A 32-year old single man presented with azoospermia and low semen volume which was noted one and half a year ago. Transrectal ultrasonography and seminal vesiculography were performed to evaluate ejaculatory duct obstruction, and transurethral resection of the ejaculatory duct was performed using a hybrid technique of holmium:yttriumaluminium garnet laser with monopolar transurethral resection to overcome the narrow prostatic urethra. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the successful outcome of a hybrid technique applied for transurethral resection of the ejaculatory duct.

Pain is an unpleasant experience for the patient. The recognition and assessment of pain help tailor the treatment to the patient, and they are also challenging in the medical. In this paper, we propose an approach for pain recognition through a deep neural network applied to pre-processed physiological. The proposed approach applies the idea of shortcut connections to concatenate the spatial information of a convolutional neural network and the temporal information of a recurrent neural network. In addition, our proposed approach applies the attention mechanism and achieves competitive performance on the BioVid Heat Pain dataset.
사회복지사의 알코올 중독 내담자에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the social workers' attitude toward alcoholic clients in community based alcohol treatment centers. This study surveyed a total of 91 social workers working in community based alcohol treatment centers with self-administerd questionnaires. Using multiple regression analysis, the study found that the self-efficacy in alcohol treatment and addiction license were positive influencing factors on social worker’s attitude toward clients with alcohol problems, while the level of education was a negative influencing factor. The result implies that the alcohol service providing organizations need to help social workers to receive education and training to increase levels of self-efficacy in alcohol treatment, in addition to supporting them with time and resources required to acquire professional licenses. 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사들이 알코올 중독 내담자에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지역사회 알코올 사업에 종사하는 사회복지사 총 91명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문을 실시하였다. 회귀분석 실시 결과에 따르면, 알코올상담에 대한 자기효능감이 높을수록, 학력이 낮을수록, 사회복지사들은 알코올 중독 내담자에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 가지고 있었으며, 중독관련 자격증을 가지고 있는 경우 알코올 중독 내담자에 대해 보다 긍정적인 태도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 지역사회 기반 알코올 사업에 종사하는 사회복지사들의 알코올 중독 내담자에 대한 태도를 향상시키기 위해서는 종사자들의 알코올 개입에 대한 자기효능감 증진이 매우 중요하고 이를 위해 사회복지사들을 대상으로 교육 및 훈련의 기회를 제공하는 것이 중요하며, 중독관련 자격증을 취득할 수 있도록 기관 차원에서의 시간 및 자원의 지원이 필요하다.
콜로니 에너지를 이용한 단백질-리간드 결합 문제에서의 엔트로피 효과 계산

단백질-리간드 결합 예측은 새로운 신약 선도 물질을 발견하고 최적화 하는데 있어서 중요한 도구로 널리 사용되고 있다. 결합의 정확도는 일반적으로 각 결합 계산에서 사용되는 평가 함수(scoring function)에 따라 결정된다. 평가 함수는 그 함수가 가지고 있는 기력 가정에 따라 force-field based, empirical, knowledge-based의 세 가지로 분류할 수 있다. 이 중에서 force-field based 함수는 물리적인 상호작용을 가장 구체적으로 기술한다. 그러나 현재 제시된 대부분의 force-field based 함수들은 분산력과 정전기적인 힘 등의 에너지만을 고려할 뿐 엔트로피의 영향을 포함하지 않는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 force-field based 평가 함수를 이용하는 경우 기존의 도킹 프로그램이 생성해 내는 구조 정보를 활용하여, 엔트로피를 고려할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 이 방법을 DOCK 평가 함수에 적용시켰을 때 decoy discrimination에서 향상된 결과를 얻어낼 수 있음을 보였다. 이는 더 정확한 도킹 계산이 가능함을 의미한다. Computational prediction of protein-ligand binding has been widely used as a tool to discover lead compounds fur new drugs. Prediction accuracy is determined in part by the scoring function used in docking calculations. Diverse scoring functions are available, and these can be classified into force-field based, empirical, and knowledge-based functions depending upon the basic assumptions made in development. Among these, force-field based functions consider physical interactions the most in detail. However, the force-field based functions have the drawback of not including the entropic effect while considering only the energy contribution such as dispersion or electrostatic forces. In this article, a method to take into account of the entropic effect using the colony energy is suggested when force-field based scoring functions is used by extracting conformational information obtained from the pre-existing docking program. An improved result for decoy discrimination is illustrated when the method is applied to the DOCK scoring function, and this implies that more accurate docking calculation is possible.
Modeling Lane Formation in Pedestrian Counter Flow and Its Effect on Capacity

For the development of a sustainable transportation system, a modal shift from automobiles to walking or transit is encouraged. In order to design a more convenient and comfortable walking environment, a sound modeling of pedestrian flow is necessary. Most of the previously developed pedestrian flow models well described the macroscopic features of unidirectional pedestrian flow. However, in pedestrian counter-flow, interactions among conflicting pedestrians are so complicated and existing flow models fall short in explaining some features of pedestrian behaviors. A spontaneous lane formation, which helps to reduce conflicts and increase travel speeds, is a commonly observed feature of a crowded pedestrian flow. This paper develops a social-force based pedestrian model, which can explain the lane formation phenomenon. From the simulation results, it turns out that the ‘following effect’ and ‘evasive effect’ mainly contribute to the lane formation. Higher capacity and travel speed are obtained when pedestrians are more congregated.
가압식 불연 단일 추진제 액체 로켓의 제작 및 발사 시험

액체 로켓 및 발사체 이론을 바탕으로 설계된 다단 물로켓을 제작하여 비행 시험하는 과정에 대하여 기술하였다. 아울러 목표 성능을 내기 위해 고려해야할 설계과정의 중요 사항들과, 성능 향상을 위한 다단 설계 방법을 살펴보았다. 설계된 성능을 확인하기 위해서는 비행 시험이 필수적이므로, 비행시험을 위하여 필요한 경량 디지털 고도계 등의 탑재체와 삼각 측량을 이용한 고도 계측 방법, 낙하 회수 장치의 설계, 경연 방법 등에 대하여 살펴보았다. Fabrication and Flight Test procedure is described for the multi-stage water rocket designed based on the liquid rocket and launch vehicle theories. Also discussed are the design issues to be considered to achieve the target performance and the design tips for multi-stage rockets to maximize the performace. Since the flight test is a mandatory procedure to confirm the design performace, introduced are payloads equipoments such as a light weight digital altimeter, a method of visual altitude measurement, a design procedure of a parachute for the rocket recovery and the management of the competition.
포괄보조금제도하에서 효율적인 농어촌지역개발을 위한 사업평가지표 연구

Block Grants System to the agriculture sector has been started from 2010. This paper has been studied for the effective Integrated Rural Development under Block Grants System. For this, project evaluation items and indicators (PEI) were studied by internal and external example and specialist questionnaire on project evaluation. As the result of study, necessity of project, faith of project, efficiency of project, utilization of resources and operating capability were established in planning step, and most important PEI was established the necessity of project. And in enforcement step, performance result, monitering, capability, achievement and maintenance were established, and most important PEI was established performance results. Finally, monitering, capability, achievement and maintenance were established in completion step.
