Cam-Shift 알고리즘을 이용한 경비드론 융합서비스 기법

최근 첨단산업이 발달함에 따라 일상생활의 다양한 부분에서 드론의 이용이 급격하게 발전되어 지고 있 다. 드론은 기술성과 기능성의 증가 및 여러 생활방식에 맞춰 활용이 가능한 분야에 대한 접목이 쉬운 장점을 가지 고 있다. 또한 드론 서비스에 대한 다양화를 통하여 카메라와 CCTV같은 영상처리를 할 수 있는 매체를 융합해 사람 대신 경비를 할 수 있는 자동화 시스템이 도입되어 질 예정이다. 이러한 무인경비 기술을 설계하여 기존 드론 응용기술력을 강화하는 새로운 융합적 경비드론 서비스 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 기법에는 OpenCV 기술 및 객체 추적 알고리즘인 CAM-Shift 알고리즘을 통해 초기 윈도우와 탐색 윈도우에서 객체를 중심으로 물체를 탐색 및 영역을 설정하여 안전의 유무를 판단하고 보안성에 대하여 드론에 접목시킬 수 있는 추가적인 인증수단인 생체인증기술을 설계한다. 이를 통해 기동성 및 실시간 영상 처리에 대한 기술의 분석이 지속적으로 증가될 수 있는 드론을 이용하여 무인 경비를 하는데 있어서 효율성이 높은 경비드론 융합서비스 모델에 대한 내용을 제안한다. Recently, with the development of high-tech industry, the use of the drones in various aspects of daily life is rapidly advancing. With technical and functional advancements, drones have an advantage of being easy to be utilized in the areas of use according to various lifestyles. In addition, through the diversification of the drone service converged with image processing medium such as camera and CCTV, an automated security system that can replace humans is expected to be introduced. By designing these unmanned security technology, a new convergence security drone service techniques that can strengthen the previous drone application technology will be proposed. In the proposed techniques, a biometric authentication technology will be designed as additional authentication methods that can determine the safety incorporated with security by selecting the search and areas of an object focusing on the objects in the initial windows and search windows through OpenCV technology and CAM-Shift algorithm which are an object tracking algorithm. Through such, a highly efficient security drone convergence service model will be proposed for performing unmanned security by using the drones that can continuously increase the analysis of technology on the mobility and real-time image processing.
건각탕(健脚湯) 섭취가 엘리트 장거리 달리기 선수의 유산소성 능력 향상에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of oriental herbal drink to improve aerobic capacity in elite endurance runners. 14 male elite college runners were participated and divided into two group; i ) oriental herbal drink group (OG), ii ) placebo group (PG). All subjects were completed treadmill exercise protocol using GXT at before (B) and after (A) experimental treatment of one week. The V02max, anaerobic threshold (AT) were measured by gas analysis and heart rate (HR) were measure by polar system at pre, max, post, post 30 min and post 60 min. Blood samples were collected to analyze blood components. The V02max were significantly increased in OGA compared to OGB whereas the V02max and AT in OGA were significantly higher than PGA. The blood lactate concentration were shown higher decrease rate in OGA compared to Doth OGB and PGA during recovery whereas LDH and Na were significantly increased in OGA compared to both OGB and PGA. The blood concentrations of CI and K were significantly increased in OGA compared to PGA. There were no significant differences were founded in WBC, RBC, Hct, Hb and other components associated with energy sources(glucose, TG, TC, HDL, LDL, creatinine, CPK). These results suggested that this oriental herbal drink can be administrated to improve aerobic capacity in long distance runners.
수산물 유통업체의 유통경로 참여수준에 따른 유통기능 분화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the distribution functions and performance of distributors participating in the Seafood distribution channels and to examine the effect of distribution functions on the performance according to the level of participation of distributors under the basic assumption that distribution functions affect performance. Through the consideration of the previous research, we reduced the participation level of the existing 8 stages to 5 stages, and accordingly, located in the Busan area, we conducted a questionnaire to fishery distributors. The analysis results show that the participation of a variety of participants in the survey results, including the participation in the analysis, the passive participation, the companionate participation and the active participation level, has resulted in a multiple regression analysis of the various functions of the five degrees of conduction and dependent variables. In particular, it was found that the marketing, sorting, financial and information sharing function, except for integrated distribution, had a significant impact on many dependent variables, but realized that it would be necessary to transfer functionality through the participation level or transfer to the other institution.
진행된 자궁경부암환자에서 Interferon alpha, 13-cis-Retinoic acid와 방사선치료의 복합요법 : 예비보고 Preliminary Study

Locally advanced cancer of the uterine cervix is a major cause of death worldwide. Standard treatment with radiolherapy for locally advanced cancer of the uterine cervix has a response rate of less than 50%. Recently concurrent chemoradirothcrpay has been introduced but with some controversy. Interferon and retinoic acid are inducible proteins which posses many hiologic activities such as, antiproliferative, immunomodulatory and antineoplastic properties. Combination of interferon and retinoic acid has produced high response rates especially for patients with squamous cell carcinoma . And they may potentiate the radiation cytotoxicity as adiosensitizer. This study was undertaken to assess the clinical efficacy of combination regimen with interferon - a 2a, 13-cis-retinoic acid and radiotherapy from Dec. 1988 to Dec. 1994 at Severance hospital Yonsei university. Twenty seven patients of locally advanced squamous cell carcionma of the uterine cervix enrolled in this study are evaluated for response and toxicity. The results were as follow : 1. Preliminary results of interferon-α_(2α) 13-cis-retinoic acid and radiotherapy are 46.7% of response rate(33.3% complete response) and those of concurrent chemoradiotherapy are 41.7% of response rate(16.7% complete response). 2. Major toxicity of interferon-α_(2α) 13-cis-retinoic acid and rakiotherapy is fever (60.0%), and only one case of grade 2 anemia and one case of grade 1 AST/ALT elevations was noted. There was no grade 3 or 4 toxicity. Systemic interferon-α_(2α) 13-cis-retinoic acid and radiotherapy is highly active, well tolerated therapy for locally advanced cervical cancer.
