        치과용 초음파 골수술기 설계 및 평가

        A piezoelectric ultrasonic bone surgical instrument, usually used to remove the tartar out of teeth or to cut the dentine of the tooth, is a recently popular instrument for dental treatment due to its several merits such as small size, low-electric power and precision control of surgical operation. It has typically two parts of a tip and vibration system which is also composed of head, piezoelectric elements and tail-mass. In order to improve the performance of the instrument, it is important to standardize the size of the vibration system without tip for high performance. In this study, a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was utilized to optimize the structure of ultrasonic instrument in vibration system. Consequently, this study revealed that influence of several tips on property were minimized and it showed good property at the frequency range of 22~32 kHz.

        치과 임플란트용 골융합 측정기의 설계 및 평가

        The osseointegration of dental implant is influenced by many factors such as surface geometry, loading and the amount of bone. Thus, stability of the dental implant should be checked periodically. In order to test the stability of dental implant by using resonance frequency analysis, we designed a structure of transducers and fabricated a piezoelectric devices. Using finite element analysis, the thickness and length of piezoelectric device and transducers were tailorized and the optimized frequency of 10 kHz was obtained. The resonance frequency from simulation analysis and evaluation was estimated to be similar as 10 kHz. The osseointegration was further enhanced with increasing frequency from the evaluation result of the finite element analysis.

        역세권내 역 인접 소공원의 유형별 이용행태분석을 통한 활성화 방안 연구

        2005년 3월 31 일 도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률 개정으로 도시공원 분류체계에서 소공원과 주제공원을 세분화하여 추가하였으나, 기능, 규모, 유치거리가 명확한 개념이 정립되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 특히, 조성 과정상의 확실한 설계되어 있지 않으며, 최근 법제화된 '도시공원 , 녹지의 유형별 세부기준 등에 관한 지침'(2007.2)에서도 유형을 공원의 설치위치 빛 성격에 따라 근린, 도심소공원으로 구분하였으나, 유형별 공원의 지정은 되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서 보고자 하는 역세권내 위치한 소공원은 설치위치 및 지역의 성격에 따라 그 특성이 다르게 나타나므로 법에서 명시하고 있는 유형에서의 설치위치 및 지역적 특징을 분석하여 궁극적으로 유형별 특성에 따른 공원의 활성화 방안을 제시한다. 유형화를 위한분석기준은 각각의 공원은 인접한 역의 성격과지역의 성격이 다르므로 첫째, 법에서 명시하고 있는 정의에서의 지역적 특성과 이용자 특성에 따른 유형분류로서 근린소공원과 도심소공원의 분류체계에 따라 공원유형분류 한다. 소공원 주변 용도배분비율과 기존의 소공원 설치 당시 공공에서의 설치목적을 각 구청의 담당자의 문의를 통하여 파악하고, 이용자의 거주특성의 경우는 이용자를 대상으로 설문을 거주지와 거주동에 대한 질의응답을 통하여 각 공원의 주 이용자의 거주특성을 파악하여 최종 대상지 근린소공원 3개소, 도심소공원 3개소를 선정하였다. 둘째, 각 유형 관찰조사를 통하여 이용자들의 이용행태특성을 파악하고, 설문조사를 행하여 유형별 대상지의 이용실태 및 이용특성의 차이점과, 어떤 측면에서 각기 다른 특성을 가지고 있는지에 대해 이용실태 및 공원시설에 대한 중요도 및 만족도, 공원 환경적 측면의 만족도에 대한 의견을 조사한다. 셋째, 관찰조사와 설문분석에 따른 결과와 관리 공무원과 공원설계자와의 인터뷰 결과를 종합하여 추후 계획시 고려하여야할 점으로 공원이용 활성화를 위한 시설 및 설계적 측면과 이용행태적 측면, 관리 및 운영적 측면에서 시사점을 도출한다. The government is planning to link a small park with the soon to be ready subway line 9 as a part of Seoul's policy, "The standard or plan for making a water-friendly space by water use" (2007). However, the specified concepts and instructions of the small parks need further work. Therefore, the policy is expected to expand to neighboring small parks near the subway station, but these are not supported by research or data which suggests the needs or actual user behavior and utilization of small parks. our country added the specified concept of small parks and theme parks to the classification of urban parks in the Urban Park Act Revision (2005.3.31), but the concept of small parks is not clearly settled in the law in the scopes of its function, scale, promotion nor particularly defined plans for small park projects. This study examines as small park near a subway station. The characteristics of there region and users vary from the characteristics of the station and region. In the "directions for concrete standards under the types of urban parks and green zones" (2007.2) the types of small parks are classified by "regional characteristics" and "user characteristics". Therefore, this study classifies the subject of neighboring small parks near subway stations as the neighborhood and small urban parks according to the Urban Park Act. The study was paralleled with observation and questionnaires on the analysis of the neighborhood and small urban parks. The actual conditions of park utilization and user behavioral characteristics were deducted by observation, while the questionnaire determined actual user utilization, importance and satisfaction level as well as the small park environment. This study largely focused on three aspects: park facility, design of this sentence isn't even complete. The second aspect isn't finished and the third isn't here.

        유한요소법을 이용한 고온용 초음파 유량센서의 설계 및 평가

        An operation temperature of $Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3$ based piezoelectric ultrasonic flowmeter was generally restricted to below 200$^{\circ}C$ due to a low depoling temperature of its ceramic material. Thus, a new designed piezoelectric ultrasonic flowmeter was fabricated in order to protect from the extremely hot fluid. Its structure is optimized by a finite element method to effectively stop heat flowing along a waveguide. Various materials such as Cu, Al, SUS were examined as a multi-plate radiation shield to enhance the performance of piezoelectric ultrasonic flowmeter. The SUS was evaluated as the most effective material to enhance the performance of piezoelectric ultrasonic flowmeter. As the number of plates of the radiation shield increased, the temperature at piezoelectric transducer away from the hot fluid was constantly decreased with a ratio of 3.12$^{\circ}C$ per the plate number.

        경남지역 다문화가정과 일반가정 초등학생들의 식습관, 음식기호도 비교 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the eating habits and food preferences of elementary school children belong to multi-cultural families and ordinary families. The data were obtained by interview based on questionnaire from November to December in 2012. The subjects of multi-cultural families and ordinary families were 99 and 376 children, respectively. In comparison with eating habits, the ordinary children showed higher scoring in the items of eating proteins, green and yellow vegetables, and fruits or fruit juice than those of multi-cultural children. The ordinary children ate less midnight-meals than those of multi-cultural children (p<0.05). Furthermore, the ordinary children ate kimchi more frequently than the multi-cultural children. It was significantly different (p<0.05) on the items of 'eating-out types' dietary habits between two groups. Education of mothers correlated with the ordinary children's eating habits more than multi-cultural families. In the investigation of the food preference to Korean foods, 'beef and radish soup', 'pumpkin porridge', and 'wheat flakes noodles' were more preferred by children of ordinary families than by those of multi-cultural families (p<0.05). To conclude, nutritional education for their parents should be done and maintained to keep a right eating habit of children of multi-cultural families even at home.

        단체 급식 종사자와 일반주부와의 영양지식·위생지식 및 실행도 차이 비교연구

        This research is aimed at evaluating the nutrition knowledge and hygiene knowledge of people who are either foodservice employees or housewives and at providing data for conducting hygiene education by comparing the differences between the two groups. Both groups scored relatively high in nutrition knowledge with housewives scoring 9.9/12 and food service employees scoring 9.6/12. However, foodservice employees scored significantly higher in hygiene knowledge and degree of practice than housewives, A correlation was found between nutrition knowledge and the degree of hygienic practice and a significant correlation between hygiene knowledge and the degree of hygienic practice. The higher the hygiene knowledge was, the higher their degree of hygienic practice was. As for food hygiene information, foodservice employees obtained the information through hygiene education and lecture meetings, but housewives got their information through mass media. To summarize, mass media, which housewives can have easy access, must have programs for housewives to help them improve food hygiene in cooking, and programs for foodservice employees on washing food.

        의치용 인공치아와 의치상용 레진간의 결합강도에 관한 실험적 연구

        A principal advantage of a plastic tooth over a porcelain tooth should be its ability to bond to the denture base material. But plastic teeth could craze and wear easily, so more abrasion resistant plastic denture teeth have been developed. To resist abrasion, the degree of cross-linking was increased, but bonding to denture base meterial became more difficult. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bond strength of plastic teeth and abrasion resistant teeth bonded to heat-curing, self-curing and light-curing denture base material. Denture tooth molds were chosen that had a>8mm diameter. The denture teeth was bonded to three denture base materials and then machined to the same dimensions. Three denture base materials were used as control groups. Prior to tensile testing, the specimens were thermocycled between $5^{\circ}C\;and\;55^{\circ}C$ for 1000cycles. Tensile testing was performed on an Instron Universal testing mechine. Experimental group ; plastic teeth(Justi Imperial)+heat-curing resin(Lucitone 199) plastic teeth(Justi Imperial)+light-curing resin(Triad) plastic teeth(Justi Imperial)+self-curing resin(Vertex SC) abrasion resistant teeth(IPN)+heat-curing resin(Lucitone 199) abrasion resistant teeth(IPN)+light-curing resin(Triad) abrasion resistant teeth(IPN)+self-curing resin(Vertex SC) Control group ; heat-curing resin(Lucitone 199) light-curing resin (Triad) self-curing resin(Vertex SC). The results were as follows : 1. The denture teeth bonded to heat-curing resin showed the cohesive failure and those bonded to the other resins showed adhesive failure. 2. Tensile bond strength of the plastic teeth bonded to self-curing resin was not significantly greater than bonded to light-curing resin(p>0.05). 3. Tensile bond strength of the abrasion resistant teeth bonded to self-curing resin was not significantly greater than bonded to light-curing resin(p>0.05). 4. Tensile bond strength of the plastic teeth to self-curing resin was not significantly different from that of the abrasion-resistant teeth(p>0.05). 5. Tensile bond strength of the plastic teeth to light-curing resin was significantly greater than that of the abrasion resistant teeth(p<0.01).

        표면 처리법에 따른 치과용 합금과 열중합형 레진 간의 결합 강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to compare tensile bond strength between Cr-Co alloy and three denture base resins after surface treatment. Following the manufacturer's instructions, 180 bonded specimens were made from three denture base resins (Lucitone 199. Paladent 20. POSS resin) and three surface treatment methods (sandblasting. metal primer. silicoating) 20 samples were made in each group and a half was ther-mocycled 1000 times between $5^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$. The tensile bond strength was measured using an Instron with 5mm/min crosshead speed. Data was analyzed with one-way ANOVA, T-test and Duncan test. The results were as follows : 1. Samples with metal primer coating had significantly high tensile bond strength than the other surface treated groups (p<.05). Significantly low tensile bond strength was shown in sand blasted groups (p<.05). 2. No significant difference was observed in metal primer coating groups before and after ther-mocycling (p>.05) 3. Tensile bond strength was decreased in silicoated samples after thermocycling (p<.05). 4. Of the surface treated groups with metal primer, Lucitone 199 had the greatest bond strength and POSS resin and Paladent 20 were followed (p<.05). 5. Of the surface treated groups with silicoating, POSS resin and Lucitone 199 had greater bond strength than Paladent 20 (p<.05).

        임플랜트 상부 보철물의 고정 방식에 따른 힘의 분포에 관한 연구 : 나사 유지형 대 시멘트 유지형

        To compare the stress distribution patterns between cement-retained and screw-retained implant supported fixed prostheses according to four different abutment types, a three dimensional finite element analysis was performed. The hypothetical three unit fixed partial denture case was modelled on the three implants(10mm length and 3.75 diameter) in mandibular bone. Four angles of implantation(vertical, 10, 15 and 20 degree inclined mesially) were created and three different directions of force (vertical, oblique, horizontal) were applied at the center of the second premolar and distal end of the first molar for each cases. Within the limits of this study, the results were as follows, 1. In vertically installed cases, the more stress was concentrated at upper components, but mesially inclined cases, the more stress was concentrated at cortical bone. 2, The more inclined mesially the more stress was observed, especially at cortical bone. 3. The cement-retained models showed lower principal stress and more even stress distribution than the screw-retained models. 4. The similar stress distribution pattern was showed in model 1 and model 2, model 3 and model 4. 5. The more stress was observed when the loads were applied at the distal end of 1st molar than the center of 2nd premolar. 6 The fixture and the model as a whole, lesser stress values were observed when vertical loads were applied as compared to horizontal and oblique loads.

        통영지역 해녀의 식습관 및 영양소섭취 실태조사

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutritional intake and dietary habits of women divers in Tongyoung area and to support the guideline for the improvement of their dietary life style by a validation of a Computerized Semi-quantitative Food Frequency Questionaire. Compared to the women at Jeju Island, the Tongyoung divers showed similar heights (154.6 $\pm$ 0.8 cm), weights (53.5 $\pm$ 1.0 kg) and BMIs (23.3 $\pm$0.4) , but they showed especially high levels of body fat (33.8 $\pm$ 0.8) . Their dietary habits showed they usually skipped lunch, but ate too much food at once, which may represent the dietary habits shown by obese people. Over 40% of the divers were taking some nutritious food or complementary food for health, without realizing the efficacy of these foods. The analysis of nutritional intake showed that all of average daily nutrients intakes of those below 50 years were higher than those of the Korean RDA. In the case of those above 50 years, it was shown that the average daily nutrients intakes were also higher than those of the Korean RDA except for energy (94.5%) and calcium (82.1%) . However, some individual divers showed lower nutrients intakes than 75% of RDA for calcium, iron, Vitamin A and Vitamin B$_2$. Also, excessive intakes of phosphorous and sodium could be a dietary problem. There was no correlation between BMI or percentage of body fat and energy, CHO, protein or fat. These results can provide the nutritional information for this special community, women divers, to improve their health.
