This article presents the analytical framework for understanding architecture in relation to a user experience and participation rather than the form of architecture. The analytical framework is applied to a case study of architect Kim Joong-up, who used architectural language captured the Einfühlung(empathy) theory that was mentioned at the end of the 19th century as part of the user"s experience. The results of this study are as follows ; Physical movement leads users to experience the empathy of architecture. It takes a view of architecture beyond space and form, through user experiences.

Server Cooling 알고리즘을 이용한 서비스 객체 이주시의 동기화 알고리즘

In this paper, we propose the algorithm which solve synchronization problem happened migrating service objects. Load imbalance is occurred due to allocate different amount of load to be proposed to each node in distributed system. To solve this problem, the service objects have to be migrated from heavily loaded node to lightly loaded node. And in such a process, the synchronization problem may occur when client request a service object migrated incompletely. Therefore, we describe the environment of executing service objects, the importer/exporter/trader model compatible with migration of service objects, and appropriate migration algorithm. Finally, we analyze the conditions of problems, and propose the solution of each situations. Also, the performance advantages of using proposed algorithms are quantified through a simulation study.

Segmentation fault 모니터링을 통한 Foreshadow 및 ZombieLoad 공격 방어 기법 연구

2018년 Meltdown 공격이 발표된 이후 Foreshadow, ZombieLoad 등 다양한 종류의 마이크로아키텍처 기반 부 채널 공격과 방어 기법들이 발표되었다. 그중 Meltdown 공격을 원천 차단할 수 있는 KPTI (Kernel Page Table Isolation)는 커널 영역을 사용자 메모리 영역과 분리하여 커널 정보의 유출을 방어할 수 있으나, 최대 46%의 시스템 성능 저하를 가져온다. 본 연구는 런타임에 시스템콜 발생빈도를 분석하여 낮은 오버헤드로 Meltdown-type 공격을 탐지하고, 방어하는 프로그램을 개발하고 실험하였다. 개발한 Fault Monitoring Tool은 기존 시스템 대비 적은 오버헤드(최대 7%)로 악의적인 사용자를 구분해 내고 방어할 수 있었다.

사이프러스 정유 흡입이 스트레스 지수 완화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Cupressus sempervirens L. (Cypress), which is a conifer of northern temperate region, have been used to treat various condition, including stabilization of both mind and body. Several studies have demonstrated that the essential oil of cypress stabilized allergic asthma and unstable mentality. The purpose of this study was to identify effects of the inhalation of cypress essential oil on stress relief. To explore the cypress essential oil for stress reduction, we used stress measurement device for real time stress variation monitoring. After recording stable baseline, the participants were freely accessed to the impregnated cypress essential oil during 30 minutes and real time stress variation was recorded for six times at a five minutes intervals. Inhalation of cypress showed significantly decreased stress index (p < 0.01) and increased pulse complexity (p < 0.01) after 30 minutes inhalation. Additionally, significant change was identified at 20 minutes inhalation (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that inhalation of cypress essential oil effects on reducing stress via modulating pulse complexity.

Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經), consisting of Somun(素問) and Yeongchu(靈樞), has been used as the theoretical base of Oriental medicine in Asia. It is controversial where/when Somun(素問) was originated. Now, we reviewed several literatures concerning the origin of Somun(素問). Somun(素問) includes contents from a lot of ancient medical literatures, such as Shibmun (十問), Eumyang(陰陽), Gyeongmaek(經脈) and Kuchim(九鍼). Previous studies support that Somun(素問) was based on Yinyang(陰陽) and Gyeongmaek(經脈) and Yeongchu(靈樞) was affected by Jockbe(足臂). According to previous publications, there had been two separated masterpieces of Jockbe(足臂) and Yinyang(陰陽). The scholars from Jockbe(足臂) school had published Yeongchu(靈樞) and those of Yinyang(陰陽) school had published Somun(素問). Then, the old literature, Gyeongmaek(脈篇)was published with the contents which combined Jockbe(足臂) with Yinyang(陰陽).

사랑, 다시 ‘봄 seeing’으로의 초대 - 결핍의 실재에 대한 머독 (Iris Murdoch)의 형이상학적 이해를 중심으로 -

이 글은 머독의 사랑의 개념을 중심으로 인간욕구의 윤리적 재교육화의 가능성을 그녀의 형이상학적, 실재주의적 윤리 안에서 재조명하고자 한다. 나는 이 글에서 결핍의 실재에서 소환되는 사랑의 개념에 주목하여 그 결핍은 선의 부재의 상황이자 고통과 악의 현실에서 점철된 거짓위로와 착각의 형태로 나타난다고 보았다. 나는 머독이 주장하는 선, 내적 삶, 참된 위로의 개념들을 거짓위로와 착각에 대한 대안으로 살펴보고자 한다. 나는 결핍의 실재에서 소환되는 대안적인 사랑의 윤리를 제시함으로써 자아와 타자 그리고 세상을 진실하게, 책임있게 ‘보는’ 윤리와 그것의 교육적 비전을 제안하고자 한다. In this paper, I will revisit Murdoch's understanding and theorization of love situated within her metaphysical, realist thought. The upshot of this paper is that love can and should be reclaimed as a hermeneutical principle for a new orientation and a re-education of human desires. In engaging with Murdoch's thought, I delve into the reality of the void, insofar as the void caused by the corporate and individual expressions of evil in modern and late modern world is often-times filled in by egoistic fantasies and distorted perceptions about the world. Given this reality of the void, I argue that love in the face of the void contributes for the transformation of human desires as a spiritual discipline by reclaiming the idea of the Good, inner life, and true consolation situated within Murdoch's metaphysical, realist thought. I envisage here an ethic of love and its pedagogical vision to see self, others, and the world truthfully and responsibly in our contemporary context.

라벤더 오일의 통증완화 효과

Formalin-induced 22-kHz ultrasonic vocalizations by rats have been implicated to be a behavioral marker of negative affective state. Lavender essential oil is predominantly used as a relaxant, sedative and anxiolytic action in aromatherapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether there inhibition effect in lavender aganist to formalin–induced negative affective state, By measuring 22-kHz frequency ultrasonic vocalizations in rats. Increased 22-kHz frequency ultrasonic vocalizations were monitored after injecting of 5% formalin on hindpaw. Lavender essential oil showed inhibition effect against formalin-induced 22-kHz ultrasonic vocalizations with no affect comparing to the pre-treatment 22-kHz ultrasonic calls. These results suggest that formalin-induced negative affective state can be inhibited by lavender essential oil.

반전 용적맥파 신호를 이용한 심박 모니터링 시스템

광용적맥파는 심박과 동맥 혈액의 산소포화도 등을 측정하기 위하여 널리 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 요골동맥에서 780nm와 940nm 적외선 LED를 사용하여 PPG 신호를 측정할 수 있는 모니터링 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 여러 상황에서 특성이 서로 다른 8종의 LED와 2종의 광전 센서를 조합하여 요골동맥에서 광전용적맥파를 측정하였다. 요골동맥에서 측정된 파형들은 반전되어서 기록된다. 이렇게 반전된 파형은 수축기의 신호는 감소시키고, 확장기의 신호는 증가시킨다. 시스템을 통하여 투과형 방식과 반사형 방식에서 각각의 신호 검출이 적합한 환경과 최적의 센서 조합을 파악하여 모니터링 시스템을 구현하고, 각 조합별 그 결과 피검자의 요골동맥에서 안정적으로 사용할 수 있는 심박신호 측정 시스템을 개발하였다. Photoplethysmogram is widely used to measure heart rate and arterial blood oxygen saturation in human. This paper describes implementation a photoplethysmography monitoring system that uses 780nm and 940nm length infrared light in radial artery. That system used combinations of 8 LEDs and 2 photoelectricities. When recorded on the skin over radial artery, the radial pulse wave was inverted. The mechanism of inverted pulse wave skin, which was reduced during systolic period and increase during diastolic period of the cardiac cycle. Through this system, we discovered optimal environments and combinations of sensors in both penetration type and reflection type. These results suggest that radial arterial wall way reflect infrared ray.

에로스(eros)와 시민교육: 포스트-트루스(Post-Truth) 시대의 정치철학적 논고

이 글은 포스트-트루스의 개념에 담겨있는 ‘포스트(post-)’ 즉 ‘탈(脫)’에 내재해 있는 다의성에 주목하며 포스트-트루스 시대에서 나타나는 탈정치화에 저항하는 윤리적 물음인 에로스에 대해 논의한다. 먼저 2장에서는 ‘진리’ 혹은 ‘진실’이라는 이름으로 물화되고 동일화되며 ‘투명화’되어 소비되는 포스트-트루스 시대의 성격과 맥락을 논의한다. 3장에서는 그러한 맥락에서 작동되는 방식으로 인해 소거되는 부정성(否定性)과 타자성(他者性)에 대한 관심으로부터의 탈피, 이런 결핍의 실재를 포착하는 지점에서 요구하는 윤리적・정치적 물음으로서의 에로스를 플라톤 사상에 비추어 재조명해보고자 한다. 끝으로 4장에서는 이런 에로스를 통해 구현될 수 있는 참된 인간성과 시민성 그리고 그것을 가능케 하는 시민교육에 대한 정치철학적 비전을 논의하며 우리 시대가 요청하는 부정성과 타자성의 변증법을 통해 구현할 수 있는 보편주의 윤리의 새로운 가능성을 모색해 보고자 한다. The purpose of this thesis is twofold: (1) to recognize the roles of the prefix ‘post-’ within the meanings of the concept of ‘post-truth’, and (2) to discuss the concept of ‘eros’ as an ethico-political question reclaimed to resist the depoliticization manifested in the post-truth era. In doing so, I first examine the nature and context of the post-truth era in which everything seems to be objectified and digitalized as ‘transparent’ and ‘calculable’ in the name of specious truth. Due to this nature and context, the concern and attention to negativity and otherness have been deemed unnecessary and even named as detestable and as untouchable as the void. Given the reality of the void, I use the concept of ‘eros’ as used by Plato to respond to this reality of the void which demands the search for truth. Finally, I envisage a creative and critical philo-political vision for contemporary civil education by answering the question of what it means to be human and civil. Thereby, I envision a universal ethic incorporating the dialectic of negativity and otherness to enhance the essential goodness of human life within a world dominated by totalizing and disintegrating systems of the post-truth era.

전자악보 전송 시스템

오케스트라 연주에서 각 악기의 연주자가 연주중에 직접 악보를 넘겨야 하는 불편함이 있다. 따라서 본 연 구에서는 자동으로 악보를 넘길 수 있는 전자악보 시스템을 Mini-ITX와 LCD Panel을 이용하여 악보대에 일체화 시 켜서 제작하였고, 신뢰성 있는 TCP/IP 소켓통신을 사용하여 메시지 및 데이터 전송을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트에서 자동으로 악보를 표현하는 기능을 구현하였고, 서버 프로그램에서는 악기별로 클라이 언트의 개별적 관리가 가능하도록 악보 동기화 기능 및 수동기능을 추가하였다. 그리고, 하나의 악단을 Access파일 하나로 관리 할 수 있기 때문에 악단별 관리가 수월하다. 이와 더불어 TCP/IP 방식의 신뢰성있는 통신을 선택하여, 데이터를 전송하는데 있어서 손실이 생기는 상황을 막아준다. There exists an inconvenience that players of each instrument pass musical score in orchestra recital. In this paper, we implement the electronic musical score transmitting system that possible to hand sheet music automatically, using Mini - ITX and LCD Panel. We made them unite with a sheet music pair, and it was made and a message and data transmission were embodied using reliable TCP/IP socket communication. In this paper, the client hands sheet music automatic, and server implemented the manual function to manage each clients individually. Because one band can be managed by one Access file all together, it is easy to manage each band. Along with this, this system selects TCP/IP as the reliable transfer protocol that protect loss and errors.
