긍정적으로 작용하여 자기효능감에 영향을 줌으로써 지속적인 참여를 향상시키므로 자기효능감이 이중매개 하는 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 플립러닝 강좌를 통해 학습효과를 극대화 하기 위해서는 무엇보다 학습자의 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안모색이 필요함을 시사하는 것이다.

        그란닥신 정(토피소팜 50mg)에 대한 토핌 정의 생물학적 동등성

        Tofisopam is a new type of tranquilizer valuable for the relief of anxiety and tension in a wide range of emotional disorders. Tofisopam has the therapeutic characteristics of a minor tranquilzer and a mild stimulatory effect. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two tofisopam tablets, Grandaxin^TM (Hwan In Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Tofim^TM (Kyung Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Eighteen normal male volunteers, 23.11±2.83 years in age and 65.43±7.64 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 50 mg of tofisopam was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of tofisopam in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t C_max and T_max between two tablets based on the Grandaxin^TM were -5.59%, 2.22% and -13.18%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (Δ) at α=0.10 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 14.95% and 19.34% for AUC_t and C_max respectively). The powers (1-β) at α=0.10, Δ=0.2 for AUC_t and C_max were 95.21% and 81.93%, respectively. The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -15.64∼4.45 and -10.77∼15.21 for AUC_t and C_max respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Tofim^TM tablet is bioequivalent to Grandaxin^TM tablet.

        환경친화적 산업단지 조성을 위한 정책방안 연구

        The growing emphasis on the consideration of the environment value makes the regionalcommunities require the development of environmentallly -friendly industrial complexes. Environmental issures inthe industrial complexes are related to the various legal systems on air pollution, water pollution and wastewatertreatment etc. Despite many regulations on the environmental management of industrial complexes, manyproblems still happen around the industrial complexes such as air pollution, water pollution and inappropriatetreatment of the industrial waste etc. To foster the growth of the environmentally-friendly industrial complexes, Apromotion and guidance policy for the environmental management of the individual firms is needed including theassistance for investing on the pollution prevention facilities. The improvement of physical environment of theindustrial complexes also needs to be promoted by expanding the greensites, making larger buffer greens aroundthe complexes and building more facilities like wastewater and industrial waste treatment. In addition, it is necessaryto pay attention to building Korean Eco-industrial Park Model which an be applied to our system. 지난 40여년동안 소위‘압축형 공업화’에 의한 급격한 경제성장은 이에 따른 부작용도 빠른 속도로증가시켜 왔다. 다른 산업국가와 마찬가지로 우리나라도 대체로 환경오염을 유발할 가능성이 높은 산업의 성장을 통한 경제성장을 이룩해 왔으며 이러한 산업발전은 국가경제의 급격한 성장에 매우 효과적이었던 반면,산업체들이 입지한 산업단지 주변지역의 환경은 크게 악화시켜 온 것이 사실이다. 사회 전반적으로 환경에대한 가치가 중요시되면서 지역별로 산업단지 환경문제에 대한 민원이 많이 발생하고 있으며 이에 따라 환경친화적 산업단지 조성에 대한 요구가 어느 때보다도 중요한 과제로 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 환경친화적 산업단지 조성에 관한 기초연구로 먼저 환경친화적 산업단지 조성을 위한 제도적 기반과 그 문제점들을 살펴보고, 산업단지의 환경문제 및 실태에 관한 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 산업단지의 환경을 개선할수 있는 정책과제들을 기업의 생산환경 개선, 단지내 환경개선, 한국형 생태산업단지 모델 구축 등으로 제시하였다.
