        정보화 추진에 따른 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향력연구

        본 연구는 정보화시대를 맞이하여 급격한 변화를 경험하며 살아가는 대학생의 성격5요인 유형이 다양한 스트레스원에 의해 나타난 스트레스대처방식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 분석결과 스트레스대처방식 하위요인 중 (1) 사회적지지추구대처방식은 외향성, 호감성, 성실성 (2) 문제중심적대처방식은 성실성, 외향성, 호감성, 개방성 (3) 회피중심적대처방식은 신경성, 성실성순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학생들의 성격에 맞는 상담지도가 필요하다. 본 연구는 성격5요인이 스트레스대처방식에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였기 때문에 분석도구로 SCi = ${\beta}0$ + ${\beta}1$ Neuroticism + ${\beta}2$ Extraversion + ${\beta}3$ Openness to Experience + ${\beta}4$ Agreeableness + ${\beta}5$ Conscienti- ousness + ei 의 회귀모형을 설정하여 분석하였다. This study investigates how the five personality factors affect job-related stress levels owing to various causes and stress coping strategies in university students studying health-related majors, including dental hygiene. In subfactors for stress coping strategies (1) 'extrovert', 'likeable', and 'diligent' types for 'desire for social support' (2) 'diligent', 'extrovert,' 'likeable', and 'extrovert' types for 'problem-oriented' and (3) 'nervous,' and 'diligent' types for 'avoidance-oriented,' were shown to be most affected, in that order(SCi = ${\beta}0$ + ${\beta}1$ Neuroticism + ${\beta}2$ Extraversion + ${\beta}3$ Openness to Experience + ${\beta}4$ Agreeableness + ${\beta}5$ Conscienti- ousness + ei ).

        대학생의 성격유형별 스트레스 대처방식이 학업소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - MBTI 성격유형을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 대학생들에게 MBTI성격유형검사를 실시하여 성격유형별 스트레스 대처방식이 학업소진에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 연구하였다. 연구결과 성격유형은 스트레스 대처방식 및 학업소진과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 나타내고 있다. 스트레스 대처방식 중 문제중심적 스트레스 대처방식은 EP, IJ성격유형에서 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 소망적사고 및 정서중심적 스트레스 대처방식은 EP성격유형에서 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상담자는 스트레스를 받은 내담자가 안정적인 상태에서 긍정적인 상상이나 기도 등을 통해 스트레스를 대처해 나갈 수 있도록 유도할 필요가 있다. The present study, college students was carried out to examine the MBTI personality types, Personality Types, how to cope with stress academic burnout Influence was studied. Study shows that personality type is closely related to the stress-coping strategy of personality type and Academic burnout. Among the strategies, problem-based way has a negative effect on EP and IJ personality types. On the other hand wishful-thinking and emotional-focused way have a positive effect on EP type. Thus, the therapist need to induce stressed client to deal with stress through positive imagination or prayer in stable condition.

        음식섭취행동이 식습관 및 구강건강의 주관적 평가에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the eating behavior of patients in a bid to facilitate the improvement of their eating behavior, as eating behavior seemed to affect oral health and dietary habits. Methods : The subjects in this study were 235 patients who visited the dental hygiene practice lab at C college in South Jeonla Province. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with the statistical package SPSS 12.0. Results : 1. When their self-awareness of dietary habits and oral health was checked in consideration of eating behavior, those who thought they had very good dietary habits and were in good oral health had meals three times a day. Their eating time was very irregular, and they took 15 to 20 minutes to eat. Their overeating frequency was three or four times a week, and their frequency of eating between meals was once or twice a week. 2. On the contrary, the daily eating frequency of the patients who found themselves to have very bad dietary habits and to be in bad oral health was not fixed, and their eating time was neither regular nor irregular. They spent less than 10 minutes having a meal, and their overeating frequency was once or twice a week. Their frequency of having a snack was three or four times a week, and as for food preference, they had a liking for meat. 3. The patients considered themselves to be in better health when they had balanced meals and good eating behavior, namely good dietary habits. And they rated their own dietary habits higher when they were in a good oral state, had no experiences to feel pain in the mouth and didn`t receive any dental treatment, namely when they were in good oral health. Conclusions : This study attempted to investigate the influence of eating behavior on oral health awareness. Another limitation of this study is that the geographic scope was just confined to an urban community in South Jeonla Province without checking any possible regional gaps. However, it`s quite evident that eating behavior exerts an influence on oral health awareness, and it seems worth doing to examine a larger number of subjects by utilizing objective oral health guidelines.         일부 중학생의 구강보건행동과 지식에 관한 조사연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the oral health behavior and knowledge of middle schoolers in an attempt to facilitate the selection of what to teach about oral health. Methods : The subjects in this study were 315 students at three different middle schools located in the city of Gunsan. After a self-administered survey was conducted by using structured questionnaires in collaboration with their homeroom teachers, the answer sheets from 315 students were gathered. And the answer sheets from 302 students were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program except 13 incomplete ones. The findings of the study were as follows: Results : 1. By gender and grade, the middle school boys(51.3%) outnumbered the middle school girls(48.7%), and the seventh, eighty and ninth graders respectively accounted for 31.5, 32.8 and 35.8 percent. 2. As to the parts of the mouth they brushed, the largest number of the seventh graders(31.6%) and ninth graders(56.5%) brushed their teeth and tongue. The largest group of the eighth graders(39.4%) brushed their teeth, tongue and gums, and the gaps between them and the others were statistically significant. 3. In regard to toothbrushing frequency, the ninth graders did that 2.62 times, which was the largest frequency, but the gap between them and the others was not statistically significant. 4. Concerning school oral health education experiences, the rates of the seventh, eighth and ninth graders who had ever received that education stood at 69.5, 50.6 and 50.5 percent respectively, and those students significantly outnumbered the others who hadn`t(p<0.01). 5. As for the relationship of their oral health behavior scores to toothbrushing frequency, there was a statistically significant correlation between the two(r=0.227, p<0.001). And the oral health knowledge scores had a statistically significant correlation to toothbrushing frequency (r=0.116, p<0.05) and oral health behavior scores(r=0.358, p<0.001). Conclusions : It is concluded that proactive oral health education must be made through diverse programs and systems. Also, regular oral examination and active oral health program for preventing dental caries and periodontal disease should be proliferated in order to evaluate achievement and effectiveness and maintain oral health care.

        한국 중고령자의 잔존치아 수와 복합 만성질환과의 연관성 : 국민건강영양조사 5개년도 자료 활용

        This study analyzed the relationship between the number of remaining teeth and multimorbidity of middle-aged or older subjects in Korea. It was conducted using data from five years (2014-2018) of the National Health and Nutrition Survey. In both men and women, the lower the number of teeth, the higher the proportion of people with multimorbidity. In the results of multivariate linear regression analysis that ajusted sociodemographic variables, it was confirmed that men had a relationship in which multimorbidity decreased as the number of remaining teeth increased. The results of this study indicate that the oral health status of the pre-elderly can act as a potential risk factor for multimorbidity. In the future, it is necessary to discuss the area of oral health management when discussing the multimorbidity management systems. 본 연구는 한국 중고령자의 잔존치아 개수와 복합만성질환의 연관성에 관하여 분석함으로써, 예비 노인의 구강상태에 따라 만성질환 이환 개수에 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 국민건강영양조사 5개년도 자료(2014~2018)를 이용하여 수행하였다. 남성과 여성 모두 잔존치아 수를 4분위수로 분류하였을 때 개수가 낮은 그룹일수록 복합만 성질환자의 비율이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 인구사회학적 변수를 보정한 다변량 선형 회귀분석 결과에서 남성은 잔존치아 수가 많을수록 만성질환 이환 개수가 감소되는 관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 예비노인의 구 강건강상태가 복합만성질환의 잠재적 위험요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 나타내며, 향후 복합만성질환 관리체계에 관 한 제도적 논의에 있어 구강건강 관리 필요성을 시사한다.

        A Study on the Number of Brushing Strokes in Toothbrushing Education

        The purpose of this study was to focus on the number of brushing strokes among the performance factors and identify if the 10 times stroke of the rolling method is rational. Moreover, we evaluated the changes in oral health knowledge, perception, and behavior after our rolling method instruction. The 10-stroke method of toothbrushing has been regarded as an effective method of removal of dental plaque, although there is little evidence to support this claim. We allocated 40 healthy subjects to two intervention groups. During five visits, we measured a score for dental plaque removal and instructed the subjects on a toothbrushing technique with 5 or 10 strokes per section. At the initial and final visits, subjects completed a questionnaire on one designed specifically for this study about oral health knowledge, perceptions, and behaviors. Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to compare the dental plaque removal score between the groups, and the changes in scores within each group over time. We also compared changes in mean scores in oral health knowledge, perceptions and behaviors before and after toothbrushing instruction. We found that the score for dental plaque removal increased with each additional toothbrushing instruction in both groups (p<0.001). However, we found no differences in the dental plaque removal scores between the 5-stroke and 10-stroke groups (p=0.399). The levels of oral health knowledge, perceptions and behaviors increased after the toothbrushing instructions in both groups. Our findings suggest that there is no advantage in emphasizing the 10-stroke method of toothbrushing in an oral health education program.

        구강영상학 실습과정에서의 방사선 안전관리 교육 유무에 따른 원자력 안전법 지식수준과 인식도 비교

        구강영상학 학문은 치과 임상에서 실제 이루어지는 방사선 촬영법을 학부과정에서 이론과 실습을 토대로 교육하는 학문이다. 따라서 방사선 원자력법에서 방사선 안전교육을 필수로 수료한 자에 한하여 실습수업을 하도 록 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 치위생학과 전 학년을 대상으로 원자력안전법 교육 유무에 따른 방사선 안전에 관한 지식정도와 인식도를 비교 분석하였으며 그 결과 일반적인 방사선 지식정도는 큰 차이가 없었으나 원자력 안전법 지식정도와 인식도는 구강영상학 과목을 이수한 3,4학년과 이수하지 않은 1.2학년간 유의한 차이를 나타내 었다. 따라서 원자력 안전법 교육은 구강영상학 실습을 안전하고 효율적으로 하기 위한 필수 과정이라 할 수 있으 며 나아가 치과임상 현장에서도 방사선 위험성에 대한 방어와 예방을 위해 방사선 안전에 관한 주기적인 교육 시 스템 구축이 필요하다고 사료된다. Oral radiology is an academic discipline that educates students on radiographic techniques that are actually performed in dental clinics based on theory and practice in the undergraduate course. Therefore, the Radiation Atomic Energy Act stipulates that only those who have completed the required radiation safety education should take practical classes. In this study, the knowledge level and awareness level about radiation safety were compared and analyzed for all grades of the Department of Dental Hygiene with or without nuclear safety law education. As a result, there was no significant difference in the general radiation knowledge level. There was a significant difference between the 3rd and 4th graders who completed the course and the 1.2th grades that did not. Therefore, the nuclear safety law education is an essential process for safe and efficient oral imaging practice, and furthermore, it is considered that it is necessary to establish a periodic education system on radiation safety for defense and prevention of radiation risks in dental clinics.

        대학생들의 스트레스와 구강악습관과의 연관성에 관한 융합 연구

        In order to identify the major stressors of some college students and their relationship with oral habits, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 299 male and female college students in Sunmoon University located in Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do.As a result convergence study of analyzing stress by college students, the relationship between health and interpersonal relationship among the causes of stress was statistically significant. Based on the above studies, the incidence of oral habits caused by the stress of college students was very high. Considering that the stress factors that occur during college life cannot be completely excluded, it is necessary to have an education framework on improving stress self-recognition, control, and bad habits. 일부 대학생들의 스트레스 주요인을 파악하고 구강악습관의 관계를 알아보기 위해 충청남도 아산시에 위치한 S대학교에 재학 중인 남.녀 대학생 299명을 대상으로 스트레스 관련문항과 악습관 관련문항으로 나누어 설문지 조사를 진행하였다. 대학생들이 가지고 있는 스트레스 요인 별 항목을 융합 연구한 결과 스트레스 원인 중 건강⦁대인관계는 구강악습관 점수와 통계적으로 유의한 관련성이 나타났다. 이상의 연구를 통해 대학생의 스트레스로 인한 구강악습관 발생률이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 대학생활 동안 발생되는 스트레스의 요인들을 완전히 배제할 수 없다는 점을 고려해볼 때 스트레스 자가 인식법, 조절법 및 악습관 개선에 관한 교육틀이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
