        겉보리 및 쌀보리의 수화속도

        겉보리(올보리와 강보리) 및 쌀보리(세도하다가와 백동)를 각각 40 및 30%도정한 다음, 20, 30 및 $40^{\circ}C$에서 6시간 침지하면서 수화속도를 검토하였다. 수화속도는 수화시간의 평방근에 비례하였고, 확산계수 ($D,\;cm^{2}/min$)는 D = $D_{0}\;{\exp}\;(-E_{a}/RT)$로 표시되었다. 확산계수 값은 강보리가 돌보리보다 다소 높았으며, 세도하다가와 백동은 비슷하였다. 쌀보리의 확산계수는 겉보리보다 다소 높았다. The hydration of water, at $20^{\circ}\;30^{\circ}$ and $40^{\circ}C$ for 10-360 minutes, by the two varieties of husked barley and of naked barley which were polished to 40 and 30%, respectively, was investigated. The absorption was directly proportional to the square root of the hydration time and accounted for by the diffusion equation: 1-M = $(2/{\sqrt\pi})\;(S/V){\sqrt{Dt}}$, where 1-M is the relative moisture gain and S/V is the surface-to-volume ratio. The average diffusion coefficient (D) was given by the Arrhenius relation: D = $D_{0}\;exp\;(-Ea/RT)$, where the activation energy for both husked and naked barley was about 7.2 Kcal/mole. The average value of D for naked barley was slightly higher than that for husked barley.

        퀴노아를 첨가한 청국장의 발효기간에 따른 품질 변화

        In this study, the quality characteristics of cheonggukjang with addition of different quinoa were investigated. We evaluated the quality and sensory characteristics of cheonggukjang, including the pH, amino nitrogen, slime contents, color value, and total aerobic bacteria. Moreover, The anti-oxidant activities were measured as total polyphenol content, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. The pH and amino nitrogen content were noted to significantly increase during the fermentation period in all the samples. The slime content of cheonggukjang added with quinoa increased with increased fermentation time, but cheonggukjang with addition of 20% of quinoa was decreased. The L value and b value decreased significantly with increased fermentation time, but the a value increased significantly. The microbial tests of cheonggukjang with addition of quinoa showed that the aerobic micro-organisms count was 7.45~9.10 Log cfu/g. Total polyphenol contents increased in all groups during the fermentation period, and activity increased with an increased percentage of added quinoa. The DPPH radical scavenging activity and SOD-like activity of cheonggukjang (with addition of quinoa) were also significantly higher than those of the control. The sensory quality of quinoa 10% cheonggukjang was stronger in flavor, and taste, and demonstrated a higher level of overall acceptability, when compared to the other groups.

        Coverage 분석을 위한 신뢰구간 추정량에 관한 비교 연구

        지금까지 비율(proportion)에 대한 신뢰구간의 근사적 추정량(approximate estimator)에 대한 여러 기법들이 제안되었으나, 시뮬레이션 결과에 대한 coverage 분석을 수행할 경우에는 정규분포에 기반 한 신뢰구간 추정량이 주로 이용되었다. 그 이유는 정규분포에 대한 근사법이 다른 근사법들 보다 실제 구현하는데 쉽게 여겨졌기 때문이다. 하지만, 최근에 arcsin 변환에 기반한 coverage 분석을 위한 근사법이 [12]에서 시뮬레이션 수행 시에 최종결과에 요구되는 정확도의 조절과 비율을 추정하기 위해서 사용되었다. 본 논문에서는 세 개의 신뢰구간 추정량 근사법(정규분포 기반 근사법, arcsin 변환 기반 근사법, 그리고 F-분포 기반 근사법)을 비교 분석하였다. 세 신뢰구간에 대한 추정량을 단일 프로세서와 다중 프로세서 상에서 참조모델(reference model)로 M/M/1/$\infty$와 W/D/l/$\infty$ 큐잉 시스템을 활용하여 정상상태(steady-state)에서의 평균치를 추정하는 시뮬레이션에 적용하였다. Confidence interval estimators for proportions using normal approximation have been commonly used for coverage analysis of simulation output even though alternative approximate estimators of confidence intervals for proportions were proposed. This is -because the normal approximation was easier to use in practice than the other approximate estimators. Computing technology has no problem with dealing these alternative estimators. Recently, one of the approximation methods for coverage analysis which is based on arcsin transformation has been used for estimating proportion and for controlling the required precision in [12]. In this paper, we compare three approximate interval estimators, based on a normal distribution approximation, an arcsin transformation and an F-distribution approximation, of a single proportion. Three estimators were applied to sequential coverage analysis of steady-state means, in simulations of the M/M/1/$\infty$ and W/D/l/$\infty$ queueing systems on a single processor and multiple processors.

        패션뷰티 매거진 큐레이션 서비스 이용의도 영향요인: 확장된 기술수용모델을 중심으로

        본 연구는 패션뷰티 매거진 큐레이션 서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴봄으로써 국내 패션뷰티 매거진 산업의 활성화에 도움이 되는 전략적 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 국내 대학생 314명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용, 일련의 분석과정을 통해 주요결과를 도출하였다. 기술효능감은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 정적 영향, 지각된 가치는 지각된 유용성에 정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 기술효능감과 지각된 가치는 이용의도에 정적 영향을, 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 용이성은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였고, 지각된 유용성은 이용의도에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 대학생 소비자들의 모바일 기반 패션뷰티 매거진 큐레이션 서비스의 이용의도를 높이기 위해서는 큐레이션 서비스가 가지는 가치와 유용성을 명확하게 이해시킬 필요가 있을 것이다. This study attempted to present a strategic direction that helps in vitalizing the domestic fashion and beauty magazine industry by examining the factors that influence the intention to use the fashion beauty magazine curation service. A survey was conducted on 314 college students in Korea, and the results were derived through a series of analysis processes using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Technology self-efficacy had a positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, perceived value had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Technology self-efficacy and perceived value had a positive effect on intention to use, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use did not have a significant effect on intention to use, but perceived usefulness had a positive effect on intention to use. In order to increase the intention of using the mobile-based fashion beauty magazine curation service for college students, it is necessary to clearly understand the value and usefulness of the curation service.

        이화여자대학교 학생들의 의료실태에 관한 조사 연구

        A study was carried out in order to obtain the status of student sickness and medical care in University Health Service, Ewha Womans University. This study was based on the clinical records of University Health Service and hospitals 'for student insurance pay claims during the year of 1981. And the findings from the study were as follows; 1. A total number of student patients cared at University Health Service in 1981 was 9,822 and the incidence rate of primary cared was 773 per 1,000 students. 2. A total number of student patients cared at hospitals was 393 and the incidence rate of secondary cared was 31 per 1,000 students and 5 student out of 31 per 1000 was cared under the haspitalization. 3. The evacuation rate of student patients from University Health Service to hospital was 393 out of 9,822 student primary cared or 4.0 percent. 4. The order of 5 major diseases of primary cared in University Health Service was respiratory system diseases (36.6%), Digestive system diseases (17.4%), Skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases (16.0%), Symptoms and undetermined diagnosis (13.7%) and Nerve and sensory organ diseases (12.0%) respectively. 5. The disease order of student patients(333) cared in hospitals as out-patients was Skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases (40.3%), Nervous and Sensory organ disease (19.2%), Digestive system diseases (10.8%) respectively. 6. The disease order of student patients (60) cared in hospitals as in-patients was Digestive system diseases (35.0%), Respiratory system diseases (13.3%), Nerve and sensory organ diseases (10.0%), Infectious and parasitic diseases (10.0%), and Symptom and Undetermined diagonsis (10.0%) respectively. 7. The evacuation rate of student patients in University Health Service to hospital was varied according to disease groups; the lowest rate was the diseases evacuated to Internal Medicine Department 1.5% or 75 out of 5,072 patient primary cared and the highest rate was Neuropsychiatry department 63.7% or 7 out of 11 patients. 8. The monthly distribution of student patients in University Health Service was the highest in September (17.9%) and April (15.5%) each semester. 9. The monthly number of student patients treated in hospitals was the range 20 to 40 in out patients and 2 to 9 in in-patients. 10. The hospital ill days per case were $4.3{\pm}5.0$ days in out-patients and $9.7{\pm}9.5$ days in in-patients.

        비타민나무열매가루 첨가 식빵의 품질 특성 및 항산화 활성

        The purpose of this study was to prepare bread added with sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) berry powder (SBBP) (1, 3, and 5%) using a straight dough method. The quality and antioxidant characteristics of the bread were analyzed. The results indicated that the pH value and dough raising power of the dough decreased and the moisture content of the bread added with SBBP increased compared to that without the SBBP. The crust color of the bread did not change significantly. However, the crumb lightness value decreased and the redness and yellowness value increased respectively to the concentration of the SBBP. The texture measurement indicated that the hardness, gumminess, and chewiness of the bread increased with the addition of the SBBP. The total polyphenol content of the bread supplemented with the SBBP was increased (4.60~16.14 mg GAE/g) compare to the control (1.67 mg GAE/g). Dose-dependent, significant-high DPPH (26.86%) and ABTS (42.52%) radical scavenging activities were observed in the bread with the addition of the SBBP up to 5%. Based on these results, the optimum amount of the SBBP to add for baking bread would be 3% and the SBBP could be considered a functional agent.

        본 고에서는 Bellcore 에서 제시한 ISDN 의 신뢰도 및 가용도를 BRA(Basic Rate Access) 와 PRA(Primary Rate Access) 각각에 대해서 살펴보았다 또한 표준의사접속 (HRC : Hypothetical Reference Connection) 을 근간으로 해서 ISDN 의 신뢰도 목표치와 가용도 목표치를 제시하였다 Bellcore에서 제시한 ISDN 스위칭 시스팀의 신뢰도 성능 목표치는 22개의 신뢰도 파라미터와 목표치로 정의 되었으며, 22개의 신뢰도 파라미터 는 Downtimes, cutoff call probability, Ineffective machine attempt(IMA) probability 와 Failure intensity 등 4개의 종류로 나누어서 제시하였다.

        HS-SPME-GC/MS에 의한 혈액중 17종 유기인계 농약의 동시분석법

        HS-SPME-GC/MS was studied and optimized for the determination of 17 orgarnophosphorous pesiticides (OPPs: chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos-methyl, demeton-s-methyl, diazinon, dimethoate, EPN, fenitrothion, fenthion, malathion, methidathion, monocrotophos, parathion, phenthoate, phosphamidon, sulfotep, terbufos, triazophos) in blood. Optimum SPME parameters were selected: choice of SPME fiber (85 ${\mu}m$ polyacrylate), pH effect (0.5 N HCl), salt effect ($Na_2SO_4$, 0.2 g; 20%), headspace incubation temperature ($80^{\circ}C$), headspace incubation time (1 min), headspace adsorption time (30 min) and GC desorption time (2 min). These parameters were optimized using HS-SPME autosampler coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Method validation was carried out in terms of linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ) and recovery in blood. The assay was linear over 0.5~5.0 mg/l ($r^2$=0.955~1.000). Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) in blood were determined 0.03~0.3 mg/l (S/N=3) and 0.1~1.1 mg/l (S/N=10), respectively. Relative recovery with 0.5, 1 and 5 mg/l (in blood) were 90.8%, 98.5% and 94.1%, respectively. This method will be applied to the determination of the orgarnophosphorous pesticides in postmortem blood. The proposed protocol can be an attractive alternative to be used in routine toxicological analysis.
