        체육활동노트를 활용한 중학교 통합체육수업 사례연구

        This study attempted the development of a theory of integrated physical education by using a physical activity notebook and the examination of its process and effects through practical lessons. The participants were 123 students in 6 classes who used physical activity notebooks in their classes; one representative student was chosen per type (total 4 students) by Quota selection. This integrated form of physical education using physical activity notebooks was carried out based on constructivism. The integration of intra-subjects could record the process of thinking and acquisition resulting from the research activities in the physical education classes. The integration of inter-subjects also could teach related units with respect to all middle school subjects with physical education as the center. The results of this study are as follows. First, the students were able to experience their own reflective thinking by re-finding their traces through the physical activity notebook, and their divergent thinking through various thinking activities. Second, the physical activity notebook allowed the students to create a portfolio which provided customized feedback to teachers and which could be used as a form of evaluation. It was therefore a meaningful feedback strategy for both students and teachers. Third, the students themselves set their goals in their physical activity notebook and tried self-directly and continuously to analyze their physical motions and manage their bodies. As a result of this study, it is suggested that integrated physical education using physical activity notebooks could be practical material for the new physical education curriculum. 본 연구는 체육활동노트를 활용한 통합체육수업의 이론적 틀을 정립하고 그에 따르는 수업을 통한 구체적 실천 과정과 그 효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 중학교 6개반 123명을 대상으로 체육활동노트를 활용한 통합체육수업을 운영하였으며 그 중 ‘할당 선택’(Quota selection)을 이용하여 4명의 주제보자를 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 체육활동노트를 활용한 통합체육수업은 구성주의에 입각한 교육으로 교과내 통합은 체육시간에 경험하는 탐구적인 활동들의 통합을 중심으로 생각과 습득의 과정을 살펴보았으며 교과간 통합은 체육 교과 중심의 중학교 각 교과군에 관련 단원들을 통합하는 형태로 수업을 진행하였다. 그 결과 세 가지 변화를 살펴 볼 수 있었다. 첫째, 학생들은 자신의 흔적들을 체육활동노트를 통해 재발견하면서 반성적 사고를 경험하게 되었고 다양한 사고요소들의 활동을 통해 확산적 사고를 경험하게 되었다. 둘째, 체육활동노트는 학생과 교사 모두에게 의미 있는 피드백 전략으로 학생에게는 하나의 포트폴리오 형식을 취할 수 있었고 교사는 학생에게 맞춤형 피드백을 제시할 수 있었으며 새로운 평가방법으로도 활용되어질 수 있음을 시사하였다. 셋째, 학생들은 스스로 통합체육수업의 학습목표를 체육활동노트에 설정하고, 자기주도적으로 자신의 목표를 이루기 위해 자신들의 신체 움직임을 분석하고 자기 신체 관리를 위해 노력하는 모습을 끊임없이 보여주었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 체육활동노트를 활용한 통합체육수업이 새로운 체육교육과정에 실천적 자료가 되기를 기대하는 바이다.

        Quantification of Marker Compounds in Cirsium setidens Nakai by HPLC-DAD

        An effective method of high performance liquidchromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) wasdeveloped for the simultaneous quantification of twomarker compounds, pectolinarin and pectolinarigenin, inCirsium setidens Nakai, a Korean wild herb. The twomarker compounds of C. setidens were separated on a C18column with a gradient system. The calibration curves ofthe two standard compounds exhibited good linearity (R2>0.9992). The limits of detection (LOD) values of pectolinarinand pectolinarigenin were 0.52 and 0.41 μg/mL, respectively,while their limits of quantification (LOQ) values were 1.57and 1.25 μg/mL, respectively. The relative standarddeviations (RSDs) of the data of the intra- and inter-dayexperiments were less than 1.65 and 2.78%, respectively. The results of the recovery test were 98.06-105.81% withan RSD value of 1.87-3.50%. In conclusion, the results ofvalidation showed that the proposed HPLC method wasuseful for the quantification of the two marker compoundsin C. setidens.

        Solvent-Ratio Dependency of Polymorphism of Silver(I) Complexes Containing 1,2,3-Tris(Isoniconitoyloxy)Benzene

        Self-assembly of AgClO4 with 1,2,3-tris(isonicotinoyloxy)benzene (L) in a mixture of ethanol and acetone in a 1:1 volume ratio in refrigerator afforded concomitantly two kinds of thin- and block-shaped colorless crystals consisting of {[Ag(L)]ClO4·0.5CH3CH2OH} n and {[Ag(L)]ClO4·0.5CH3CH2OH·2Me2CO} n, respectively, in a 3:2 ratio. By contrast, self-assembly at room temperature yielded thin crystals exclusively. At 5 °C, in particular, the self-assembly in 3:1 and 1:2 ethanol/acetone solutions yielded thin- and block-shaped crystals, respectively, suggesting that discrimination of the two products can be controlled by the solvent volume ratio and crystallization temperature. The products' crystal structures and physicochemical properties were fully characterized by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction measurement, thermal analysis, and infrared (IR) data.

        Videoscopic Surgery for Arteriovenous Hemodialysis Access

        Background: When an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is created using the basilic or deep cephalic vein, it is additionally necessary to transfer the vessels to a position where needling is easy; however, many patients develop wound-related postsurgical complications due to the long surgical wounds resulting from conventional superficialization of a deep AVF or basilic vein transposition. Thus, to address this problem, we performed videoscopic surgery with small surgical incisions. Methods: Data from 16 patients who underwent additional videoscopic radiocephalic superficialization, brachiocephalic superficialization, and brachiobasilic transposition after AVF formation at our institution in 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Needling was successful in all patients. No wound-related complications occurred. The mean vessel size and blood flow of the AVF just before the first needling were 0.73±0.16 mm and 1,516.25±791.26 mL/min, respectively. The mean vessel depth after surgery was 0.26±0.10 cm. Percutaneous angioplasty was additionally performed in 25% of the patients. Primary patency was observed in 100% of patients during the follow-up period (262.44±73.49 days). Conclusion: Videoscopic surgery for AVF dramatically reduced the incidence of postoperative complications without interrupting patency; moreover, such procedures may increase the use of native vessels for vascular access. In addition, dissection using a videoscope compared to blind dissection using only a skip incision dramatically increased the success rate of displacement by reducing damage to the dissected vessels.
