        흰쥐에 Toluene과 Alcohol의 병행투여가 간 손상에 미치는 영향

        To evaluate an effect of acute ethanol pretreatment on the liver injury in toluene-treated rats, toluene(50% in olive oil) was intraperitoneally given four times at 0.3㎖/100g body weight at interval of one day to the ethanol-pretreated rats(0.3㎖ of 50%/100g body weight). The increasing rate of liver weight per body weight(%), serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity, liver lipid peroxide content was higher in toluene treated rats pretreated with ethanol than those treated with toluene alone. Concomitantly the hepatic glucose-6-phosphatase activity was increased whereas glutathione content was decreased by ethanol pretreatment before toluene administration in rats. In case of direct administration of acetaldehyde or benzaldehyde to the rats, the liver weight per body weight(%) and serum levels of ALT activity were almost higher than the control group. There results indicate that the toluene treated rats showed the reversible injury of liver and intensified, however, by the ethanol treatment.

        플로우 분석을 이용한 분산 서비스 거부 공격 탐지 방법

        오늘날 DDoS 공격은 인터넷 안정성에 매우 중요한 위협을 가하고 있다. DDoS 공격은 대량의 트래픽을 네 트워크에 전송함으로써 자원을 고갈시키고 정상적인 서비스 제공을 불가능하게 하며 사전 탐지가 힘들고 효율적인 방어가 매우 어렵다. 인터넷과 같은 대규모 망을 대상으로 한 네트워크 공격은 효과적인 탐지 방법이 요구된다. 그러 므로 대규모 망에서 침입 탐지 시스템은 효율적인 실시간 탐지가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 DDoS 공격에 따른 비정 상적인 트래픽 범람을 방지하고 합법적인 트래픽 전송을 보장하기 위하여 플로우 정보 분석을 이용한 DDoS 공격 대 응 기법을 제안한다. OPNET을 이용해 구현한 결과 DDoS 공격중에 원활한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다. Today, Distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack present a very serious threat to the stability of the internet. The DDoS attack, which is consuming all of the computing or communication resources necessary for the service, is known very difficult to protect. The DDoS attack usually transmits heavy traffic data to networks or servers and they cannot handle the normal service requests because of running out of resources. It is very hard to prevent the DDoS attack. Therefore, an intrusion detection system on large network is need to efficient real-time detection. In this paper, we propose the detection mechanism using analysis of flow information against DDoS attacks in order to guarantee the transmission of normal traffic and prevent the flood of abnormal traffic. The OPNET simulation results show that our ideas can provide enough services in DDoS attack.

        SURF 특징과 블록 모양을 이용한 동영상 압축 방법

        오늘날 컴퓨터 네트워크 인프라 구축이 일반화되고 인터넷 사용자의 수가 증가하는 가운데 망에는 대용량의 트래픽이 흐르고 있다. 네트워크 트래픽은 2014년에 월간 47 엑사바이트(Exabyte), 2015년 월간 62 엑사바이트로 엄청 난 증가를 보인다. 인터넷 트래픽 중에서 동영상 트래픽의 비중은 전체 60%를 차지하여 인터넷 트래픽 상승의 견인차 역할을 수행하고 있다. 엄청난 인터넷 트래픽의 성장에 비해서 네트워크 인프라는 이를 지원하기 턱없이 부족하여 모 바일 네트워크에서 음성통화의 품질저하라는 극단적인 부작용이 나타나고 있다. 미래에 예상되는 잠재적인 위험을 사전 에 방지하기 위해 SURF 특징과 블록 모양을 이용한 동영상 압축 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 기존의 방법보다 좋은 성능을 보이는 것을 확인하였다. Today, computer network infrastructure is commonplace and internet user increase. Transmission bandwidth for network traffic is increasing. The data amount of 2014 and 2015 year measured 47 and 62 exabyte, it shows a tremendous increase. Video traffic occupy 60 percent among internet traffic. Enormous growth of Internet traffic than the network infrastructure is not enough to support them, so mobile network occur side-effects such as fall of voice communication. In this paper, we proposed the video compression method using SURF feature and block shaping in order to avoid potential damage. Our proposed method can provide enough performance than previous method.

        피부미용사의 작업자세, 작업환경, 건강상태가 통증부위에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to analyze whether the work-related musculoskeletal disorders of estheticians cause the pain of physical subjective symptoms according to working environment and working posture and which factors have effects on the health status. For this purpose, the questionnaire research was conducted for 464 estheticians working in Seoul and the metropolitan area. The working environment and the working posture of the face had a significant interactional effect on the pain of the waist and the cervical portion but the working posture of the whole body did not have a significant main and interactional effect. An attempt was made to analyze the health status of the bod according to the working environment1(bed height) and the working posture of the face. As a result, it was found that the pain of the waist and the hip, and the wrist and the hand occurred in the working posture of the face and the pain of the ankle and the foot occurred significantly in the working posture of the whole body. An attempt was made to investigate the interactional effect of the working environment and posture on the health status of the body. The pain of the wrist and the hand occurred significantly in the working posture of the face and the whole body. This indicates that the occurrence of pain on the regions such as wrist and hand was associated with the working posture and the health status of the regions such as waist, hip, wrist and hand was associated with both the working environment and posture. This study presents the basic material for policy to prevent work-related musculoskeletal disorders.

        청간해주탕(淸肝解酒湯)이 알코올 유발 간섬유화와 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Chungganhaeju-tang(Qingganjiejiu-tang) on alcoholic liver damaged by applying proteomics. Materials and Methods : Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this experiment the rats were divided into the normal group, the control group(alcohol) and the sample group(CGHJT +alcohol). The ethanol was orally administered twice a day for 6 weeks in the control and sample groups. Water instead of ethanol was orally administered twice a day for 6 weeks in the normal group. CGHJT extract was orally administered once a day for 6 weeks in the sample group. The livers of each group were processed and assessed by histology, Western Blot, $Oxyblot^{TM}$, CBB and 2-dimensional electrophoresis. Results : In the histological findings of the liver, CGHJT inhibited hepatic fibrogenesis induced by alcohol. TIMP-1 decreased in the sample group assessed by western blot and statistical significance was noted by dot blotting(p<0.05). In the $Oxyblot^{TM}$, protein oxidation induced by alcohol treatment decreased with CGHJT. In the 2-dimensional electrophoresis finding, increased proteins alcohol such as HSP 60, 60kDa heat shock protein, 3-mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase were normalized by CGHJT. CGHJT was considered to normalize the anti-oxidation activity elevated by alcohol. In the 2-dimensional electrophoresis finding, increased oxidized proteins such as actin, prolyl 4-hydroxylase beta polypeptide, 94kDa glucose regulated protein(GRP94), heat shock protein 90-alpha(HSC86), calreticulin precursor(CRP55), ATP synthase beta chain mitochondrial precursor, caspase-8 precursor, and dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase(E2) decreased with CGHJT. CGHJT was considered to reduce the oxidative stress of alcohol. Conclusion : Chungganhaeju-tang(Qingganjiejiu-tang) exerts an inhibitory effect against the fibrosis and protein oxidation induced by alcohol treatment of rat liver. CGHJT was considered to normalize the elevated anti-oxidation activity by alcohol and to reduce the level of oxidative stress due to alcohol.
