        전동킥보드 이용행태 및 안전에 관한 연구 - 전동킥보드 소유자에 대한 설문을 중심으로 -

        Electric scooters are a personal transportation means powered by electricity, and are receiving great attention as a solution to traffic and environmental problems. While demand for electric scooters is on the rise, laws and regulations on the use of electric scooters are not clear yet. In this study, we conduct a survey on the safety of use behavior targeting the owners of electric scooters, and based on this, we intend to derive policy implications. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, cross-analysis, ANOVA, and binary logistic regression analysis were performed, and the following analysis results were derived. First, according to the trip purpose some differences were found between the job type, frequency of use, space used, and driving speed. Second, possessing driver's licenses does not appear to affect traffic accident by e-scooters. Third, it appears that there is a difference in whether or not to wear safety equipment (helmet) depending on the purpose of use, frequency of use, space used, and driving speed of electric scooters. Fourth, as a result of the binary logit analysis on the occurrence of accidents and usage behavior of the electric scooter, it was found that there was a significant difference in the purpose of use and the frequency of use. To create a safe environment, some regulations are required when using electric scooters on bike paths and sidewalks. 전동킥보드는 전기를 동력으로 하는 개인 교통수단으로 최근 교통문제와 환경문제의 해결방안으로 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 전동킥보드에 대한 수요가 증가하는 추세이지만 아직까지는 전동킥보드 이용에 관한 법률 및 규제가 명확하지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 전동킥보드를 소유하고 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 이용행태 및 안전에 대해서 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 교차분석, 일원배치분산분석, 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 분석결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 전동킥보드 이용자들은 이용목적에 따라 직종, 이용 빈도, 이용 공간, 주행속도에서 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 자동차 운전면허 보유여부는 전동킥보드 사고와 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전동킥보드 이용자들의 이용목적과 이용 빈도, 이용 공간, 주행속도에 따라 안전장비의(헬멧) 착용 여부에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전동킥보드의 사고 여부와 이용행태에 관한 이항 로짓분석 결과 이용목적과 이용 빈도에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 안전한 이용환경의 조성을 위해 전동킥보드 이용자들의 자전거도로 및 보도 이용 시 명확한 규제가 필요하고, 안전장비 착용이 이용자의 안전에 중요한 부분이라고 여겨지는 만큼 헬멧 착용에 대한 규제방안이 고려되어야 한다.

        도시특성이 건축물의 탄소배출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 서울시 424개 행정동에 대한 공간회귀분석의 적용

        The aim of the study is to analyze urban characteristics that affect carbon emissions of buildings. The analysis was conducted at the level of 424 administrative districts in Seoul. The main variables used in the analysis were energy consumption and carbon emissions of buildings published in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's energy information platform 2021. It was found that carbon emissions per unit building were high in Jongno, Gangnam, Guro, and Mok-dong. A regression analysis using the spatial lag model (SLM) identifies that the variables that affect the carbon emissions of buildings were; commercial, educational, business and industrial facility variables as built environment factor; number of residents; traffic volume, number of bus routes and number of subway stations as transportation facilities factors; and environmental factors such as green area and river area.

        계절적 요인을 고려한 건물 전기에너지 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 - 서울특별시를 대상으로 -

        There has been a variety of studies, policies, and systematic approaches to reducing the energy use to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions, one of the leading causes of global warming. Nevertheless, Seoul's electric power consumption has not decreased. In this study, the electric energy consumption of all buildings in Seoul was analyzed by the unit of administrative dong. Based on this, the implications for the policy to electric energy consumption in the city were suggested. Since Korea has four distinct seasons, the factors influencing electric energy consumption were classified into three categories: physical, social, and seasonal. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed to reflect each variable's characteristics and to determine the degree of influence, and the following analysis results were derived. First, the physical factors of the city affect the power consumption of buildings. Second, the electricity consumption of buildings is highly correlated with the actual economic activity of the city. Third, the power consumption varies by season, and each season has a different effect on power usage. These results imply that different criteria for each season should be applied when establishing a policy for saving electric energy, and the priorities of policies should be reflected according to the degree of impact. 지구온난화로 인해 세계는 지금 심각한 기후변화를 겪고 있다. 지구온난화의 주요 원인인 온실가스 배출을 줄이기 위해서 에너지 사용량 감축을 위한 많은 연구와 정책 및 제도가 있어왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 서울시의 전력 사용량은 감소 추세를 보이지 못하고 있으며, 이는 전기에너지 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증적인 연구가 필요함을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 서울시 전체 건물의 전기에너지 사용량에 대해서 행정동 단위의 분석을 진행하였고, 이를 바탕으로 도시 내 전기에너지 절감을 위한 정책의 방향성을 제시하였다. 다만, 한국의 경우 특성이 뚜렷한 4계절을 가지고 있기 때문에 이를 고려하여 영향요인을 물리적 요인, 사회적 요인, 계절적 요인 세 가지로 분류하였다. 각 변수의 특성을 반영하고 영향력을 파악하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 분석 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 도시의 물리적 요인은 건물의 전력 소비에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 건물의 전력 사용량은 도시의 실질적인 경제 활동과 높은 연관성이 있다. 셋째, 전력 사용량은 계절별로 차이가 있으며, 각 계절은 전력 사용량에 상이한 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결과를 통해 전기에너지 절약을 위한 정책을 세울 때 계절별로 다른 기준이 적용되어야 하며, 영향력에 따른 우선순위가 반영되어야 함을 시사한다.

        저출산·고령화 시대의 서울시 산부인과, 소아청소년과, 한의원의 입지특성 분석

        This study examined the location characteristics and trends in obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and oriental medicine clinics in Seoul in the era of low birth and aging. To identify the trends, data from the years 2000, 2010, and 2020 were used, and the 2020 data were used to analyze the location characteristics and factors influencing location. OLS analysis was employed as the analytical method. Upon investigating the current situation, a decrease in obstetrics and gynecology clinics, as well as pediatrics clinics, was observed. In contrast, a steady growth in oriental medicine clinics was confirmed. The results of the regression analysis demonstrated a significant correlation between the number of obstetrics and gynecology clinics and the number of medical specialties, as well as commercial facilities and station influence areas. Pediatrics clinics exhibited significant correlations with the number of medical specialties, and population under 19 years old. Oriental medicine clinics displayed notable correlations with the population over 65 years old, rents, and commercial facilities while having a negative correlation with general hospitals. Obstetrics and gynecology clinics and pediatrics clinics are geographically distributed evenly while oriental medicine clinics are concentrated in southwestern and northwestern spheres of living.

        냉간가공 및 열처리가 복합조직강의 기계적 성질과 Delamination 에 미치는 영향

        Dual-phase steels with different phase ratios were produced by water quenching from different intercritical temperature of 740℃ and 780℃. The steels were then cold rolled and aged at 600℃. Tensile properties were not much different in spite of the different phase ratio. the aging treatment increased the strength and decreased the elongation of the steels studied. Cold working and aging treatment promoted delamination. Carbide precipitate on grain boundaries, which have been produced by the aging, affected the delamination most strongly.

        블록단위 단독주택의 주민공동시설이 가격에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 수도권 82개 단지를 중심으로

        This study fulfills an empirical analysis how the physical factors affect the formation of housing price with the block unit. Block unit houses are a type of housing that pursues comfort and convenience in that the characteristics of individual houses and apartment houses are mixed. Existing studies have focused only on the physical characteristics of various planning elements such as block-type residential complexes. Nevertheless, it is not known whether the physical characteristics of block-type residential complexes reflect the preferences of actual consumers. In addition, there are no sufficient studies on how to evaluate them from the market side. In this study, block-level detached housing sites the target complexes with 10 or more households built between 2002 and 2019. The target areas for analysis are 163 complexes in Paju, Namyangju, Goyang, Suwon, Yongin, Ansan, Gimpo, Incheon, Seongnam, Hwaseong and Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do. The physical elements that make up the unit housing were classified through factor analysis. Finally, regression analysis was conducted to establish the basis determining the price-forming factors. As a result of the analysis, the factors that influenced the price were the site area and the number of community facilities. The variable with negative influence was the distance from Seoul. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that the influence on price formation in various areas was confirmed by presenting the relationship between the facility composition and price of a detached house.

        COVID-19 시기 가정용 상수도 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 서울과 인천의 자치구 33개를 대상으로

        Clean water is an essential urban infrastructure in human daily life, and water plays a vital role in public health. Due to restrictions on outdoor activities during COVID-19, time staying at home has increased. Therefore, it is plausible to assume that large-scale disaster incidences such as COVID-19 will affect water consumption. In this regard, this research aims to explore the factors that influence household water use during COVID-19. The analysis period of the study is 2020, and the geographical scope covers Seoul and Incheon. A dependent variable was water consumption in the autonomous districts of Seoul and Incheon, and the factors reflecting urban characteristics were used as independent variables. Multiple regression was used for analysis, and the unit of analysis was the autonomous district in Seoul and Incheon. The finding confirmed that the pandemic situation caused an increase in water consumption. In addition, it supports policy for the elderly so that they can use water without financial difficulty. It implies that a stable supply of clean water is essential for managing infectious diseases. The findings of this study are expected to provide some implications for efficient water supply policies and efficient water supply management in the event of the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19.

        코로나19 발생 전후 서울시 동남권 생활인구 수의 변화에 미친 영향 요인 - 슈퍼블록 단위의 분석 -

        This study analyzed the correlation between urban characteristics within superblocks and the living population. The temporal scope covered two years, 2019 before the outbreak of COVID-19 and 2021 after the outbreak. The spatial scope was the southeastern region of Seoul divided into superblocks, and spatial regression analysis was conducted. The analysis results indicated that among the road infrastructure factors, road density showed a positive correlation with the living population in all time periods in 2019 and 2021. Also, except for weekdays from 19:00 to 24:00 in 2019, the crosswalk density showed a positive correlation with the living population in all time periods in both years. Among the building factors, residential density showed a negative correlation with the living population from 07:00 to 19:00 on weekdays in 2019, while business density showed a positive correlation with the living population in both years from 07:00 to 19:00. In terms of public transportation factors, the subway station area ratio was positively correlated with the living population in all time periods for both years.

        도시특성과 COVID-19 확산 간의 관련성 분석 - 비수도권 광역시 및 특별자치시를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 COVID-19 확산과 관련된 도시 특성을 분석하여 감염병 확산에 영향을 미치는 도시 특성을 파악하였다. 선행연구와 실증자료 분석을 통해 감염병 확산에 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각되는 도시 특성을 도출하고, 부분최소제곱회귀분석(PLS)을 통해 COVID-19 확산에 영향을 미치는 도시요인을 분석하였다. 연구의 시간적 범위는 2020년 2월부터 2021년 12월까지이며, 연구의 공간적 범위는 5개의 비수도권 광역시와 특별자치시(세종시)의 도시화된 지역이다. 분석 결과 고령인구 비율은 COVID-19 확산과 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였으며, 평균소득은 COVID-19 확산과 음(-)의 상관관계를 보였음을 확인하였다. 백신 접종률은 COVID-19 확산과 강한 음의 상관관계를 보여 COVID-19 예방에 백신이 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 인구 당 공원 면적은 COVID-19 확산과 음(-)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 토지이용복합도(LUM)는 COVID-19 확산과 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였으며, 토지이용 복합도가 높을수록 다양한 이동패턴을 가진 도시민이 서로 접촉하면서 감염경로가 다양해진 것으로 해석하였다. 또한 유출입 통행 비율과 통근통행 비율은 COVID-19 확산과 양(+)의 상관관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다.
